On March 1, 2010: “In the 21st century, high schools shouldn’t just make sure students graduate—they should make sure students graduate ready for college, ready for a career, and ready for life”….President Obama.

What a difference two years made as President Obama made the decision to allow 10 states to opt out of President Bush’s “No Child Left Behind” initiative. This initiative was enacted to make graduating prerequisites more stringent, and to raise the bar on students. One fifth of our nation is now exempt from a program designed to make our children once again competitive in the world market. What kind of signal does that send our children? That subpar performance will once again be accepted in the job market?

There is no affirmative action in the world hiring market that will assure our American children over the more educated children of say China. The world doesn’t work on a “bell curve” the way Obama assumes it does.

I have a better question still……why should students of the other 40 states be held to a higher standard than the ones from the 10 excused states? I thought Obama’s war cry said that everyone should be made to play by the same rules……Hypocrisy?......You bet cha!

President Obama’s newest war cry is, “everyone must pay their fair share, and everyone must play by the same rules from Wall Street to Main Street.”

As we delve further into his words they become sadly laughable to say the least. It appears that his Whitehouse staff of 36 not only hasn’t paid their fair share, they haven’t paid anything lately. As a group they owe $833,970 in back taxes, even though most make over $100,000 yearly.

Unfortunately the Whitehouse staff isn’t alone in their wayward tax ways. The Senate as a group owes $2.1 million, the House of Representatives as a group owes $8.5 million. Department of Education owes $4.3 million, Department of Homeland Security owes $37 million!

It doesn’t end here, the Treasury Department headed by tax cheat Timothy (turbo tax) Geithner owes $9.3 million, Postal Service owes $270 million, Department of Veteran Affairs owes $151 million. Department of Energy owes $5 million, Department of Justice (including Eric Holder) owes $17 million.

Here is the real laugh, according to federal law only one branch of government employee can be fired for not paying taxes and that is the IRS! My question is……how come these employees aren’t having their salaries attached for back taxes? You or I would have to have ours attached.

Obviously President Obama doesn’t mean his war cry on the wealthy, because if he did he would write a Presidential Executive order enforcing equal treatment of ALL taxpayers, but don’t hold your breath because that’s never going to happen!

At the National Prayer Day meeting, President Obama decided to interject politics into his speech. This marked an occasion that had never happened with any past president’s speeches, but that didn’t stop Obama. While earlier in the week the Administration decided to push back against catholic groups to institute a mandatory push towards abortions and contraceptive services.

He then had the unmitigated nerve to claim that the Bible gave him the moral high ground on taxing the rich. “Jesus said that what we are doing is right.” Later in the VERY same speech he claimed that he was against religions bearing false witness. Which is it Mr. President? You can’t come to the party with Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden and claim that the three of you speak for the entire catholic religion. The very fact that America trusts the two of them less than a used car salesman should speak volumes.

False witness is exactly what YOU do Barack Obama, you double speak and lie to our faces and then you expect us to re-elect a liar who singlehandedly has ruined more of the ideas that have made our country great in the past.

In the State of the Union Speech this week President Obama decided to parade a tax cheat and his secretary in the public eye to promote what he constantly refers to as wealthy Americans who are not paying their “fair share.” Obama brings Warren Buffet and his “secretary” to prove to the American people that his secretary pays more in tax than he does.

This is cannot be further from the truth. To begin with Warren Buffet and his “secretary” pay certain percentages on income taxes based on investments and wage income. By shear bulk dollars rather than percentage Buffet pays WAY more than his “secretary,” so lie #1.

Fact: Warren Buffet’s company Berkshire Hathaway owes over $1 Billion in back taxes and has for YEARS, and yet Buffet constantly crows about not paying enough in taxes? How about paying what you already owe Mr. Buffet and stop being the mouthpiece for a socialist president?

This is the really funny part in all this. Steve Forbes did an evaluation of what his “secretary” must make in wages and investment returns for Buffet to make his claim. Forbes says that his “secretary” makes between $250-500K a year! On top of all that she must not be very savvy about investments because her capital gains have to be practically nil.

Now I don’t know about you but I don’t know any “secretary” that makes that kind of money. Buffet conveniently demoted her position in name to make the claim seem more preposterous. She is obviously an executive assistant and not a secretary. Her salary alone makes her a 1%er………one of the evil nasty people that Obama says isn’t paying her fair share and wants to raise her tax!

Wouldn’t that make her taxes higher still Mr. President? Make Berkshire Hathaway pay what they owe in taxes Mr. President, and while you are at it collect the $1 Billion in back taxes owed by federal workers, and leave the unsavvy executive assistant out of it, we don’t care how much she makes!

The media and the Administration claim that Obama is demanding that the “rich” pay more of their “fair share,” has Middleclass Americans scared to death. Obama claims to want to put more money in middleclass American’s pockets, but the general feeling of the Republicans is that we already know the man lies, and they are afraid this is just one more in a continuing trail.

With 41% of Americans paying no tax at all, and the top 1% of wage earners paying 95% of the taxes in America, where is the equity in that? What is the fair share of the 41% who pay nothing? We pay percentages, meaning the more you earn as a base the more you pay volume wise. A study was done that reported that if the top 1% of American wage earners were taxed at 100%, the National debt, and the deficit wouldn’t even improve .01 of one percent! So why this sudden attack on the group as Obama says isn’t paying their fair share?

Folks it is the attack of socialism plain and simple, the need to want to give the fruits of someone’s hard work into the hands of someone with either no drive or no skill to do the same thing. Republicans are baffled at his claims of not paying their fair share, but it’s the basic mindset of capitalism versus socialism that is at stake here.

Middleclass Republicans are afraid to do well now, afraid to go into that higher echelon of the upper class, for fear if they do their fruits of labor will be taken from them. Is it any wonder that 48% of America still support Obama? Of course it isn’t, look at the percentage that pay no taxes………..why would they want to give up their free ride with a chance at getting more?

Open Letter to Andrew Sullivan

The cover of Newsweek asks the question “Why Are Obama’s Critics So Dumb” by Andrew Sullivan. My question to you Mr. Sullivan is what makes you think you have the right to call over half of all voter aged Americans and many more around the world “Dumb”? Well Mr. Sullivan, I’m NOT dumb enough to try and answer that question for over 100 million people. I'm just one person and these are just a few of my own reasons to criticize Obama:

It’s dumb for Obama to call President Bush “Unpatriotic” for adding 4 trillion to the debt in 8 years in office and the turn around and add an additional 5 trillion in only 3 years in office.

It’s dumb when the first major oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico occurs and halt all operations for an exuberant amount of time before any investigation has even reveals preliminary findings, effectively killing over 20,000 jobs.

It’s dumb to make it ALMOST impossible to drill for oil in the U.S. and yet give BILLIONS of tax payer dollars to Brazil to promote and increase oil production.

It’s dumb to take over bankrupt car companies and mandate that the labor unions get almost all their money back first while stock holders and other investors receive less than 40 cents on the dollar.

It’s dumb to look at a report that plainly states that Solyndra is not a viable company and give them half a billion of tax payer dollars only to see them file bankruptcy two years later.

It’s dumb to champion the idea of reducing the dependency on foreign oil and kill an already approved major project that does just that and kill over 20,000 direct jobs and countless tens of thousands of additional indirect jobs in the process.

It’s dumb to make it impossible to build coal fired power plants in the country that has the most coal in the world even though technology exists that can make a coal fired power plant less pollutant than a natural gas fired plant.

It’s dumb to look the other way when the Secretary of the Treasury and the Federal Reserve Chairman loan TRILLONS of tax payer dollars to other countries knowing full well that the U.S. will not see one dime of it returned.

It’s dumb to have an Attorney General in place that refuses to uphold the constitution, lies to congress and approves the sale of guns to Mexican drug cartels and has no plan in place to track where these guns go.

It’s dumb to state that as President I (Obama) will not have my justice department investigate or prosecute any Black on White racial cases, will not defend the Defense of Marriage Act, will not pursue charges of voter intimidation on any member of the Black Panthers even though the act was extremely blatant.

Mr. Sullivan, in only three years in office, the current president has committed about as many “dumb” acts than all the other 8 presidents combined during my almost 50 years of existence on this earth. You ask, “Why Are Obama’s Critics So Dumb”, my question to you is “Why Are You Too Stupid Not To Criticize Obama”?

The EPA has successfully increased the price of gasoline little by little since the inception of the agency in 1970. Yearly mandates have not only added to the cost of fuels, but are slowly forcing an end to the use of fossil fuels. What started as an admirable aim to curb emissions has now blossomed into a headlong assault on the American economy.

Fossil fuels represent the largest single item any country either imports or exports. Source materials may or may not be the determining factor to whether a country is forced into importing or not. Different Presidents set the tone of the EPA each year as to the ferocity of the agency and also to their agenda during his term.

The President we have now has set the tone to full attack mode on the average American. It was no secret that Barack Obama claimed as a candidate that he would “necessarily bankrupt the coal industry.” It should be no surprise that he is implementing that aim to the fullest of his ability. The president hasn’t asked congress to make or change laws thereby accomplishing his goals through legislature. He has given the EPA the green light to implement his agenda through mandates approved by nobody but himself.

The EPA regulates so many things in the energy sector, it isn’t even funny anymore. I’m sure you remember when the cost of diesel fuel was less than the price of regular gasoline. Did you ever wonder why that changed to the point of where it cost more now than premium gasoline? The answer is the EPA. In a move to reduce the emission of sulfur dioxide the EPA mandated the immediate reduction of sulfur in diesel fuel, thus adding yet one more refining process to the cost.

Gasoline has also been targeted in another attack. Seasonal blending is a term used to describe the ability of gasoline to burn cleanly in temperature changes. One blend for summer, one blend for winter. Not many people know that the winter blend actually offers less miles per gallon than the summer blend, but that really doesn’t matter to the EPA, their concern is strictly environmental.

Add these mandates to the absurdly ridiculous addition of ethanol to gasoline blends started by President Bush and the price of fuel skyrockets.

What we really need is an EPA that takes the delicate balance of emissions and compares that the negative effect it will have on our economy before making mandate changes. Forcing such changes on a struggling economy serves nobody but the arrogance of a single man bent on removing fossil fuels from his country.

Until the technologies are there to offer alternative fuels on a comparable cost basis an agenda of destroying the use of fossil fuels should be put on the back burner. Only an illogical thinker destroys one industry without a replacement in the wings. Claiming that you are going green should mean you have a viable alternative, not just an idea. We can’t run America’s tractor trailers on wind and solar power, that is not only unrealistic, it is downright foolish.

Relax the EPA mandates on fuels tomorrow and the price WILL drop a dollar a gallon in one month. Increase the mandates silently and off the radar and the price of gasoline will continue to climb. In much the same way the economy was blamed on Bush……Obama will blame the fuel price increase on the oil companies……..surprised?...........no I didn’t think so!

Looking over the initiatives for 2012 ballot in California there are five which will increase taxes for all Californians. Any California voters who would support any of them should have their head examined, better yet, removed as a useless appendage. Truth is Jerry Brown is hoping the voter (the one with the useless appendage) will pass them so that he can save face with the Union bosses who supported h is election. Californians can no longer fund the extravagant pensions and salaries state workers, including those who work for the counties and cities currently enjoy. These ballot measures are a glaring proof of that.

It does not matter that State, County, and City employees pay taxes; the biggest pinch will be felt upon the private employer and employee. Somehow it does not register with the majority of government employees that their job does not produce a dime in real revenue that will sustain their current standard of living; If not for private capitalism they would not have a job--------Period. It is my humble opinion that by the end of 2012 California is going to be the first state in the Union to drive home that reality as the ship will sink from the sheer weight of government.

One “watch dog” group has predicted that California will soon have the nations’ highest unemployment rate (currently 11.7%) and that in addition, California companies are continuing to leave the state, further increasing the unemployment figures, and driving down tax revenues to the state.

Logic, common sense, would dictate our governor and legislature should take a 180 degree turn towards a more responsible fiscal attitude; that is decrease taxes(eliminate most), further, eliminate burdensome regulations, and make government workers abide the same rules of living and acquire pensions that currently are a standard part of the private sector reality. That would take courage which for the better part of our current crop of public servants lacks the will or character to stand for. To Browns credit he has suggested this approach be taken for future employees of the state. We shall wait and see how that ship sails. Without some drastic, immediate reforms in current pension plans, and elimination of Union interests it will be the same old same old.

Less government, more capitalism is the answer to solve California’s problems.

We’ve all heard the term “pay your fair share” so many times since Obama took office that we’re sick to death of hearing him say this. A day doesn’t go by where this fake president doesn’t insinuate that millionaires and billionaires aren’t “paying their fair share”. We hear it and yet we don’t bother to challenge the idea. We allow a man who hasn’t a clue what the meaning of “fair” really is dictate to us what his lame ideas are. We know deep down inside there is something drastically wrong with his thinking but we can’t put our finger on it. Maybe it is time we try. Let’s use our brains and think a bit out of the box. “Pay your fair share. Pay your fair share.” Doesn't it really depend on what the true meaning of "fair share" really is? Obama defines it as...rich people paying more (a larger percentage) of what they earn than poor people. It is his contention that a person who works very hard and is successful be penalized for that success. He says that is fair. He claims that because someone else wasn’t quite so successful or lucky, it just isn’t fair. This comes from his crazy notion that the government should really get all your money and only allow you to keep what they feel is “fair”. The country was founded on the principle ideas of life, liberty and property and somehow, liberals have mucked it all up to the point where property (wealth) is not something you really are entitled to. They are also busily working on depriving you of the other two.

You have been lucky and the guy next to you hasn’t. It really doesn’t matter to people like Obama if you get up at the crack of dawn and work 16-hour days, 7 days a week while the other guy sleeps until 11 a.m. and doesn’t work at all. It should be “share and share alike”. Seems fair...or does it? Wouldn't it really be fairer if everyone paid exactly...EXACTLY the same amount based on the premise that one man equals one vote? Why should someone who pays zero taxes get the same amount of votes as someone who works very hard and pays a lot of money to fund the lazy man's life? Is that "fair"? Who says so? Fair would be more like someone who pays a lot of taxes gets more votes than someone who pays nothing. Wouldn't that be fairer? Truly, it would. In fact, if we really delve into the conception of this ambiguous word…fair…might we come away with a whole new appreciation for what it really means? From the standpoint of a single person working hard and creating a company, which hires tens, hundreds or even thousands of people as a result of this one man’s effort, wouldn’t the fair thing to do be to reward this person for what he has done? Through his hard work, risk taking and good decision making he has provided jobs for thousands of people… all of whom pay taxes to the federal, state, local and other entities thus enriching all our lives. Instead of thanking this person or rewarding him for his exceptional efforts, Obama and those who think like him want to punish him for his success. Is that really fair? The taxes he directly helped to create, which theoretically provide governmental goods and services for all of us would not be there had this person not achieved extraordinary success through extraordinary effort. Punish him by making him pay more? I think not. That is totally unfair any way you define the word.

The entire reason for our financial collapse is because Democrats defined the word “fair” and we allowed them to do this. We didn’t speak up because we didn’t want to be perceived as mean. Here’s what they did in a nutshell and it was all because they wanted to be “fair”. You’ve heard of the Community Reinvestment Act by now? President Carter signed it into law. It encouraged loans be made available in a safe and sound manner to those people who previously were unfairly eliminated from the housing market. Under Bill Clinton, the law was changed in such a way that it mandated banks to make loans that they would otherwise not make. This created the “housing bubble” as the banks knew these loans would not be paid off so they bundled them together and sold them off as fast as they could so they wouldn’t be left “holding the bag”. Through unscrupulous lending practices, one thing lead to another and this is why we are in such a pickle today. To the liberal mind, everyone is ENTITLED to own a home. It’s the only fair thing to do. It used to be that buying a home was a bit of a challenge unless you had enough money to buy the home outright. If you didn’t, you needed to get a loan from a lending institution. This was called a “mortgage”. The banks made a certain percentage on the money they loaned you and you were thus able to afford to buy a house and pay it off month by month. That payment went on for 30 years and as a rule, you paid off a large percentage of the interest in the first half of the loan and then a larger percent of the principle in the second half of the loan. The banks got most of their money, with profits included, back long before you owned your home. That is fair. They took a risk by loaning you money. They retained the deed to the property and once you fulfilled your obligation and paid off the loan, you were then given the deed and became the owner of the property. This fair concept worked well for years and years and years. Then along came Barney Frank and Chris Dodd and Bill Clinton. In an effort to make themselves and their party popular, they devised what was known as The Community Reinvestment Act. In essence, this federal law forced banks to make loans to people who otherwise couldn’t afford to make the payments. After all, everyone should own a home if they wanted to. Right? They are entitled to at least that!! The banks had no choice in the matter. They knew this was a bad thing and in order to protect themselves, they bundled bunches of these “toxic loans” together and sold them to other institutions. The banks knew these loans were destined to fail and they did what any of us would do…they protected their own interest. The original bank was out from under the toxic loan and the new lender simply assumed the loan and all that went with it. Can you see a problem here? Remember, we’re not just talking about one or two houses. We are talking about millions of houses and millions of transactions, which are all doomed to fail because the government forced the lenders to do what they knew they should not ever do. The government forced them to make BAD loans. This created what is known as a “bubble”. What do bubbles eventually do? Yep…they break. Millions and millions of these transactions finally had nowhere to go. Time ran out and the bubble burst. Imagine playing musical chairs on the Titanic. This is what happened. And all of our woes since have been because we didn’t challenge the term “fair”. We accepted it as defined by the liberals. Bad move on our part. Do you think we’ve learned anything?

We have just simply discussed one little problem Democrats are responsible for. We haven’t mentioned all the others. Their ideas don’t work. They’ve never worked. They never will work and yet we allow them to set the agenda. We shouldn’t do that. Doing that is unfair to all of us.

When you accept liberal arguments and let liberals define the terms, you get sucked into their way of thinking which is polluted and toxic. I'd like to see one of our candidates challenge Obama on his ideas.... all of his ideas…instead of accepting his terms and definitions. Maybe it is time we actually used our brains, logic and common sense and took these people to the mat? If we ever did that, it wouldn't be a fair fight at all...would it?

A New Frontrunner Emerges in Iowa

Iowa signals a new start for one GOP candidate, and the end for another. I was telling people last week that Michelle Bachmann would be the next candidate to bow out of the race, but it appears that maybe Rick Perry might get added to that list sometime tomorrow as he reassesses his bid also. The one big star of the night was Rick Santorum.

Despite the fact that Santorum was reported at the bottom of the pack the last few months, his bid has blossomed at precisely the right time to end second place in the Iowa caucus by only 8 votes behind Romney. It’s nice to have a real choice between a real conservative and a moderate coming down to the wire. The people can really choose what they want to represent their party instead of letting the media pick their candidate for them.

Ron Paul says he’s happy with his finish last night, but you know he has to be disappointed in his dismal showing. My gut feeling tells me that after a few more caucuses you will see him pull out of the GOP race and run once again as a libertarian.

Gingrich I am afraid is hanging on by the skin of his teeth too. Organizational problems, money problems, and a faltering base may signal the end to his run shortly also, only time will tell.

Huntsman? Well what can you say about Huntsman? He was there, just barely coming in dead last, one has to wonder how much longer he can endure last place polling before throwing in his hat.

It was an interesting night to say the least…….now comes New Hampshire!

Congressman Ron Paul who is currently running for the Republican nominee for President in 2012 has some issues that some people don’t seem to care about or they simply don’t understand. The man is absolutely brilliant on most of the issues we conservatives care about. He is a strict Constitutionalist, which is good. He is in favor of a very small and limited federal government, which is better. He promises to do everything he can to “fix” what is wrong with Washington, D.C., which is best. He’s been a consistent advocate for less government his whole life. He believes in the rights of the individual. He also believes in the conservative concept of liberty and freedom above all else. It is strong individuals who make for a strong group. In other words, if it is not mentioned in our Constitution specifically, then the issue belongs to the states.

He’s a Tenth Amendment kind of guy. All of these are great qualities. So if he’s so darned brilliant, why can’t he grasp the most basic concept of all? Self-preservation. He is right on so many things and so wrong on the dangers of Islam. For the past 1400 years, Muslims have been on a quest to conquer the world. They have no timetable. They really don’t care if it takes a month, a year, a decade or a century or more. The Barbary Pirates, who were Muslims, were solely responsible for the formation of the United States Marine Corps. They attacked our ships without provocation and the Marines were formed to deal with them. This was over 200 years ago. Islam has been causing trouble with us since before we were a country. What we have done politically isn’t the reason they don’t get along with us. They simply don’t get along with anybody…even themselves.

Ron Paul thinks terrorism is our fault. It isn’t. Ron Paul has no problem with Iran getting nuclear weapons. That’s a huge problem because they have already told the world Israel has no right to exist and they will wipe them off the map. Do we really need to take the chance? These are really big and really important issues and to tread lightly is a huge mistake. Islam is our enemy. They won’t like us if we leave them alone. This is where sane people don’t agree with Ron Paul. People who live in “the pretend world” do.

Let’s suppose Dr. Ron Paul is without question, the World’s Greatest Surgeon. He is heads and tails above every single doctor in the entire world with his knowledge and skills. He can perform any procedure in medicine flawlessly. Doctors world-wide envy his abilities...except he has one little teeny tiny flaw. He does not believe in germs and he believes even less that bacteria can cause infections. When he operates, he usually comes from home where he was working on his car and his hands are filthy, dirty and full of oil, dirt, grime and grease. He refuses to wash his hands and he also refuses to wear surgical gloves or a mask when operating. The question then becomes…do you want him to operate on you? He has the skill. He has the talent. He has the knowledge. But, his hands are filthy and when he cuts you wide open, you just might be exposed to whatever is on his hands. Would you let this man operate on you? This is the way people who don’t support Ron Paul feel. They acknowledge his intellect and ability but just can’t get past the idea that he truly believes we don’t have a problem with Muslims or with Islam. It’s so basic and yet he misses this by a mile. To further make him the wrong man for the job he truly believes Israel and the Mossad were responsible for 911. He claims it was an inside job. He’s also pro-drugs and thinks we don’t need any laws making drugs illegal because drugs are not mentioned in the Constitution.

The sad part is, even with these faults, he would be a better president than Barack Hussein Obama. It wouldn’t even be close. Ron Paul is a true American while Obama is not. Ron Paul would actually try to do good things while Obama is trying his best to destroy this wonderful country. Ron Paul would strive to lead while Barack Hussein Obama strives to be a dictator. The worst choice we can make, as conservatives are much better than the best choice the Democrats can make. And, make no mistake, they will choose to re-elect Obama no matter what. Obama could nuke Cleveland, Phoenix and Seattle and the Democrats would still vote for him. Democrats believe in everything we abhor. They want socialism. They want cradle to grave government care. They are selfish and mistaken people but they don’t care. Government is good. Individuality is not. That’s what they believe. As voters and citizens of this country, we cannot afford to make the wrong decision in 2012. Any vote cast for Obama is the wrong decision. Any vote cast for anyone else but Obama is the right decision. As kooky as this sounds, we just might wind up with Ron Paul as our president. Liberals have started another action to secure a recall vote, this time the target is Republican Governor Scott Walker of Wisconsin. In a move to have another Republican removed from office, the petition is the first step in the process, but names of “Mickey Mouse” and “Adolph Hitler” are already present.

In a new trend of recalling people the Democrats don’t agree with these actions follow a successful recall of Arizona State Senator, Russell Pearce, the legislator that penned S.B.1070, the anti-illegal immigration bill. Another recent target of this guerilla warfare is popular sheriff Joe Arpaio.

As I have said before, the democrats are very resourceful at using laws in ways they were never intended. If this is the new way to get rid of a politician you don’t like, then I want to sign the petition for a recall vote on President Obama……anyone know where I can find it?

Here it is almost Christmas 2011 and the election is less than one year away. The candidates have been campaigning for months and months. The current occupier in chief has never stopped campaigning. We have been witness to the worst president in U.S. history who was elected fraudulently with the aid of many people in Congress. Below find two links which should give you enough reason to question Obama’s legitimacy and also the fact that Osama bin Laden was already dead and what we’ve been told is pure theater.

The public is not aware of this as yet but soon they will be. The truth always comes out and the cover up is always what gets “them” in the end.

At the moment Newt Gingrich is the “Republican Candidate du Jour”. He is leading in the polls and most pundits will agree that either Newt or Mitt Romney will be the next Republican nominee and will run against Obama in 2012. However, nobody asked me what I think and this is still America so I can express my opinion any time I like.

Donald Trump is going to be the next President of the United States of America. Once you stop laughing, please continue reading and I will explain this perceived lunacy. If you are paying attention, have a reasonable amount of intuitive intelligence and are able to predict “whodunit” in a movie five minutes after it starts, you will be able to relate to this. I do it every time and I’m seldom wrong. If you believe in the pundits because you assume they are wise and all knowing, you will simply laugh some more, shake your head and wonder how a guy could be so nuts. I’m only writing this now so I can put it on my Facebook page and prove to those who doubt me just how brilliant my mind is. And…make no mistake…it is brilliant.

Here’s what is in store for us in the next few months. The economy is going to get worse and worse. You don’t have to be genius to figure this out. Obama is going to continue to do “the wrong thing” for America every chance he gets. He is on a mission to destroy this country and he is succeeding because the naïve American public refuses to believe what is right before their eyes. The only pundit saying this is Rush Limbaugh and even he won’t go far enough. Obama knows he won’t win the White working class vote so he will cater to all those who aren’t in this group. As he continues to make life more miserable in our country, he believes more and more people will vote for him. Obama’s poll ratings will continue to drop the closer we get to November 2012.

In the meantime Donald Trump is salivating. He is one of the best businessmen in this country and knows an opportunity when he sees one. He sees a Republican Party in chaos with the candidates each trying to destroy the other by pointing out their flaws both past and present. It will come down to Newt or Romney and I’m betting it is Newt in the end. Once Donald Trump is finished with his hit TV show, “The Apprentice”, he will be free to run for President on a third party ticket. He’s all but said as much. If he runs sooner, he has to give equal time to other candidates because he is still in the media. If you were one of those rare people who have been paying attention you will have noticed Trump made some noise about running several months ago at the exact same time Obama furnished that ridiculous fake birth certificate. Then, Trump disappeared. Now Trump is back in the news popping up here and there and appearing on several TV and radio talk shows. Every single time he mentions Obama and his birth certificate. There are also one or two subtle remarks about with how disappointed Trump is with Obama. Trump will then make a comment about how other countries are ripping us off and how we should get the oil from Iraq and how our political leaders don’t know how to “deal”. Trump will then say he does know how to deal and if you are familiar with him, you know he is correct. He actually charged Kaddafi a bunch of money to rent some of (Trumps) property so he could pitch a tent while he was here at a U.N. meeting. Trump won’t say how much, but there is no doubt, it wasn’t cheap. Donald knows money and he knows success. He is a whiz at the “art of the deal”. He also advocates members of the military and their families be compensated for injuries or death. He has mentioned five million dollars to each family or military man or woman who has been injured remarking they will have a lifetime of medical expenses and the five million dollars is chump change for a country as rich as Iraq. He also thinks we should have made deal with Libya for cheap oil when we helped remove Kaddafi. He’s also amazed we don’t get anything in return for our spilled blood and spent treasure in Iraq. Trump will take a hard look at the Republican candidate and determine if he were able to beat Obama and even more important if he would be an effective president. The answer, as he will tell us, will be “no”.

Trump will then announce he will run as a third party candidate and Sarah Palin will be his choice for VP. This will happen after his show is off the air, which will be sometime in May or early June. Remember, Trump led in the polls months ago when he wasn’t even running. Also remember Sarah Palin will ignite the Tea Party. She is exciting and brilliant and has the ability to motivate all but the loony left. Most people vote Republican because the other choice is Democrat, not because they approve of the Republicans. Most people are conservative and the Republicans are the only party available. Trump knows this. Trump is shrewd, intelligent and one of the best businessmen in the country. He knows what he’s doing and wouldn’t do…. this…. if he thought there was any chance he would fail. Keep in mind that Donald Trump caters to high rollers and fat cats. His clientele isn’t Joe Six Pack. Trump owns lavish buildings, which he rents to rich and powerful men, and he owns several exclusive golf courses. To tee it up at one of Trump’s courses, you had better be ready to part with $500. To be a member of one of his golf clubs, you had better by very, very, very wealthy.

If Obama is re-elected, the economy will continue to go south and even a rich man like Donald Trump will be affected. The rich are not immune to a bad economy. It just takes longer for them to feel the crunch. When they do feel the crunch, they immediately quit spending their money on lavish items such as golf memberships in exclusive clubs and expensive office space in luxurious high-rise buildings. Donald Trump has an ego as big as all of New York City. Failure for him is not an option. He will run because he loves this country and he doesn’t want his empire to crash and burn or even be negatively affected. He will perceive this as not even having a choice but it’s simply something he must do for the United States to continue and the Trump Empire to prevail. The best part is yet to come.

Once Donald Trump announces, he will go on a media campaign and buy airtime, if he has to, so he can present all the evidence which supports the fact that Barack Hussein Obama is a complete phony. He will bring in experts to document exactly how the birth certificate Obama swore was his and was authentic was faked. We will all see what some of us know already. We will see exactly how this infamous .pdf file was put together by some hack that didn’t quite know enough about Adobe Photoshop. People will be shocked and amazed that the media has neglected this. We will also hear about Obama’s mother and how there is absolutely no record of her in the Hawaiian hospital where Obama claims he was born. We will be educated on the term “natural born citizen” and we will be reminded that Obama’s father was not a U.S. citizen. That alone is enough to disqualify Obama as president and should yield a nice stint in “The Graybar Hotel” for our usurper in chief. Many other politicians will also be found complicit in this hoax. The nation will finally realize what a lot of us have known for quite some time and then the anger will set in. Our talk show hosts will be embarrassed to death that they didn’t speak out. The Republican candidate will resign and Trump and Palin will be elected. With any luck and the help of a thankful country, all of Obama’s illegal accomplishments will be null and void. Obamacare will be over turned. It will be gone and dead. Obama will be a very bad after taste that will persist for weeks and weeks. The media will do a dance like we’ve never seen. Watergate 2.0 will begin.

Well, there you have it. This is what I believe is in store for us. I cannot possibly guarantee all or any of this will come true but it does make sense and it does seem more than likely to me. Look for Trump popping up here and there. If you see and hear him, you will know I am on to something. Notice Palin has been conspicuous by her absence lately and start putting two and two together. The pieces fit. America is in terrible shape. We will never all agree because about 30-40% of us are liberal and are just too stupid, selfish or lazy to get it. They will always be the thorn in our paw. The rest of the country knows Obama can’t be re-elected for four more years or America is over. That is a fact. Our choice will be Donald Trump who is not perfect by any means or Barack Hussein Obama who hasn’t got one shred of decency in his entire body. The Republican candidate will step out of the way in order to make sure there isn’t a three way split. I believe Newt or Romney will know they can’t win and they will do the right thing for the country. They will know they would never have the courage to bring Obama’s hidden records to light. That alone will amaze them and as America wakes up, they will know they can’t win. Americans will start speaking out about Trump who is not a career politician and how he had the guts to bring the truth about Obama to the public when no one else in the media would.

There is one more little hitch and that is even better news. It is possible that the records that have been hidden will come to light in February of 2012. It is quite possible all the information on Obama will be brought to America in the next few months. There is “something else” going on. I’d give it a 2 in 5 chance. That would mean Obama would be out and Hillary would be in. Either way, the Democrats are toast and Donald Trump will be the next President. You will have a shrewd and ruthless businessman who loves his country and will try to do right by his country, doing the nation’s business. We will not be walked all over by other countries anymore. It will be a brighter day and America’s best days will be ahead and not behind us like they are now.

There’s my prediction. Let’s just see how close it comes.

More percentage of Americans own cars than in any other country in the world, it's no secret. Middle class in America would be upper class in many parts of the world. So much of America's prosperity is because of our ability to produce energy. It's safe to say that energy is a major part of what drives our economy. President Obama and his administration is essentially waging war on our energy. Is it dumbness or stupidity on the part of President Obama and his administration to want to mess with that?

Every person in America that understands what the Keystone Pipeline project is about knows how vital it is to the United States and North America. Canada produces oil that America needs. America buys it and the money goes into Canada's economy. Because the United States isn't importing it from 7000 miles away and having to use supertankers to move it, it would cost less money getting the oil to our refineries, thus lowering the prices of heating oil, electricity, plastic products and gasoline for consumers and industries. Is it dumb or stupid for an administration not to want to help lower the price of oil based products and byproducts for consumers?

If Canada is not able to move their oil directly to the United States, then it becomes available on the open market and a massive majority of it will end up being consumed in India and China. If we in the United States do not use it and China and others do, even the environmentalist who detest the use of fossil fuels in general would have to admit the pollution from usage of the oil would be greatly enhanced if it were used overseas and foreign economies would therefore be the beneficiaries. Is it dumb or stupid for an administration that claims to care about the economy and the environment would advocate helping foreign countries become richer while producing tons of pollution that dirty up the air we all breathe while restricting their own citizens and even those here illegally opportunities of prosperity while further endangering their health?

The administration's own EPA department has spent countless millions of dollars over the past three years studying the pipeline and the environmental effects it would have on our nation. The EPA approved the project. The principal owners were happy with the plans. The engineering and construction companies were all on board and eager to get started. The state governments where the pipeline would run were eager to get some 20,000 unemployed workers off assistance and have them start earning wages and paying taxes. Is it dumb or stupid for the administration to kill or postpone the start of some 20,000 jobs this country vitally needs?

For the past three years I have been scratching my head wondering about the actions of President Obama and his administration. I still can't make up my mind if they are dumb to the facts on so many subjects or are they all just plain stupid.

My Year in Review

As with the rest of my life, I have no regrets about the year 2011. I am fortunate enough to be in the fifth year of my retirement, and fortunate enough to have so many readers and friends to share opinions with. This year I have watched my grandson grow from a baby to a little man, and I can’t wait to see him this week. My son has settled into a job that I think he truly loves, and from what he tells me his employer loves the work he does.

I have to admit that this year has been very difficult for me to write articles on politics. This is my sixth year writing on politics. I have written over 1400 articles on issues of the day and been read by over 100,000 people around the world. This internet thing is pretty cool huh? Besides America, my articles are most read by people in the Netherlands, followed by Germany, Russia, and the United Kingdom. As some of you know I used to write for the Examiner. I enjoyed my largest readership in that relationship of over 30,000 monthly but also suffered the worst censorship. I cut ties with the Examiner last year and have never looked back.

I know that corruption has always followed politics as the draw of power and money have always corrupted people of good initial intentions, but these last three years have been especially brutal. We have seen that ideology has taken a front seat to the life of two border agents. We have seen the willingness of this administration to willfully lie and to secure legislation to legally lie to the very people who not only elect them, but pay them. When was the last time you willfully lied to your boss, then sought permission to do so in the future?

I have sat on the sidelines and watched while our government has made the same exact mistakes that administrations have made in just my life, which I see as extremely disturbing. We have seen an administration try to rewrite historical facts to claim that successful things in the past were unsuccessful and vice versa.

Each day under this administration scares me more than the last. Every day sees a little more of our freedom erode. I am even finding that my fears are becoming more irrational. For instance, I am very reluctant to secure a new primary care doctor for fear of having my health records flying around the internet, and yet here I am on Facebook……….lol…….seems sort of irrational in that light doesn’t it? There is far more information about me circulating on Facebook than could possibly be circulating by my health records.

Admittedly I have become paranoid, as I’m sure lots of my conservative friends have, how could we not be? It doesn’t take much of a history of past lies to feel that you are being lied to, and even less time to confirm it. Paranoia sets in shortly after and quickly expands. I am seriously scared for my country; I think 4 more years of this administration would put us on a path of no return to the ideas and policies of our forefathers.

Most of my readers have noticed the articles and opinions from my group of writers on the decline, and I think that this collective disgust and paranoia is part of the reason. We won’t give up but the horror we all see on a daily basis has an effect on how we write.

I'm writing this right after Mike Huckabee's Republican Presidential Forum. First I want to say that I thought all the candidates did a good job. The way it was held allowed everyone to answer questions without having interruptions from other candidates. I personally would like to see more of these. This type of forum helped me solidify some of my own opinions of candidates and also changed my opinions on a couple.

Everyone who writes on this this page as well as those who offer comments are expressing opinions first and in some cases backs those opinions with facts. Tonight I am writing my opinions only. I'm not looking to try and add fact to any of this. With that being said, here we go.

I think Rick Perry and Ron Paul benefitted the most from the format. Neither are what anyone would call great debaters. They are arguably the two worst in all of the previous debates.

I think Michelle Bachmann did the worst of all the candidates. She was hardly on point in any of the responses she gave. Add the fact that she showed little conviction in her responses, I just believe that she is done as a candidate. I like Michelle Bachmann. I gave to 2010 re-election campaign and I don't even live in her district or state. Michelle, I love your work in congress and in my opinion, you are right where you belong. Please drop and and stay in congress. Tonight's Grade: C

Ron Paul, buddy, pal, fellow "I can't stand the federal reserve" guy. You are at best a fourth place candidate. You did good tonight. You stayed composed and articulated well. You also stayed away from answers that have irritated people in the past. Your stance on the military and foreign policy has alienated you from many voters. Like Michelle, I believe you serve this country honorably in congress and should continue to do so. Please drop out and stay a couple of more terms in the house. Tonight's Grade: C+

Rick Santorum, you impressed me and lost me all at the same time. Your belief in family and traditional marriage is well known and supported my a majority of the country. One thing that turned me off tonight was your attempt to inject family or faith or marriage into every response. The item that lost you any support was your stance on the Patriot Act. 1/2 of the Patriot Act does nothing but strip rights from the people. You brag about crafting it. You can't support the constitution and at the same time support legislation that takes away rights guaranteed by the constitution. You are still my choice for the VP slot, but it's time for you to drop out. Tonight's Grade: B

Mitt Romney lost a bit of my support tonight. Not once tonight did he ever hint that he is other than a big government candidate. Tonight he supported the 10th amendment some, but advocated big government policy and authority. You made sure you didn't hurt yourself tonight but you didn't help yourself either. The constraints of not being able to talk negatively about the other republican candidates seemed to take him a little out of his comfort zone. Tonight's Grade: B+

Rick Perry did a good job tonight. He stuck to the questions and strongly advocated state's rights. He articulated his answers tonight better than he has in the past yet he still stumbled a little in a couple of his responses. Perry knows he is not a great debater and it's because of that, Obama would eat him up in a debate. If it were possible to take your policies and beliefs and package them with Romney's speaking ability, Obama would rightfully be scared to debate you. Tonight's Grade: B+

Surprise Surprise (not really) the person I thought performed the best tonight was Newt Gingrich. Best articulator. Clear and easy to understand responses. He even managed to poke a little fun at himself. Again, he said all the right things but left again, left out things that would win over strict conservatives. He confirmed my opinion tonight that he is the second biggest "big government" candidate behind Romney. Tonight's Grade: A-

It has been my belief for quite some time that John Huntsman has needed to drop out of the race. His inability to make time for tonight's forum just adds to mmy belief that he is just wasting time and taking attention away from more serious and electible candidates.

I could support Romney, Gingrich or Perry. Until today, Herman Cain would also be in this group. Tonight's forum did shrink my choices as to who I will vote for in the Missouri primaries, but a definate choice has yet to be made. 2008, I firmly supported Fred Thompson and he didn't last long enough for me to even vote for him. This time I will wait a little longer before deciding.

I couldn’t help but to laugh this morning watching Donald trump and Karl Rove lambast each other on Fox news about the “Trump Debate.” Don’t get me wrong, I don’t have much love for either their personalities.

What I do have a problem with is how Trump wants to make it all about him and a TV show. The feeling that somehow he is the anointed one and all candidates must parade in front of him to kiss his ring for some sort of blessing makes me ill. I AM shocked and disappointed that Dr. Charles Krauthammer is participating in Trump’s little dog and pony show, I always thought he had more class than that.

Karl Rove is another thing entirely; he is merely a washed up Republican operative that will never figure into the power base of the Republican Party again. His policy recommendations caused the horrific failure of George Bush’s second term, and the subsequent rise of the Democrats into power into 2009. His late career will only involve book sales and occasional appearances on Fox News.

While I’m at this rant, let me include Fox News as my target. Recent rating claims Fox News’s popularity is waning. Personally I can see why when they parade Trump as if he was some sort of King Maker. Let’s be clear as a bell here, Donald trump is NO CONSERVATIVE, and he’s certainly no Republican, this debate is nothing more that Donald blackmailing the American public to keep him from running as a third party candidate……….give him what he wants so he will go away!

In much the same way that Islam is not only a religion but a way of life, entitlement is not just a program but a way of life. Subsidy handouts have created a multi-generational dependency on any sort of government program.

This is why black conservatives claim that liberal democrats have created merely another subculture of “slaves down on the farm.” Short term social programs are one thing, but government rarely does short term money handouts. Long term multi-generational dependency is not only a drain on our economic system, but it begets a feeling of entitlement in the recipient.

This feeling harbors a sense of “being special” to the recipient, when in fact the only thing it does is create their need for the next pay check. The uneducated in this group always feel the monetary relief is the “government’s money.” The truly educated in our system already know that the government has no “money.” They make no products, they run no business, they take taxes from 53% of the people and give to the people they feel are deserving.

The government has so many programs for the “poor”(and I use that term loosely), billions have been spent since the great depression……..to what avail? Have we fixed the state of the poor? The answer is no, we have elevated the poor, but unfortunately along with inflation so increases the rich.

Our system is an ever moving sliding scale of poverty; liberals constantly move the mark of what is poverty and what is not. If don’t believe me go to the requirements of ANY social program and you will see a percentage of over 100% to qualify. For instance to qualify for program “X” you need to have filed last year at 120% of what the federal government refers to as poverty. In other words you can be making 20% more than the poverty level to qualify.

The goal posts are always moving folks. Standard fare of qualifications hover around 120% now for most government programs. When that percentage starts to look too high then they raise the federally declared poverty rate.

This system never fixes anything but only makes specific groups dependent on social programs, but then again, it’s the governments money right?

Nancy Pelosi lost the speaker of the house position

Chris Dodd retired

Carbon Credit trading collapsed last month

Barack Obama continually makes major mistakes

Joe Biden has his foot in his mouth constantly

Unless Ron Paul wins the nomination his political career will be over soon

Chris Matthews has lost that tingling feeling up his leg

Thousands of military men and women are protecting my freedom

I had a wonderful mother that formed the man you see today

My mother made sure I travelled the United States to see the real spirit of the country

The father that instilled the work ethic that allowed me to retire early

A son, daughter-in-law, and grandson who love me

I have a wonderful girlfriend who loves and appreciates me

A rescue dog that loves her daddy

A wonderful house, a little bit of property that’s paid for

Fortunate enough to be retired and happily busy

Fortunate to have some of the best friends in the world that would do anything for me if asked

At one time our society used the recall vote to remove someone from office for social indiscretion, theft or some other moral cause. Now the democrats are using recall to remove Republicans from office for anything they don’t like.

Such is the cause for State Senator Russell Pearce. Who is Russell Pearce and why should you care? Senator Pearce wrote the most powerful bill in America at the time to allow his home state to enforce something that the Federal Government refuses to do.

The liberals flooded his small district with out of state money to form an alliance to have this politician removed. They succeeded in his recall vote, he is now gone. They now have a new target, one of his best friends, Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Their declared intention is to have the “trouble maker” removed. The same big money will be behind them as they attempt to remove every Republican they don’t like in high visibility areas such as Arizona.

It surely isn’t the first time liberals are misusing a law to their benefit!

For those of you who don’t know who Russell Pearce is………..he wrote the bill SB 1070 in Arizona allowing local Police Departments to ask about their illegal status…………now you know the rest of the story!

I Refuse to Be Ashamed of My National Flag

It disappoints me to see a Federal Judge rule in favor of a school principal who demanded that a student turn his American Flag T-shirt inside out or go home during Cinco de Mayo in a California public school.

Since when is wearing the official flag of our country a “disruption?” The Judge even ruled that the disruption doesn’t even have to have occurred for the principal to claim that it will. Merely the fear that it can happen is the legal precedent to demand action?

This action was handed down unevenly illegal students were wearing Mexican Flag T-shirts but received no such demand to turn their shirts inside out, showing a clear bias. No students had complained that the display of the American Flag was disruptive, only the principal had made the decision.

We have become a nation of disgrace………..disgrace based on the ideology of the left, or of fear of litigation or maybe both. Why should we be “ashamed” of our flag, or afraid that its display could be construed as a disruption?

What have we become as a nation if it’s citizens can’t even show its collective pride?

No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

I was driving into work this morning and on the radio was a discussion about how some child born to parents that are here in the U.S. illegally was suing the state of Florida because she was going to have to pay out of state tuition to go to college in Florida due to her parents being unable to produce proof of legal status to be here. More have joined her in the suit.

This is the problem with the court system today. Too many times judges recite the letter of the law the exactly as it is written when it fits their beliefs and then proceeds to interpret the law when as the law is written does not fit their beliefs.

Brief Sidebar – Some of you may now be reflecting back on my position regarding Texas and in-state tuition for the children of illegals in that state. My main argument was that it was a state issue and the state of Texas did what it thought best for the state of Texas. I supported their decision because they were pro-active instead of being completely inactive like the federal government. – Sidebar is now over.

I’m sure the parents can prove they have resided in the state of Florida for the required amount of time but if you are here illegally then if the state believes you should have no rights, then by all means I support the state. If the state wants grant you certain rights specific to that state including having your anchor babies pay in state tuition, then again I support the state. It’s a STATE issue.

The 14th amendment to the constitution came about because of slavery. Since many slaves were brought to this country against their will, once slavery ended, their children should by all means be lawful citizens of this country. It was a way to protect the kids of former slaves.

The law now is being taken in a complete different text than it was meant to be when drafted and ratified. In my own opinion, the U.S. should grandfather the kids of illegals as citizens but say as of 01 JAN 2012, the law changes to where children of illegals do not have the right to become lawful citizens of the United States simply by being born here.

In my opinion the law covering anchor babies make as much sense a bank robber who steals several thousands of dollars, files taxes on the stolen money then gets to keep what is left because even though he gained it illegally, he paid taxes on it therefore he is “entitled” to it. It makes no sense.

The host of the morning talk show stated the subject of anchor babies is a complicated issue. I think we need an amendment to the 14th amendment, NO MORE ANCHOR BABIES. It’s not complicated to me.

Somehow President Obama has rationalized his use of the Executive Order to be constitutionally legal when he doesn’t agree with Congress. At first he blamed Republicans saying, “Republicans in Congress aren’t paying attention.” Later the president must have realized that just maybe the democrats aren’t “paying attention” either because of their inability to pass even a budget for the last two and a half years.

When President Obama introduced his own budget this year, not one single democrat or republican would even vote for it, leaving Obama to fight his own war of threatened executive order against congress. The president claims that his use of the executive order to bypass the house and senate is perfectly legal per the DOJ.

Really Mr. President? You take the word of Attorney General Eric (fast and furious) Holder over what you already know to be constitutionally illegal? You were a Constitutional law scholar weren’t you?

This constant trampling of the Constitution to merely force your socialistic agenda on America has to stop. The Constitution is not just a suggestion on limiting the power of the federal government, it is LAW, the very same one you will be breaking if you invoke executive order to get your way!

We all know what unintended consequences are. Now we have a federal judge in Florida sticking her nose in what is clearly a state issue and could potentially open Pandora’s box.

District Court Judge Mary Scriven has temporarily blocked a law that mandates Florida that mandates welfare applicants pay for a mandatory drug screening as part of the application process. If the applicants pass the drug screen, they are reimbursed the cost of the test.

According to the judge, the law is a violation of the 4th amendment.

Here is two main issues I have with her ruling:

1) Receiving welfare is voluntary.

2) This is a state issue.

No one is forcing these people to apply for welfare. I understand that many people need assistance at given points in their lives. A very small amount of those that have applied have failed the drug testing. Many are calling this a waste of money by paying for the screening. What the news is not reporting is that over 1500 applicants did not show up to take the test. That is 1500 les people in the state drawing welfare and saving the state hundreds of thousands of dollars. Of the 30 or so that did take the test and fail, the state probably saved their lives and or the lives of their children because they now must either do without or enter into a state sponsored drug treatment program. If they stay sober for 6 months, they can then reapply.

The military has drug screening and it is not considered a violation of the 4th amendment because service is voluntary therefore the military member is consenting to the screening. Why does this apply to the military and not the state? If receiving welfare is voluntary, then the 4th amendment does not apply, therefore it is no longer a federal matter but a state matter and the state has already spoken on this subject in the form of the law itself.

If the injunction in Florida stands then here is the Pandora’s Box that has been opened. Because it involves public sector funds, it makes searches when entering any building built with public funds also illegal. Think of the damage that could be done by this ruling. One would now be free to enter a packed publicly owned stadium with a bomb strapped to them because searching them is now illegal. One could walk into the Washington Monument and blow it up. The list goes on and on.

Advice for Judge Scriven – Quit mimicking congress and actually think before you act.

I have watched in amazement this week as thousands of basement dwellers who normally live with their parents playing video games have taken to the streets across the country to protest………??????

They clearly have no clue about what they speak or for that matter even believe in. They vilify capitalism and glorify socialism/communism with no real clear thought as to what that would mean.

Their only “demands” are places to take showers, and food stuffs to eat.
The democratic administration of Mayor Bloomberg is merely empowering this raucous behavior that has resulted in over 700 arrests. Now Barack Obama is treading on dangerous ground by siding with the entitlement generation even though he happens to be the “darling of wall street.” The Occupy group either isn’t aware of his association with Wall Street or doesn’t care.

This association could really backfire on President Obama when the empowered group turns to violence, notice I didn’t say “IF” they turn to violence. Now our inability to deal with this bad behavior has spread to other countries, and the violence is escalating.

They have no agenda other than some people have more money than they do, and they don’t like it. Most of the protestors have no jobs, nor do they want them, they merely wish to have their complaints heard. Complaints without basis have no meaning. It’s a sad state of affairs when the seated administrations will only support the useless electorate and not the ones who actually produce something in America.

You Make Me Tired!

Years ago my dear Aunt Helen (my father’s eldest sister) had a phrase that she used with my father. When we would go to Helen’s house for dinner my father would just go on and on constantly about things that didn’t matter to her. Helen would patiently listen for a couple of hours as she hovered about the stove while the rest of the family downed their favorite libation.

We knew when Helen had heard enough, the phrase she uttered rather loudly from the kitchen was, “Alfred, honest to josh, you make me tired.” I used to think that her utterance had more to do with impatience than it had to do with boredom. I say “I used to think” because I feel my dear Aunt Helen’s pain every time I see Barack Obama on TV.

His seemingly endless TV appearances drive me to very same phrase that Aunt Helen used with my father. My impatience and boredom seem to be brought on by his constant lies of the past. Once the trust is gone the impatience and anger will follow.

“Honest to josh Barack, you make me tired.”

Every time this happens I am floored at the arrogance of individual stars, and personalities that somehow are conceited to the point that they think that we should somehow take political advice from them. If I was a star, I’d be scared to death to make a declaration one way or the other for a political party. I mean this country is pretty close to being split down the middle on political persuasion, and to actively taunt the other half into hating you is a sure sign of narcissism.

I’m not too impressed with the latest display by both Morgan Freeman and Hank Williams Jr. Why on earth would you think the purchasing public would want to hear your opinion on the state of the country? Isn’t it your job to entertain us? I am NOT amused nor am I entertained by your antics.

I have added the last two names to a continually growing number of actors and culture personalities that disgust me. Brad Pitt, I hope you and Sean Penn are getting the message! Obviously others feel the same as I do because Mr. Pitt is suffering a dismal first two weeks of his new movie.

I wished everyone would wake up and vote their conscience in the way of box office receipts and tell these legends in their own minds what we really think of them. Mr. Williams I am disappointed in your actions, they were once wholly reserved for liberals, but now you have crossed the line and are playing the game the way “they” play it. I understand your frustration but hardly condone your actions either. Some things don’t need to be invaded by politics nor should they!

Yes, my ears and eyes are still stinging a little over my opinion that the Texas legislature and Gov Perry did something good for the state of Texas and America by allowing kids of illegal immigrants to get in state tuition and go to college.

I never promised anyone that my opinions would be main stream. It you have been reading Al’s blog site for the past three years, you might remember I laid out the case why McCain should choose Hillary Clinton as his VP before he announced Sarah Palin. Some people there thought I was completely off my rocker but looking back, I still think it would have been a wise move.

At least one reader believes that I am endorsing Perry for President. I’m writing this to set the record straight. I am not endorsing Perry. There were 9 candidates up on stage during the last republican debate and out of those 9, I would vote for any of them over Obama, but for the primaries, I have not yet decided though I have pretty much written three off my list. Funny thing about that is, one of those three I would highly recommend that person for the VP slot on the ticket.

To set the record straight, Perry is at best, my 4th or 5th pick to vote for. I like his economic message. I like the fact that he has more Texas Rangers on the boarder than the federal government has agents there. The HPV vaccine law is a totally different issue. He should have never signed that law or any law that diminishes or limits parental control or choice.

Each candidate has plusses and minuses. Romney was governor over what is primarily a sanctuary state for illegals and did nothing to change that. Before Pelosi, Gingrich was the most controversial Speaker of the House in modern times. Paul is hell bent on cutting the military that if we ever had to fight beyond our own shores we would be outnumbered by Russia, China and every major power but France and Pakistan (only because they have nukes are they listed) in terms of personnel and equipment. The only foreign experience Bachmann has is reading & listening to national security briefs. Johnson can’t speak well enough to ever be taken seriously on the world stage. Must be a side effect from supporting the legalization of marijuana. Santorum is so in love with himself and what few things he ever did in congress he considers to be earth shattering acts that I’m surprised he still has the use of both arms after patting himself on the back so often. Huntsman supports Obama’s cap and trade stance, and believes man is the sole reason for global warming. Cain is the only person who has even less foreign policy experience than Bachmann, but I bet he could put on one heck of White House Pizza & Beer Summit.

Well what about Chris Christie? Definitely not ready for prime time. Give him 5 more years. Donald Trump, do I really need to go into this one? Sarah Palin, too many gaffs when she was VP candidate, too narrow in her ability to see 5 – 10 years down the road and a little too rogue for the job.

Each have their own faults and shortcomings and each have strengths about them. Most importantly, each would be a better choice than Obama.

I have yet to make up my mind as to who I will be voting for come the Missouri primary. I have no clue who will be left to vote for when that time comes. It could be Perry, but as things stand right now, there are at least three individuals who rank MUCH HIGHER on my list and one who is about even with him.

There is a story told of a man, the likes of Obama and his army of tyrants, passed down through generations of time. Like Obama the man wanted to be a King over the people and he pursued power wherever he could claim it, even by flattering words deceiving the some with a promise to make those who followed him rulers themselves over the people; Czars has a familiar ring does it not. Such individuals dismiss God or His righteousness and seek for power only, they are quick to do iniquity and be led away by evil men.

We have over the past 3 years seen the wickedness one very wicked man can cause to take place among the children of men. Because Obama is cunning in his devices and a man of many flattering words he has led the hearts of many people to do his bidding, not only to destroy our Christian faith but to destroy all the foundations of liberty which our God has proclaimed the essence of Americas culture.

Now comes the “Tea Party,” an enigma to the men and women who follow after Obama. Not just one man, but a growing plethora of American patriots, prepared to do battle with the evil that has engulfed their sacred Land of Liberty and Freedom; Ready to do battle and reclaim their land, their Christian faith, their love of God and Country from those who would dare take it from them.

Prepare, those of you who are not ashamed of our God, or to keep His commandments, Obama and his followers can see that the “Tea Party” is greater than they and they fear them. We must be faithful above all, to reclaim our Liberty and restore our heritage for which much blood has been spilt.

Let the true justice again prevail in our Legislatures, Our Courts, and with those chosen to lead our Nation. We do not need appeasers; we need men and women with selfless hearts, willing to sacrifice their time for the well being of the people and our Nation, that America can again lead the World in a better direction. Over the course of the last couple of debates, Rick Perry has taken a real beating for the appearance that he is weak in immigration. In particular, his stance on the children of illegal immigrants receiving in state tuition cost at Texas universities.

Now let the arguments commence. I for one agree with the policy though I do not think it quite goes far enough. The one thing that seems to escape all those hammering him on this subject is “ children of illegals who are here do to no fault of their own”. It’s not like some 6 year old decided one day to leave Mexico on his or her own and come to the U.S. to start a new life. So, somebody had to bring them across and I bet it was the parents.

Now you have a illegal child in the U.S., what do we do in all public schools, we educate them in accordance with the law. By the time this 6 year old illegal has graduated high school, between $40,000 and $80,000 has been spent on this child’s education.

Now he or she is a high school graduate but is still here illegally which means he or she can’t find a job that doesn’t pay under the table, off the books or whatever term you prefer. So, what happens to this person, they become even more of a drain on the system.

You can’t fix this kind of problem until you address border security directly. Seal the borders tighter than a drum and then those who are complaining have a legitimate complaint.

Until then, so long as this child – kid – young adult has not gotten into any trouble with the law, graduated high school in accordance with state and federal requirements and otherwise meets the requirements for college acceptance, then why not get this kid into the system, start the paperwork for citizenship and allow them to go to college.

Chances are, if this kid has graduated high school, never had a run in with the law and meets the requirements for college, he or she would make the most of the opportunity and become a productive and positive citizen of the U.S. and member of society.

Many hearing but not listening to the debates never heard the words “put them on a path to citizenship” , they never heard “to no fault of their own”. All they heard was “illegal”. Are we a society where we directly make the kids suffer because of actions of the parents?

If the kid completes college, he gets a job, earns a living, pays taxes on those earnings and eventually pays back all the money spent to him in the form of sales tax, fica tax, med tax, gas tax and each of the other 120 types of taxes we have.

Even if this kid doesn’t complete college, he or she is now legal to be in and work in the U.S. He or she now has a legal social security number and is required to pay taxes.

Now, the one step further I stated in the beginning. In addition to all the requirements for college mentioned, I would include making the parents register as being in the country go to the back of the line for citizenship and college was conditional upon one of the parents finding gainful employment. The family as a whole would be fined $10,000 to be paid to the state within 10 years.

So, Rick Santorum, Michelle Bachmann, Ron Paul and Mitt Romney, what exactly is NOT logical and beneficial about Texas’s approach to dealing with children of illegals? Come up with a better solution or shut your mouths because you are criticizing for the sake of criticizing. What plan have ANY OF YOU offered that meets or exceeds the one in Texas? Truth is none of you have one.

The direction of the GOP should be guided by the RNC chairman, but it seems that once again the media seems to be setting the stage for the primary. After a series of debates it seems the two front runners (Romney and Perry) are more moderate than conservative. Tea Party conservatives are questioning if this is the direction they want to go in the primary.

The media is now pushing with some of the GOP to get Gov. Chris Christie to run for president. As I pointed out in a past article Gov. Christie is anything but a strict conservative and yet some voices want him to run for the presidency. Isn’t the field populated enough with moderate candidates? With a president that leans as far left as Obama does, do we really need an “Obama lite” candidate?

Do we really need a moderate to get some things done in congress? Some people think that a farther right leaning candidate will only alienate each side of the isle to farther gridlock. I suppose there is ample proof from either side of this issue. Tea Party members seem to think that if a moderate candidate wins the general election it will still leaver us closer to the left than where they want to be.

Every voter will have their own deal breaker issues that they will NOT stray past. Most people seem to think that nobody will have a candidate that they will agree with totally, and that may be true.

Unfortunately I live in a VERY liberal state that still sees Obama in a 60% positive light. Because we deal with general elections and an electoral college my vote in the general election in Maryland has been wasted since 1973. Is that a cynical outlook? Maybe it is, but it also realistic.

I refuse to vote in this election for a candidate that so happens to be the “lesser of two evils.” I made that mistake in 2007, but I will not make it again. The winner of the GOP primary will have to sell themselves to me!

Every day when I don’t think things or choices from our government can get much worse I am unpleasantly surprised. Bad choices seem to be the daily menu for this administration. Deceit, lies, and corruption seem to rule the day, and the law of the land is violated as easily as washing ones hands.

We have been lied to by our president on everything from job production to economic policy, to ending wars, to prosecution of criminals. The Obama Administration has turned conflict of interest into an art form. His collusion with unions’ borderlines on treason, and his stand with Acorn is clearly corruption.

I can remember NO time in the past, including the Carter Administration, where I so feared the direction of our country. Obama has done the American people as a whole a disservice. I also fear that he has tainted the candidate pool for black Americans running for office in the future. His arrogance and deceitful nature has without a doubt caused our once staunch allies to cast a guarded eye on our country.

To assume that all these actions are unrelated and unintentional shows the naiveté of holders of such thoughts. This has been a well- orchestrated agenda from the narcissistic leader of our country begging to be the leader of some new world order where only he knows his eventual role. Hope and Change is one thing, but systematic destruction of the country that our forefathers envisioned must not be tolerated.

If I had told you in 2007 that after such a short time after 9/11 that Muslims would be greeted with open arms in droves into our country, both illegal entry and legal, or that the Palestinian people would be on the verge of having their own state declared by the UN while they are still attacking Israel. If I had told you that our President would refuse to seal our borders against illegal entry but declare we are safer than we have ever been before. If I had told you that the Attorney general had been complicit in the death of a border agent because he illegally passed assault weapons over the border to drug cartel members to sway the American people into thinking that guns are bad and should be banned in the U.S. If I had told you that same Attorney General would pick and choose what laws to enforce and what laws to ignore. If I had told you that our president would act as the mouthpiece for organized labor and push forward every objective on the union’s collective table. If I had told you that one of the first things our new president would do is go on a world apology tour right after he was elected…………………would you have voted for him?

I was curious as to who funded the 9/11 Memorials so I embarked upon a research project. The three sites have very special needs and of course with those needs come required funds. I only researched the builds on the memorials, not the rebuilding of buildings. Of course the monumental damage done to the 16 square acres in NY was the most devastating in both lives and structural damage. The Pentagon was next on the list with catastrophic building damage. Lastly the Shanksville, Pennsylvania crash site. I will give you every bit of funding I could discover from all three sites.

New York, Ground Zero

This was the most emotionally charged site of all. Early emotion decisions finally gave way to more logical ideas on how best to utilize the sixteen acres destroyed in the two plane crashes. Originally $500 was designated for the Memorials at ground zero, but that figure was later downgraded to $300 million.

A foundation was set up controlled by a 36 member board to not only do fundraising but to make decisions on the final usage of the site. Many hours were spent hearing from victim’s families on their personal ideas as to the design of any and all Memorials.

Gov. Pataki designated $80 million of his 2006-07 executive state budget to the building of to the building of some sort of Memorial to be decided on at a later date. Congress also earmarked $2.78 million to the project. The Department of the Interior has designated the 8 acres of the Memorial as a Nation Park. It has been suggested but not mandated that entry to the Museum area will request a $20 donation for continued funding and maintenance. Victim’s families will never be charged any admission costs for passage to the Museum. Outside entry will always be free. Additional funding for the site has been started by the U.S. Mint in the form of a memorial coin which hopes to raise an additional $20 million to the pot. Of course private donations are the lesser amount and continue to trickle in.

Mayor Bloomberg has offered a personal donation for an unspecified amount. Additional funds for future upkeep and maintenance has been suggested in Congress for the amount of $20 million yearly for staffing and upkeep, however some estimate that the staggering figure will be closer to $55 to $60 million.

The Pentagon

Figures for this Memorial were somewhat harder to get. Because this was basically a military building, the rebuild had to be of the utmost importance to return it to functional mode. The rebuild of the Pentagon was done the fastest and the Memorial although primarily confined to the outside area has made some small concessions to inside the building Memorials. The original budget for Memorials was a conservative $32 million compared to the other sites. The actual cost of phase one was $22 million with an additional $10 million for extension into phase 2 and initial planning. The Pentagon has declared all money for this project was from donations. Some claim that almost all those donations came from Defense Dept. contractors. One donation came from Taiwan in the amount of $1 million. The Pentagon was the first site to not only reopen the building from crash damage but to dedicate its Memorial in 2008. It was announced on September 9, 2011 that phase two will start shortly and a fund drive will be $3 to $4 million to plan for the Visitor Education Center to be built somewhere close to the crash site.

Shanksville, PA Crash of Flight 93

Shanksville, PA is known for its remote location, and therefore creates another special challenge for funding. Once a strip mining area now turned into another Federal Park to the tune of 2200 acres. The Memorial property once owned by a strip mining operation has been acquired and added to by private surrounding properties. Some property was purchased and some was acquired by eminent domain as a buffer zone. Figures for the Memorial do not include property acquisition. The figures for the Memorial were equally hard to obtain. The initial budget was $62 million so far $19 million in private donations and $32 million in state and federal funds have been used. Although the total budget is dwarfed by say New York’s Memorial fund (New York State’s governor’s participation would have paid for the entire Shanksville Project,) the Flight 93 memorial still lags behind by $10 million for completion.

My Shanksville Experience

A year ago today I was in transit to visit my son in Pittsburgh and just so happened to stop on the Pennsylvania Turnpike at the Somerset rest stop. While I was leaving the building I happened to see a Memorial Plaque on the wall for the crash site of Flight 93 in Shanksville, PA. I never really knew where Shanksville was in Pennsylvania but I read on.

The plaque said that the crash site was only 30 miles from the rest stop, so in my mind I was already making plans to visit the site on my return trip. September 10, 2010 just so happened to be my visit date to the hallowed site. I called my friend Eric and asked if he wanted to meet me there, and he was up for the road trip from Maryland and we agreed on a time.

The Shanksville area has been transformed immensely since that fateful day in 2001. The area was basically a strip mining site. Careful planning by environmental groups has transformed the area surrounding the site into a beautifully landscaped zone that now incorporates an electric wind farm. Some 30 wind generators dot the area now and despite claims to the contrary they seem to offer a serene, almost silent feeling of grandeur.

As I approached the site I was surprised that the development of the memorial wasn’t farther along than it was. A dirt covered road lead almost two miles back to the site from the highway. An old work building from the original strip mining site was transformed to house the artifacts from the crash. The intent was to keep things the way they were that horrible day.

I can’t explain the feelings that Eric and I felt that day, and I’m certain that other visitors to attack sites from 9/11 feel the same way. As we stood in the building reading all the information with about 100 other visitors it was eerie how quiet it was. It seemed like a silent tribute to the most active flight that crashed that day. Flight 93 took an active role in preventing the attack on the Whitehouse. From the black box found at the site, it was shown that the automatic pilot was set on the coordinates of the Whitehouse for the final destination. Through the actions of the brave patriots on board they forced a crash into an unpopulated area in the coal mining area at over 500 MPH.

Eric and I both felt an eerie reverence to the passengers on that fated flight, and we both left with a new sense of patriotism. I encourage everyone to visit one of the 3 sites and I promise you will come away with a renewed sense of America.

Labor Day: Democratic Appeasement to Big Labor

When you think about Labor Day, you think about pools closing down, cookouts, and the impending end of summer, but little do we think about the real cause for the holiday. The cause for the holiday was enacted by President Grover over the Pullman strike. In 1893 the Pullman Company was struggling with declining sales and hard times and had increased workers hours and decreased wages. Company owner George Pullman declined to meet with union representatives from the American Railway Union.

Eugene Debs the ARU president increased pressure on Pullman by organizing a massive boycott through 125,000 railroad workers, virtually shutting down the railroads in America. Grover Cleveland felt that this shutdown interfered with the delivery of the mail and therefore violated the Sherman Anti-Trust Act. Cleveland sent US Marshals and some 12,000 military troops to break up the strike. After the dust had settled 13 strikers laid dead and 57 were wounded. Some 6000 workers did over $360,000 in damages ($8.8 million in 2010 dollars.)

In 1894 Cleveland tried his best to appease the ARU and declared the first national Labor Day celebration. Debs was imprisoned 6 months for his part in denying an injunction to end the strike.The name Eugene Debs may ring a bell with some readers, he later became a candidate for president under the banner of the Socialist Party of America in 1900, 1904, 1908, 1912, and 1920 from his prison cell. Noted for his oratory, it was a speech denouncing American participation in World War I that led to his second arrest in 1918. He was convicted under the Espionage Act of 1917 and sentenced to a term of 10 years. President Warren G. Harding commuted his sentence in December 1921. Debs died in 1926 not long after being admitted to a sanatorium.

Congress passed the declaration of Labor Day in just six days siting that they would now place union pacification at the top of their priority list………….not much different from today……..and now you know the rest of the story!

Government never created one single job without making itself larger. The Obama constantly touts itself as creating or saving jobs, but let’s investigate their claim. What exactly is a “saved job?” This term is thrown around loosely to make the Administration look better in the eyes of everyday Americans, but what does it mean? To claim a saved job in the Obama Administration normally means they gave some sort of business incentive to keep from laying people off, or temporarily sidestepped a rule or regulation that they first imposed on private business. They then claim that by doing so they “saved” that job, even though they were the ones that put that job in peril in the first place.

The figures came out today that America created NO jobs in August, and unemployment still stands at 9.1%. Obama still clings steadfast to the flawed notion that he is creating jobs. I still hold true to the idea that the government never creates a job that it can’t take away the next time the political winds change. Although government workers only account for 2% (2.7 million people) in the work force, the Administration thinks that somehow they can improve unemployment by adding to that work force. Even IF that were possible and the Administration were to double that number the effect on the unemployment figure would barely change. Hiring additional government employees’ only costs the citizens more in taxes.

Government can’t be the cause of hiring in the private sector. Offering a small business an incentive of $500 or $5000 to hire another employee is ludicrous without first having the need to hire them. Consumer confidence is the ONLY driving factor toward additional hiring. There has to be more customers coming through the door to hire more employees, not some token gesture by government.

We need an atmosphere conducive to business and yes…….here’s that dirty word to a liberal, capitalism. Capitalism is not a dirty word it is the thing that drove us as a country to greatness. It started the age of the Industrial Revolution it was the thing that drove America to be the leaders in the computer age, and Silicon Valley. To strangle our creativity by implementing new rules and regulations is counterproductive in the continued success of our country. Until an Administration sees the light, we shall continue down the tunnel of major failure.

I grew up in the 60’s. Some of my most vivid memories were the famous air raid drills, hiding under the desk of the duck and cover era. (Like that would have helped in a nuclear blast!). I went to a military school in western Baltimore County from 4th grade to 10th.

Although I was “rebel” against authority, some of the military influence couldn’t help but to “stick.” I graduated from a public high school not far from my home. I started working full time in the summer of my 16th year, and continued to do so through my junior and senior year. My life took a turn from here, I never went to college, although I took some college classes, but I settled down to marry my high school sweetheart just 3 years out of high school in 1976. I worked at different jobs in my twenties all auto related. I felt the sting of government from the Carter years. I upheld the end of the gas line to prevent additional people from getting in line. I heard the obscenities and felt the anger. I watched as the powerful cars from Detroit turned into whimpering shells of cars that once were.

I bought my first house at age 21, and luckily for me got a mortgage at 9%! Shortly after I bought my house mortgages went through the roof, some of my friends stuck with a 21% rate! I saw first- hand what an administration run by incompetent people was like. I wasn’t big into politics back then but I saw how it was affecting my life.

Five years after my marriage my son was born, and my outlook on life changed. I felt the need to somehow do something that left a legacy for my name sake. Fate played a bigger role in my life than a planned existence. By 1988 my body was breaking down do to my profession as an auto mechanic, and for that entire 12 month period I was incapacitated from two ruptured discs in my back. The wonderful man I worked for at the time paid me at full rate and gave me light duty until I could be operated on and recover to the best of my ability. I came back to work in the fall of that year but my ability to bend over fenders was now gone. I needed to work at something but what?

I knew how to weld and I had done odd jobs welding before but I needed to be better, so I practiced long and hard, and after a few months had become a pretty fair welder. I was gifted with an eye for engineering although I never had any formal training. In 1989 I built my first trailer from scratch. I never wanted to own my own business, it just came about from my need to do something to earn a buck and the ability to sit down and rest when my back told me it had enough. In the 5 years that followed I built 535 trailers! Like it or not I WAS a business owner! Thank goodness the stars must have aligned perfectly because I was now in Ronald Reagan’s era! My business prospered at a phenomenal rate. Backlog on orders was about 1month and when it exceeded that time I was able to raise my prices. Life was good!

By 1994 my back was once again acting up and an orthopedic doctor told me that if I didn’t stop building trailers I would be due for another operation and he wouldn’t guarantee the results. This was yet another crossroad for me and I decided to morph my company it yet another direction. I always sold hitches as supplemental add on to the trailer sales, so an idea struck to sell hitches online in the blooming internet sales world. My wife set up the webpage and off we went, never looking back.

Things were once again changing politically and the darkness I felt during the Carter years had returned, not to the degree of Carter but different. We were in the Clinton years, sales were waning, and the buying climate had changed too. It was harder to change with the times now, the products became cheaper built and the attitude of the customer became more demanding. We struggled through Clinton/Bush years. The attack on 9/11 changed our world as we knew it, our innocence was gone and the country took a decidedly darker turn. No longer as a people were “trusting.” We didn’t even trust our president anymore. Our liberties and freedom were being replaced by policies to “protect us.” My attitude towards the rapidly changing business world was growing bitter, and by the end of my fiscal year in 2005 I actively sought retirement, ironically it was also the end of my marriage.

Instead of morphing my business life I was now morphing my personal life into something new and different. I now have time for my son and his family, and I have that special time for me. I am so happy I was born at exactly the right time to enjoy the prosperity of the Reagan years, to enjoy the success of a business I started and ran from the ground up. I was blessed with getting out of the business in the right time, retiring early and now enjoying the fruits of my past labors.

I started writing in the summer of 2004, and wrote a book about the care of my parents in their later years. Shortly after that was published I became heavily involved in writing on politics. I have written over 1000 articles on just about any subject involving politics in one way shape or form. I am unhappy for today’s small business owner, unhappy about the taxes, unhappy about the regulation, unhappy for his ability to succeed. I often wonder if I had started my business in 2008 if it would still be going. Personally I doubt it!................so now you know the rest of the story!

It is one thing to express your opinion, and everyone is entitled to do that in America. But it is an entirely different thing to rewrite history to either further your political career or to secure “political correctness.”

During his presidency George Bush instructed the State Department to compile a list of known terrorist attacks before 9/11 and who committed them. This list survived as a published account on the State Department’s website until recently. There is no doubt in my mind that President Obama personally demanded that the terrorist attacks list be removed from the site.

I ask you, is there any difference between President Obama’s and Ron Paul’s denial that we are at war with Islam and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s denial that there was a holocaust? Ahmadinejad’s denial of the holocaust has been made expressly to further his cause to wipe out the people of Israel, and Obama and Paul’s claim has been made to further the Islamization of the United States.

Ambassador to Afghanistan Assassinated, February 14, 1979: Four Afghans kidnapped U.S. Ambassador Adolph Dubs in Kabul and demanded the release of various "religious figures." Dubs was killed, along with four alleged terrorists, when Afghan police stormed the hotel room where he was being held.

Iran Hostage Crisis, November 4, 1979: After President Carter agreed to admit the Shah of Iran into the US, Iranian radicals seized the U.S. Embassy in Tehran and took 66 American diplomats hostage. Thirteen hostages were soon released, but the remaining 53 were held until their release on January 20, 1981.

Bombing of U.S. Embassy in Beirut, April 18, 1983: Sixty-three people, including the CIA’s Middle East director, were killed and 120 were injured in a 400-pound suicide truck-bomb attack on the U.S. Embassy in Beirut, Lebanon. The Islamic Jihad claimed responsibility.

Kidnappings in Kyrgyzstan, August 12, 2000: In the Kara-Su Valley, the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan took four U.S. citizens hostage. The Americans escaped on August 12.
Attack on U.S.S. Cole, October 12, 2000: In Aden, Yemen, a small dingy carrying explosives rammed the destroyer U.S.S. Cole, killing 17 sailors and injuring 39 others. Supporters of Usama Bin Laden were suspected.

Manila Bombing, December 30, 2000: A bomb exploded in a plaza across the street from the U.S. Embassy in Manila, injuring nine persons. The Moro Islamic Liberation Front was likely responsible.

Terrorist Attacks on U.S. Homeland, September 11, 2001: Two hijacked airliners crashed into the twin towers of the World Trade Center. Soon thereafter, the Pentagon was struck by a third hijacked plane. A fourth hijacked plane, suspected to be bound for a high-profile target in Washington, crashed into a field in southern Pennsylvania. The attacks killed 3,025 U.S. citizens and other nationals. President Bush and Cabinet officials indicated that Usama Bin Laden was the prime suspect and that they considered the United States in a state of war with international terrorism. In the aftermath of the attacks, the United States formed the Global Coalition Against Terrorism.These were attacks BEFORE 9/11, and happened either on American property or involving American citizens. These accounts are only a partial list, twice the amount that was reported worldwide. All these attacks were perpetrated by “Islamic” or “Muslim” groups. No massive condemnation has come from the “peaceful faction of the Islamic faith.” There was also a list compiled about attacks after 9/11 which has also been removed from the State department website.

Strong arm tactics are being used once again by the Obama Administration. Chicago politics at it’s finest as the DOJ has launched an investigation against Standard and Poor’s after downgrading of the bond ratings. Similar to shooting the messenger, our President refuses to see the problem as a spending problem. He only sees the downgrade as something he doesn’t want, not that there are certain situations where spending is clearly out of control and needs to be fixed.

Standard and Poors managing director, John Chambers explained how several plans had been presented that would have averted the credit downgrade. Plans that included $4 trillion in cuts all made Chamber’s list even including a plan by Obama himself even though that plan never made it to paper. Other plans that would have averted a downgrade were Paul Ryan’s plan and the Cap and Balance plans.

The assumption of the Democrats that Tea Partiers were reason for the downgrade was not only a lie but extremely inflammatory. Now that the Democrats didn’t escape the downgrade their leader and cut loose his DOJ attack dogs to punish the offending party. When over 150 lawyers reside in the Whitehouse on a daily basis this is what happens! Lawsuits are the punishment, after all Obama never pays those bills, WE DO!

When was the last time you heard the word DEF, except maybe a carry over from the
80’s band Def Leppard? Intrusion into our lives by government is nothing new, but diesel truck owners are target of a new program by the EPA.

Years ago our government actually told us that diesel trucks didn’t create harmful emissions the black smoke we used to see when big rigs left a stop light were deemed as OK by the EPA. It seems that as time goes on our government doesn’t want us driving diesel vehicles after all. New low sulfur fuels have pretty much eliminated any monetary benefits associated with diesel engines, but this new mandatory system creates yet another regulation for diesel owners.

The majority of products are transported in our country by way of diesel engines, whether they are used by trucks or trains it is the main fuel to move product in the USA. Anytime a new mandate is forced on the public especially when it involves the most common form of fuel, it will end up costing the end user more money also.

Now I come from an automotive background, so when I saw this product on the counter at my favorite auto parts store I began to laugh. Conjuring up memories of “high performance muffler bearings,” I couldn’t help but to snicker when I read the label of a 1 gallon jug of “Diesel Exhaust Fluid.”

I was laughing when I asked the counter man …..”What the hell is Exhaust Fluid?”

He told me that in late 2011 diesel vehicles in the USA require a product known as DEF or Diesel Exhaust Fluid. Because DEF doesn’t mix with diesel fuel the fluid has to be injected into the exhaust system to reduce nitrogens of oxide emissions. The fluid is held in a special tank and is injected at a specific rate into the exhaust system. Now here is where our government’s demand gets ugly. When the fluid gets low, a sensor sees this level and reverts the computer into “limp mode.” This means the vehicle will only go between 20 to 30 MPH until you refill the auxiliary tank. Ignore the system past that point? The computer will shut down the engine entirely!

Now all new over the road tractor trailer drivers will be carrying an additional 1 gallon container to pacify the anal congress and EPA!

Nothing new here folks, move along. Since Barack Obama’s run for the Illinois state senate the Communist Party USA has supported his upward movement. Every run he had since for any office has been supported by the CPUSA. This next election will be no exception the CPUSA has already endorsed Barack Obama and the Democratic Party in general.

Their announced infiltration of the ranks of the Democratic Party started in 1972 with the actions and words from Gus Hall, when he was quoted as saying, “We are going to work towards independence, but I think it is clear we are going to work with people who for some time will be 'riding two horses' in the field of political action.”

Not much will have changed in 40 years come the next Presidential election, Democrats are still riding two horses, one that appears main stream, and the other that supports the communist ideology. Charlene Mitchell, then Executive Director of the African-American Commission explained the direction of movement for African-Americans in the 1983, when she was quoted in an article for Political Affairs the journal for the CPUSA.

“We see building political independence based on the alliance of labor with the African-American community as the aim for changing the relationship of forces in elected office. The Party Program maintains the ultimate expression of this would be a mass anti-monopoly people's party...
From the standpoint of process, even if it is currently developing primarily through the Democratic Party, the fact that labor, the Rainbow Coalition, and the African-American community are the main generators of the new developments substantiates our policy and our historic approach of basing the building of political independence on the alliance of the trade union movement and the African-American people...
Should the party strive to play a leading role helping those forces gain and consolidate new positions of strength, even inside the Democratic Party or shouldn't it?, I think it should.
How is our party going to develop its all-sided electoral presence? This cannot and should not repose solely on Communist or Left-independent candidates. Not if there is any intention of emerging as an integral component of the overall progressive coalition. Especially in view of the fact that the Jackson-led progressive wing of the Democratic Party is that coalition's major organized component."

She singled out Rev Jesse Jackson’s group the Rainbow Coalition as being the main arm or connection to the Communist Party USA, to bring communism in as main stream to the African-American community. They have constantly expanded on the “haves and the “have nots” to expand on the increasing rift between economic classes.

In proper context to the 2012 election, Sam Webb has been quoted as saying, “Neither party is anti-capitalist, but they aren’t identical either. Differences exist at the levels of policy and social composition. And despite the many frustrations of the past two years, the election of Barack Obama was historic and gave space to struggle for a people’s agenda.

So there you have it, proof that Obama’s presidency is all about labor and the struggle of the “people”………all main stream communist/democratic ideas….like I said earlier…..nothing to see here move along!

FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION:

1 million seconds = 12 days

1 billion seconds = 31 years

and finally 1 trillion seconds = 31,688 years

14 TRILLION SECONDS = 443,632 YEARS

Carefully look at the numbers above. If you’re not astonished at the last line, you don’t need to read this because you already have an idea of what I am going to say. If you are astonished and simply don’t believe these numbers, do the math yourself. Start with 60 seconds in a minute. We can all agree on that. We have 60 minutes in an hour so we must multiply the number of seconds in a minute by the number of minutes in an hour. 60 X 60 = 3600. There are 3600 seconds in an hour. At this point you can also think of this small unit of time we call “seconds” as one dollar. Let’s say they are interchangeable. Just keep that in the back of your mind. We now have established there are 3600 seconds in a hour so how many hours are there in one day? We have to multiply 3600 X 24 to get the answer. 3600 X 24 = 86,400.. In one day, there are 86,400 seconds. We know there are 365 days in one year. To get the number of seconds in one year we multiply the number of seconds in one day by the number of days in one year. Let’s do that. 86,400 X 365 = 31,536,000 which is the number of seconds in one full year. And in 1000 years that number becomes 31,536,000,000 or about 31.65 billion. So…in a thousand years the clock ticks off 31.65 billion seconds. A million years is a thousand times that last number or 31,536,000,000,000 seconds. LET’S SAY THAT OUT LOUD RIGHT NOW. A million years is 31,536,000,000,000 seconds. That number is 31,536 TRILLION. Let’s round that off at 31.5 trillion seconds. If we take half of that amount the number is approximately 500,000 years and the number of seconds is about 15 trillion. We did the math. The numbers are enormous. You can do these same calculations on your computer if you doubt this.

When you hear some newscaster talk about such and such billion and then they say “Oh, I meant trillion…what’s a few zeroes?”, you automatically know that person is either an idiot or doesn’t understand numbers…or both. I’ve heard so many people toss million, billion and trillion around as though they were almost interchangeable. As you can see by the calculations above, this is not so. A million is a huge number. It’s one thousand…thousand. That’s a wheelbarrow full of a thousand one dollar bills times a thousand wheelbarrows. If we have all those wheelbarrows in a warehouse and have a thousand warehouses just like that, we have a billion dollars. Picture a thousand warehouses all built in an industrial park. Got the picture In your mind? Now if we are talking about A TRILLION, that’s one thousand INDUSTRIAL PARKS, each with one thousand buildings and each building contains one thousand wheelbarrows and each wheelbarrow contains one thousand one dollar bills. That’s a trillion!!

We are currently 14.5 trillion dollars in debt. And soon to be, though the magical beauty of baseline budgeting, over 20 trillion dollars in debt. Let’s just stick with the 14.5 trillion for now. We have approximately 300,000,000 (three hundred million) people who live in this country. We are the owners and are responsible for all debts incurred. We elect people to manage our country and they take a sacred oath to do the right thing. They have put us in debt 14.5 trillion dollars. To really simplify this situation, let’s think in terms of our own family budget. All 300 million of us owe 14.5 trillion dollars total. How do we find out what each one of us owes individually? It’s easy. We take the amount owed and divide by the number of people who owe that amount. Let’s do the math, To make it easy we’ll round up to 15 trillion. 15 trillion divided by 300 million = 50,000. Each man, woman and child owes 50,000 dollars. You have your mortgage and all your other bills that you’ve incurred directly PLUS you owe an additional 50.000 dollars.

Whatever your balance is on your VISA or MasterCard, add 50,000 dollars to that for each person in your family. All the interest you are paying on your charge card right now is just for what you’ve spent directly and what you owe to vendors. Add another 50,000 and figure the interest too. This is for every family member. The number is staggering and you know you can’t pay it off. You also know the first thing you should do if you have to pay it off is to reduce your monthly spending and then take “that” money which you don’t normally spend and start paying down your charge card. Common sense tells you to do that. You don’t need a degree in economics to figure this out. It will take a long time to pay this amount down but it’s the right thing to do. There’s no question about that. However, your spouse suggests you forget about what you already owe and you go out and buy yourself that nice new Lexus or Mercedes you’ve had your eye on. You already owe an additional 50,000 dollars for each person in your family and now it’s been suggested you add to that amount. To put it simply, this is what your elected politicians are suggesting and arguing about.

However, here’s the twist. They are saying you really had your eye on that Mercedes 500SL which costs a little over 120,000 dollars but since the family finances aren’t too good, you will buy the Lexus which only costs 85,000 dollars which is actually saving your family 40,000 dollars. Now, doesn’t that sound good to you? Doesn’t that make sense? Wouldn’t it be the right thing to do? Why not SAVE 40,000 dollars? Who wouldn’t do that? And, there you have it. That is what the politicians are arguing about. The media will blame the Republicans because they want to start cutting your family debt and they want to stop the spending. The media will tell you it’s OK to buy that Lexus because you’re saving 40,000 dollars. Some of you will agree with the media because it just sounds so good. After all, you get a nice, new shiny Lexus and you’ve saved 40,000. You just put the purchase on your charge card and pay it off each month. The only problem with that scenario is you will NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER be able to pay your card off. What will happen in the end? What actually happens when you’ve really figured out you have dug a hole so deep, you can never get out? We will find out very soon because that’s exactly where we are.

The “cuts” our criminal politicians are talking about are actually cuts in the increase they are going to spend. The final number is somewhere over 20 trillion dollars and they are haggling over how much to cut of the 9 trillion increase they plan to spend. They are not talking about the 14 trillion at all. The cuts are going to be made (theoretically) over the next ten years to the 9 trillion increase. There is no guarantee and they are arguing over 100 billion a year. This is what is known as “baseline budgeting”. It’s essentially Washington, D.C. “speak” for a cut to an increase, and not a cut to what exists. If they plant to spend ten dollars more next year but wind up only spending 9 dollars, that to them….is a cut. When you hear them talk about cutting the budget on TV or the radio, it’s got nothing to do with the 14 trillion we already owe.

Numbers don’t lie. We are in debt and we have leaders who are criminals. You didn’t do this to yourself. They did this to you. The only question that remains, and for which I don’t have an answer is….what happens next?

There is NO question that Democrats have very different priorities than Republicans. With that being said, the Constitution states that one of the primary roles of the president is to protect us from enemies from afar and at home.

The Constitution makes no such demands of funding social programs and yet half our budget is spent like this. In just 3 years, Barack Obama has increased the food stamp program to unheard of levels in America. So far Obama has approved not one single program for a cut, but listen to his words about what he’d rather cut than food stamps………it will leave you shaking your head, and feeling somewhat less secure!

Both Democrats and Republicans are doing their political posturing as the deadline for the debt talk’s loom. Asian markets today are showing their apprehension as trading drops.

Obama and Harry Reid are holding steadfast to raising the debt ceiling along with saddling America’s wealthy with a larger portion of tax liability to fund the ever increasing social programs the democrats see as necessary. John Boehner is holding to his position of no additional tax increases in a time of economic uncertainty. There is no assurance that even if the debt ceiling talks yield a compromise that the world’s monetary rating group will not downgrade our AAA rating to AA. Even if Obama and Reid raise taxes and the debt ceiling, Moody’s could still see that as a weakening of the dollar and reduce the rating.

Obama refuses to negotiate any social programs for cuts, including the new high speed rail he just proposed recently. He has also refused to negotiate on past programs and entitlements. Obama has argued that America has spoken that 80% of citizens agree with raising the taxes, despite a recent
Rasmussen Poll that says only 37% agreed with the president. When Obama was a US Senator and Harry Reid served in the senate under George Bush, both of them vehemently battled against raising the debt ceiling at that time. Now the situation is more dire, and the democrats continue to spend us farther into a hole, but somehow their opinion on the debt ceiling has changed.

Logical Americans know that spending more money when you are in deep debt makes no sense. The issue is not that we have a tax deficit; the more accurate way to portray the situation is that we have a spending problem, and we are running out of wealthy people to tax. The words “fair share” is being sadly abused when 51% of Americans pay NO tax, and yet the wealthy are being forced to pay for the non-payer’s existence, is this the true meaning of the words “fair,” or “share?”

If you are a democrat reading this article, here is an enlightening glimpse into the programs the Republican’s see items ripe for removal thus saving America 2 1/2 trillion dollars………….Democrats have already said no to deleting any of them. A recall count has normally been reserved for those despicable politicians who either broke the law or participated in a horrible breach of conduct after their election. Republican voters still view it that way, but times may be changing.

It seems now that disgruntled Democratic voters see a vote or a policy that is not to their liking as grounds for a recount. They view the vote itself as a horrible breach of conduct, and the trend is rapidly spiraling out of control.

Gov. Brewer ordered the vote to recall Republican Russell Pearce, the state senate's president and chief architect of Senate Bill 1070, after a citizen's group turned in enough valid signatures to force it (catch phrase here is “citizen’s group”…….aka Democrats.)

7700 signatures were required to force the recount, and 10,000 were received, forcing the first recount in Arizona’s history. Their fight will be an uphill battle as Russell Pearce has been elected 16 times to the Arizona legislature. He claims that the effort was headed by money and out of state staff to head off the bill deemed so unpopular by Democrats country-wide.

"We believe that Senator Pearce's agenda and behavior is too extreme for Arizona," the group “Citizens for a Better Arizona” said in a statement to Reuters late on Tuesday.

This latest attitude of Democrats mirrors the actions of their President……”If you don’t play by my rules, I’m taking my ball and going home.” They surely need to grow up!

Eric Holder testified to a congressional committee that he only knew about Operation Fast and Furious after the deadly shooting of an American border patrol agent in Mexico. We are now finding out that the Operation Fast and Furious was run under the larger umbrella of Operation Gunrunner.

Eric Holder had no problem extolling the wonderful benefits of Project Gunrunner to the Mexican government in April 2009 when he claimed that, “My department is committing 100 new ATF personnel to the Southwest border in the next 100 days to supplement our ongoing Project Gunrunner, DEA is adding 16 new positions on the border, as well as mobile enforcement teams, and the FBI is creating a new intelligence group focusing on kidnapping and extortion. DHS is making similar commitments, as Secretary Napolitano will detail.

Just the fact that Holder is claiming glory for Operation Gunrunner tells me that he knew intimate details of Operation Fast and Furious also. Operation Gunrunner was a hold-over from the Bush era, but Operation Fast and Furious was instituted by Obama alone. It seems ludicrous to assume that a program that came into being in the Obama Administration was totally unknown to Eric Holder, and appointee of Barack Obama’s who has oversight over the department of the ATF.

So proud of his role in Operation Gunrunner, that Holder actually placed it on the internet for all to see on the Department of Justice website. Now I want to know when the committee will hand down indictments to Eric Holder for lying to the subcommittee investigation or worse yet indict him for his part in the contributing factors to manslaughter of a Federal agent

This beautiful song sung by Alison Krauss. expresses the joy and love a mother feels for her child. A mother will do anything for her child include give up her own life. It is instinctual. Mothers love, nurture and protect their children and God help anyone who tries to harm that child when the mother is nearby. Should that child disappear, a mother would be frantic and do everything in her power to get her child back. She wouldn’t wait one day and in most cases she wouldn’t wait one hour. No mother would wait for 31 days.

We have all gone through an emotion roller coaster known as the "Casey Anthony Trial". It is the story of a two year old little girl whose skeletal remains were found wrapped in a black garbage bag and tossed in a swamp. The remains had duct tape on the nose and mouth. After sitting through a trial which lasted about six weeks, most of us were convinced that the prosecution presented enough evidence to warrant a conviction of murder. We thought for sure when the jury read the verdict Casey Anthony would be found guilty of at least one count of murder or at the least manslaughter.

Instead, we got the shock of our lives when the jury found her innocent on all counts except lying to law enforcement. Then the fireworks began. Many of the TV talking heads claimed the prosecution botched the case and didn’t present the burden of proof required for a conviction. We heard them say nobody knew how Caylee died so how can the mother be convicted of murder? We also heard them say Casey was a good mother. We also heard them say even though her behavior was bad, erratic, unusual and clearly not that of a normal mother, it isn’t against the law and wouldn’t be enough to convict her of murder. Yes, we heard all kinds of excuses as if these TV talking heads lost their minds as well as all common sense.

Bill O’Reilly was outraged at the verdict. Sean Hannity and Geraldo Rivera thought the jury got it absolutely right. Clearly somebody is wrong. It is my opinion that the prosecution did everything correct and the jury got it wrong and I will explain why. I am not an attorney but my brain functions perfectly well and somehow my common sense hasn’t left me even though the whole world seems to have gone mad. Here’s what I think and after this explanation, I will also let you know what I believe really happened.

But first, let’s examine what we know for sure. We know for an absolute certainty that a two year old little girl was murdered. She did not die of old age and she did not die of some terminal disease. She was found with duct tape over her nose and mouth inside of a black vinyl garbage bag and in a swamp. This is not debatable. It is evidence that she was indeed murdered. If someone is murdered then there has to be someone who did the murdering and that person is by definition the murderer.

We can safely say that all 7 billion people on this planet are innocent of this murder except for one person. The other 7 billion all have an alibi as to where they were and what they were doing on that fateful day. For example, I was 3000 miles away in my home state of California. I played golf that day. I talked to everyone in my town and they also had very credible alibis and no means or motive to do the crime. After spending some time contacting everyone else in the world, it can now be said beyond a reasonable doubt that everyone else in the world is also not guilty of this crime. I even double checked Iran, Yemen and Saudi Arabia and believe it or not, everyone there is innocent. However, that still leaves one person with means, motive and opportunity who has no alibi. We are talking about Casey Anthony, the little girls mother. Casey had means, motive and opportunity and she was the last person to see Caylee alive. Therefore, if there was a murder…and there was….and if everyone else in the world can be accounted for except one, that leaves only one person in the whole wide world who could have committed this crime. That person is Casey Anthony. It just is. It would be unreasonable to think she didn’t do it.

The jury got the verdict wrong because they wanted video tape, 30 or 40 eye witnesses, DNA supplied by CSI: Miami’s David Caruso, a signed and notarized confession and a verbal admission of guilt by Casey Anthony. Expecting all of this is unreasonable. The term "beyond a reasonable doubt" clearly applies and the jury should have come back with a guilty verdict. They just should have.Here’s what I think happened and then you decide if this is reasonable. We will never know the truth. Remember that! Once found not guilty, Casey Anthony can never be tried for this crime again as that would be double jeopardy which would put her life in danger twice and that is against the law.

We know Casey Anthony was a spoiled, dysfunctional and irresponsible young woman who loved to party. She lived to enter "Hot Body Contests" and frequent clubs, drinking and dancing well into the night. This was what she did often. It wasn’t something she did once or twice a year. Partying was something she loved to do. But, she was a single mother with a baby. Casey had little money and could not afford a baby sitter so it would make sense that she took Caylee with her at night and Caylee slept in the car while Casey partied. We all know children are different and they can be unpredictable. Some children are always quiet. Some children are always noisy. Some children are quiet sometimes and noisy other times. I believe that Caylee, after several of these nights, would start to cry and make noise and Casey couldn’t have that. She couldn’t have a crying baby in her car while she was dancing and drinking. This was interfering with her social life. She had to figure out a way to keep her quiet and make sure she slept.

With the Internet being what it is, she was able to do a search on chloroform, how it works and even how to make it. I would bet one of her friends suggested a little chloroform would knock Caylee out for a few hours and she would sleep until Casey was ready to go home. This is most likely how she got the idea but it is also possible she thought this up on her own. The chloroform worked once or twice but Caylee didn’t like it and feared it. She cried and put up a fuss and perhaps Casey didn’t get to party "that" night. Expecting this would happen again , Casey thought a little duct tape would do the trick. It would muffle the crying. So, the next night, off they both went to the club and Casey used the duct tape as well as the chloroform. Unfortunately, something went horribly wrong and between the duct tape blocking the nose and mouth somewhat and possibly too much chloroform, Caylee was not able to breathe and she suffocated. Casey returned to find her little, inconvenient baby girl dead in the car and went into panic mode. How could she explain this to the police? What could she possibly say? They would find out she used chloroform and that would be it. And, that was it. We all know the rest.. Lie after lie. Body in the trunk of the car decomposing. Backing the car up at night next to the dumpster to hide the smell.. Put the body in a garbage bag and tromped off into the swamp to hide the body. Afraid to report what she had done because now it was even worse than it was originally.

I do not believe Casey planned to kill her child but what she did at least amounted to manslaughter, negligent homicide or even murder in the second degree. When we talk about reasonable, this is about as reasonable as it can get. This scenario covers everything that happened. Everything fits. Everything now makes sense, doesn’t it? The problem is, with our justice system, we will never know. Who will cry for Caylee? Listen to "Baby Mine" one more time and I will bet you will. I know I did.

Maybe it’s just me, but in the last few years I find it easier and easier to tell a liberal by their actions rather than a declared stance. I wrote an article a few years ago about the “Y” generation and explained the entitlement mentality of these young adults.

They would be the ones who regularly go to the “12 items or less” checkout lanes in the grocery store with 40 items in their basket, and then pay with a check. They are the ones that butt into line when they see someone they know at a concert. They are the ones who wait until the last minute to merge on the beltway and cut you off while doing it. They are the ones who cut in front of you in the gas station line while you have been waiting 20 minutes to get to that same pump.

They are the ones who constantly talk about sacrifice, but in no such uncertain terms do they want to sacrifice anything of their own for some “noble” cause. They are the ones who expect regular raises when they have just been hired by the same company that you have been working for a decade with no raises.

They are the ones who drive only the most expensive cars, live in the biggest houses and show off everything about their existence, but are never more than 4 paychecks away from being homeless. They quite plainly are the “posers of the world.” They are the ones whose opinions are worth the most, whose material objects are the best, and everything you have is mundane.

They are the ones who talk the game about charitable giving, but never give to anything or any group. They are the ones who think that government is here to take care of everyone. They think that YOU make more money than you need, and therefore you should be giving more to charity (aka the government) because only they know best on how to distribute it to the poor. They are the ones who don’t believe in god and therefore the idea of letting churches distribute things to the poor is a bad idea.

They are the ones who feel entitled to our money, our time, and our way of life without working a day for it. Somehow these people think that what they have is theirs and what we have is theirs too! They are the ones who run for office and promise the steal from the rich and give to the poor…….and that has to be the correct thing to do right?.................Well it worked for Robin Hood!

I am sure that I will get hate mail on this article, but it is based on our judicial system and how it works. Please understand that I am saddened by this horrible death, and just as much upset about the fact that justice hasn't been served. We may however disagree on the amount of evidence needed for a conviction. I personally believe that there should be more than circumstantial evidence to convict someone of first degree murder........with that being said.....my article.

The Casey Anthony trial has been a media frenzy to say the least, but the backlash from Monday morning armchair quarterbacks has been laughable to say the least. People from all walks of life and backgrounds seem to have an opinion, whether or not they are based on the premise of our judicial system. Everyone seems to have such a firm grasp of the law, even though they never went to law school. Everyone feels qualified to decide Casey's fate because they "watched the trial on TV." The fact is that viewers saw everything, even things that the jury wasn't allowed to see due to law. Televising a trial can be one of the worst things to do as far as swaying public opinion, because the public can draw uninformed conclusions they may not otherwise, had they been picked as an actual juror.

From the very beginning of Casey’s arrest the prosecution tried to taint the jury pool with wild and unsubstantiated claims, forcing the trial to a neighboring district. Claims have been made about what an incompetent attorney Jose Baez is and some of that may be true, but the fact remains that it is up to the prosecutor to PROVE that Casey Anthony was guilty in some way shape or form for the death of her daughter.

The state brought charges of first degree murder, and then covered all their bases with varying degrees of manslaughter in hopes of a conviction, which they didn’t get. No matter what you think of Casey, or her family, the facts remain that the state brought NO material evidence into court to convict her. Not blood evidence, not DNA evidence, not fingerprint, not one single witness, and what does the American public expect from a purely circumstantial case?

A case based purely on circumstantial evidence is nothing more than a theory….one person’s opinion on how the death happened, plain and simple. Is the American public that blood thirsty that they want to see Casey put to death for something that hasn’t been proven? Would you want that to happen to one of your family members?

Is Casey responsible for something that happened that fateful day?................probably…….do her parents know more than they are saying?.....probably……..did the state prove anything by circumstantial evidence?…….., no. Is Casey Anthony a good person?.........I don’t think so, but we need more for a conviction than being a bad person.

It saddens me that a child’s life has been snuffed; it saddens me even more that the State of Florida would come into court with a first degree murder charge with such little evidence. Has Caylee’s death been prosecuted to the best of the state’s ability…….I am afraid not.

So in closing I have to say, if you want to be mad at someone over the prosecution of Casey Anthony, be mad at the State Prosecutors office in Florida, they came to the fight with NO material evidence…….because everyone in our country is innocent until proven guilty…….it wasn’t the defense’s job to prove she was innocent.

Maybe someday in the future her judgment day will occur either by civil trial or by god himself.......but the prosecutor had his day in court and failed and nobody answers for the death of a beautiful little girl.

A way of keeping yourself in a position of power by making the people under you disagree with each other so that they are unable to join together and remove you from your position; historically a small minority have continued to govern by a policy of divide and conquer.

If ever “We the People” were to unite as we did in 1776 we would easily restore Constitutional government and regain our Freedom.

I remember when Khrushchev banged his shoe on a table and declared “we will burry you.” That image still haunts my memory. Communist techniques for conquering are rooted in subversion. Their conquest of our nations roots of capitalism and self sufficiency are, and have been successfully undermined, not by force, but by patient long term planning.

The United Nations is, was, and always has been Communisms most important tool in the taking over of America and its unique most honored institutions. It is neither more nor less than a rotten core of subversion, a haven for security risks, and disbursements of World Government propaganda into our school systems, especially our Universities.

The UN is nothing more than a Communist led organization instituted for the overthrow and control of America and the World. The average American today seems to passively embrace the ascendancy of the Federal Government with its attendant Bureaucrats and regulators smothering every facet of our economy be it our medical systems, to full-body pat downs at our airports, our citizens seem eager to participate in a rush into full-blown socialism.

The process of subversion, corruption and compromise of liberty continues at an ever frightening pace as America is seduced into submission by selfish success, and an unwillingness to sacrifice, or hazard all in the fight against organized evil.

Common Sense, faith in God, love of country have taken a back seat to greed, selfishness, backstabbing, and worse ever, a moral decadence in our society, you read about it in the news, see it on the television, in the movies and reverberating from mouths of many of our young men and women every day. It represents nothing more or less than a sickening decay of our society.

Too many people are willing to sell their souls for whatever government promises them in terms of security. It is all a lie.

FDR and all of his promises in the early 1930s, up to and including the Administrative and Procedures Act which followed the “New Deal” have led America’s people down a rotten path of dependency. The people either knowingly or unwittingly, voluntarily by subversion, or coercion have accepted communist socialism; regardless its means, it was all done by design. It should sicken each of us to have been so deceived.

My call is to Wake Up. Put off the chains of slavery, kick all the fleas and lice out of political office in 2012, start anew, read, understand, and embrace Constitutional limited government. It is in fact the Law of the Land. Amendments to this document are not necessary and would only dilute its actual powers to control those elected to Federal Government.

We need a moral awakening to the truth that we celebrate today, God gave us rights, no man and no government ever gave us anything but slavery, and tyranny, hence the need to control them with the “chains of the Constitution.”

God grant us the strength, the will, and the moral certitude to prevail in this quest; that we might be a blessing not only to ourselves, but most especially to those who follow after us. Seek after God, for “I will walk at liberty; for I seek thy precepts.” Psalms 119:45. In this precept we can be united.

History has yet to determine if Adolph Hitler was a genius or just certifiably insane. I can sit here and make a strong argument for either side of the debate. In many ways, the same argument can be said about Barack Obama. There are many things that are similar about the lives of John F Kennedy and Abraham Lincoln. There are many things similar about the lives of Barack Obama and Adolph Hitler.

Hitler was born in Austria and was elected to the highest office in Germany. Obama was born somewhere but to this date the debate is not yet settled on exactly where to being elected President of the United States.

Hitler was an average student at best. Obama was an average student at best.

Hitler used thug tactics and labor unions to amass power. Obama used thug tactics and labor unions to amass power.

Hitler believed in a strong central government and once in power placed people in positions to circumvent the German congress and secure that power. Obama believes in a strong central government and placed people in positions to circumvent congress to secure more centralized power.

Hitler had his “Brown shirts” to do his dirty work once in power. Obama has the AFL-CIO, SEIU and ACORN to do his dirty work once in power.

Hitler appointed Rudolf Hess, a man with no morals, as his number 2 person in the Nazi party to ensure everything he did was deemed legal regardless of the truth. Obama appointed Eric Holder, a man of no morals or ethical standards, Attorney General to deem every action taken by his administration would be deemed legal regardless of facts.

Hitler hated England because of Germany’s defeat in WWI. Obama hates England because his grandfather was imprisoned and tortured by England.

Hitler surrounded himself with hardline socialist like Hermann Goring, Wilhelm Keitel, Otto Dietrich and Josef Mengele. Obama surrounds himself with socialist and communist like Andy Stern, Richard Trumka, Cass Sunstein, Kathleen Sebelious and John Holdren. Nope, not much difference in either list.

Hitler killed over 6 million Jews. The Obama administration supports the Muslim Brotherhood whose sole purpose is to destroy Israel and every Jew living there and create one Middle East Muslim nation.

Actual historians know that Hitler would have never been able to rise to power had it not been for the failures of Herbert Hoover or the deeper plunge into depression brought on by the actions of Franklin D Roosevelt. Obama would not have been elected had the mainstream press actually vetted him to any degree that they did Romney, Huckabee , McCain, Palin or even Hillary Clinton.

Hitler took a country that had been devastated economically and brought it to the brink of greatness before destroying it by means of war. When Obama came into office the US economy was fragile but not broken. His attempts to destroy the U.S. economically have inflicted damage but have yet to break the back of capitalism. Try as he might, he will not be able to create his socialist utopia, go down in history as a savior of a nation or even remembered in history as a better than average president because capitalism will find a way to survive.

It took Hitler 6 years to fundamentally transform the German nation. Obama promised to fundamentally transform the United States of America. President Obama, I believe when you leave office you will come as close if not closer to transforming this nation than either Teddy or Franklin Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson or even the likes of Nixon, Carter, Clinton and Bush 43 combined. It will take decades to rebuild that which you will have destroyed in a mere 4 years.

Upon emerging from the constitutional convention which formed the basis for our government, Ben Franklin was supposedly asked by a woman outside the hall, "Mr. Franklin, what kind of government have you given us?" To which Franklin replied, "A Republic, madam, if you can keep it."

I have faith in America. We have tough times ahead, but I do not yet think America has seen her greatest hour. I may not live to see it, but I have the strongest of convictions that my children and grandchildren will.

When Obama was running for the office of President, he promised to rebuild the U.S.’s reputation in the world. Unfortunately in the months following his inauguration he has continually insulted our allies and friends alike. It is no secret how the President has treated our longtime ally Israel from the beginning.

Unfortunately for us the Obama Administration has stepped to a new low. The State Department has issued a new list “specially designated countries” it believes “have shown a tendency to promote, produce, or protect terrorist organizations or their members.” On that new list is Israel, and just as mysteriously North Korea has disappeared from that list.

In an effort to calm over tensions from the report ICE spokeswoman Gillian Christensen stated that,
“Even though the administration includes Israel among “specially designated countries” that it believes they have shown a tendency to promote, produce, or protect terrorist organizations or their members,” the U.S. also considers Israel, as well as some other countries on the “specially designated countries” list, as partners in the struggle against terrorism.

“The U.S. does not and never has considered Israel to have links to terrorism, but rather they are a partner in our efforts to combat global terrorism,” Christensen said in a written statement. “Countries may have been included on the list because of the backgrounds of arrestees, not because of the country’s government itself.”

You do not put a country on a list described as to “have shown a tendency to promote, produce, or protect terrorist organizations or their members.” And then offer a disclaimer to say in Israel’s case it has to do with the background of arrestees. Isn’t this like blaming the victim?

ICE says that most of the countries on this list are there because of the percentage of Muslim population in that country. But didn’t President Obama say we aren’t at war with Muslims? Israel has a Muslim population of 16%, but the fact remains that Israel’s name was JUST added to the list based on the same prerequisites as were used in 2008 when the last report was made.

The Administration didn’t give much of a reason for removing North Korea from that list despite the saber rattling of Kim Jong Il in the last two years, but I suppose he doesn’t offer any threat because of a low Muslim population.

In much the same way that President Clinton taught the youth of America that oral sex was not sex at all, America is being taught a new lesson from liberals. In a disturbing new trend favoring Palestinians, liberals are sending a message to our youth that it is ok to hate Israelis. Guilt by association then bleeds over to Jews worldwide and the new trend of anti-Semitism has taken hold.

The Nazi like tactics of the old world Muslim religion is gaining traction in progressive countries of Europe as well as America. It now seems somehow “hip” to hate a particular group of people. Hate groups are nothing new or different; the neo-Nazis have been in existence in America since the early fifties, but in the 90’s and into the millennium their numbers had dwindled. Now there seems to be a resurgence in the popularity of these hate groups.

As a result of Barack Obama’s sharp criticism of Israel the liberal public is quick to jump on that bandwagon once again as they did in 1938 starting another dangerous downward spiral of hatred that almost killed a nation for 5 decades. The word Nazi is so polarizing in Germany it is against the law to even use the word. The shame their citizens feel for the actions of one mad man is etched in their memory forever.

With many countries now feeling the expansion of the Muslim religion and the subsequent creep of Sharia law the push is on once again to somehow extinguish the rich tradition of the Jewish people. Why do they see this as necessary? Why is hatred being tolerated and even expanded by our President? How can the world be so intolerant of one religion of people? How can another religion preach hate in their “holy book?”

I fear that the world is once again going down that ugly road once travelled by an insecure ego maniac from Austria.

Ex-congressman Fred Grandy (Gopher from the Love Boat TV Show) and his wife have stumbled onto a business deal between the American carrier Delta Airlines and Saudi Arabian Airlines. That in itself is fine, but what followed is the enforcement of a concerted effort of bigotry by Saudi Arabian Airlines and the country of Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabia Airlines has told Delta that a direct flight to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia would of course require either a travel visa or work visa, neither of which would be given to declared passengers of Jewish ancestry. Delta then deferred the bigoted policy back to Saudi Arabia, saying that those were the policies of the host country and they weren’t responsible for the requirements.

The very fact that Delta entered into an agreement with full knowledge of the policies beforehand is proof that they are complicit in the discrimination of Jews. This business agreement should never have been made, regardless of who is responsible for the bigotry. Once the policy is known the agreement should have been cancelled.

I know for one, I will never fly Delta Airlines after this declaration of the creeping Sharia in our United States by a backward uneducated “religion of hate.”

To set the stage for you, I live in Maryland, one of the so called sanctuary states for illegal aliens. My state has been controlled by Democratic legislature since 1959, and shows NO inclination to chance in the near future. I grew up here, but due to the downturn in the economy and housing market, I will stay until that reverses.

I have been writing about the political climate for over 3 years now, and have amassed an archive of over 1600 articles to say I study and research each and every subject would be an understatement to say the least. To meet me in a social setting, you would never know that I do such work. I rarely talk about politics outside my blog or social networks.

A friend who has a few inklings about my background tested the waters last night, while we were in a social setting. His questioned me as to the state of political affairs in Maryland. I basically told him that the RNC had signed off Maryland as a total loss many years ago and in fact some representatives of the Maryland Republican Party where Democrats themselves, not three voting cycles ago.

I told him that Maryland will not be a two party state for many years into the future, because “as the country goes, Maryland never follows.” Anyone who lives in Maryland sees the truth in my statement whether they be a democrat or a republican. His reply was very similar to person testing the temperature of the water before going in for a dip. He said, “Is it necessary to have two parties in Maryland, or wouldn’t it just be better to have two opinions?” I chuckled to myself at his question, but I answered it in a way that surprised him I believe.

His question assumed that one party could run the state as it does now, but that more moderate voices within the Democratic Party would be heard. That hasn’t happened in Maryland, in fact Maryland has moved farther left in the last 3 voting cycles, so his inference is a moot point.

My answer to him was this….. “A two party system is necessary everywhere in the United States and especially in Maryland. Because each party has it’s extremes it takes at least two parties to even out those extremes. Each party should be heard and eventual compromises should be made. Partisanship has replace bipartisanship, because of one rule party states, and that is no formula to move forward in our country.”

I think he was shocked by my answer because it didn’t indicate to him that I wanted total control for the Republican Party, but rather a shared experience……….so very UNLIKE the leaders in Maryland.

Human sacrifice is still alive and well in Washington as Eric Holder and Barack Obama prepare Kenneth Melson, acting head of the ATF for the ceremony. Obama will insulate himself as far away from the action as possible by using Eric Holder as the hatchet man to force Melson to resign the office he was never confirmed to head, the ATF. No person has been formally confirmed by the Senate to head the ATF since 2006. So contentious is that seat that proponents of both sides of gun bans have tried to be named, but nobody ever confirmed.

Melson himself is an enigma of the Chicago political machine who hates guns. Sort ironic, isn’t it that someone who hates guns of all types is in charge of the very department that oversees guns. Melson will be the first casualty of Operation “fast and furious” the illegal transportation of weapons into Mexico to be put in the hands of the drug cartel.

Two leading Republican Congressmen have been leading the investigation of operation and have been continually stonewalled by Eric Holder over subpoenaed documents about the operation that ended in the death of one of our own Border Patrol Agents. Rep. Issa publicly lambasted Eric Holder over the redacted documents that he finally submitted. When finally submitted upon threat of the DOJ being held in contempt, each subpoenaed document was conveniently blacked out over 90%. Rep. Issa told Holder that he should be ashamed of himself over the blatant disregard for subpoena. The hearings have so far produced nobody who has claimed responsibility for the approval of the operation. Someone is going to have to answer for this illegal operation that ended in the death of a federal agent.

This is just one more classic example of the contempt the Obama Administration has for the Constitution, specifically the Second Amendment. This was an action from the very start to paint guns as a bad thing to make it easier to ban ALL guns from the American people the same way they are banned in Mexico. The most ironic part of this whole situation is that since Obama’s inauguration gun sales have skyrocketed and violent crime has actually declined! It just goes to prove that gun ownership is a deterrent to crime not the other way around.

Obama will once again slither his way from touchy situation of governmental abuse, but you can bet on one thing, Eric Holder has got to know that HE is next in line for sacrifice after Melson!

In the most elemental form Father’s day celebrates the role of the paternal parent. Whether or not that role is celebrated by the child is entirely up to the past history. We can have lots of role models in our lives, but generally the role of the parents is the closest to the heart of the children.

There can be many people referred to as “Father” and it doesn’t necessarily have to be a father by birth right it can be an adopted father, but generally the title is held by the male figure that raises the child, offers the love and support that nurtures that child. Of course on the other hand it can merely mean a sperm donor who never really gave much of a hand in raising the child, but the child holds a false celebration as to that father’s role even if they only share a skin color.

The term father can also be used in lots of ways to describe a term of endearment……. “father in heaven” to describe god…….. “Father O’Malley” to describe your priest……… “forefather” to describe the founding fathers of our country………. “step father” to describe that special man that raised you……. “father-in-law” to describe your wife’s father (ok maybe not all are terms of endearment…lol), but you get the idea!

I was never very close to my Father, but that doesn’t mean I can’t respect him for the sacrifices he made for me, or the respect I had for his success in business. Dad had a work ethic that was overly enthusiastic to say the least, and that is where our contention laid. I still miss him, not much on a daily basis now but I still miss him on father’s day and around the holidays. So this weekend, dad, even though you have been gone for 12 years I’ll be thinking about you.

I hope my son thinks about me a few times this weekend, and I hope his son is thinking about him too! Happy Father’s day to ever guy out there who has made a difference to a child that means the world to him!

I received this email from a friend today, and although I had never read this particular article I was curious as to its validity so I did some investigative work and found that #1 There is a Tina Greigo, and she does write for the Denver Rocky Mountain News, and yes she did pen this article. From her other articles I found her to be compassionate about the plight of the illegal immigrant issue, and as you will read, this article is based solely on facts not a subjective empathy or social injustice……..JUST facts. I have found this article has circulated well in its past 4 years, and although some of the links are dead, collaborating evidence can be found on those dead links. The number of illegals in this country has grown substantially since 2007 and accordingly the cost per year has gone up too. In short I have found this article to be real and accurate for its original date but needs readjusting for an accurate portrayal of today’s situation.

This clearly shows the need for “immigration reform,” and not just an open door policy encouraged by the Obama Administration. Clearly an amnesty policy will not fix the wrongs already in our country, and a concise plan needs to be drafted.

Tina Griego, journalist for the Denver Rocky Mountain News wrote a column titled, 'Mexican Visitor's Lament' -- 10/25/07.

She interviewed Mexican journalist Evangelina Hernandez while visiting Denver last week. Hernandez said, 'They (illegal aliens) pay rent, buy groceries, buy clothes...What Happens to your country's economy if 20
million people go away?' That's a good question - it deserves an answer. Over 80 percent of Americans demand secured borders and illegal migration stopped. But what would happen if all 20 million or more vacated America?
The answers may surprise you!

In California, if 3.5 million illegal aliens moved back to Mexico,
it would leave an extra $10.2 billion to spend on overloaded school systems, bankrupt hospitals and overrun prisons. It would leave highways cleaner,
safer and less congested. Everyone could understand one another as English became the dominant language again.

In Colorado, 500,000 illegal migrants, plus their 300,000 kids and grand-kids - would move back 'home', mostly to Mexico. That would save
Coloradans an estimated $2 billion (other experts say $7 billion) annually in taxes that pay for schooling, medical, social-services and incarceration costs. It means 12,000 gang members would vanish out of Denver
alone.

Colorado would save more than $20 million in prison costs, and the terror that those 7,300 alien criminals set upon local citizens. Denver Officer Don Young and hundreds of Colorado victims would not have suffered
death, accidents, rapes and other crimes by illegals.

Denver Public Schools would not suffer a 67 percent drop-out/flunk-out rate because of thousands of illegal alien students speaking 41 different languages. At least 200,000 vehicles would vanish from
our gridlocked cities in Colorado
Denver 's four percent unemployment rate would vanish as our working poor would gain jobs at a living wage.

In Florida, 1.5 million illegals would return
the Sunshine State
back to America, the rule of law, and English.

In Chicago, Illinois, 2.1 million illegals would free up hospitals, schools, prisons and highways for a safer, cleaner and more crime-free experience.

They live without sewage, clean water, streets, electricity, roads or any kind of sanitation.

our own country. Within 20 years, at their current growth rate, they expect 20 million residents of those colonias. (I've seen them personally in Texas
and Arizona; it's sickening beyond anything you can imagine.) By enforcing
our laws, we could repatriate them back to Mexico
We should invite 20 million aliens to go home, fix their own
countries and/or make a better life in Mexico . We already invite a million
people into our country legally more than all other countries combined annually. We cannot and must not allow anarchy at our borders, more anarchy
within our borders and growing lawlessness at every level in our nation.
It's time to stand up for our country, our culture, our civilization and our way of life.

The left and the lame stream media tried to enlist all rabid Palin haters to pour over recently released emails from the time Sarah Palin was governor of Alaska. It seems that even a pile weighing in at 275lb was not too daunting a task for the group that claims her as “too stupid to be president.” Bent at proving the past governor is somehow corrupt, the left was willing to any length to expose her, forget the fact that Palin hasn’t declared she is running for anything.

A week later and what have they found?.....not one single incriminating document has been found. The funniest thing about this quest for the left’s “holy grail” is that no such hunt has ever been allowed on Barack Obama, not when he was in the Illinois State Legislature, not as a US Senator, not as a candidate for president. In fact when can you remember a time when ANY democrat has had 24,000 emails reveled from a time they were in public office?

It seems funny to me the hypocrisy that the left uses for stunts like this to expose what they think to be corruption, but when none is found they never apologize for the imposition they have put the person through, but then when asked to reciprocate and offer the same thing for one of their own (such as Obama,) the chances of obtaining those same documents for that person are slim to none.

But such is the way of the democrat, “succumb to my demands, but never shall I succumb to yours.”

Think about this folks………let’s tell Obama….Palin showed us hers, now show us yours………

Anybody with a brain and who is half way paying attention already knows Obama has released his Birth Certificate or Certificate of Live Birth. Henceforth, known as “the FBC” or Fraudulent Birth Certificate. If you have a body temperature over 60 degrees and the ability to come up with the answer to two plus two, you have figured out the FBC is fake. Jerome Corsi has written a wonderful book called “Where Is The Birth Certificate” and he makes the case without a shred of doubt that Obama is an illegally elected president because he is not a Natural Born Citizen by any definition of the term. In fact, it is more than likely his parents weren’t even married and he was indeed born in Kenya. Without regard, it cannot be proven that Obama was born from Two American Parents and that disqualifies him from even running for the Office of President. However, at the moment, president he is. Millions of us patriots know this cannot stand and we already know not only was the FBC a total joke, but the fact that Obama endorsed it as being authentic makes him complicit to a felony. Rather than point to gobs and gobs of links proving the FBC is indeed fake, I want to discuss why so far nothing has been done. For those of you who still maintain the document is real, simply go to www.youtube.com and type in the search window “adobe illustrator and birth certificate. That’s all you have to do. Pick out three or four random videos and watch and listen to people who are proficient in the two graphics programs, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, explain how this document was put together. We were told it is a scan of the original and you will see for yourself just how phony it really is. If you are still in doubt, go to any search engine such as www.google.com or www.ixquick.com and type in “Obama and birth certificate and fake” and yet more evidence will come up. Then, after doing all this, ask yourself if all these people are lying or could it possibly be Obama is lying. If you can’t come up with the right answer, you are indeed brain dead and beyond redemption. You have put yourself in the sub-human defective class where no matter what is presented; you will always believe Obama is “the real deal”…which he is not.

Knowing all this you now have to proceed to the next step. This requires some logical reasoning along with some clever deduction. If Obama is indeed a fraud and shouldn’t be the president, why is there nothing being done about it? Millions of us are asking that same question. Many, but not all, have come to the same conclusion on that perplexing problem. Why is Obama still there? The answer is simple and if you haven’t figured it out, here it is in a nutshell. It’s called “racism” and it’s not what you think. It isn’t the white man being prejudiced against the Black man; it’s just the reverse. If Obama is removed from the Office of President, there will be rioting in the streets. Cities will burn. There will be social unrest, as we’ve never seen because American’s first Black president will have been removed by “whitie”. Blacks will not believe, nor care, that Obama violated the Constitution. They will see this as strictly a race issue. That is what the people in power are afraid of and that’s why it looks like nothing is being done. They may be right, those people in power. It is quite possible our cities will burn and there will be rioting. Do we want to really take that chance or is there a better way to follow the Constitution and still get Obama out of office? I think there is.

Would it not make sense that the Obama Administration knows their time is up? They aren’t stupid. They know if they want to push this issue, they will lose and many of them will go to jail. Many of them participated in this charade. They falsified documents and withheld information and those are crimes punishable by jail. If this were to go “that” route, the end result would be jail time for Obama, Pelosi and many others. They are culprits in a crime and a cover up. During this process of hearing the evidence, again…riots may ensue. We just don’t know.

Is there another solution? Is there a way to get Obama out of office, have him do no jail time and yet comply with the U.S. Constitution? The answer is a simple “yes”. Here’s my theory. Obama knows he has to go. He has told Fox News and all the conservative pundits to “keep a lid on it” for a certain amount of time while they get their story together. This criminal administration has to come up with an organized and believable way to leave office. Obama has to have an excuse to resign. What that excuse might be, I do not know. I’m sure he is demanding to save face. He might blame the Republicans for standing in his way and preventing him from doing the “first class” job he was elected to do. He might say if he can’t do something 100%, he just can’t live with himself so he is going to resign. This is just my opinion but it makes sense. It makes more sense than Fox News, Rush, Hannity, Ingraham, Beck and Levin along with many others not mentioning the FBC. They have to know it is indeed phony. If we know it, they know it. The deal is to sit on this story while Obama plans his exit. That makes sense to me but I’m not sure if everybody will agree. We do know Jerome Corsi can’t get on Fox News. How likely would that be in “normal times”? Here is a man who has written a book with enough evidence to get the president of the United States of America removed from office. Why would Fox News not want to interview this man? Look what he already did with John Kerry and the Swift Boaters. Corsi’s credentials are without reproach and his research is without fault. There is something in the works. If it’s not this, I’m not sure what…but something is going on. As of today, June 8, 2011, we have not seen Obama on TV telling us what to do or what’s he’s done or what he’s going to do for a few days now.

It must be killing Rush, Hannity and the gang to not be able to talk about this. I remember a few nights ago when Michelle Malkin was on with Hannity and the birth certificate issue came up and they quickly brushed it aside as if it didn’t even exist. If my theory isn’t correct, and Obama remains in office, we will have lost our country. It would mean the Constitution is no longer valid and the Supreme Law of the Land. I refuse to believe there are people in very high places that would allow this to happen. Let’s hope, for all our sakes, Obama is gone…and soon.

In yet another sex scandal by a congressional servant, but this time we have a notoriously combative narcissist who views every interview as another opportunity to do battle. Anthony Weiner has many psychological problems, stemming from narcissism, but ending in sexual insecurities.

I wouldn’t fault him for seeking psychiatric help for his problems, but his pathological lying is certainly not what his constituents need or want. In his press conference he was apologetic for the first time, he was humble to a point, but lapsed right back into his narcissistic self as the press conference went on.

He has always shown certain anger to anyone that disagrees with him, and shown a childish trait of wanting to scold an interviewer when the questions take a turn that he doesn’t like. For some reason the Democratic Party seems to like these traits and at first was trying to defend him. Pelosi’s actions yesterday took another turn, as she filed to have Weiner’s action heard by the ethics committee. Pelosi and Reid are preparing to throw Weiner under the proverbial bus.

The blatant disregard for his wife of just 5 months shows that he doesn’t care who he tramples to get what he wants. His wife has a very public life as Hillary Clinton’s assistant, and this can be just as damaging to her, as it can be to him. Weiner’s narcissism was challenged yesterday as he admitted his lies to the press, but make NO mistake it was his narcissism that made him announce that he was not resigning. He will never do that, his nature won’t allow it; he will have to be dragged from his seat kicking and screaming.

If Russia, or Iran, or Afghanistan, or say Cuba was invading our southern border, would you defend us? Then why sir are you avoiding the situation and ignoring the very thing you swore an oath to do? During your inauguration you promised to uphold the Constitution and to protect the citizens of this country, and yet during your 2 ½ years in office you have done neither!

You have continually violated the Constitution that the conservatives of this country hold dear. You view the Constitution as a “living document”……..aka a moving target, and yet most of the American people view it as the laws that govern us. You refuse to admit that according to even the liberal MSNBC online poll that 96% of America agrees with the Arizona law against illegal aliens. Why is it that WE see the need for Arizona to protect themselves when you won’t? Why is it that the Arizona law mirrors the federal law that YOU refuse to administer?

We see Americans being killed on their own property, while you insist on apologizing to a critical Mexican President. We see American citizens being denied the ability to even visit the Arizona areas south of Phoenix because of the Mexican drug lord invasion of our country.

What country has to invade us before we react to repel the invasion? Is any one country worse than another?

Our President has shown through his actions in the past 2 ½ years that he wants to multi task, by shoving every social initiative down our collect throats, and yet he can’t seem to address an invasion of our country!

The Obama Administration has held a cold shoulder to Israel since the inauguration. They have basically shut Israel out of the intelligence loop since day one, and although they claim allegiance to Israel, their actions say something different.

The rising anti-Semitic sentiment is nothing new in the Arab world, but it seems that it is on the rise in America. Once again the barbaristic attitude against Jews is reaching the same crescendo that it did in 1938. The bigotry and hatred shown by Hitler has been replaced by the Muslim world as they continue to paint the Palestinian people as the victims, rather than the oppressors.

Quality of life for Palestinian people under Israeli rule has increased according to the Palestinian Authority's Central Bureau of Statistics. As demonstrated here:

In a ruling by the Supreme Court yesterday, Arizona will now have states power in the enforcement of business hiring practices involving legal versus illegal immigrants. The ironic part of this whole case revolves around the fact that it was Janet Napolitano, then governor of Arizona that signed this legislation into law in 2007.

Napolitano has since reversed her stance on the role of state’s rights versus federal rights. Now she makes it clear that the intent of this Administration is to ignore federal laws already on the books and continue as an “open border” country. It seems funny that this very law sought to give Arizona the right to enforce hiring practices within the state, that the federal government refused to enforce, but now she disagrees with it.

This Supreme Court opinion could give a small glimpse into a future ruling on Arizona bill SB1070 sure to eventually make its way to the higher court. The left says this is a victory for the conservatives, when in actuality it is a victory for our homeland security………..how ironic for Janet Napolitano!

“Those who do not know history are doomed to repeat it” – There are many versions of this quote attributed to many different people. Though we may never know the true version first spoken or who said it, one thing will always remain true and that is the truth of the statement itself.

To borrow and adapt a line from Michelle Obama, I can honestly say after this past week, for the first time in my life, I AM TRULY ASHAMED OF MY PRESIDENT AND MY GOVERNMENT.

First I would like to say this: How dare the President of the United States think he can speak for me alone much less two thirds of the American people when he stated; “While the core issues of the conflict must be negotiated, the basis of those negotiations is clear: a viable Palestine, a secure Israel. The United States believes that negotiations should result in two states, with permanent Palestinian borders with Israel, Jordan, and Egypt, and permanent Israeli borders with Palestine. We believe the borders of Israel and Palestine should be based on the 1967 lines with mutually agreed swaps, so that secure and recognized borders are established for both states. The Palestinian people must have the right to govern themselves, and reach their full potential, in a sovereign and contiguous state”.

Every time Israel has given successions to a non-existent Palestinian state, it has been repaid with violence and betrayal by the Palestinian people, many times resulting in death of innocent Israeli citizens. To now demand Israel revert back to the 1967 borders is an invitation to the total destruction of Israel and its people. Since the days of the Trumann Administration, American Presidents have publicly backed and supported Israel. Our current President wants to kick Israel to the curb and place blame on the Israeli government for everything wrong in the Middle East. Obama received 70% of the Jewish vote and millions of dollars in support in 2008. For some reason I don’t think he will be getting the same support this time around.

Roughly two thirds of Americans were appalled by the president’s speech, me included. Is President Obama America’s equivalent of Arthur Neville Chamberlain, British Prime Minister May, 1937 to May, 1940 and arguably the world’s most spineless head of state. Does he desire peace though concessions? Does he actually believe Palestine will support Israel of they give up territory that never did belong to imaginary Palestinian state to begin with? History says Israel obtains the land in a war with Jordan. Why not demand Jordan to concede land for a Palestinian state? That would make more sense. Why must Israel pay?

Where are our elected leaders of congress on this? We know 90% of the democrats in congress only care about three things and in this order 1) their political survival, 2) amassing more power and 3) inflating their own bank accounts. I have never been a big fan of John Boehner and Eric Cantor, and from what I have seen over the past year, their spines combined do not equal that of Nancy Pelosi or Steny Hoyer and combined they do not equal half the amount of spine and guts of that of Dennis Kucinich. At least he will stand up on the house floor and speak and vote against the majority of democrats when he disagrees with them. Why are none of the members of either house of congress speaking out and saying the president may believe these things but the congress and the American people are standing with and support the rights of Israel to be a free and secure Middle East state and the President does not speak for us.

Yes, I AM ASHAMED of those in government who are supposed to be leaders, who were elected to be leaders and who are supposed represent me, you and America.

Last night I participated in a conversation that was filled so much with hatred against the Israelis that it truly scared me. A woman and a man both in their early 30’s had swayed a conversation from GM cars to how the Israelis should be thrown from their country.

Ron Paul claims that he thinks that Israel should have their foreign aid cut along with every other country, but has no animosity towards Israel. Whatever he has done to brainwash the youth of this country is dangerous to well-being of our country. He denies that he himself is anti-Semitic but does nothing to change the stance of his followers.

Paul’s followers are an enigma to me, they follow no normal pattern, although they are young, they blindly follow a 76 year old who is clearly a confrontational bigot, and their allegiance is carried out in the typical way SEIU and Acorn handle theirs…….rudely and violently. The Libertarian Party claims to be the party of the “founding fathers,” but to anyone who has read the founding father‘s documents, it is clear that the founding fathers would be insulted by such an association.

Paul claims to have some exclusive connection to the Constitution, and to anyone who questions his motives, he answers with hostility and belligerence, and as a result his followers act in the same manner.

I urge everyone of sound mind to read ALL the founding father’s documents from the Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union, to the Federalist Papers, to the Constitution itself, and judge for yourself whether or not you fall into the category of a Ron Paul follower or a Constitutional thinker!

I recently embarked on a quest for knowledge about the evolution of our government. I knew of course about the Declaration of Independence in 1776, but from that point forward my grasp on how we came to be took a clouded turn.

Our country formally began in 1776, but not under the Constitution as we know it now, but under “Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union.” This was our first “Constitution.” It only took 10 years for this document to be outdated, and as George Washington opined, “The problem is money, and we have none.” The original Constitution had no teeth from which to collect taxes from the various states. Certain states became the darlings of the Federal Government, and others flatly refused to pay taxes based on preferential treatment of others.

On September 17, 1787 a Constitutional Convention was convened in Philadelphia. The person whom presided over the convention was given the title of President of the Convention, and that person happened to be later the first president of our country, George Washington. The writing of the Constitution was accomplished in rather quick order, but the ratification process took almost 3 years. 13 original states ratified the document from December 1787 to May of 1790.

Three or our founding fathers who worked in anonymity took on the task of convincing the country through a series of 85 essays published at first In New York but eventually cross country of the importance of ratification of this new document known as the Constitution. So prolific were these essays (as often as three a week) that the people were totally mesmerized by the thought that went into them. It would later be known that the authors of these papers later to be known as the Federalist Papers were written by Alexander Hamilton (51 articles) James Madison (26 articles) and John Jay (5 articles).

These papers are used today as a peek into the past of the rationalization of though on the making of the Constitution. In these papers is the exploration of the history of governments throughout time and the reasons for their demise. It was determined that the best form of government would be a republic rather than a democracy. Madison opined that a republic is a representative government rather than a democratic government which needed to be done in person rather than by representative. He sighted the governments of Rome and Greece as having democratic rule and thus was the lead reason of their downfall. Sighted below are Madison’s remarks pertaining to the two different style governments.

“The two great points of difference between a democracy and a republic are: first, the delegation of the government, in the latter, to a small number of citizens elected by the rest; secondly, the greater number of citizens, and greater sphere of country, over which the latter may be extended.

The effect of the first difference is, on the one hand, to refine and enlarge the public views, by passing them through the medium of a chosen body of citizens, whose wisdom may best discern the true interest of their country, and whose patriotism and love of justice will be least likely to sacrifice it to temporary or partial considerations. Under such a regulation, it may well happen that the public voice, pronounced by the representatives of the people, will be more consonant to the public good than if pronounced by the people themselves, convened for the purpose. On the other hand, the effect may be inverted. Men of factious tempers, of local prejudices, or of sinister designs, may, by intrigue, by corruption, or by other means, first obtain the suffrages, and then betray the interests, of the people. The question resulting is, whether small or extensive republics are more favorable to the election of proper guardians of the public weal; and it is clearly decided in favor of the latter by two obvious considerations:

In the first place, it is to be remarked that, however small the republic may be, the representatives must be raised to a certain number, in order to guard against the cabals of a few; and that, however large it may be, they must be limited to a certain number, in order to guard against the confusion of a multitude. Hence, the number of representatives in the two cases not being in proportion to that of the two constituents, and being proportionally greater in the small republic, it follows that, if the proportion of fit characters be not less in the large than in the small republic, the former will present a greater option, and consequently a greater probability of a fit choice.

In the next place, as each representative will be chosen by a greater number of citizens in the large than in the small republic, it will be more difficult for unworthy candidates to practice with success the vicious arts by which elections are too often carried; and the suffrages of the people being more free, will be more likely to centre in men who possess the most attractive merit and the most diffusive and established characters.
It must be confessed that in this, as in most other cases, there is a mean, on both sides of which inconveniences will be found to lie. By enlarging too much the number of electors, you render the representatives too little acquainted with all their local circumstances and lesser interests; as by reducing it too much, you render him unduly attached to these, and too little fit to comprehend and pursue great and national objects. The federal Constitution forms a happy combination in this respect; the great and aggregate interests being referred to the national, the local and particular to the State legislatures.

The other point of difference is, the greater number of citizens and extent of territory which may be brought within the compass of republican than of democratic government; and it is this circumstance principally which renders factious combinations less to be dreaded in the former than in the latter. The smaller the society, the fewer probably will be the distinct parties and interests composing it; the fewer the distinct parties and interests, the more frequently will a majority be found of the same party; and the smaller the number of individuals composing a majority, and the smaller the compass within which they are placed, the more easily will they concert and execute their plans of oppression. Extend the sphere, and you take in a greater variety of parties and interests; you make it less probable that a majority of the whole will have a common motive to invade the rights of other citizens; or if such a common motive exists, it will be more difficult for all who feel it to discover their own strength, and to act in unison with each other.

Besides other impediments, it may be remarked that, where there is a consciousness of unjust or dishonorable purposes, communication is always checked by distrust in proportion to the number whose concurrence is necessary.

Hence, it clearly appears, that the same advantage which a republic has over a democracy, in controlling the effects of faction, is enjoyed by a large over a small republic,--is enjoyed by the Union over the States composing it. Does the advantage consist in the substitution of representatives whose enlightened views and virtuous sentiments render them superior to local prejudices and schemes of injustice? It will not be denied that the representation of the Union will be most likely to possess these requisite endowments. Does it consist in the greater security afforded by a greater variety of parties, against the event of any one party being able to outnumber and oppress the rest? In an equal degree does the increased variety of parties comprised within the Union, increase this security. Does it, in fine, consist in the greater obstacles opposed to the concert and accomplishment of the secret wishes of an unjust and interested majority? Here, again, the extent of the Union gives it the most palpable advantage.”

It appears as each new day passes we are forced to endure more and more lies and distortions from our elected officials at all levels of government. I would say government service; but I purposely omitted the term because it has become all too obvious that they are where they are to serve themselves and not the people who elected them. I remain hopeful that some will be more forceful and (using the adjective) forthright in their efforts as time moves forward. I have taken the liberty to borrow sentences and phrases in the following paragraphs which have come from others much more gifted in speech than I. The words are not mine, I however endorse them and wish they were; for all of my efforts I could do no better.

Next to life itself I am thankful for the gift of free agency, indeed a free gift from God for which each of us should be grateful. It is the source from which Liberty is spoken, and from which conscience became an integral part of human nature; freedom not only to think, but to speak and act, I might add, intelligently, using common sense, not, non-sense.

I have made it no secret that my faith teaches me that the Constitution is not only the true and only Law of the land, but that, in addition, the Lord affixed his personal approval of its very existence.

Preceding this great document was the Declaration of Independence which, in truth contains our rights as free men and woman in America. Scarcely one year after the “shot heard round the world” was sounded, during the speeches prior to its adoption and transmission to King George III, our great patriot John Adams said this:

“Sink or swim, live or die, survive or perish, I have my hand and my heart to this vote. It is true, indeed, that in the beginning we aimed not at independence. But there’s a Divinity which shapes our ends . . . Why, then, should we defer the Declaration? . . . You and I, indeed, may rue it. We may not live to the time when this Declaration shall be made good. We May die; die Colonists, die slaves, die, it may be, ignominiously and on the scaffold.

Be it so. Be it so.

It may be the pleasure of Heaven that my country shall require the poor offering of my life; the victim shall be ready. . . But while I do live, let me have a country, or at least the hope of a country, and that a free country.

But whatever may be our fate, be assured . . . that this Declaration will stand. It may cost treasure, and it may cost blood; but it will stand and it will richly compensate for both.

Through the thick gloom of the present, I see the brightness of the future as the sun in heaven. We shall make this a glorious, an immortal day. When we are in our graves, our children will honor it. Thus it was in those colonial days that men such as Adams came, who were to stand firm against any form of dictatorship. Their faith flourished in the bright sunlight of free agency, and their ability to govern themselves. Thus the seed of freedom began to grow. These may have been the horse and buggy days of which our modern leaders besmirch and deride but the idea of freedom has never at any time in history taken a back seat to time or place.

Yes, I love this nation. To me it is not just another nation, not just a member of the family of nations. It is a great and glorious nation with a divine mission, brought into being under the inspiration of heaven. I make no apologies for this fact. Our founders, and the freedoms, and principles they sacrificed for were inspired of God; for they turned to the scriptures, and to religion, in order to have their great experiment make sense to them.

In these challenging days, when there are so many influences which would divert us, there is a need to rededicate ourselves to the lofty principles and practices of our Founding Fathers.

We have allowed our courts, through their anti-prayer, anti-God decisions, to outlaw in the schools the positive belief of the truths contained in the Declaration of Independence, and the very foundation of our nation.

What are needed today is the same faith and fearless attitudes that our founders displayed. To be steady as we teach our children and grandchildren that freedom is not free. It take diligence but more, it takes a knowledge of the truth; we must dedicate ourselves to preserving and teaching the truth about our great Nation , we must shout it from the housetops and in every breath, and in every action we take.. We must stand firm with an unwavering faith in God. , we must not be distracted by the liberal children on the Marxist left.

The year was 1977, and then President Carter was still reeling from the gas embargo. As a direct result of the gas crisis the Department of Energy was formed to “release us from the dependency on foreign oil.” As time went on the Department of Energy was saddled with other responsibilities, and as often happens with governmental excess the original reason for its inception was lost in bureaucracy.

Obama has declared the burning of fossil fuels as harmful to the world, even though Al Gore’s original claim has been shown to be a scam on the public. Cap and Trade is what this greedy President believes in, and he is poised to present it one way or another, even if it circumvents the senate through executive order. Originally Obama claimed that our aim was much like President Carter……to decrease our dependency on foreign oil. Obama has now proved that his REAL aim is to drive the price of oil so high that it can compete on an even scale with renewable resources.

Unfortunately the Administration is driving prices through the ceiling by driving more people into the unemployment line. Denying America the oil industry denies Americans jobs. This isn’t a big secret, the less domestic production of oil ties the hands of capitalism. We don’t need one man’s personal vendetta on fossil fuel we need JOBS to recover our economic status in the world. We need a fast line to approve drilling permits to put people back to work, and to lower fuel prices.

The Department of Energy needs to either reorganize, or the responsibilities need to be redistributed and the whole department dissolved. The bureaucracy of government has once again lost its way.

Obama wants to blame high oil prices on price gouging and speculation, but his view is rather skewed. Let’s look at supply and demand this way. China and India, along with the US are the largest oil users in the world, and at present they produce more oil than we do. This figure doesn’t just happen by choice. China and India run their oil exploration at full capacity, but we do not. We artificially hold production low……our country only produces 2% of the earth’s oil production, we could be MUCH higher. Now take into account that countries such as China, India, Egypt, Venezuela, etc. not only don’t charge tax on fuel, they actually subsidize gasoline and diesel to their citizens! Is there any incentive for their citizens to use less fuel when they can buy gasoline for 18 cents a gallon? You have to understand, when in a country of poverty, (making less than $2 a day), they can’t compete with a world price on oil, so the government has to subsidize it.

Obama has actually increased our dependency on foreign oil, and thusly puts our national security in jeopardy. He has shown his hand in the oil problem as being a grand falsehood, he doesn’t care at all about being dependent on foreign, in fact it plays better for his “one world order” intent. The people who suffer are Americans, and it’s up to us to change the direction of self-destruction.

They latest trick is the Obama Administration’s ability to shift attention to various issues while they stay perplexed over the main problems in our country. Last week’s recent filing figures for unemployment rose to 474,000 staggering our economy even further. The Administration continues to artificially prop up the stock market through the Federal Bank, claiming that the jobs that have been lost “might never come back.”

No country has ever had an economic recovery without putting people back to work, and yet the Obama Administration continually claims that we are in a “jobless recovery.” To further confuse the public, the way the unemployment figure is calculated was changed by Bill Clinton in his Welfare Reform Act. Once all benefits are exhausted and the recipient doesn’t return to work they are taken off the roles of the “unemployed.” The real figure is closer to double the 9% the Administration claims.

All the while the important issues are continuing the sleight of hand tricks continue with the Administration. I am not minimizing the fact that Osama bin laden has been killed, or that President has finally presented his long form birth certificate, but it does seem odd that those two things have come to light in the last two weeks amidst the president’s falling approval numbers.

Albert Einstein once said that insanity is doing things over and over again the same way and expecting a different outcome. Our president continues on the same trail merely throwing money we don’t have at a problem that isn’t fixed by money alone. Obviously the current cure isn’t working, and the liberals refuse to admit it.

Ronald Reagan may not have coined the phrase Trickle Down Economics but he made it a household phrase in the 80”s. I call this piece Trickle Down Destruction because it works on basically the same theory but just with different players.

First I would like to say, welcome to Kevin’s wonderful world of conspiracy theories. To many of you this is going to sound a little Glenn Beckish and probably rightfully so. This has been floating around in my head for several weeks but I couldn’t put all the pieces of it together. A Glenn Beck show managed to fill in some of the pieces I found myself looking for but couldn’t quite come up with.

Had it not been for a younger black senator from Illinois who had terrific speechwriters, the weight of the Chicago political machine behind him coming out of nowhere with a list of friends even more devious and better behind the scenes players than those of the Clinton political machine, she would be president right now. Let’s be real now, there is no way she would have ever lost to John McCain. Hillary won almost all the primary states against Obama where left leaning independents outnumber left wing democrats.

Once the primaries were over, Obama faced an even bigger hurdle than beating Hillary. He needed her and Bill’s support. We all know Obama is a mere puppet of the radical left which is something Hillary would have never been. Obama verbally trash talked Hillary in the primaries, all but called her husband a racist and a second rate president. How do you convince these people to help you win an election? Enter the two best married political minds of the latter 20th century along with John Podesta and the George Soros and Hillary Clinton founded Center for American Progress.

Shortly after Obama took office, it “slipped” that Joe Biden was given his choice of either VP or Secretary of State. If you believe this to be fact, I have some great ocean front property in Kansas that I would love to sell you. Look at the facts, Joe Biden was whipped in the democratic primaries by almost every candidate. Obama knew he could not be elected if he did not have the support of the Clintons regardless of who his running mate was. Then it is leaked he gave the choice of office to Biden while Hillary is just to roll over and play second fiddle to Biden, I don’t think so.

Hillary, since the middle of 2010 has not done Obama any favors. She has publicly second guessed Obama’s choices a few times while you never hear her single him out in praise. As Secretary of State, she gets to fly under the radar more-so than that of a VP and at the same time she is in the position of meeting a lot more global players in private. Hillary is too smart to do anything publicly to undermine the president and too smart to do anything to boost his ratings.

Conspiracy Time:

Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton are the only two people elected to the office of President of the United States in the past 75 years who unseated a current sitting president. George Soros has publicly stated on more than a few occasions that Obama is not living up to the expectations of Soros’s Center for American Progress or Soros’s Tides Foundation or the 50+ satellite organizations where Soros is a major contributor.

Obama has to have the Clintons to get elected, no way around this. You don’t think there was some back door deals made for that support? Who heads Obama’s transition team but the one and only John Podesta, former Clinton insider. Who heads the CIA, another former Clinton insider. Some of Obama’s highest advisors are former Clinton insiders. Obama’s entire administration is either former Clinton insiders or Marxist revolutionaries who are going to exactly what the Clintons and Soros want, which is in line with Obama’s views of how things should be.

Obama is likely to go by the wayside like Jimmy Carter. Most smart democrats know this and it won’t take an overly popular republican candidate to defeat him. I once thought Hillary might run against Obama in 2012 but that was never her intention. I now believe it was a well thought out misdirection move on the part of the Clintons to maintain control of Obama’s actions. Make a move that appears to be a threatening one and Obama backs down. That is his nature. I once like many others believed it was Soros who was pulling Obama’s puppet strings. I was wrong. If Washington DC were a theatre, Soros would be the production manager and show’s producer, Obama would still be a mere puppet but it is the Clintons would be the directing the show and pulling Obama’s strings.

Hillary is not going to run in 2012. The Clintons and George Soros could care less who wins the white house in 2012. If Obama is somehow re-elected, the puppet stays in place to do their bidding. If he is defeated, he will have already caused so much damage that it can’t be repaired in a mere 3 years and the republican 2012 winner will take a fall despite his or her best efforts to right a sinking ship. The Clintons, with the financial backing of Soros will make an all out assault on capturing the white house in 2016 and unless some miracle happens between 2013 & 2015, Hillary will win the 2016 election. Remember, Bill beat a sitting president, George Herbert Walker Bush and his popularity numbers were higher than those of George W. Bush when he was re-elected to office.

Picture any newly elected President taking office in 2013. Now look at the shape of the world in 2014. The only true friend America will have left is Canada. Most of the Middle East governments that were in place in 2010 will have been overthrown and replaced by even more extreme Islamic governments. Those that haven’t been overthrown will capitulate to the will of the others for their own survival. I can easily see Israel in a full blown war with multiple Islamic countries and only Great Britain there fully backing them militarily. We know Obama won’t lift a finger to help. Hillary, as Sec of State will have already brokered her own deals in exchange for keeping America out of the fight. Russia and China could care less if Israel stands or falls and will use their stranglehold on the rest of Europe and Asia to stay out of it. The economy is going to be severely wrecked by 2014 and again, barring a miracle, the economy, unemployment and inflation will have American people lashing out at anyone and everyone because the damage will have been done in such a manner that no administration and no congress can completely turn things around in 3.5 years.

A world in chaos, America is on the edge of imploding and there is no real world leadership. Who better to come to the rescue but the wife of a very popular former president who herself was a United States Senator and a former Secretary of State. Foreign diplomatic experience coupled with first hand American government experience. The only thing she will be missing is a white horse to ride in on. Once Hillary is elected, there is only one miracle left that will save America as we know it today, but will she have the courage to give America that miracle, will she have the guts to defy her master, George Soros and do the right thing by America?

Yes, this is a conspiracy theory and you all probably think it is more whacked out than anything that has come from Glenn Beck. Maybe so, but I promise this, If I do see things shaping up as how I described, you bet your ass I will be on the first plane headed to a yet to be determined destination in South America.

With spiraling approval polls Obama used two issues within a 7 day period to drive up his popularity. The first issue was the production of his long form certificate of live birth, which sought to finally put to rest the question of his citizenship.

It seems to me that the “discovery” of Osama bin Laden’s hideaway was more than just a coincidence some 7 days later. The Seal Team 6 had been practicing mock attacks on a staged area in the Bagram Airbase facility in Afghanistan since April in hopes of catching him off guard in the near future in his makeshift home in Pakistan.

Regardless of the implications of the Pakistani government’s involvement in the hiding of bin Laden, Barack Obama certainly benefitted from his capture and execution. Whether the Islamic world approves or disapproves of his actions Sunday night/Monday morning, it is certain that his approval polls have gone up some 9 points.

I have long said that there are NO coincidences in politics and I certainly believe that this is no exception. Obama has taken a page directly from Rahm Emanuel’s book of, “never let a crisis go to waste.” The larger question is, will this recent climb in his approval rating have any staying power, or will the multitude of his problems drag him back, and if so in what time period?

Mastermind of the attack on the USS Cole, the attack on two African embassies, the infamous attack that toppled both the world trade centers and the attack on the pentagon was killed Sunday evening early by an Elite Seal Unit “Navy Six”.

In a compound built in 2005 very close to a Pakistani Military compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan. The raid lasted less than 40 minutes and three males were killed which included Osama and one of his sons, although it wasn’t reported which son was killed. The attack was in a million dollar compound owned by one of bin Laden’s couriers and included 18 foot fencing surrounded with razor ribbon. Fortunately the attack cost no American lives.

Confirmation of the death of Bin Laden was done through DNA and fingerprint then the body was immediately buried at sea. The military said the burial was carried out according to Islamic law. The Whitehouse sited the reason for the burial at sea was because no country would have accepted his remains, but it is clear that a grave site would have created a martyr status for the leading world’s terrorist personally responsible for over 3400 American deaths and countless deaths from other countries.

Obviously this won’t be the end of radical Islamic Attacks around the world, but it certainly cut the head of the snake. The ten year hunt for the most prolific terrorist came to an end when he held a female hostage in front of himself to avoid being shot; he died the same way he lived, as a coward!

The recent release of Obama’s birth certificate means nothing in the general picture. It might be real or it could be a fraud, but the result is the same, nothing legally would be done if it was a forgery in the remaining part of Obama’s presidency. It’s clear that the Supreme Court won’t touch this issue with a 20 foot pole, from the past cases they have passed on. Why should we assume anything will change now? The conservative Supreme Court Justices have made a few cryptic inferences that there IS a way to present the challenge, but nobody has done so yet. Why continue another 2 years down the road in court cases doomed to failure?

Unfortunately the framers of the Constitution make a few mistakes in crafting the prerequisites to be President of the United States. First off they never included a definition of what constitutes a natural born citizen, and secondly they never spelled out a vehicle for candidates to supply the needed documents to prove eligibility to be placed on ballots of the office of the Presidency.

Interestingly enough the Constitution offers another avenue to assure compliance. State sovereignty is the key to elections, each state may chose the way they conduct elections, and the Constitution doesn’t differentiate between federal elections and state elections. This offers an interesting twist to Presidential requirements. If each state requires proof of eligibility to be placed on a Presidential ballot, this non sense of who was born where could be finally put to rest.

We wouldn’t even need every state to draft such a law, this would only be needed in a few key political states, Iowa, Ohio, or Texas could be the turning point of this issue. We need to put this to rest, accept what we are saddled with for the next two years, but fix the problem for future elections! Who can possibly disagree with following the Constitution to the letter of the law?.........Yea I know, stupid question!

The administration from the very beginning wanted energy costs to “necessarily skyrocket,” but the question is…..Will it keep the president from being re-elected? It is no coincidence that oil prices and food prices are not factors in figuring the federal Cost of Living index. Many things can be affected by a formal raise in the federal cost of living index, including social security payments, which the government wants to purposely keep low.

The recent monetization of the debt, (government buying up bond paper) that the federal bank never said would happen has contributed to the devaluation of the dollar. Each year the government prints more and more money, and if 2011 holds true to the pattern established by past administrations will approach $900 billion give or take $20 billion. To put that figure into perspective, the money printed in 2005 was only $380 billion. The treasury department prints so much money a day that they consume 18 TONS of ink daily! President Nixon started this inflationary practice when he was the commander in chief, by taking the gold reserve standard off the table, meaning that the government could only print as much money as they had gold to back it.

Now money is created from thin air, and the more that is made the less the overall production is worth. Keep in mind that the government prints money, they then hand it over to the 12 branches of the Federal Bank for distribution. Now also keep in mind that the Federal Bank is not part of our government, regardless of their name. They answer to no one, not even the President, and the only one that can even remove their power is congress, and they refuse to intervene. The fed decides who gets money and how much they get; basically they control our economy, not Timothy Geithner.

How can deflationary practices lead to inflation? View the economy like this; deflationary practices make our money worth less than it was last year. When we have to buy more as a country than we produce, it means we have to import materials. If we use the money that is now worth less than it was last year we will have to use more of it to acquire the same goods. Thusly we have inflation. Oil and food stuffs are the leading contributors to inflation, and correspondingly are NOT included in the cost of living indexes the government releases. A rise in food and oil prices affects everyone equally, and when that happens, it disproportionately affects the poor to a greater amount.

Keep this in mind as President Obama demonizes oil “price gougers.” According to the EIA, the oil companies made on the average 8.3% profit after taxes last year, that 8 cents on the dollar folks. For 8% they drill they refine, and they do research and development. Now let’s look at the REAL PRICE GOUGERS, the government taxes that gasoline at about 40 cents per gallon (depending on what state you live in), but the federal government tax alone represents 13.7% of each gallon. The government produces NOTHING other than money so don’t think for a minute that there is a cost for each gallon of fuel they tax on other than in the collection of that tax. 13.7% clear profit, for doing NOTHING! If the definition of “price gouger” is nothing more than making an exorbitant profit on the back of someone else, the administration has no farther to look then their own back yard!

I have a friend who eschews most of the editorials regarding government problems and the people involved. Indeed I confess I also feel somewhat overwhelmed by all the negative rhetoric that comes to me in the email and airwaves; as a result I delete or tune out a large percentage of it.

It certainly appears that between government chicanery and Conservative commentary there is little change from week to week; certainly nothing much to hear of an edifying nature, i.e. optimistic or hopeful. It is understandable that many would rather just tune out rather than be assaulted with a constant barrage of negative tripe.

Most all of us are largely fed up with what goes on in government at all levels, but ( and I say it in a positive vein, because the word in most circumstances negates everything that came before it) so again, but it is imperative that we remain informed, armed with truth, and are engaged in righteous doing. Remember that there has always been a battle between right and wrong, good and evil since the beginning of man. There is no denying the fact that, that battle appears more intense now than before any time in the past history of our nation with the exception of perhaps the events of the Revolutionary War. I am sure this is how it should be; it is always darkest before the light.

Most of us are of the mindset that Principle does matter, the constitution is and remains the Law of the Land to spite certain elected officers obvious contempt for it. We cling to the hope that our vote and diligent pursuit of right will prevail. It remains painfully obvious however that there is a ruling majority in offices that are in every sense of the word Marxist, and they need to be defeated.

There is a story of interest in the Scriptures of the Prophet Elisha who was a consultant to the King of Israel. When the People of Israel desired a more spacious place to dwell than they were previously confined they trespassed upon Syrian land and the King of Syria came to war against Israel by night and surrounded them. Elisha’s young Servant rose early in the morning to discover the army of Syria and with fear in his heart alerted Elisha., Elisha’s response was “Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them.’ And Elisha prayed, and said Lord I prey the, open his eyes, that he may see. And the Lord opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha” 2 Kings 6:16-17.

It is important for us to know that our course is true and correct, that even though it may appear our efforts are not bearing much fruit, the armies of the Lord are round about us, and will bear us up in our efforts; may we have our eyes opened that we might see as did the servant of Elisha that we are truly not alone in our efforts to restore and heal our great Nation.

Arizona, under the leadership of Gov. Jan Brewer has moved into the legislative realm of being the state of, “If the federal government won’t do it we will!” On the heels of SB1070, the illegal alien bill which Arizona passed to enforce the laws of federal government that the Obama Administration refuses to, Gov. Jan Brewer has signed into law the “birther bill.”

Clearly the Constitution gives all power of elections to the individual states, and Arizona has taken the lead in the country by making any candidate (including presidential) present a birth certificate to them before being put on any ballot for office in their state.

Brewer’s challenges to Obamacare and SB1070 may be open for legal interpretation, but this birther legislation is CLEARLY within their realm of rights. Article 1 Section 4 of the Constitution states; The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Place of Chusing Senators.

So unless Congress passes an amendment to the Constitution superseding this section in the future this law enabling Arizona to demand proof of birth as a “natural citizen,” the case is closed. Hopefully other conservative states will exercise their state sovereignty by demanding the very proof that is outlined in the Constitution for the eligibility of potential candidates, thereby averting future questions.

Only one office in the United States makes the requirement of being a natural citizen and that is the Presidency, and to ignore that requirement is disrespectful in the least and treasonous at the worst. I personally salute Gov. Jan Brewer for making her stand!

Article Update: Monday Jan Brewer formally vetoed the Arizona bill to show proof of citizenship for presidential candidates, I must say I am not only shocked, but dissappointed in Gov. Brewer's satnd on this. I would encourage the Arizona legislature to remove the baptismal requirement and resubmit it once again.

There have been several times when I leave the house in the mornings with the gut feeling that I forgot something and usually I find out later that I was right. When my kids were growing up, they would come in late and give me some excuse as to why. Sometimes I was satisfied with the reason and others, there just seemed to be something missing from the story. When Obama or any of the last 9 presidents give a speech, the speech is on a grand scale but the substance seems to be missing. The leaders in congress are the same way. They tell you on a grand scale exactly what you want to hear but not any of the particulars. Nancy Pelosi says Tea Party people want the elderly to eat dog food but lied to get to the point where she could make that statement. Reid, Boehner and Obama all lied to the American people about cutting 38 Billion in spending when most of the money “cut” was not going to be spent or was a one-time appropriation and was never going to be renewed anyway. They all told a grand story but left out many of the pieces to cover up the lie.

I have for some time now wondered about this. Tell a lie to your neighbor and later you ask God for forgiveness and according to the bible if you ask for forgiveness, you shall receive it. Do you think God forgives politicians who on a grand scale lie to the American people? Do you think the politicians even bother to ask for forgiveness or do they attempt to justify the lie in their heads claiming it’s for the greater good?

One of the first things I ever learned in church was that God helps those who help themselves. Now this can’t always be true for if it were, then God is helping the politicians who are helping themselves to our money and taking our liberties to enrich their power. Endowed by our creator with certain inalienable rights. No, I don’t see God helping politicians take back that which he granted to all.

We the People have lost about 90% of the control of our government in my opinion. Government has been taken over mainly by corrupt union leaders like those of SEIU and the AFL-CIO. Those in government owe much to those associated with ACORN, GE, Planned Parenthood and a host of George Soros funded organizations. You no longer need White House Lobbyist because many of them are now part of the administration and they hate competition. These unions and organizations have attacked the Tea Party and 9-12 organizations without hesitation. They have no fear because they know Eric Holder will not hold them accountable for their actions.

In old Scotland, the Scots never had a single victory over the English until the clans united in a common cause. In America, the army gathering together to fight the English were few until preachers started recruiting at the end of service from the pulpit. Churches can lose their tax exempt status if they involve themselves into politics, but can they lose it if they preach about the evils that come with a power concentrated and held by a mere few instead of many? This I doubt.

Americans are slowing being pulled into government bondage. I think we are on the right track in resisting this government power grab but I also think we are missing a piece of armament to use against government; the word of God. Our country was founded on Judeo-Christian principals. Leaving God out of the fight is like taking a knife to a gun fight. It will inflict damage, but unfortunately you will never get close enough to use it. If you want to beat the government, then you have to use the laws and principals that the government was founded on, and God was a huge part of it.

Like a moth that is attracted to a flame, the Tea Party right has recently been drawn to Donald Trump. The issue as I see it revolves more around Trump’s single issue of Obama’s birth certificate rather than his ability to win a republican primary for the presidency.

Trump is speaking the conscience of the right because he doesn’t have the political clout to lose like many other presidential hopefuls. His popular themes on oil production, Chinese debt domination, and Obama’s birth certificate seem to be the most important ones in the public eye right now.

The question remains, “Who is Donald Trump, and what are his stands on the issues? Delving into his statements of the past is really the only way to root out his personal views. His most recent support of the Tea Party goes against his actions of the last campaign where he donated to Harry Reid’s campaign over Sharron Angle; He also supported RINO Charlie Crist over Marco Rubio. He supported Arlen Spector over Pat Toomey. He supported Rahm Emanuel in the run for Chicago Mayor’s seat. He supported the far left candidates Anthony Weiner, Chuck Schumer, and Charlie Rangel. His donations leaned 2/3 to the Democratic Party and one third to the republicans.

His stand on abortion has flip flopped from pro-choice in 2009 to pro-life in 2010, blurring the lines. His stance on guns follows more of a democratic stance than that of a republican, demanding more weapon to fall into the assault weapon ban, and increasingly tougher rules for firearm registration. His stance on healthcare is to go one step farther on healthcare than Obamacare has, to have an equivalent of a single payer system.

Trump wants to tax the “super rich” 14.25% on their net wealth, money that has already been taxed to eliminate the national debt.

Many of his supporter’s claim that what America needs is a “businessman who can run the country more like a business than a social experiment.” Nice sentiment, but less we forget that this wonderful businessman has declared bankruptcy 4 times since 1991………..not much of a statement on his wise business decisions is it?

Republicans here is your candidate if you want him!

When I was barely 6 years old living in Santa Cruz, California my little brother and I had a Cocker Spaniel we named Sparkle. We played outside; our favorite activity was playing cowboys and Indians. We used to argue about who would be Roy Rogers or Hop along Cassidy. The argument really was more over a scarf my mother let us use. To us it was a real indicator of a true cowboy. Sparkle would be tied up to our red wagon as a pretend horse.

The year was 1950 and about early October. For those who remember the 50s they were good years. People were pretty friendly and helpful towards one another. Best part of our young life was getting into the Kiddy Matinee at the local theater on Saturdays for .10cents. With another dime we could get a candy bar. This treat of course all depended upon being good during the previous week.

At any event, our yard was our world and around it was a white picket fence just high enough we could barely see over it but an adult could straddle over it with ease. Not even Sparkle could get out. One day however the front gate was left open a bit and our dog got out, we dared not pursue him as we would get into trouble ourselves. Sparkle was hit by a car. Amidst our screams dad sent us into the house each of us crying our eyes out. For all we knew at the time, and were told, Sparkle was a goner. Eventually we got over it and as they say “moved on.”

A couple days before Christmas there was a knock on our door, sometime in the evening because my dad answered it. At the door was a man with a dog in his arms. To our surprise it was Sparkle. He had a cast on one of his legs but after the man put him down he immediately recognized my brother and I and we were overjoyed to be reunited together once again. I know my father must have thanked him profusely. What a great thing for a stranger to do. It was our favorite Christmas gift ever. He obviously had to have paid all the Vet expenses and cared for Sparkle until he brought him back to us. As I have pondered that time over 60 years ago, I wonder if such a kind gesture of love would be played out in today’s world. I would hope this would be the case because I know there are many good people in the world to spite the selfish extremes we see constantly on the news.

In obedience to the second great commandment in the law “love they Neighbor” in the book of Hebrews chapter 6 we find in verse 19 “For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that yea have ministered to the saints, and do minister. And in verse 12 “that ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises--- of Abraham.”

Throughout the scriptures the Lord is not apt to reward anyone who is not willing to work, and show by their works that they love God. This attitude taught by the Lord to his children, you and I, underscores the problem we have in the world of government today in the U S of A.

No place in the Constitution will you find where government is authorized to care for anything other than protecting our liberty to care for ourselves, and in the extremities of our existence to care for others as only God has prescribed.

In today’s world Men have become slaves to a system of government where all their needs are taken care of on the backs of those who labor, burdened with a tax system that spells tyranny plain and simple. It is a tyrannical form of slavery where one is made dependent upon another for their existence. Too many people have become so accustomed to the idea that it is government money they receive they are truly blinded to the reality that it is tax money; money taken from those in the private labor sector, who are forced to pay tribute. Government produces no wealth of itself, if only they knew it.

Our Constitution does not prescribe such a system as we currently endure; a system that has greater force than the Constitution itself. It is called the IRS, in California it includes the Franchise Tax Board, in Washington DC it is a Legislature maintaining power over We the People it is sworn by oath to serve, in other words a form of unrighteous dominion. This is done by promising goodies to slothful individuals, creating in its wake a dependency undeserved, unneeded, unappreciated, and detrimental to the common industry that lies dormant or dead on the individual recipient.

It is beyond my comprehension how anyone with any common sense can think otherwise. My faith is in men and women who love the Lord our God. Those who follow His teachings, who love our country and its God given Constitution.

In 1950 my father was young, he worked hard, and he was poor with a small family to support. Someone was moved with compassion and saw to it that two little boys who lost their pet were not dismissed as insignificant. It would have been easy to have Sparkle euphenized, instead his wounds were bound up, and he was cared for, and at the appropriate time returned to its owners. That my friends are the kind of people America has produced and are of the kind and character that will restore our country to its rightful place in the world, a leader among all the nations of the earth; a people who love God more than they fear the world created by those in Babylon .

Obama Continues to Do What He Does Best

This week signaled the beginning of the 2012 campaign for a reelection to the presidency for Barack Obama. Of course President Obama has never wasted a chance to do what he has done best for the last 4 years and that is campaign. This time he has to do something he has never done before in a campaign and that is to run on his record. When the Senator Obama ran for the presidency in 2007 he ran on a record of “present” votes while serving the senate.

Obama dismissed his shortcomings in the first two years of his administration and leftovers from the Bush era and what else was he to do? The President received the Nobel Peace Prize for accomplishments he was to promise, but never completed. In fact just the opposite was true; he wages war in four countries now, with no real end in sight.

A promised lower unemployment figure never materialized from the Stimulus Program, but our President reminded us that it COULD have been much worse. He later reminded us of the jobs he saved or created, although those figures could never be proven. Each President of the United States has printed more money than the President before them, but the Obama Administration is working at an unprecedented increase. Although specific figures are not being reported, we do know he is using 18 tons of ink a day!

Obama promised transparency and openness at the beginning of his Presidency and although Jay Cutler the Whitehouse press secretary says that the President has proven that claim many times, he never sighted even on instance. Various groups have tried repeatedly to obtain documents through the freedom of information act, but have been unsuccessful.

Obama promised to close Gitmo and pull troops from Iraq, neither of which has happened as yet. The candidate Obama promised to work with world leaders to restore the respect that George Bush had destroyed. Once in office Obama embarked on a mission to insult our allies, and burn past bridges of many friendly nations. His attempt to make America more acceptant of Muslim nations has been largely unsuccessful.

Obama’s open door policy to protect our country against foreign invaders has been non-existent, and his policy of open enrollment to social programs for illegal aliens has been expanded. He has even taken the side of Mexico in the lawsuit against the State of Arizona. He approved a sting operation to arm Mexican drug cartels that eventually ended in the death of an American Border Patrol officer with one of those guns.

Violations of the Constitution are many and often, the latest being the lack of consultation of congress to install a no-fly zone over Libya on just the UN’s approval.

Obama will do what he does best in the next two years and that is campaign, we can not ignore his ability to do that well, nor can we merely sit complacently and watch. The only way to remove this President is to call him out on his record, something we couldn’t do in 2007.

The actions of the last two years can no longer be placed on the shoulders of a past president, President Obama will sink or swim based on what the people think his involvement was, and it is our job to show them the light.
