A new case challenges Obama’s eligibility but with a twist.

In a case brought by Charles F. Kerchner Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelson Jr. in NJ, they name defendants Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives and former Vice President Dick Cheney along with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

They claim like all other cases previous, that Barack Obama was born in Kenya, but blame the Congress, Cheney, and Pelosi, for failure to do their jobs according to under the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, to count the Electoral College votes for president and vice president, ask if any member of Congress objects to the count and hear that Congressman's objection. This is under Title 3, Chapter 1, Section 15, 'Upon such reading of any such certificate of such paper, the president of the Senate shall call for objections, if any.’

For those of you who watched that proceeding, you know the roll call and the request for objections were never made, basically nullifying the protocol. This isn’t up for debate, it was recorded, and now rests in record.

This new suit basically transfers the demand of proof to the Congress to produce the proof that allows Barack Obama to claim the office of President of the United States.

This case was updated on 2/10/09 to include information about how Congress had checked John McCain's eligibility to become President, but not Barack Obama's. Because of this, the case takes on a new light once again!

The $825 billion that has been labeled as “stimulus” has surfaced as nothing more then pork barrel projects, and things that don’t add a dime to the GNP. Originally touted as a project to rebuild infrastructure (road repair money), in truth gives very little money for federal road repairs.

The breakdown goes something like this; Of the $550 billion in federal funds, only $30 billion would be directed to highway construction, $43 billion is earmarked to expand unemployment benefits and fund job-training programs. Another $54 billion is set aside for renewable energy development and other conservation projects, like insulation for lower-income housing. And $10 billion is included for scientific research and research facilities already funded by the federal government.

“It’s a grab bag for every liberal program that Democrats have wanted or enacted for years,” said Arizona Rep. Jeff Flake, an aggressive opponent of federal spending.

The early criticism focused on presumed “earmarks” – a favorite war cry for some Republicans – including $200 million for re-sodding the National Mall and money for a mob museum in Las Vegas. Last week, Republican Rep. Darrell Issa of California referred to the House bill as an “$825 billion earmark” to expand the federal government.

$600 million will be used to replace the entire fleet of government cars with new “green” vehicles. $4.2 billion has been hidden as money for “neighborhood stabilization programs,” a cleverly worded refunding of ACORN. Remember them? They are the neo-nazi left wing radical group that the democratic congress uses for their “dirty work.”

With not even a month into Obama’s administration, the new President along with a consenting congress has spent their way to doubling the national debt. Undoubtedly they will blame the past President, even though he basically gave up all his personal decisions to the newly elected Senator from IL. some 2 months from his actual inauguration.

In the whole spending frenzy has anyone seen an increase in spending on the military? Have they approved wage increases for the military salaries? But they have automatic increases in place for congress! Obama has expressed an interest in waging war in Afghanistan and Pakistan, and hasn’t increased spending in the military? George Bush had to wage a war after the Clinton Administration had cut the defense budget in half from the Reagan Administration.

Senate Republicans feel railroaded at this point. Not wanting to “offend” the new and very popular President, they feel as if they need to vote in favor of the stimulus plan just to placate the democrats who seek to dilute the power of the remaining Republicans.

Monday the country of Iceland’s government has failed, amidst financial problems. The government, recently elected as a fiscally conservative group, could not overcome the problems caused by the previous ruling party. They site a combination of past spending, and the present climate of international financial distress as the cause of the failure. The government has been disbanded and total collapse is eminent.

Even though Iceland is a small country, it underlines the need for a fiscal responsibility long before the damage is irreversible. Our country cannot stand the social/economic problems we are experiencing now, without massive changes. The last three years we have experienced a total domination of a democratic congress, and now we have a democratic President. There is no longer a check and balance system in our government, and left unchecked they will ramrod every social entitlement they can down our throats. We should be reducing government in our lives, not creating more.

With 18 cases resting before their court involving Barack Obama, how can this not be viewed as a conflict of interest? Better still, the court’s role is that of a judiciary body. What could the meeting have been about, if not for Obama’s advocacy to turn them into a policy making group?

Snubbing the war heroes
It appears President Obama has set his priorities when he chose to not attend the Ball for American War Heroes, these are recipients of the Purple Heart, ones who were injured in the line of duty, and for the first time in 56 inaugurations the president of our country chose not to attend, he sited conflicts and time restraints……..good move Mr. President!

First interview as President
President Obama never ceases to amaze me with his poor personal judgement calls. If I thought a “first interview” with say Oprah would have not only devisive, but catering to the Hollywood glitteracy type. No he really dropped my jaw by giving his first interview to an Arabic New Network. He talked about how America is not your enemy, and how we should work for a mutual respect and partnership………short memory huh? 9/11?

While families lose income
Jobless rate increases, familys income going down, IRAs losing value, and all the while Congress increases their budgets. Congressional salaries increasing. This certainly sends a bad message. Is this what we want our children to see? Irresponsible spending is the new mantra of the liberal left.

President Obama has stated, that he wants to reduce earmarks by 75% in his administration. It doesn’t matter that he was one of the leading pork barrel spenders in Congress, he wants you to now do as he says and not what he did. President Barack Obama's illegal alien aunt has enlisted the help of an immigration lawyer to help her win asylum and stay in the United States.

Margaret Wong and Associates is representing Zeituni Onyango, the 56-year-old Kenyan half-sister of Obama's deceased father, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. Onyango and her lawyer are scheduled to attend an immigration hearing in Boston on April 1.

"The judge will be looking at evidence that they may not have been aware of four years ago," Michael Rogers, spokesman for Wong, told the newspaper. "Wong is optimistic. We would have preferred to not conduct this case in the media spotlight, but that's not going to happen."

Onyango, revealed in November to be dwelling on Flaherty Way in a South Boston slum, has been living in the United States illegally, refusing to leave the U.S. for her Kenyan homeland after a judge rejected her request for asylum in 2004.

Boston Housing Authority spokesman Bill McGonagle told the Boston Herald she received a small stipend for working six hours a week as a volunteer resident health advocate in her complex.

"Auntie Zeituni" made a $260 campaign contribution to her nephew's presidential bid from a work address in the city. She proudly displayed photos of Obama, including some that appear as old as 25 years, inside her first-floor apartment, McGonagle said.

The Bush administration issued a directive requiring high-level approval before agents could arrest fugitive immigrants on Oct. 31, the Associated Press reported. Immigration and Customs Enforcement documents reveal U.S. officials were concerned about implications of detaining Onyango in the days before the election.

"The Homeland Security Department censored parts of the document before turning it over to the AP, citing privacy and law enforcement reasons for withholding some of the information, including the name of the person who sent the e-mail," the AP revealed. "It also blacked out the names of recipients of the directive, making it impossible to determine whether it was sent to anyone outside the department or outside government

ICE spokeswoman Kelly Nantel said the order was lifted by the end of November.

Shelli Baker of Boston's WROL 950 AM told WND she went to the Boston apartment with Philip Berg after the election. While Onyango did not answer the door, she said something curious happened.

"I knocked on her door, and a nice young African-American greeted me. He was very happy. He saw my camera. I said, 'Can you tell me, is she still here?' And he said, 'No, she went away with some men in a car about a week ago. It got too hot about these elections with her nephew.'"
Baker asked the man if Onyango would be back. He replied, "I think so."

She then asked him a strategic question: "Are you all rejoicing that her nephew born in Kenya was elected?"
He responded, "Oh yes. We had a party about that."

Baker said the apartment management told her they knew Onyango would be back, despite her 4-year-old deportation orders.

"Evidently this type of obstinacy and persistence is very well known to the Obama family," Baker told WND. "And they're very proud of it."

Now the Plain Dealer has revealed that Onyango left her home in Boston public housing to escape media coverage in December.

Onyango traveled to Cleveland, Ohio, and hired Wong to assist her in her fight to remain in the U.S.

According to the report, Wong said Onyango stayed with relatives in an African immigrant community while in Cleveland. Rogers said she returned to Boston later in December.
On Dec. 17, an immigration judge stayed an order to deport Onyango.

The judge reopened her case for asylum on Dec. 30, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Executive Office of Immigration Review said.

Earlier this month, Onyango attended Obama's swearing-in ceremony and an inaugural ball at Washington's Renaissance Mayflower Hotel, a historic luxury hotel, the Associated Press reported. Rogers claims she never met with the president during inaugural festivities. She arrived with her immigration lawyer

The Messiah of the United States hit the ground running in his first few days in office. He immediately fell in love with the “power of the pen” and signed some very controversial Executive Orders in record time.

First off, he ordered the closing of the Guantanamo Bay Detention Center within 12 months. This came from a man who right after a meeting with outgoing VP Cheney just over a week ago, said that signing that executive order hastily would not be the wise thing to do.

So, what are some of the ramifications of closing Gitmo. The first one is moving the prisoners there to facilities on American soil. This automatically takes away the military’s authority over the prisoners and places that authority in the hands of the legal system. This gives the prisoners access to civilian courts and civilian lawyers. It also forces the military has to hand over all the information they have on these prisoners and risk compromising national security or withhold evidence and allow these terrorist to be released from any type of custody. Once they are released, they can be deported but only if their country of origin or some other nation is willing to take them. If not, then they can be allowed to walk to the streets of our cities completely unchecked. Since I live less than an hour from Leavenworth Federal Penitentiary, this means they could very easily come visit my neighborhood or hop a bus and come visit yours.

With another stroke of his pen, the Messiah has also made it a criminal act to interrogate prisoners beyond that which is called for in the Army Field Manual. This manual was written to give specific guidelines to the guys in the field doing the fighting, not to our intelligence agents. I firmly believe that Private E-1 Joe Smith who is 18 years old and fresh out of high school needs these restrictions, but not some CIA agent with 25 years experience.

The Messiah really must love his own pen more than he does roughly 70% of this nation’s citizens. In another executive order, he has made it possible for just about any woman wishing to have an abortion to access federal tax dollars to pay for that abortion. This order also allows monetary aide we give to other countries to be used for the same purpose. Don’t get me wrong, I am no right to life fanatic. I disagree with some reasons for abortions but I favor others. However, except for the only two reason I favor abortions (pregnancy occurred by an act of rape or incest), I do not want my tax dollars being spent just because some woman decided that she didn’t want stretch marks.

The Messiah also is expected to sign into law that gays can openly serve in the military, thus ending Bill Clinton’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy. Also coming soon is more than 1 TRILLION more tax dollars to be wasted on the NEW “New Deal” that will not produce jobs or stimulate an economy. There is the pending issue of massive gun restrictions that he is expected to push for, recalling the recently lifted ban on off shore drilling, more red tape to go though for the construction of nuclear or coal fired power plants and expect an attempt to circumvent the right that states have to define marriage.

For all you Obamamaniacs out there, be prepared, for you are about to get everything you voted for and more.

The poor have a new social program!

1934 the government had a problem, the new emerging telephone market was primarily based around large populations (cities). And although people in out lying areas could afford to pay for telephone service, the phone companies wouldn’t invest in an infrastructure to serve so few.

The government enacted the Telecommunications Act to fund the infrastructure needed to serve the outlying areas. This allowed the phone companies to add a charge to bills to subsidize the extra cost to allow the suburbs to have the same access as the cities.

This was a good idea UNTIL the infrastructure was built, but somewhere the act took a bizarre turn. In 1997 the Clinton Administration expounded on the act to encompass areas other then telephone. They expanded at that point to include cell phones and broadband service. This is where the water gets muddy. Somewhere between 1997 and now the act was re-interpreted from “areas unserved” to “people unable to pay.”

The monies collected from the Universal Connectivity Fee or The Federal Universal Fund highlighted on your cell phone bill, all go into a fund operated by a co-op of cell phone companies. The government allows them to collect these fees (usually through state oversight) and in turn for programs the government wishes to supply. Following me so far?

I sent emails to the republicans responsible for this new legislation and asked them what the original intent of this act was and if this interpretation was an unintended consequence. That was some 6 weeks ago, so I don’t think I’m going to get an answer. I DO know however the following program has already been instituted. Anyone that qualifies for government assistance for the poor will qualify them for a free cell phone and 60 minutes of free airtime per month!

I see you reeling already; sit down this is going to get worse. SO FAR the free service is limited to cell phones only, but the wording on the bill in senate right now ( S.101.IS) will also allow access to broadband. So in the future if this bill passes free cell phone service, AND free broadband Internet could result. This isn’t a possibility; half of this has already been enacted!

Many states have already started; the two first ones were Florida and Tennessee. Tennessee has over 800,000 people that qualify for this program……just think….this is ONE state!

Just think, 20 years ago we never had cell phones (what on earth did we do?), but now we are paying for cell phone service, and soon to include broadband. Who do we blame or call? Damned if I know, I’ve researched this one for over a month, and the politicians have hidden this one well, I have yet to find a smoking gun that points to the group that has allowed this. I’ll give you some links below to show what is happening. Maybe we should bitch loud enough to our state representatives, and if they accept the bitching it’s their fault. If it’s not them, they will probably give up the ones who were. I know I’m all over it like a cheap suit, this is NUTS!

Inauguration Benediction
Rev Lowery, an 87 yr old civil rights leader gave the benediction and included the closing words “Lord, in the memory of all the saints who from their labors rest, and in the joy of a new beginning, we ask you to help us work for that day when black will not be asked to get back, when brown can stick around – when yellow will be mellow – when the red man can get ahead, man – and when white will embrace what is right." Lowery seems to be stuck in the mindset of the 60’s, after all, didn’t “whites embrace what was right,” in his mind, by electing Obama in the first place?




Booing and shoe throwing
When President George Bush was introduced at the Inauguration many booed, shouted obscenities, and lined up to throw shoes at an effigy. Prior to the inauguration, crowds gathered around a two-story inflatable blow-up doll with a Pinocchio nose to "Give Bush the Boot" at DuPont Circle in Washington, D.C.. When Bush climbed aboard Marine One to retire to Texas, some in the crowd cheered and erupted in song, chanting, "Na na na na, hey hey, goodbye." Is this what our country has become? A gang of democratic thugs? The problem with the Republican Party is, they act with decorum and respect for other people.



Obama: we are also a country of muslims and non-believers
Although Obama has declared his Christian faith to the point of making a show of it, the truth came to light once again in the inauguration, as he declared that the U.S. is "no longer a Christian nation," today in his inaugural address he affirmed America is a nation of many faiths that includes Muslims and "nonbelievers." Obama's statements about an inclusive country were strikingly similar to remarks he made twice in 2007 in which he went further and stated the U.S. is "no longer Christian." At that time, some took issue with his pronouncement, fearing the declarations indicated his intention to reorient the U.S. away from its traditional Judeo-Christian values.

All Guantanamo trials halted
Within hours of becoming president, Obama has issued an executive order to halt all trials of terrorists in Guantanamo, including that of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the self-proclaimed 9/11 mastermind and four co-defendants who faced the death penalty if convicted. This executive order stops all cases for 120 days until the Obama Administration has a chance to review all pending cases.
Resident Democratic idiot Jack Murtha volunteered to take a few Gitmo detainees into a jail in his district, because "they are no more dangerous then the existing criminals'.......only one problem there Jack you have no jails in your district, but if you build one just let us know!

Inauguration: This will be a day that lives in infamy
This inauguration will go down in history as being “the day of least democratic spending” in the next four years. With only $150 million being spent on the inauguration, democrats will view this day as a spending vacation, with a spending extravaganza to closely follow.

Although he claims he did his taxes on “turbo tax”, he claimed that the question on extra income never came up. We all know that turbo tax has that question, and number two I highly doubt Geithner uses turbo tax, but we will no more find that out then we will find Obama’s birth certificate. He claims he didn’t know, but that is an excuse for the stupid democrats that voted for his boss to be. Should we hire him because we need him, or tun him down because we don’t trust him? Do we believe that he doesn’t know it’s illegal to hired an illegal alien? It now appears he will be appointed, which shows that the democrats view ability on a higher plane then honesty, and isn't that what got them into this mess in the first place?

Helen Thomas “world’s oldest reporter” declared to the public that she is a liberal. Although we all knew that already, she announced that her reporting has never been labeled as liberal bias! Now at age 15 I knew she was biased, but I guess she was in denial! When questioned farther, she said, “as a reporter what else could I be (liberal).” I suppose that was a rhetorical question? (Sorry about the picture, I know it’s not Halloween yet)



Executive Order today
Barack issued an executive order today to put a freeze on White House Staff salaries. Is this some sort of joke? Surely this is just window dressing, I mean what can this save America? Wouldn’t a more realistic order to freeze all Congressional salaries conveigh the President’s resolve to cut costs? Shouldn’t “executive orders” be reserved for more important things?

I went to dinner with a friend for our weekly get together, after hiding like a troll under a bridge all day to avoid the media frenzy known as the Presidential Inauguration. I was greeted by a barmaid brandishing her Obama button, and not one but three 51” flat screens all tuned to the coronation ceremonies.

This was well after the actual, about 6PM to be exact. I wanted to escape to have dinner with a friend, not to be assaulted by the very thing that I had avoided all day. I asked her why we had to watch this, and she told me that she was totally exhilarated by Obama’s election. I think she made the mistake of assuming that I shared the same enthusiasm.

She went out of her way to ask me why I wasn’t excited. I held my urge to totally lambast her, turning the question back at her, and asked…”tell me why this man deserves to be President based on his past leadership qualities.” She replied by the typical robotic response of the democratic party……CHANGE!

The reply was not an answer to the question, but typical of the uninformed, and uneducated voting public. Upon further questioning, it was clear she doesn’t even understand the basics of Barack's historical background, and I seriously doubt she would even know answers to basic civics questions taught in High School, but then she isn’t from my era, so what she had been taught could be held in question.

Now understand, when I entered the room I made no display of party affiliation, nor spoke of it. What really eats at me is the typical democratic voter, seems to be devoid of the feelings that not everyone shares the enthusiasm, of the Obama flock. They seem to think that the words “HOPE” and “CHANGE” are the very things that qualify Obama for sainthood. They refuse to believe that there are 60 million Americans who don’t accept or welcome the liberal/socialist agenda of the democratic party.

Well, I have news for the confused barmaid “April”; Obama’s honeymoon will be over soon. His speeches will no longer matter; he will be judged by his actions, not his rhetoric. His success or failure will be judged by the congresses actions. The president can only do so much by executive order; the rest will be accomplished by congress. Barack will soon understand how tied his hands will become, his naiveté will vanish, and his boldness will hopefully transfer into sensibility. I’m sure the term…”we are still working on the problems of the last presidency,” will be the war cry for some time, but eventually he will be forced to accept that the destiny of our country rests entirely in his hands. Then and only then will America begin to understand what wrath they have brought upon themselves.

Today is January 20, 2009. This is a great day in American history. For no time before in American history have we ever progressed beyond having a President until today. For today we not only swear in the 44th President of the United States, but we also swear in the first Messiah of the United States. Yes ladies and gentlemen, the anointed one officially becomes the leader of the free world today.

From the time of his probable Kenyan birth, through his Muslim upbringing in Indonesia, Barack Hussein Obama has dreamed and prepared himself to take his rightful fraudulently gained place in the Oval Office. He has risen above the corrupt Chicago politics that spawned him. He has risen above the shady deals he has made and left the shady characters of his past behind.

He comes forth now in our hour of need. The people have rejoiced continually in the advance of the anointed one knowing that he can and he will bring forth and foster Hope for Change. Yes, the masses shout loudly that they hope that they will again be able to fill their gas tanks and hope to not pay taxes. They hope for more government welfare and less personal accountability. They hope for homes and cars they do not have to pay for themselves but instead let the “rich” pay for it. They hope for equal pay but not the responsibility or even the education or experience that goes along with it.

These people line up to worship at the Alter of Obama yet they know nothing about the man they are worshipping. They are just following the instructions that mainstream media is giving them and they blindly follow. He will heal the sick and make the poor rich. I personally would love to be a guest healer at the Alter of Obama because instead of lightly pressing my hand to their foreheads and telling they are cured and to go forth, I would slap the “holy” crap out of them and attempt to bring them back to reality.

The world has not bore witness to such a mass blind faith following since the 1930’s when a man named Adolph Hitler rose to power in Germany. Hitler’s power was given to him by the people in hopes that he could restore their economy and bring them once again to world prominence. Once that power was ascertained and absolute, he fulfilled their hopes of greatness and then proceeded to destroy their nation. I for one do not believe that Obama would lead us into another world war, but he does possess the ability to give great speeches as Hitler did. He has the ability to captivate his audience as Hitler did. He has all the arrogance and self worth of Hitler and like Hitler, sees himself as absolute.

Hitler was not born in Germany but in Austria. Obama, it is not clear where he was born but my money is on Kenya. Hitler rose to prominence through corrupt politics. Obama rose to power through corrupt politics. Hitler laid the failures of the current government on an economy that was driven by capitalist who were mainly of Jewish decent. Obama lays blame of the current economy on Bush tax cuts and what he calls a failed administration and an unjust war.


Obama speaks of a middle class that has shrunk under a Bush administration. He envisions seeing a middle class grow and prosper. The middle class did shrink under the Bush administration. What he fails to tell you is that the reason the middle class shrunk is because many who left the ranks of the middle class grew financially and no longer fell into “middle class” tax brackets. They are now in the upper tiers of the tax brackets and pay a larger portion of the tax burden. In contrast though, the lower class decreased but not at quite the same rate, but do you think Obama or mainstream media told anyone that?

The left has been blaming everything on Bush and a failed administration, while accepting none of the responsibility for anything themselves, even though democrats have controlled congress since Jan 07, 2007, long before the current economic meltdown started.

No need to worry though….the Messiah is here and he will lead us into the promised land………….MAYBE.

Bush commutes the sentences of Ramos and Compean

With less then one day left to do so, President Bush commuted the sentences of the two border guards convicted of shooting a drug dealer from Mexico in the buttocks. The two have spent nearly 4 years in jail and have been the subject of many pleas (including this blog), to release them.

Bush said he picked a commutation rather then a pardon, because he believes they received a fair trial and were found guilty justly. He felt that they have served enough time, lost their jobs and their families, have suffered enough.

The former border guards in El Paso, Texas, are expected to be released from prison within the next two months. The total with the new acts of clemency, Bush has granted a total of 189 pardons and 11 commutations, less then half what Clinton and Reagan granted.

Clinton issued a total of 457 in eight years in office. Bush's father, George H. W. Bush, issued 77 in four years. Reagan issued 406 in eight years, and President Carter issued 563 in four years. Since World War II, the largest number of pardons and commutations — 2,031 — came from President Truman, who served 82 days short of eight years.

Nothing has been announced so far on the next issue Berg has before the Supreme Court, but the info below comes directly from http://www.obamacrimes.com/ and explains what proof Berg has in defense of his position. Unfortunately as of this moment, the Supreme Court has chosen to dismiss every action against Obama. From my perspective, if there is a birth certificate stating he was born in Kenya, and there is one stating he was born in Hawaii, then SOMEONE is lying! Obama has only offered a "certificate of live birth" which isn't a legal document. This document can be obtained without being born in the USA.

America wants an answer to this, and the Supreme Court seems to want to take the path of least resistance. New suits are cropping up all the time, and the lawyers are trying different angles to accomplish their goals, eventually one of them is going to be heard, and I have the feeling once one will be heard, the rest of the attorneys will just to help the case being heard.

I don't think the question is "if" it will be heard, it is when..........

What would my peers think?

I handed $100,000 to my son who wanted to go to college, we never talked about his hopes and dreams, we never even talked about what subject he would study or what degree he hoped to achieve. Family members criticized me about my lack of imposing goals, or even talking to him about what I expected of him.

His freshman year he played like a child with no rules, he partied at night, stayed out late, and hooked classes. Family members came to me and expressed their displeasure, and told me if something didn’t change, something catastrophic would happen. He bulled on, barely passing his classes, but never changing his habits.

He changed majors in his sophomore year, but his aim of partying hadn’t subsided. He now hooked classes on a regular basis, and had even failed a few. The family pressure was increasing for me to do something, his future was in question. I talked to him and explained that he needed some degree of oversight. He balked at the suggestion, and told me everything was fine, he “knew what he was doing.”

In his junior, he was finally “seeing the overall picture,” had his nose to the grindstone, but time wasn’t in his favor because of his lack of aim in his first two years. His workload was now enormous, and he was feeling overwhelmed.

Pressure was at its highest level in his senior year, as he began to admit to himself, that he couldn’t get his degree in the 4 years allotted. He approached me halfway through the year and told me he needed another year.

I gave in and handed him another $25,000, I never asked him for any performance statement to know if he was succeeding or not. It really made no difference to me, because I got a cash advance on my credit card, and the rate was only 10%, so it wasn’t like real money, just money he might not get as an inheritance.

In his fifth year, he was still struggling, and told me it was merely a product of “bad times,” he reassured me that he knew what he was doing and didn’t need oversight, just more money……$25,000 more, for the typical things that college kids need. As I withdrew another $25,000 on my credit card, I thought back to the first year when I gave him $100,000, and a bit of nostalgia came over me. What could have been if he had received guidance and oversight, he wouldn’t have wasted a year of his life, and his education would have cost $50,000 less. What difference would it have made, he just won’t get it in the end.


The whole story sounds ridiculous doesn’t it? The issues are so ludicrous; it’s hard to believe. I’m glad you feel that way, those of you who know me, know that this isn’t a real story. My son and his education were completed in 4 years, and then went on to get his masters degree. I am very proud of him, and his accomplishments.
The story however mirrors a far deeper problem, the one of our government, I’m sure you recognized the parallels, and can now say how ridiculous the mindset is. We never hold politicians to task, we never gauge them on past performance, we blindly allow them to defraud us, all the time gaining more power, a power that nobody can seem to touch. Throwing money at problems with no oversight, guidelines and rules is foolhardy at best.

Please remember CONGRESS and CONGRESS alone is responsible for spending the money and setting the guidelines.

Houses falling apart
Florida recipients of housing by way of “Habitat for Humanity”, spearheaded by past President Jimmy Carter, are complaining that their houses are falling apart. A group of 85 houses in Fairway Oaks was built in 17 days and was bankrolled by Hollywood celebrities. Complaints vary from building on trash piles to constant health problems to shoddy workmanship. So now we have a group that received homes for free which didn’t have to acquire sub-prime loans, that have one thing in common……..Jimmy Carter!, Maybe Hamas will contact him for new homes.

No income problems here
For the fifth year in a row, Congress chose to not reject their pay raises, before that they did. If you want a raise in Congress, you don’t need to ask your boss, you just vote yourself a raise. Not only do you give yourself a raise but you can only deny it by voting to deny it. Never mind that your approval rating hovers around 15%, never mind you spend money like drunken sailors, never mind that pass a new resolution that basically eliminates the minority party’s vote.

Geithner’s tax problems
The Democrats consider Obama’s pick for Treasury Secretary, as having “small bumps that can be overcome.” This comes on the announcement that Timothy Geithner owes some $34,000 in back Federal Taxes, from hiring a household employee. Of course shortly after being named by Obama, he paid $43,000 in back taxes and penalties. The very fact that he knew about these past taxes since 2001, but waited until now to pay them speaks volumes about everyone who surrounds Obama. Why should this information make a difference in the appointment of the man who would oversee the IRS? Harry Reid defended him, but he believes that income taxes are voluntary! Carol Browner: Socialist
Carol Browner was reportedly listed on the Socialist International website. The website listed 14 people as being on the board of directors. The group’s goal is world governance as far as global warming is concerned. Until recently Carol Browner’s name appeared as being a board member, is has now been removed from the site. Although she has withdrawn herself from Socialist International, I’m sure her loyalty to the group is still strong, and no members of the Congress even get to vote on her appointment, as she is declared by the Obama camp as basically a liason to the EPA, hence (climate czar). One has to wonder if she will use the typical Obama statement……….. ”I barely knew them, those socialists are a crazy bunch.”

Another Fruitloop Mayor
Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Mayor has in a “look at me ploy” changed his name from Mayor Ravenstahl to Mayor Steelerstahl, previous to the AFC Championship Game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Pittsburgh Steelers. I suppose it isn’t as bad as selling a senate seat, but it’s certainly a grandstand move. His family must be soooooooo proud!

With fava beans and a rich bottle of Chianti
Dr. Richard Batista donated part of his liver to his wife Dawnell, hoping to revive his ailing marriage. She recovered and went on to earn a master's degree in nursing and pursued a black belt in karate. Unfortunately, she injured herself in the latter endeavor, which led to physical therapy, and a subsequent affair with her therapist. Dr. Batista, apparently, is seeking to use the kidney as a wedge to ensure that he gets access to his children. He is seeking 1.5 million for his displaced liver, and assured access to his children…..giving all new meaning to “an arm and a leg”

Obama promises to recycle
The Obama camp promises to recycle the during whole day of Inaugurtion by collecting trash along the parade route. He will enter on a carpet of recycled products, and even save the waste from the police horses to use at a later date in Congress.

It was rather ironic today that Governor Rod Balgojevic swore in his new state senators and congress, the very people that will vote on his final impeachment, talk about hiring your “executioners.”

Ted Kennedy's Legacy

As soon as cancer was found, I noticed the immediate attempt at canonization of old Teddy by the mainstream media. They are saying what a "great American" he is. I say, let's get a couple things clear & not twist the facts to change the real history.

1. He was caught cheating at Harvard when he attended it. He was expelled twice, once for cheating on a test, and once for paying a classmate to cheat for him.

2. While expelled, Kennedy enlisted in the Army, but mistakenly signed up for four years instead of two. Oops, the man can't count to four. His father, Joseph P. Kennedy, former U.S. Ambassador to England (a step up from bootlegging liquor into the US from Canada during prohibition), pulled the necessary strings to have his enlistment shortened to two years, and to ensure that he served in Europe, not Korea, where a war was raging. No preferential treatment for him like "he" charged President Bush received.

3. Kennedy was assigned to Paris, never advanced beyond the rank of Private, and returned to Harvard upon being discharged. Imagine a person of his "education" NEVER advancing past the rank of Private.

4. While attending law school at the University of Virginia, he was cited for reckless driving four times, including once when he was clocked driving 90 miles per hour in a residential neighborhood with his headlights off after dark. Yet his Virginia driver's license was never revoked. Coincidentally, he passed the bar exam in 1959, amazing!!!

5. In 1964, he was seriously injured in a plane crash, and hospitalized for several months. Test results done by the hospital at the time he was admitted had shown he was legally intoxicated. The results of those tests remained a "state secret" until in the 1980's when the report was unsealed. Didn't hear about that from the unbiased media, did we?

6. On July 19, 1969, Kennedy attended a party on Chappaquiddick Island in Massachusetts. At about 11:00 PM, he borrowed his chauffeur's keys to his Oldsmobile limousine, and offered to give a ride home to Mary Jo Kopechne, a campaign worker. Leaving the island via an unlit bridge with no guardrail, Kennedy steered the car off the bridge, flipped, and into Poucha Pond.

7. He swam to shore and walked back to the party, after passing several houses and a fire station. Then two friends returned with him to the scene of the accident. According to their later testimony, they told him what he already knew, that he was required by law to immediately report the accident to the authorities. Instead Kennedy made his way to his hotel, called his lawyer, and went to sleep. Kennedy called the police the next morning and by then the wreck had already been discovered. Before dying, Kopechne had scratched at the upholstered floor above her head in the upside-down car. The Kennedy family began "calling in favors", ensuring that any inquiry would be contained. Her corpse was whisked out-of-state to her family, before an autopsy could be conducted. Further details are uncertain, but after the accident Kennedy says he repeatedly dove under the water trying to rescue Kopechne, and he didn't call police because he was in a state of shock. It is widely assumed Kennedy was drunk, and he held off calling police in hopes that his family could fix the problem overnight. Since the accident, Kennedy's "political enemies" have referred to him as the distinguished Senator from Chappaquiddick. He pled guilty to leaving the scene of an accident, and was given a SUSPENDED SENTENCE OF TWO MONTHS. Kopechne's family received a small payout from the Kennedy's insurance policy, and never sued. There was later an effort to have her body exhumed and autopsied, but her family successfully fought against this in court, and Kennedy's family paid their attorney's bills... a "token of friendship"?

8. Kennedy has held his Senate seat for more than forty years, but considering his longevity, his accomplishments seem scant. He authored or argued for legislation that ensured a variety of civil rights, increased the minimum wage in 1981, made access to health care easier for the indigent, and funded Meals on Wheels for fixed-income seniors and is widely held as the "standard-bearer for liberalism". In his very first Senate roll, he was the floor manager for the bill that turned U.S. immigration policy upside down and opened the floodgate for immigrants from third world countries.

9. Since that time, he has been the prime instigator and author of every expansion of and increase in immigration, up to and including the latest attempt to grant amnesty to illegal aliens. Not to mention the Pious grilling he gave the last two Supreme Court Nominees, as if he were the standard bearer for the nation in matters of right. What a pompous ass.

10. He is known around Washington as a public drunk, loud, boisterous and very disrespectful to women. JERK is a better description than "great American".

Let's not allow the spin doctors make this jerk a hero -- how quickly the American public forgets what his real legacy is.

Now he endorses his niece Caroline to be an appointed senator to replace Hillary Clinton? One more "entitlement" by the Kennedys, their time is done, let's move forward, not backwards.

The Obama candidacy is the biggest ‘*_HOAX’_* every put forth to the citizens of the United States in 230 years.

In addition to the current case in the U.S. Supreme Court, we have or will have:1. A case filed two [2] months ago captioned */_Berg vs. Obama_/*, said case ‘under seal’ so I cannot comment further;

2. The case of */_Hollister vs. Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama_/*, filed 12/31/08 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Civil Action No. 08-02254; said case being an ‘Interpleader’ case with the Plaintiff, a retired Colonel from the U.S. Air Force, who is questioning whether to obey or disobey an order if Obama recalls him, based upon whether or not Obama is a ‘qualified’ President;

3. The case that was denied in the U.S. Supreme Court is still pending in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in the case of */_Berg vs. Obama_/*, with our Brief due by January 20, 2009; and4. If Obama is sworn in as President, we will file a Petition for Writ of ‘Quo Warranto,’ a case that will challenge Obama as being ineligible to serve as President because he is ‘not qualified.’

Berg states ‘if Obama is sworn in’ because Obama knows he is ‘not qualified’ and he should hold a Press Conference and Obama should state that I, as a black American, received more votes than anyone else on November 4, 2008 for President and on January 8, 2009 the Joint Session of Congress counted the Electoral College votes and announced that I am President-elect, but because of things in my background, I cannot be sworn in as President. However, *Obama is not man enough to state the above!*More and more people are aware of the fact that Obama does *_not_* meet the ‘qualifications’ for President. When the truth finally comes out, individuals including Barack Hussein Obama, Michelle Obama, Howard Dean [Chair of the Democratic National Committee (DNC)], other top officials of the DNC, senior campaign staff and some of his new administration should be brought into the criminal justice system, indicted and tried with incarceration for those convicted.”

Berg continued, “Obama is setting himself up to be blackmailed and perhaps he is already being blackmailed. He was the candidate for ‘change,’ but look at his cabinet – 70% from President Clinton’s days and how about his Secretary of Defense, Gates. Give me a break!There is nothing more important than ‘our’ U.S. Constitution and we will fight on!”

How to get Al Gore without appointing him

Al Gore has such a polarizing persona that appointing him to the post in the EPA would certainly raise a few hairs on the necks of climate realists. So how do you acquire Gore without actually appointing him? Carol Browner is Obama’s new pick for “climate czar.” Yes you read that correctly, “czar,” The Obama camp uses that word freely now, and yet the media never questions it for fear of excommunication. Carol Browner is a protégé of Al Gore’s tin foil hat crowd, that has now declared, “climate change” rather then “global warming.”

She was originally appointed by Bill Clinton to the EPA, and as of Bush’s administration has been the longest appointee in that position. The only thing that apparently kept her from revamping the whole EPA to a stricter more “global alarmist” mindset was Bush’s leadership.

She also joined the board of Alliance for Climate Protection, an organization founded by Gore in 2006, that tries to convince the majority to buy into Gore’s climate falacies.

She co-founded and heads a company called Albright Group named for Madeline Albright. The company consults large corporations on the best ways to do business in America both monetarily and ecologically.

In 2008 she also joined the board of APX Inc., which specializes in the environmental commodity markets (cap and trade). This connection is troubling as it is a clear conflict of interest, and shows her bias to taxing corporations for carbon emissions in the future.

Browner is married to past Congressman Thomas Downey who heads a lobbying firm that includes clients involved in energy policy. This presents yet another conflict of interest, as it shows another bias against open thinking.

Her brash style of management has been described by the head of Florida's largest business trade association described dealing with Browner thusly: "She kicks the door open, throws in a hand grenade, and then walks in to shoot who's left. She really doesn't like to compromise. [But she] has done a pretty good job down here. People have more complaints with the way she does it than what she does."

One thing we do not need in a powerful “czar” position is a left wing nut case who wishes to inflict further more of Gore’s crazy ideas.

Al Franken claims victory in Minnesota senate race

On November 7th the count rested at a 725-vote lead by Norm Coleman. After a state law mandated a recount, the first “miracle” surfaced as a heavily democratic leaning town just happened to “find” 100 uncounted votes, and of course they were ALL for Franken, and back dated two days before the election!

This was merely the opening round in a well-orchestrated plan by the democrats to obtain a philabuster proof senate. There were then 400 statistically impossible “corrections” that happened to favor the democratic candidate, cutting Coleman’s led to 215 votes. Alas the dems wouldn’t rest until the tally favored them, so the search for “uncounted votes” continued.

It seems the republican are merely standing by and watching as the dems steal yet another election, as the vote count now has swayed in Franken’s direction to the tune of 225 votes. It is certain that yet another court challenge will arise, but I’m sure the result will favor Franken, as most recounted elections have since the reconstruction era, of President Carter’s post Nixon Watergate time where the dems could do no wrong.

How ironic is it that the Dems prepare to seat a comedian in the senate?

Judge without pants
Ex-judge Roy Pearson, you remember this guy….the $54 million dollar lawsuit pants guy, is once again reviving his lawsuit, against the cleaners. He has asked the NY appellate court to review the entire case. The funniest part of this whole asylum bound judge is, even though his case for his pants is for $54 million, he is also suing the state of NY for wrongful dismissal of his judgeship, but the amount of that suit is $1 million, can we say the man has his priorities slightly mixed up?


Oh no!
Ann Coulter, the stick in the eye to virtually every democrat, has been “banned forever” from NBC and MSNBC for a cancellation on the Today Show, because of a scheduling conflict. However a later statement from NBC said that her view on the President-elect Obama does not fit in the “mainstream view,” any longer.







Seeking more help to destroy the country
In an almost laughable exercise this week, President-elect Obama requested and received a meeting with all living past presidents. The ironic part in all this was the attendance by the yawnable President Carter who by most credible accounts has caused the beginning of this now reported $1.2 soon to be $2 trillion deficit.






Foxes hate competition in the henhouse
This week the SEC officials were grilled by a senate panel, about how a man like Bernie Madoff, could bilk his customers out of 50 million dollars. This is the same group that fought to refuse oversight, and bilked the public out of what now appears to be $1.2 trillion dollars.



Obama’s unique whip
It appears that the Secret Service has a much increased concern about Barack Obama’s safety (you don’t say), and that a new limo has been built that has 5 inches of armor and the ability to thwart a biological attack, no other specifications have been disclosed. This car was not built on an existing production chassis, but a custom truck style chassis. The Service has referred to it as the “beast”.

Bobby Rush, a congressman from Illinois announced today that the senate is racist by not having any more then one African-American. He went on to say that the general population of America is racist. One only has to listen to this man talk to see how racist he is in a reverse sort of way. He has completely blown off the fact that Americans, 67 million of them voted for an African-American for president. Rush completely ignored the fact of how many African-Americans are in the house. He talks about the senate as if someone appoints them rather then electing them. This is just one more example of Illinois politics and how they view “us,” the rest of America.

Woke up this morning and saw that gas prices actually rose by $.10 a gallon last night. First time in several months I have actually seen an increase in prices even though the price per barrel fell by almost a dollar yesterday. Gas is still pretty low right now right at $1.38 a gallon here in KC metro. It’s better than many parts of the country.

Went shopping over the weekend to pick up a few last minute Christmas items and groceries for Christmas dinner as well what would be needed until the end of the month. Normally when I go grocery shopping, I never really look at the price I am paying per item. I usually grab what is needed or what little extra I like to get for myself like Nutter Butter cookies and those little powder coated donuts in the bag. Yes ladies, even guys have to fulfill their sweet tooth requirements every now and then.

Back in the summer, I remember a few news stories about how companies were cutting the sizes of items to offset the rising fuel cost of shipping. I was fine with that. In a free market society, companies have to make so much profit in order to keep from having to lay people off.

After the size cuts, the prices went up anyway as fuel cost continued to rise.

Now that fuel prices have fallen below levels that we have seen in the past couple of years, why is the price of groceries and other items still at or above level that they were in July & August when gas and diesel was almost $3.00 more expensive per gallon?
Haven’t these companies had plenty of time to recoup their losses from the early part of last summer?

I use on average about 15 gallons of gas a week. This means I am saving around $45 a week on gas as compared to what I was spending this past summer. The problem is, I am currently spending around 10% to 15% more on groceries and other items than when I was paying over $4 a gallon on gas.

Fuel cost is down over 60% from its peak this past summer. Prices for everyday items we eat and use is way up and still rising. Where is all the congressional hearing on this form of price gouging?

This is just another reason we are in a recession. No manufacturer, distributor or retailer is willing to lower their cost per item even though their transportation costs are significantly lower. Get these companies to lower their profit margins back to what they were at this time last year + .5% for inflation and I’d be willing to bet you would see the end of a recession. That is unless the media continues to blow everything out of proportion so it gives the appearance of Obama coming in and saving America once he is sworn in.

In the three so weeks since writing this, here are a few samples of what has occurred here in the Heartland of America. I went shopping again last night a prices took another spike. Here are just a few examples.

Gas: Was $1.27 is now $1.63
Bread: Was $2.08 is now $2.99
Pop Tarts: Was $1.63 is now $1.89
Coke 12 pk cans: Was 4 for $12.00 is now 3 for $11.00
½ Gallon of milk: Was $2.08 is now $2.67

Here is a real shocker: On December 1st, 2008, diesel was selling at $2.07 a gallon. Today (January 8, 2009), diesel is selling at $2.07 a gallon.

Media tells us that despite lower fuel cost, Americans still are having a hard time making ends meet. My guess is that this is one of the major contributors to that.

Maybe I’m just confused but…….

Maybe I’m just confused, but I’d like to know why Barack Obama’s senate seat replacement gets to be named by the Governor of Illinois, but yet the seat in the congress to be vacated by Rahm Emanuel, gets voted on by the people.

Rahm Emanuel has to vacate his US Congressional seat that he received from Governor Rod Blagojevic, when he moved onto his governorship. This seat will require a special election in district 5.

Who exactly sets these rules? Why is it that a more important seat can just be named by governor, and yet the less important seat has to have a special election? Maybe the answer is right in front of me, maybe the dems are afraid of losing the senate seat to the republicans, after all they had the choice of having a special election to name Obama’s successor.
Now the “in your face” move by the tainted governor has backfired on them, and they are dividing their own party by not wanting to “seat” Burris as Blagojevic’s choice. The media will sweep this one under the rug too, but it sure raises questions.

On an updated note, Senator Joe Biden was sworn in as a Delaware senator, he has chosen to "appoint" his secretary of staff for a two year term, (talk about a Biden puppet that once again cheats the public from a say.)

Bill Richardson removes himself from cabinet bid

New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson, as James Carville described as “Judas”, after he abandoned Hillary Clinton in the primary campaign, has now removed himself from the Secretary of Commerce bid.

In the wake of a grand jury investigation on yet another “pay to play” scheme of hiding campaign donations in exchange for state work bids, either Bill Richardson, or Barack Obama has decided just maybe that extra heat isn’t welcome in the presidential-elect‘s cabinet.

While the controversy hasn’t yet calmed in the IL Governor Blagojevich and the Chicago boys' club, this new question has surfaced about yet another Democratic “friend.”

The Teflon skin of Senator Barack Obama has been successful so far in distancing himself from his questionable friends. Unfortunately for him his potential hiring pool is shrinking at an accelerated rate.

Although Obama has been silent in this matter so far, I predict it won’t be long before he throws Richardson under the bus, as he has so many times in the past. Democrats will once again rationalize his behavior, and the list will extend once more, to someone “he barely knew”
