Fauci Sings a Different Tune Under Penalty of Perjury

As I reported earlier this month Dr. Anthony Fauci had to be deposed in a law suit from the Attorneys’ General of the States of Louisiana and Missouri. This suit was raised after a Judge forced a FOIA demand to produce emails between Big Tech and Government interventions on the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Under oath Fauci sang a different tune on two major accounts. In the beginning Fauci stated that masks didn’t do anything and yet less than a month later exclaimed that masks prevented the transmission of Covid. When asked what changed his mind, he claimed that it was from a study he read and yet couldn’t remember what study.

Fauci also claimed multiple times that he didn’t force lock downs the CDC does. But in deposition he admitted that between him and Dr. Birx the (Whitehouse Response Coordinator) under President Trump they conspired to convince Pres.Trump to lock down the country and to force mask mandates.

Although Fauci wore no mask to the deposition, after a sniffle from the stenographer, Fauci demanded that she wear a mask through the entire 7 hour deposition.

Fauci was also extolling the virtues of how China handled the pandemic, and their draconian mandates. It is unclear however, how Fauci views China’s detainment camps and welding doors shut on apartment buildings to keep people locked in.

If these are the views of this man, then criminal prosecution should be left on the table.

Mask mandates still infuriate me, especially when the CDC STILL has a study on their site that clearly states masks do nothing towards the transmission of any virus. In fact the medical masks even state on the packaging that they don’t stop Covid-19, and yet Fauci and the Government are still forcing us to wear one in designated settings.

Did Zuckerberg Look at Your IRS Return Last Year?

I actually get tired of reporting on Zuckerberg’s continual law breaking. Last month he received the heaviest fine he’s ever gotten since his company started but this latest discovered violation is inexcusable.

It appears that online tax services such as H&R Block , Taxact, and Taxslayer have been selling YOUR IRS return information to Mark Zuckerberg, a.k.a. Facebook, a.k.a. Meta in the past year cycle!

How is this even allowed by law? Is there a terms of service that sign away your rights when you file online?

Zuckerberg claims that the use of this information is used only for marketing information. This whole situation is ripe for abuse, your IRS return is filled with super sensitive information that shouldn’t be sold to ANYONE!

Do you suppose Biden’s newly hired 87,000 IRS agents would have exposed this? I think the answer to this would be a resounding NO.

This egregious violation of personal data release was exposed by two groups, The Verge and The Markup.

This data harvesting has most certainly gotten out of hand and needs to stop!

What’s Joe Hiding Now?

Rep James Comer the ranking member on the House Committee and Oversight and Reform has vowed to investigate Hunter and James Biden’s multiple SARS reports. A SAR report is what Banks are required to file when large amounts of cash is moved or transferred to known felons.

SARS is short for Suspicious Activity Report. There are over 150 of these reports connected with Hunter Biden and his Uncle James Biden. Rep Comer has requested these reports from the Treasury Department, but so far no reply.

It is reported that the Treasury Department is stonewalling because the investigation only involves Republicans although that is not their formal stance. It seems that just one more department of the federal government is playing politics to run cover for the Biden Family.

Once the house changes over to the Republicans Comer can then issue a subpoena for these records and the Treasury Department must comply.

Comer’s first request for these records was on May 6^th and he gave Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen until June 8^th to comply.

SARS reports have been routinely been given to committees upon request, but this request has been handled differently.

So now we wait until January for the House Republicans to start some real investigations.

The Biden Family will certainly have their hands full in the next two years attempting to put out a multitude of brush fires.

Sleepy Joe is Now Sneaky Joe

Just when you thought that voter registration efforts were all on the up and up, you get to hear a story like this!

Biden is actually paying students to register new voters in historically high Democratic areas. So Biden ordered American Universities to use taxpayer funded “Federal Work Study” programs to actually pay students to register voters in predominately Democratic strong holds.

Most all Universities and Gen Z kids through liberal indoctrination lean left now and most are FAR left.

So the take away here is that both Republican and Democratic taxpayers are paying college kids to register more Democrats. Add That to Zuckerberg’s illegal campaign financing to sway the 2022 midterms and we have the perfect storm to purposely destroy the Republican vote.

Maybe the Republicans should attempt the same thing in 2024, time to start playing their game!

They Haven’t Come for the Second Amendment Yet, but Everyone Seems to Ignore This

The right is so enamored with the second amendment that they totally ignore the even most basic amendment. Why is everyone ignoring the First Amendment that protects the freedom of religion and the freedom of speech?

You don’t think that is being attacked? REALLY? Is anyone paying attention to the DOJ’s Misinformation Governance Board? Twice failed and yet it comes back from the dead a third time. The Government seems to take NO for an answer on anything.

It is now clear that the government in collusion with big tech as their cover and has sought to censor any dissenting political opinions ranging from their Covid Vaccine lies to the Jan 6^th Committee, to their dismissing of the voter fraud of 2020.

Has anyone noticed? Of course they have, but even the republicans that have been so brow beaten are keeping their opinions silent for fear of retribution or at worst losing their privileges on the social networks removed.

If anything stinks of the initial removal of the First Amendment, the poster child is now Mark Zuckerberg. It wasn’t bad enough he meddled in the 2020 election to the tune of spending $19 million to sway the vote to the radical left, but now he is blatantly thumbing his nose at the First Amendment by telling his Facebook subscribers that if they even declare a political or religious preference they would have their account banned!

Why is the right acting so complacent? Why aren’t the voters on the right infuriated by this attack on our first amendment? We need to push our representatives whether they be Republicans or Democrats to fight this assault on the First Amendment.

Let it be known that Mark Zuckerberg is on his last leg as a Big Tech owner, he has lost $1 trillion dollars in the last year because he has lost touch with reality, (as if he ever had it,) and now this is just one more nail in his coffin, and it is well deserved. He has flaunted his power of wealth over everything that is good in America. It’s time to bring an end to his reign AND an end to the one party reign of the left.

The Student Debt Forgiveness Debacle

Imagine if you will; a society where you have no responsibility to repay a loan. When banks made student loans in the past, usually the parents had to cosign that loan because the students had no credit history. Either the parents used their house as collateral or the loan was based on a much higher personal interest rate (sometimes as high as 18%). In plain English this showed the student that there would be serious consequences for non-payments of student loans.

Teaching responsibility to our children is a major part of parenting, but now the government has taken that out of our hands.

During his term Barack Obama took the student loan business out of the hands of the banks and put it in the hands of the government. Since its inception, the student loan business by the government was never intended to make money. Since the beginning government never charged more that 5% interest.

IMO Barack Obama had intended from the beginning to do student loan debt forgiveness, but Hillary Clinton’s defeat in 2016 threw a monkey wrench into his plan. Now with Biden’s puppet strings firmly attached to Obama the plan can continue.

Biden’s plan had failed through two Federal Judges shooting him down on student loan forgiveness. The Judges were united in their thought process, basically any expenditure such as this has to be voted in by Congress, because that’s how our system works. Biden has now instructed AG Garland to restructure the bankruptcy courts to accommodate all these student loans, to fast track young adults into their first bankruptcy experience.

This is but one more end run the Biden Administration has done to circumvent federal law, and to be honest it is sickening. Every time Biden gets over ruled by a Federal Judge he tries to find a way around the ruling.

The Separation of Powers Doctrine means nothing to this President, he is making demands of other branches of government to work against his political enemies or to force an agenda and it needs to stop!

Executive Orders Can’t Be Used this Way

Joe Biden is slowly learning that he can’t regulate by fiat. It would be embarrassing to me to know that if I were a lawyer and didn’t know the basics of governmental civics. I guess because Joe Biden didn’t really graduate at the top of his law school he must be given a free pass.

Ruling by regulatory fiat, and hiding behind executive order is NOT how this country was designed to run. Executive Order cannot excuse the student debt loan, and I’ll tell you why, (and this has now been backed up by two Judges) so I don’t say this lightly. I think Biden now is realizing this student loan forgiveness is not possible, the government has now removed the application form.

Whenever there is something that involves expenditure of money already allocated to specific causes it must be voted on by Congress because that’s what they do! Elizabeth Warren just tweeted that the President does have the power to excuse the student debt and quickly Elon Musk fact checked her and had to explain to her the same thing I just said. The sad part is that she was a Law Professor, and should know better. Who knows maybe she does but just thinks like Biden that she can just try to ram things through with no explanations.

He’s more food for thought along those same lines. Biden thinks that he can just sign on to the Paris Accords and spend money on it as he sees fit. Obama tried something similar with his signing into the Kyoto Protocol in 2011. He assumed that because he signed a treaty on climate change that everything would just sail through unquestioned but that in fact wasn’t the case. All treaties must be ratified by Congress and that idea was shelved and never brought up for a vote so it failed.

Fast forward to Biden who now thinks he can just push this Paris Accord down our throats without ratification by Congress. This isn’t how things work Joe!

Somebody needs to tell Biden that the Congress makes laws, and not the President. Somebody needs to tell Biden that Congress has to ratify Treaties and Agreements because his signature alone is not sufficient.

Thankfully in the United States we have a thing we call the freedom of information act. Without it the government could just run rough shod on anything they want. In the most egregious cases the government just stone walls or offers up heavily redacted material so the real truth gets blurred.

This wasn’t so with America First Legal as they requested a FOIA request on a 2021 no bid contract through Department of Homeland Security, sub group Immigration and Customs Enforcement and given to a group called Family Endeavors.

This Family Endeavors group was responsible for housing the illegal aliens the Biden Administration is allowing into our country.

This is what is unbelievable; the illegals were put up in Hampton Inn, Best Western, Comfort Suites, and Holiday Inn Express. They were treated to room service that included meat at every meal, 24 hour access to snacks, alcohol, baby-sitting services, laundry services, and even going as far as to offer them a choice of mattress thickness.

This Family Endeavors won a multi-hundreds of million dollar contract despite having no experience in anything of this size in the past. If you wonder how that happened look not farther than this group hiring a Biden transition team member.

I can’t stop laughing on this claim by Biden. Who in the world gives him such false information? If his handlers do then they are total morons, but my guess is that Biden constantly tries to ad lib and embellish, and as a result, looks like a fool.

Biden laughingly claimed that “If the electric goes out, you can plug your electric car into your house and regain electric….no really, no joke.”

Number one, who told him that or is it just any embellishment that his senility is pushing forward as fact? To even accomplish such a feat the house would have to have an inverter to change the 360 to 400 volts DC output to a 220 AC input. Now past that, the electric from the car running directly into the house would be considered “back feeding the system,” which is not only dangerous for linemen, but in fact illegal!

Did Jennifer Granholm , the Secretary of Energy even approve this horrible claim before Biden blurted it out, or did he just run amok on his own?

Time after time Biden either lies, embellishes or his mental decline comes to the forefront as it did about where his son Beau died. Although his decline is sad, America needs a powerful leader rather than one in decline. Hopefully the Dems can make a change and soon.

In figures from both the UK and America, data is showing excess deaths all across the board from “Non-Covid” ailments. Notice the tricky wording here, they didn’t say non-covid related they just said non covid.

The most alarming figure jump is from 0-24 year old group, but the rest of the age groups are up too. The figures are coming in from the UK groups as well as the CDC.

Here’s the shocking part, media outlets such as YouTube are constantly changing the terms of service as to what you can speak about and what you can’t. Reporters can report on the figures but they can’t even suggest that the cause might be the vaccine without being banned.

These rising numbers are of concern to the government because of increasing sentiment to investigate members of CDC and the NIH and their part in this whole vaccine scam.

Now it comes to light that the Whitehouse is considering blanket criminal immunity for CDC, FDA, and NIH department heads.

I can’t help but laugh uncontrollably when I hear stupid things coming from the mouths of the liberal main stream media. Last week MSNBC claimed that Paul Pelosi’s attacker was a Trump supporter.

Pictures of his house displaying a BLM poster in the front window, and a gay pride flag flying in the front yard mean nothing to MSNBC when they are trying to push the Orangeman bad syndrome.

Yesterday they pushed a whole different narrative. While discussing John Fetterman’s win for the US Senate in Pennsylvania. The commentator blurted out the words, “Maybe he should consider a run from President in 2024!”

Hahahahaha, wait what? Even one of the other hosts started to laugh.

Don’t we already have a mentally disabled President we are trying to get rid of?

Back in 2018, the then Facebook failed to disclose campaign finance requirements to the State of Washington. There was a quick settlement of $238,000 and Facebook put out a statement that no longer would they accept ads for campaign ads until they further investigated the new regulations.

Even that statement was False as the regulations had been in place for years.

But their statement wasn’t true, in fact they never stopped accepting campaign ads. The Washington State AG once again demanded their records this year in the hopes that Facebook would finally become transparent. It took months to obtain those records and once received the AG was astounded that a large majority of the records had be redacted.

This forced the AG to file suit against Meta. Unfortunately for Meta, Mark Zuckerberg, and his high priced legal team the judgment didn’t come down in their favor. The judge saw this latest attempt to try to gut state campaign finance law as an affront to the entire legal system.

There were 822 violations that were found, each of which carried a fine of $30,000, but the Judge had final say as to what that fine would be and he awarded the state 3 times the fine amount which came to $24.66 million. To add insult to injury he also awarded the state their legal fees of $10.5 million, bringing the grand total to $35.1 million.

This is the largest fine to date for campaign finance violations EVER awarded in this country.

Maybe Mark Zuckerberg has finally had the smug look slapped off his arrogant face.

Which party has forced the country into total economic collapse since Covid-19? Which party has forced out our most elite fighting forces over the forced so called “vaccine?” Which party continues to give dishonorable discharges to loyal soldiers due to that draconian mandate?

Which party vilifies anyone who doesn’t think like them? Which party choses to censor any opinion not in line with theirs through third party Big Tech Giants?

Which party started to politicize government agencies as strong arms of the leftist party? Which party seeks to enlarge the Supreme Court through “court packing” to regain an advantage?

Which party seeks to remove your first and second amendment rights under the Constitution? Which party seeks to spend less on law enforcement while transferring those funds to social programs?

Which party vilifies the other as the largest threat to America Democracy? Which party labels the entire other party as a “Domestic Terrorist Threat?”

Which party has allowed a virtual illegal immigrant invasion to turn our country into an open border country against the will of its citizens?

What party has imposed the imprisonment of their political enemies and denied those 500 people of due process?

 What party has created a "disinformation board" to stifle opinion and actually spread their own disinformation?

Which party constantly refers to this country as a democracy rather than a Constitutional Republic?

Maybe Democracy really is in Jeopardy, the question is which party is the one that seeks to destroy it?

From a young age we were convinced that oil in the ground came from dinosaurs. In fact the old gasoline company Sinclair actually had a picture of a dinosaur on its logo, but how accurate was that in reality.

The Merriam-Webster Dictionary describes Fossil Fuels as this:

Definition of fossil fuel

: a fuel (such as coal, oil, or natural gas) formed in the earth from plant or animal remains

Now obviously the surface of the earth wasn’t entirely covered by dead dinosaurs when the meteor that struck the Earth triggering the Ice Age.

Over time the plant based organisms decayed on the surface and were eventually compressed deep beneath the surface.

This extreme compression give us the products we use today including oil, coal, natural gas, and shale oil. This process never stops, it continues to this day. Granted we don’t have dead dinosaurs but we do have an abundance of animal waste products from slaughter houses and an equal of not more plant based waste areas. Unless those remains are burned, which I highly doubt, they will eventually return to the earth to be entered into the compression phase I spoke of earlier.

Now if you consider the constant evolution of this plant and animal material returned to the soil you will eventually understand the process is never ending. So in the true definition of the word they ARE renewable.

The talking heads claim that fossil fuels are not a renewable energy source because it takes millions of years to form. Ok if you follow that logic we are now using what started a million years ago. What about the formation from half a million years ago? Did the process just stop a million years ago? Of course it hasn’t, it might not be fully formed yet but it just might explain how new oil fields are constantly being found.

Are we using oil and it’s byproducts at an unsustainable rate? I don’t think anyone knows the answer to that, but what I do know is this process is constantly ongoing, therefore making it renewable. Let’s face it previously undiscovered oil reserves are being found all the time thereby extending the time until other energy sources and technologies can catch up.

Then I look at the UAE countries and wonder…. Where is their plant based renewable energy for their future? Maybe not all areas will be blessed with continued oil production in the future. If the UAE runs out of oil they may just become another 3 world country with extreme poverty to boot.

Sadly our President thinks that America can be weaned off oil in his term, which is the most ridiculous idea any President has come up with. I suppose eventually we will change our energy habits but certainly not this way. We need to offer oil leases and drilling permits immediately, for no other reason to replenish our strategic oil reserves, and stop giving our oil to other countries!

Other renewable energy sources are fine, but the technology to make them primary sources hasn’t evolved yet and most certainly will not, at least for another decade.

It certainly makes one think doesn’t it?

Free Speech is a funny thing in this country, it allows anybody to say most anything. Canada has a thing called “hate speech,” America on the other hand does not. The Supreme Court ruled that although disgusting and vile all Americans have the right to say most anything they want as long as it’s not a threat of violence or to incite violence. Oh yea and yell “fire” in a theater.

Under title 230 the social media has hidden it's agenda. Because they aren’t considered news sources, they may censor anything they see as objectionable. We are seeing it playing out now that government can’t censor free speech so they get the social media to do their dirty work through third party back door deals.

Enter the social media site known as Gab. It is run by a man named Andrew Torba. I joined when Facebook started pushing teen porn advertising on their website, I refused to advance Zuckerberg’s agenda. Shortly afterwards I was shut out of Instagram for the horrible offence of using a VPN. Zuckerberg wanted access to all my web surfing history. Oh well I’m rambling on.

Back to Gab, Joe Rogan told Andrew Torba that he had heard that Gab was a refuge for anti-Semites. Andrew invited Rogan to go on the site while they were on the air together, for approximately 3 mins. Rogan said he couldn’t find anything along the lines of anti-Semitism.

Well 3 whole mins was a joke and I’m here to tell you that not only is anti-Semitism abundant on Gab, Torba himself not only endorses it but interjects his anti-Semitic views constantly. Under the guise of his non-stop Christian agenda, he belittles Jews constantly. Joe Rogan, your initial assessment was 100% correct and I’ll tell you why.

Andrew Torba has created a social media haven for one of the smallest demographics in America, neo-Nazism. He exclaims on a daily basis that free speech is alive and well on Gab, and he’s right! He’s adhering to the 1^st Amendment explicitly, and nobody can argue that, but he is nurturing hate speech on his site.

It would appear as if the miniscule neo-Nazi population in America has found a home at Gab.com. But they represent a much higher percentage on Gab than any other social site.

Once you understand that, you can block people in much the way you can on Facebook. I must say I have blocked about 500 or more already. They seem to be fringe loners with not many friends, and many are in Europe and Canada. They use this site because their governments don’t allow hate speech per say.

I don't know how much longer I will stay on this site, the hate is obvious and most certainly intentional, but you have to balance true free speech against censorship I suppose, and therein is where the rub lies.

I post all my articles on Gab so I'm sure I'll ruffle more than a few feathers with this article, but let me say this., these neo-Nazis are NOT right wing by any means, if anything they are purely anarchists and they hate everyone that doesn't share their narrow views.

Whistleblowers are coming forth from Big Tech and also documents have been found to support those allegations.

Some of the documents now reveal that Big Tech held meetings monthly with government officials to discuss what issues needed suppression. Here is yet another chilling fact that came to light. Representatives from JP Morgan were also present at those meetings. What were the banking representatives doing there you ask.

In the most severe cases of censorship they were there to either cancel or just flat out mess with people’s or companies bank accounts whose views were not the same as the Biden Administration.

It now appears from these documents that censorship wasn’t just about Covid or Hunter Biden’s laptop, but rather any and all of Biden’s failures in his first two years in office.

If this doesn’t smell like Germany 1938 I don’t know what does.

Hopefully these documents will be shared with the Attorneys General in Missouri and Louisiana for their law suit against the US Government on censorship.
