Time to Prosecute This Guy!

Time to Prosecute This Guy!

Al Ritter

He’s been the director of the NIAID for 37 years, he’s been in the Dept. of Health for over 50 years in one way or another. He’s served every President since Ronald Reagan, but it seems now that he has not only outlived his usefulness but might be responsible for millions of deaths from his actions in the Covid-19 pandemic.

He boldly prophesied a new pandemic that Donald Trump would be facing in his presidency in 2015. What did the man know and when did he know it? Did he violate a Presidential Order to stop dangerous Gain-of-Function experiments and hand them over to the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China, all the while knowing that their safety measures were sloppy to say the least?

In recent clashes with Senator Rand Paul, Fauci stated rather boisterously that Sen Paul was lying about how Fauci funded the Wuhan Lab by a back door grant through Eco Health Alliance against President Obama’s wishes.

In 2014 President Obama halted all gain-of-function funding on 22 fields including SARS, MERS and influenza. Obama felt that the gain-of-function purpose of increasing the deadliness of these diseases had no real place in American Research and was extremely dangerous.

Fauci however had disagreed with Obama because in 2012 he wrote a paper on how gain-of-function was so important. After the 2014 Presidential Order to stop all research in that field Fauci found a back door way of refunding that research through a grant to Eco Health Alliance.

The doctors involved in the research at the Wuhan Lab even mentioned their thanks to Anthony Fauci for providing the funding necessary to continue.

Dr. Fauci was asked point blank if he supported funding for gain-of-function research to which Fauci would never give Sen Paul a straight answer. Senator Paul asked him under oath if he provided funding for the lab to which Fauci called Paul a liar.

Unfortunately for Fauci Senator Paul had the very documents in his hand that supported his claim, and now Fauci is trying to backtrack on his lie. In his 2012 paper Fauci said this :

“In an unlikely but conceivable turn of events, what if that scientist becomes infected with the virus, which leads to an outbreak and ultimately triggers a pandemic? Many ask reasonable questions: given the possibility of such a scenario – however remote – should the initial experiments have been performed and/or published in the first place, and what were the processes involved in this decision?

Scientists working in this field might say – as indeed I have said – that the benefits of such experiments and the resulting knowledge outweigh the risks. It is more likely that a pandemic would occur in nature, and the need to stay ahead of such a threat is a primary reason for performing an experiment that might appear to be risky.

Within the research community, many have expressed concern that important research progress could come to a halt just because of the fear that someone, somewhere, might attempt to replicate these experiments sloppily. This is a valid concern.

It would appear that Dr. Fauci was right on a few accounts, it was totally irresponsible of him to refund a research project that was officially shut down by the President ( not just one year but from 2014-2019.) He knew what he was doing was not only illegal but extremely dangerous because he handed over this research to a lab in China known for their sloppy safety protocols.

Fauci has been caught with his hand in the cookie jar so to speak, and personally I don’t see a way in this wide world that he will survive in his position much longer let alone escape prosecution for the outbreak that has killed millions of innocent people.

Fauci is THE highest paid Health Official in the USA, in fact only two other Health Officials other that Fauci are paid more that the President of the United States. Along with this high pay should come accountability. Fauci broke the law, now it’s time to deal with him as he should be dealt with, not only his actions on the Covid-19 situation but his unfettered actions on insider trading that allowed him to become the multi-millionaire he is today. If he did in fact fund this research against the wishes of the President then he may be responsible for almost as many deaths as Adolph Hitler!

If Only I could Have Bypassed Covid-19

If Only I could Have Bypassed Covid-19

Al Ritter

I don’t always write about politics, but usually it’s my main subject. This is along the lines of a subject I’d rather not be writing about but it’s something I share in common with millions of other Americans. This situation couldn’t have come about in a worse time in our history as a country.

After a trip to my cardiologist a month before my 65th birthday, and after he declared me in perfect health once again even after I had been complaining of loss of stamina for about 5 years, he had signed it off to “a man of my age.” Two months later I was sprawled out on my side lawn in pure agony vomiting from the pain in my chest……the date May 4th, 2020. I recovered enough to get in the house to call my cardiologist and explained that even with Covid he would see me either in his office or the ER today! He really didn’t wanting me to come in to the hospital but finally agreed to see me in his office.

After an examination he told me that he was going to schedule me for the Cath Lab the next morning at 9AM. As you can imagine, I was apprehensive but also relieved that we would finally find the reason for my lack of stamina.

Back track 12 years earlier when I first became this cardiologist’s patient. I had experienced chest pains since age 14 but they had gotten to the point where I couldn’t exert myself very much without pain and frequently had to sit down and rest. After two stress EKGs and massive health questions, he finally told me that I had to quit ALL forms of caffeine! I quit for 6 months and the chest pains were finally gone for good, until May 2020.

Every year after our first meeting he had declared me healthy and nothing wrong with my heart on annual checkups.

May 5th I appeared for my visit to the Cath Lab for Heart Catheterization. I arrived at the door by myself, because of Covid, nobody was allowed to accompany me. That is a cold empty feeling, but only the beginning of my scary journey. The Cath Lab was a breeze and in fact very interesting to me as I watched the catheter inch it’s way to my heart. The visit didn’t last long however as the Doctor doing the procedure informed me in a very poor bedside manner….”there’s nothing I can do for you”……followed by “You need a triple bypass operation.” I might as well have been hit in the face with a 2x4. All my friends have had stents installed in a Cath lab and out the next day and I assumed my situation would be the same.

It was explained by the doctor that they couldn’t do stents because the blockages in the arteries were at the point where they directly entered the heart. Blockages were 86 and 87%.....and the “widow maker” was 99%. How could this be happening to me? I followed all my cardiologist’s instructions along with medications that I had been taking for high blood pressure and also high cholesterol, and yet here I was facing one of the most invasive surgeries I have ever had.

I sat in the recovery room after the Cath Lab in total shock. My Cardiologist appeared and I asked the same question, “How can this be happening, I trusted you!” He said that I was lucky because I didn’t have a heart attack and that my heart is still perfect, but he is a cardiologist and not a plumber! The nurse arrived shortly afterwards to administer my first of MANY Covid tests.

I have endured 14 surgeries in my life including both rotator cuffs, so I thought I knew all about pain, as they had been my worst pain surgeries to date. I wondered if I would be in similar pain from a triple bypass. They wouldn’t let me go home the night of the 5th and scheduled the surgery as an emergency first thing in the morning. I could only call friends and family as there was NO visitation in the hospital what-so-ever. Thankfully my Medicare had been approved on the morning of the 5th! It was good to know that the whole operation would be covered, the only saving grace in this whole debacle.

As you can imagine I didn’t sleep much at all in the hospital that night and a 7 AM the next morning I was off to the OR. It’s important to know that the hospital I was in is noted for being the best heart hospital in my area and my Cardiologist is the head of the Heart Institute within the hospital, and the surgeon selected to do my surgery is the head of the Heart Surgery Unit. An Intern arrived to shave me head to toe, (strange experience.)

Upon arrival at the OR I was greeting by the Anesthesiologist, his staff and many OR Nurses. My surgeon arrived shortly after, a soft spoken man who had a very calming manner. I explained that my anxiety was very high and I needed to be out very soon and begged him to save my life. Screen fade to black…..

The surgery went until about 1 PM but I didn’t awaken until about 7 PM. I was actually shocked at how little pain I had, but later found out from the anesthesiologist that they administer many time release pain meds to get you up and moving right after surgery. Thankfully they had removed the tube from my throat before I awakened. There were many other things to deal with, sadly I hadn’t asked about these things prior to the operation. They were as follows; I had a main line installed in the artery in right side of my neck, travelling down the main incision covered in gauze, below that two chest tubes attached to a drainage container, multiple arm lines, then a urine catheter, and then a small incision on my right leg from the artery harvesting by way of arthroscopic surgery.

Once they removed the things they could they had me up and walking Thursday night not 7 hours out of surgery.

Friday Morning PT and OT appeared early in the morning because I live in a two story house and the bathroom and bedroom is on the second floor and they were bound and determined not to let me out of the hospital until I could climb 20 steps consecutively. Friday was BRUTAL but necessary. I was supposed to be moved down to the secondary care unit on Friday but no beds were available which turned out to be a good thing because the coronary Intensive Care Unit was much better staffed.

Saturday Morning I was transferred downstairs and back to a heavy workout with PT and OT, which yielded 20+ steps on three separate sessions. My surgeon arrived for a check over and informed me that I would be released later the afternoon! I was totally shocked as I expected to be released Sunday. I still had two chest tubes in and it was time for removal which I really wasn’t looking forward to. A nurse came in and removed the container that was attached to them containing over 3 liters. The tubes were held in by a strange attachment method, two rather long stitches were tied around the tubes themselves, and upon removal the stitches were used to tie off the holes left.

I was released that day about 4 PM and returned home, it would be a long recovery. Monday Morning the visiting nurse arrived to gauge my progress along with any changes in meds and therapy. My therapy continued for two months under the supervision of the PT first and ending up with OT. 9 weeks out I returned for my final follow up with the surgeon. I was released to drive in 6 weeks and in the 9 week final I was cleared to do most anything I wanted to do but was still limited by my own feels as to anything was too much to stop and wait a little longer before trying it again.

Twice after the surgery I had experienced slight elevation in temperature at night. Twice that triggered the Covid alert bells at the hospital and twice more I required a Covid test and a wait of 7 days to be treated.

10 ½ weeks out I had pretty much returned to light yard work including the riding mower and even push mower without too much pain. At this time period I decided to my weed eater for about 10 feet of work. It miraculously started on the second pull and did the work quickly and efficiently. 3 Hours later I was in pain that didn’t disappear the next day and I was now concerned, plus there was now a clicking in my chest. The surgeon saw me the next day and explained to me that there a thing at the bottom of the sternum called the Xiphoid process and rather that the sternum being bone this piece is cartilage. The sternum is wired back together after the surgery but the Xiphoid process has to be stitched with dissolvable stitches. He explained that the life of those stitches were at their end and starting the weed eater was the thing that broken them. The two halves of the xiphoid were now flipping over each other causing a clicking feeling that could even be heard by other people.

The surgeon advised me that we could wait and see if it would re heal or the second possibility would be to go back in and remove it entirely. I decided to wait and see, which was probably the wrong decision. Every time it would pop I knew it wasn’t healing so we scheduled another operation to remove it, because he told me it was a pretty minor operation. August 20th I was operated on to remove my Xiphoid Process. The operation isn’t done very often and this was only the second one my surgeon had done. Truth in advertising wasn’t practiced here as the recovery was pretty brutal. Sleeping in a recliner was the only way to sleep for a week and a half, much in the same way for the original bypass surgery.

The clicking sound and feeling was now gone but the discomfort level was still pretty high and the feeling in the bottom of my sternum was now annoyingly different. I scheduled another appointment with the surgeon and he confirmed that he did in fact remove the Xiphoid and apologized about the additional discomfort. I asked him when I would start to feel normal again. He said that the numbness on the left side of my chest might eventually disappear but then again it might never return to normal. He also said that it could take 1 year to 15 months after the second surgery before I even feel some sort of normalcy.

The pain I feel daily now feels like someone has punched me in the left upper ribcage. Because I have lost about 30 lb. the gap between the bottom of my ribcage and my internal organs is substantial and feels like a hollow cave.

In Conclusion:

I really have mixed feelings about the whole surgery. When I complained about the recovery time from the surgeries, I guess my surgeon said it best when he said…… “Al, you have traded your life for 15 months of discomfort, you need to be thankful.” In a way he’s right, I suppose, I could have as easily died in my yard that day. He did save my life and has given me a chance to live a few more years, and for that I thank him.

When I was on Facebook there was a group called the “Zipper Club,” for open heart surgery patients. After hearing the horrific stories some of these patients have endured, multiple open heart surgeries and untold pain and anguish that only another surgery recipient can relate to, I have told my health representatives…..I am NEVER going through this again.

Driving Impressions on the 2017 Kia Niro 4 Years In.

Driving Impressions on the 2017 Kia Niro 4 Years In.

Al Ritter

I must admit that sometimes I may be a glutton for punishment. I had replaced a first year 2010 Kia Soul that had about 5 recalls and had under delivered on fuel mileage claims the entire time I had it. It never got the proclaimed 31 MPG it claimed, but later KIA had to make restitution for those claims to its owners. Long story short I never received any restitution because they didn’t start offering money back to the owners until the 2011 model year.

The Soul was basic transportation nothing more, but other than the recalls it was a pretty robust and reliable car costing me little to nothing to maintain over the 7 years I owned it.

Of course I don’t drive many miles a year and the Niro is no exception as it only has 15,000 on the odometer in 4 years. I did like the quality of the Kia product so I was ready to step up to a Hybrid this time with the first year Niro.

This was the first hybrid model for Kia, and I must say I was rather enticed by the bold claim of 50+ MPG, especially after being disappointed by the Soul’s mileage.

The first few weeks it was kind of strange to get used to the silence while on battery mode. The acceleration was smooth on engine power but when on battery power in certain instances it feels a little jerky in motion almost like a conventional over drive transmission feels like as the lockup torque convertor feels kicking in and out of gear.

I purchased the Niro in the fall of 2017 so it took a while for me to get the hang of how to force the car into electric mode, charging, etc. Into the winter of 2017 I was disappointed in the gas mileage once again, but as I later found out, other owners were voicing the same thing. Gas mileage in the winter months was disappointingly in the low 40 MPG area. Kia Forums suggested it was from the oxygenated fuel in the winter, but I had discovered something entirely different. Because an engine doesn’t run while on battery mode, the cabin temperatures would be rather chilly without circulating hot water through the heater. As a result the engine would run quite a bit more to keep the cabin warm, thus decreasing gas mileage.

Cold weather has quite an effect on a hybrid as I found out, not only does mileage drop off in the winter, but the batteries take longer to charge. Also after sitting for a few days the charge that was in the batteries a few days earlier has dropped off.

For these reasons I wouldn’t suggest the Niro for cold climates as it would underperform in almost all the hybrid categories.

Now for the good news! Each year the fuel mileage gets better and better in the summer, with 15,000 on the odometer now it consistently knocks down 57-59 MPG around town and about 50 MPG on the open road depending on how you drive.

There are some not so pleasant things about the car. In the first two years it had 6 recalls, thankfully they have stopped now. Another annoyance is wind buffeting, with either front window down it has this horrible wind buffeting inside the cabin at speeds around 50-60 mph. This forces you to use the HVAC system constantly which is sort of hard on me as I like fresh air! Air conditioning in the summer can knock as much as 2 mpg around town.

Overall impression with me has been pretty good, I like the car and a tank of gas lasts me a few weeks. The comfort level of the interior isn’t bad and all the features work well. The car handles well and the ride is sufficient.

There are a few areas I would like to see improved upon, that wind buffeting problem, a recalibration of the computer to offer more MPG in the winter by limiting the engine run time for the heater, and more floor insulation in the rear to cut down on some of the road noise.

The resale value is something that I’ve learned to deal with also. The last two Kia cars certainly do NOT retain value. My Soul lost half its value in 7 years from $13k to $6k, and the Niro isn’t making any better a showing right now as it has lost half its value in just 4 years from $23k to $14k.

Law Suit Against Violations of Nuremburg Code

Law Suit Against Violations of Nuremburg Code

Al Ritter

1,000 Lawyers and 10,000 doctors and medical experts join together in a law suit against the WHO, CDC, and Davos Groups for “Crimes Against Humanity.” Headed by Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, they intend to prove in court that the PCR test was never designed to detect pathogens and is almost totally inaccurate at cycle rates above 35. The CDC and WHO test at 37 to 45 cycles. The CDC even admits that rates above 28 cycles are highly inaccurate but uses that as a basis for a positive confirmation for Covid-19.

Dr. Fuellmich goes on to state that over 90% of Covid positives should be invalidated on that basis alone. However tests after Covid vaccines are tested at much lower cyclic rate (approximately 27.)

Dr. Fuellmich goes on to say that the way this pandemic has been treated violates the Geneva Convention and the Nuremburg Code.

Under Article 32 if the Geneva Convention it states that “mutilation and medical or scientific experiments not required for the medical treatment of a protected person are prohibited.”

He goes on to say that protocols used in the Covid Pandemic violates every single one of the Nuremburg Codes.

The “Experimental” Vaccine Violates All 10 Nuremberg Codes – Which Carry The Death Penalty For Those Who Try To Break These International Laws:

1) Provides immunity to the virus

This is a “leaky” gene therapy that does not provide immunity to Covid and claims that they reduce the symptoms, but double-vaccinated are now 60% of patients who need ER or ICU with covid infections.

2) Protects the recipients from getting the virus

This gene therapy does not provide immunity and the double vaccine can still catch and spread the virus.

3) Reduces deaths due to viral infection

This gene therapy does not reduce deaths from the infection. Double-vaccinated people infected with Covid have also died.

4) Reduces the circulation of the virus

This gene therapy still allows the virus to spread because it gives zero immunity to the virus.

5) Reduces the transmission of the virus

This gene therapy still allows transmission of the virus because it does not confer immunity to the virus.

The following violations of the Nuremberg Code apply:

Nuremberg Code # 1: Voluntary consent is important

No person should be forced to take a medical experiment without informed consent.

Many media, political and non-medical people urge people to take the injection.

They do not provide information about the negative effects or dangers of this gene therapy. All you hear from them is – “safe and effective” and “the benefits outweigh the risks.”

Countries use blockades, coercion and threats to force people to take this vaccine or are banned from participating in free society under the mandate of a vaccine pass or Green Pass.

During the Nuremberg trials, the media were also prosecuted and members were killed for lying to the public, along with many of the doctors and Nazis found guilty of crimes against humanity.

Nuremberg Code # 2: Yields with fruitful results that cannot be produced by other means

As mentioned above, gene therapy does not meet the criteria for a vaccine and does not offer immunity to the virus. There are other medical treatments that give fruitful results against Covid, such as Ivermectin, vitamin D, vitamin C, zinc and strengthened immune system for flu and colds.

Nuremberg Code # 3: Basic experiments as a result of animal experiments and natural history disease

This gene therapy skipped animal experiments and went directly to human experiments.

In mRNA research used by Pfizer – a candidate study on mRNA with rhesus macaques monkeys using BNT162b2 mRNA and in that study all monkeys developed pneumonia but the researchers considered the risk low because these were young healthy monkeys from 2-4 years of age.

Israel has used Pfizer and the International Court of Justice has accepted a requirement that 80% of recipients with pneumonia should be injected with this gene therapy.

Despite this alarming development, Pfizer continued to develop its mRNA for Covid, without animal testing.

Nuremberg Code # 4: Avoid all unnecessary suffering and injury

Since the launch of the experiment and listed under the CDC VAERS reporting system, over 4,000 deaths and 50,000 vaccine injuries have been reported in the United States. In the EU, more than 7,000 deaths and 365,000 vaccine injuries have been reported. This is a serious violation of this code.

Nuremberg Code # 5: No experiment should be performed if there is reason to believe that injury or death will occur

See No. 4, based on fact-based medical data, this gene therapy causes death and injury. Previous research on mRNA also shows several risks that have been ignored for this current experimental gene experiment. A 2002 study of SARS-CoV-1 nail proteins showed that they cause inflammation, immunopathology, blood clots and inhibit Angiotensin 2 expression. This experiment forces the body to produce this nail protein that inherits all these risks.

Nuremberg Code # 6: The risk should never exceed the benefit

Covid-19 has a recovery rate of 98-99%. Vaccine damage, death, and adverse side effects of mRNA gene therapy far outweigh this risk.

The use of “leaky” vaccines was banned for agricultural use by the US and the EU due to the Marek Chicken study which shows “hot viruses” and variants appear… make the disease even more deadly.

Nevertheless, this has been ignored for human use by the CDC aware that the risk of new, more deadly variants arises from leaky vaccinations. The CDC is fully aware that the use of leaky vaccines facilitates the emergence of hotter (more deadly) strains. Yet they have ignored this when it comes to humans

Nuremberg Code # 7: Preparations must be made for even remote possibilities of injury, disability or death

No preparations were made. This gene therapy skipped animal experiments. The pharmaceutical companies’ own clinical phase 3 studies will not end until 2022/2023. These vaccines were approved in an emergency

Use only action to force on a misinformed public. They are NOT FDA approved.

Nuremberg Code # 8: Experiments must be carried out by scientifically qualified persons

Politicians, the media and actors who claim that this is a safe and effective vaccine are not qualified. Propaganda is not medical science.

Many stores such as Walmart & drive-through vaccine centers are not qualified to administer experimental medical gene therapies to the uninformed public.

Nuremberg Code # 9: Everyone must have the freedom to end the experiment at any time

Despite the call from over 85,000 doctors, nurses, virologists and epidemiologists – the experiment does not end. In fact, there are currently many attempts to change laws to enforce vaccine compliance.

This includes mandatory and mandatory vaccinations. Experimental “sprayers” are planned every six months without using the growing number of deaths and injuries already caused by this experiment.

These update images will be administered without any clinical trials. Hopefully, this new Nuremberg trial will put an end to this crime against humanity.

Nuremberg Code # 10: The researcher must terminate the experiment at any time if there is a probable cause for injury or death

It is clear from statistical reporting data that this experiment leads to death and injury. But not all politicians, pharmaceutical companies and so-called experts make any attempt to stop this gene therapy experiment from harming a misinformed public.

Rand Paul Defunds Gain-of-Function Labs!

Rand Paul Defunds Gain-of-Function Labs!

Al Ritter

Tired of Dr. Anthony Fauci’s lies, Senator Rand Paul and five other Republican Senators wrote a senate amendment on Tuesday that bans federal funding for any Gain-of-Function labs in China.

Specifically mentioned was Dr. Fauci’s National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Disease (NIAID).

The measure passed the Senate the same day it was proposed.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) blasted National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Dr. Anthony Fauci at a Senate hearing on Tuesday for funding controversial and dangerous research at a virology lab in Wuhan, China.

Fauci continues to defend the controversial research, which involves strengthening viruses in mad science experiments, even after the COVID-19 pandemic has rocked the world.

“Gain-of-function research, as you know, is juicing up naturally-occurring animal viruses to infect humans. To arrive at the truth, the U.S. government should admit that the Wuhan virology institute was experimenting to enhance the coronavirus’ ability to infect humans,” Paul said.

It's time to get to the bottom of the origin of Covid-19. If the immediate passage of this amendment means anything, it shows that even the Democrats are tired of Fauci too!

Further Proof Jan 6th Wasn’t a Breach

 Further Proof Jan 6th Wasn’t a Breach

Al Ritter

Information from a former Marine stationed at a foreign embassy casts new light on the Jan 6th protest. The leftists and Main Stream Media want you to think that Jan 6th was a full blown riot that cause a breach of the doors of the Capital Building, but emerging information, pictures and explanations and slowly debunking that theory.

Pictures taken by a former Marine seem to debunk the breaching idea. This Marine serving in a Foreign Embassy explains that the doors of Foreign Embassy Buildings are the exact same doors used in the Capital Building. They are electronically locked from the INSIDE, and there are only two ways they can be released #1 by a person or #2 by a fire alarm being triggered. He took these pictures and confirmed that NO Fire Alarm had been triggered.

He has stated that the magnetic doors are so strong that even IF you were to tie a truck to the doors and pull away the handles may come off the doors but they would stay closed and intact.

This Marine is now in fear for his life and is in hiding. It seems every day provides yet another video or pictures and individual stories that debunk the Leftist theme of an insurrection.

Police Can Surveil Your House Without a Warrant

Police Can Surveil Your House Without a Warrant

Al Ritter

I know I never realized it, but people have been offering up their homes for surveillance without a warrant for years!

The Ring doorbell and its subsequent system was purchased by none other than Jeff Bezos of Amazon in 2018. He partnered with law enforcement shortly after and therefore created the world’s largest voluntary civilian surveillance network.

The devils deal with law enforcement was that Bezos would allow them to only supply an incidence report to sequester not only the incidence property but any property within a ½ mile radius video.

Obviously the Ring subscribers must have signed off their rights to Amazon in their user agreement.

Amazon even coached Law Enforcement on how to circumvent the Fourth Amendment.

Privacy advocacy groups are pushing Amazon to remove this partner relationship with Law Enforcement.

Amazon still denies that they have circumvented the Fourth Amendment but their agreement still exists with law enforcement, and that still needs to be addressed.

SCOTUS to Hear Case Addressing the Heart of Roe v Wade

SCOTUS to Hear Case Addressing the Heart of Roe v Wade

Al Ritter

After closed door conferences for months the Supreme Court Justices have agreed to hear a Mississippi case that cuts to the core of the landmark 1973 ruling on Roe v. Wade.

Many abortion cases are in wait on the Supreme Court’s doorstep, but this one has come forward first. The issue at hand is the newly passed law in Mississippi that denies any abortion after the 15 week period, where a fetus could live on its own.

There were three questions asked of the court in this case, only the above was accepted. The other two questions that were denied were; does the abortion clinic have legal standing to argue on the patient’s behalf, and whether the courts should scrutinize whether an abortion restriction has any health and safety benefits.

Other cases are sure to surface soon including many states now requiring that aborted fetuses be either buried or cremated to keep abortion providers from selling fetus parts which was already illegal but never the less was being done on an underground basis.

SCOTUS Delivers Red Flag Law States a Huge Blow!

SCOTUS Delivers Red Flag Law States a Huge Blow!

Al Ritter

All lower court rulings had upheld the Red Flag law In Rhode Island against Edward Caniglia. This followed an argument between Edward and his wife Kim when Edward placed an empty handgun in front of his wife and challenged her to just shoot him and get it over with. Kim left the house that night but tried to call Edward the next morning but received no answer.

Kim called the Police the next morning and they executed a “well check” visit.

This is where things tend to take an ugly turn in states that have Red Flag Laws. Upon their visit to the Caniglia family home Edward assured them he wouldn’t harm himself or his wife and even voluntarily allowed the Police to take him for a psych evaluation, which he passed.

While he was being evaluated the Police went back to the house and took all his guns without a warrant and then lied to Kim about having Edward’s consent to do so.

The Police then refused to return his guns forcing him to file a civil suit to which the Court ruled in the Police Department’s favor.

Enter the Supreme Court’s unanimous ruling May 17, 2021 where they stated[WU1] :

“The Supreme Court unanimously ruled that police are not allowed to enter and search a home without a warrant for the sake of “community caretaking.”

Judge Clarence Thomas wrote in the majority opinion, that while Police now days perform many civil tasks, the recognition that these tasks exist, is not an  opened license to perform them anywhere. The Fourth Amendment protects the right of people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures.

This is certainly a win ruling against tyrannical government policies!
