“Thank You for Electing Me President”

“Thank You for Electing Me President”
By Ron Boat

I humbly stand here today to say thanks for taking a leap of faith and electing me president. I am someone not previously in the limelight, never in politics, and what I truly consider to be a common man working hard to get through life.

I could stand here for an hour on this cold winter’s day in January 2017, and pontificate on the many plans and goals, optimistic directions and empty promises, but instead, I choose to lay out some simple concepts.

Hopefully these concepts will restore this country to its greatness. Simple, logical, cogent ideals that, are deeply-rooted in our Constitutional freedoms and practices which are not self-serving, not tyrannical, not invasive of our lives and liberties.

I'll lay out quickly each area and over the next few weeks and months, and you’ll see how I'll work to make these unfold and blossom into a better America.

Freedoms:

We were conceived as a country of patriots who fought and died to separate ourselves from the tyranny of control and unwarranted and excessive taxation. We wanted to be free individuals, able to seek and carve our own destinies, and our founding fathers envisioned that right and opportunity when they conceived our founding documents.

So I will be working with congress to scale back and in some cases eliminate the intrusive actions into the private lives and living of our citizens. Make no mistake, if you’re a criminal or a terrorist, if you have plans and plots against this country, we will find you, follow you and deal with you in a manner consistent with our laws.

But our everyday, hardworking citizenry should have no fear about spying into phone calls and emails to their grandmother or friends.

Protecting America:

I take seriously the protecting of our country, its people, resources and way of life. The Unites States of America has been a beacon of freedom and truth and we are an exceptional country. Not that we are better than other countries, but more unique, with a different approach to living, working and creating our own individual opportunities and destinies.

We have proven to be the most generous country when it comes to helping our fellow man through natural disasters and this is possible by being the most successful country, allowing each individual to develop his own wealth and to control it as he sees fit.

To those who seek to come here to live and work…. we say welcome. But make a note. THE BORDERS ARE NOW CLOSED to just freely walking across and entering the lives of Americans. We are a country of laws and those will be enforced. There’s no free ride any more, no “come on in EVERYONE is welcome.” We have a process and that WILL be enforced. Entering this country without permission and papers is a crime and we will deal with it accordingly.

This concept not only deals with our economy but our national security. Try to enter this country with the purpose of harming its people, military, government and way of life – you will pay the price. We will work quickly to erect and physical and virtual barriers on our borders and the military will be used to protect this country.

And those veterans seeking employment will be first in line for the work in this endeavor in areas of construction, technology, managing, and guarding our country as experienced, private citizens.

You cannot, will not come here to live off the backs of hard working people who are striving to make their own way in life. If you have something to offer society, to contribute, to enrich this country, then welcome. But coming for free healthcare, education, housing and other benefits will no longer be the norm.

On that note, I'll work to revise the welfare system in this country. We have reached the  point where there are more people taking from the system than contributing to it. This is wrong, unmanageable and unsustainable. This forces us into non-productivity and without a country generating wealth and resources, we fall prey to poverty, despair and our enemies.

Take note: I believe in a safety net for those in need. I do not believe it’s a hammock. We need to and want to help our fellow man but it’s a “give” as well as a “take” scenario. I believe that most people genuinely want to work, want to have better lives and way of living. Sitting on the couch watching TV waiting for the EBT card to come in the mail is not a goal of most Americans. So we’ll work to make opportunities but the day of non-productivity is coming to a close.

And on the topic of protecting America, our military once again will grow and become the best in the world. No more social agendas, no more releasing our experienced well trained personnel so that immigrants can have a job, no more losing those officers who have dedicated their lives to protecting us.

We ARE in a war on terror. There ARE terrorists in the world. They have an agenda, and so do I. We will stop at nothing as we’ll go anywhere to respond to those who would stand against us. But we will do so swiftly, decisively, thoroughly and totally. We will take no prisoners. We will not be building roads and schools, defending your oil fields or establishing your government. We will be where it’s needed to protect and defend and nothing else.

We have the best technology in the world and need the best personnel to operate it. Our military has a proud history and while it will not be used for aggression and invasion, it will be used to protect our country, its citizens and assets around the world. We will reestablish the principal of no man left behind so that situations like Benghazi never again stain our history.

I'm a peace loving individual, not a hawk, but an eagle watching over this which I have been entrusted and will serve as the aggressive, protective mongoose the people of this great country deserve when needed.

Energy:

We are a rich country: Wealthy in people, resources, ideas and ethics. We need to apply logical efficient ideals to our own future in the area of energy development and management.

Immediately I will work to open the oil fields of Prudhoe Bay, the largest oil field in the United States and North America, as well as ANWR. These are strategic resources that need to be developed and used wisely, and to waste them costs the American public billions of hard earned dollars, sending some $433 BILLION overseas in 2012 alone.

That is money that would greatly increase our own economy reducing our unsustainable debt, providing jobs, opportunities, savings and security by not allowing us to be dependent on those who might do us harm.

But to those environmentalists who are as I speak starting their sign making and chants I say this – the work in developing Alaska, offshore or anywhere else for oil production WILL BE DONE RESPONSIBLY with techniques, technology and people who are accustomed to doing things correctly for the safety of people and the environment. We own cars, planes, tanks and trains that depend on oil – get over it.

My plans for energy development, is not a blanket license to rape and pillage the land for the sake of profit. We are a capitalistic society and profits are good for they allow people to make a living, live according to their efforts, contribute to help others, and those who think that making a profit is bad…try living with no money for a month and see how it fits your new life without heat or air conditioning, food, music, or shelter. But the oil industry will be responsible in its growth.

With that in mind, I am disbanding the Dept. of Energy for it has become a wasteland of inefficient efforts. They create no energy they offer no solutions to our current or future energy problems yet spend over $30 BILLION a year doing it.

We have the ability to responsibly become energy independent not only for ourselves, but to supply other parts of the world and thereby adding to our export economy.

Education:

The education of our youth is of paramount importance to me and the country. They are our future. It’s not only for their own good to be prepared to live and work in this world, but a necessity for our economy for they shall be contributors and not takers. Educated, prepared people live better lives, and enjoy more of what this country has to offer.

But the management of this area of our society has become overrun with political and socialist ideals. Too many seek to control this for their own personal, political and economic gains. No more.

Education in the areas of real math, the sciences, true American history and the basics of living are important in creating good solid citizens. 22 plus 22 is simply 44. It’s not 2+ 2 times 4 plus (4X4) plus 8 or whatever convoluted Common Core method to arrive at simple answers. We have become a society overrun with agendas and ideologies.

We have a proud history in this country and our youth need to know its good, its benefits and how things work for the betterment of society. No longer will history be rewritten for the sake of social or political agendas.

It’s my belief that the people who know best about our children, their needs and future are the local communities. The local school board, the parents and people who live down the block, run the businesses and live with the children we’re trying to raise.

Therefore I will be working to disband the Dept. of Education. People in Washington have no real idea of the day to day lives of those in Kansas, Idaho or Maine and what is needed to educate. Local boards should manage according to a set of standards – not procedures - for what is required to grow and function in today’s society. Again, politics and socialistic ideals have no place in making our children smarter.

College is a lofty goal and we need graduates to work in many high tech areas, medicine and other areas. But there is also a need for people trained in those areas of most interest to them. Areas of construction, manufacturing, and technologies best taught in trade schools and other venues efficient for the time and money spent.

Government waste:

Everyday people work hard, they deserve the best from their government and that can’t be achieved when we’re spending $387,000 studying Swedish massage on rabbits, $804,000 on a smartphone app called “kiddio”, $856,000 teaching lions to walk on treadmills, or over $104 MILLION for a harbor and airport for a community of 75 that has no roads, $2 MILLION for a Dept. of Agriculture intern program (only one was hired), $24 MILLION for internet routers for West Virginia schools (each router can serve tens of thousands of users at a cost of $22,600 each – but each location only has a few users) or even $10,000 to watch the growth rate of saltmarsh grass.

This has got to stop and I'll work to stop it. American do not work hard so that their government can waste money paying off political favors and studying things that have no meaning or purpose. It stops tomorrow.

We’re entrusted with the public’s money and it needs to be spent wisely on important issues related to our country’s defense, infrastructure, and growth – not social experiments.

Taxation:

Our tax system has been a burdensome joke for decades. Even when you call the IRS for questions they disclaim that their information is binding and they aren’t responsible for what they tell you.

Tens of thousands of pages of tax law that only confuse and mislead…how can you run a country that encourages mistakes or even dishonesty from honest people? We need to bring everyone into the tax system so that those who work and live in an underground society are paying their fair share but it’s also accommodating to those in need.

I will be proposing the elimination of the IRS and that we adopt a simple, fair and inclusive system similar to the Fair Tax. One based on the money you spend, not the money you make. This will bring everyone into the tax paying system, encourage growth of businesses that can now spend their time and money developing their business and not completing paperwork.

Everyone will pay taxes, but for those more in need and less capable of contributing, there are safeguards to help them. And overall cost of living will stabilize and decrease as companies will no longer be “passing along the taxes” they are required to pay.

There are many areas similar to these that I want to address quickly as this country needs to reestablish itself as a world leader. We need to let the private sector create the jobs and opportunities, not government.

For those displaced through the elimination of government programs, there will be some scaled back oversight positions to ensure that simplified laws are met, and there is some review but the days of countless people sitting at desks doing nothing, even people being paid for not working or even showing up are over. We can’t afford it.

And with the growth of the private sector, energy and manufacturing industries, more jobs will be created there to absorb those no longer paid by a bloated wasteful government.

It’s my feeling that states and cities have the power to better oversee their monetary resources. Sending money to Washington so it can be wasted and then whatever is left being split up and doled back out to the states again makes no sense. The more you handle a product, a commodity, or even money, the more people are involved and the more money wasted accounting for it.

Today there is a new president and it’s a new day. A “revisioning” if you will of what America has been and should be again. The return of those freedoms, rights AND responsibilities that belong to Americans. We’re a country of freedoms, not free rides. A land of help me up not handouts, a country deserving of, and expecting the best from its government and its people.

God bless you and God bless America.

[Wouldn’t it be nice to hear this speech instead of the rhetoric and empty lies that we’ll probably get in 2017?]

Satire Sites Growing Like a Metastasized Cancer

Satire Sites Growing Like a Metastasized Cancer
Al Ritter

I don’t know about you, but I have surely been taken in by my share of satire site articles in the last 4 or 5 years. I’ve always been amused at sites like The Onion, because the articles are so outlandish you can’t help but to know they are satire, and you get a good laugh. When you go to one of these sites and search for a disclaimer about the writing being satire and can’t find one, this is where my furious side rears its ugly head. Why is it that you should have to search for this disclaimer?

Fortunately or unfortunately depending on your view, satire should be funny. The problem arises when the article isn’t funny and appears to be on the borderline of believability. Obviously the writer gets the same kick when he or she passes the article off as news and not satire. I personally view these people to occupy the same space in life as the person who writes a computer virus, or the “Nigerian Banker” who constantly emails me telling me that a long lost Uncle has died and I have inherited $37 million dollars.

I’m sure they get their biggest kick when the article finds its way into a REAL news organization, and they feel as though they have suckered in a REALLY big mark.

As with many things in our country, this gutter journalism is protected under the first amendment. The thin line required for a successful law suit for “libel” or “slander” is that the person pressing the suit has to prove that the average person couldn’t distinguish this as a farce from a real article. Obviously that is such a subjective thing to prove that not one suit has come against one of these so called satire sites.

As a result this cancer grows on a daily basis, and one can actually see these sites on social media sites as Facebook and Twitter masquerading as true news organizations. If President Obama was serious about limiting speech on the internet, he should certainly lay down the law as to putting disclaimers on home pages of ALL satire sites in plain view, and/or each individual article at the end so you can get a chuckle from a non-humorous article.

What do these sites actually get out of these articles? Well the articles are usually the hook to get your to their site to pummel you with popup ads (usually the first sign you have arrived at one.) It has been reported that the Daily Currant is amassing advertising income along the lines of $130,000 per day! There is your answer…MONEY! Below is a list of the most common satire sites feel free to add to the list, as they are compounding daily!

The Crumbling Foundation of America

The Crumbling Foundation of America
Kevin Bryant

With so much going on you never can stay on top of one political item before it is shoved aside for another. The pace this administration is going through scandals, questionable decisions and outright telling the American people they don’t give a damn about them is astonishing to say the least.

Democrats found out long ago they can champion causes that challenge the establishment because the establishment never moves. What I am talking about are loyal constitutional conservatives. Countries, like houses need solid foundations to sit atop otherwise they twist, bend and eventually crumble. Democrats went from championing the causes of blue collar working Americans to championing divisive demographic causes.

Since WWII, Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton stayed close to the pulse of America. Many things they did in office turned out to be disastrous for the country but many of those were not by design to be that way, they were following bad advice of trusted sources. Harry Trumann & JFK believed that people were best served when allowed the whole of America to dictate America’s direction but believed government had a duty to apply as many of those wishes as possible even if it meant bumping up against the Constitution to do it.

FDR was the biggest presidential threats to American liberties since WWII before January 2009. FDR believed in socialism and put a few cracks in the foundation of this country to achieve many of his ideas. While he did do some good in the short term, in the long term most of his ideas detracted from the ideas and the boundaries of laws set forth by our Founding Fathers to constrain government. Dwight Eisenhower’s biggest failure was to allow many of FDR’s ideas remain in place. Most should have had expiration dates. But what do you expect; FDR was Eisenhower’s Commander in Chief.

The biggest difference between Roosevelt and Obama is that Roosevelt believed with his heart he was doing what was right for the country. Obama acts like he believes America needs to be taken down in world stature while removing the power of the people because they are neither worthy of nor educated enough to deserve having such power.

Obama is not the champion of the blue collar worker. Obama is not a democrat and could care less about the party. Obama is a narcissist who learned to use the party to achieve a means to control those he deems as dumber than he.

Barack Obama – November 2008: “I think that I’m a better speechwriter than my speechwriters. I know more about policies on any particular issue than my policy directors. And I’ll tell you right now that I’m gonna think I’m a better political director than my political director.”

Obama believes his destiny is to tear America down so it can be rebuilt much in the same manner Rome so it will collapse and crumble under its own weight. How do you accomplish this? Well, you certainly can’t tear down a house from the outside in without people noticing and neither can you do it to a country. You can’t tear up the main floor of a house without your friends and neighbors knowing it. Besides, you have to remove the debris and then everyone will now it. So we still have to accomplish destroying the house. Burning it down is totally out of the question and you have to do so no one knows what you are doing. You attack the foundation. You pound it until it crumbles. Since it is under the house, no need to haul off any chunks. If you do it in the daylight it appears you are repairing it even though it was solid and sound before you started. If you do it at night, people only then will question you.

Demolition teams bring down structures by precisely placing explosive charges in exact spots to implode a building. Knock out a house foundation in such a manner and the house will crumble upon itself and not outwardly.

Let’s think about some of the acts by Obama and his administration hat could possibly fracture the foundation of this country:

1.   Ordering the Environmental Protection Agency to implement portions of the Cap & Trade bill that failed to pass in the U.S. Senate.

2.   Ordering implementation of portions of the “Dream Act” that failed to pass in Congress.

3.   Orchestrating a government takeover of a major part of the automobile industry in 2009.

4.   Ordering a moratorium on new offshore oil and gas exploration and production without approval of Congress.

5.   Signing an Executive Order on March 16, 2012 giving himself and the Executive branch extraordinary powers to control and allocate resources such as food, water, energy and health care resources etc. in the interest of vaguely defined national defense issues. It would amount to a complete government takeover of the U.S. economy.

6.    Signing an Executive Order on July 6, 2012 giving himself and the Executive branch the power to control all methods of communications in the United States based on a Presidential declaration of a national emergency.

7.  Signing an Executive Order on January 6, 2013 that contained 23 actions designed to limit the individual right to keep and bear arms guaranteed by the Second Amendment to the Constitution.

8.  Amending portions of the Affordable Healthcare Act and other laws passed by Congress without Congressional approval as required by Article 1 of the Constitution.

9.      Issuing Executive orders in January 2014 amending the HIPPA law to allow the turning over of confidential medical records to Federal agencies if there is any information to be used to add individuals to the NICS list to prohibit them from purchasing firearms.

10.     Having the EPA impose regulations on the coal industry that will force many utility companies and coal mines out of business. This will cost the U.S. economy thousands of jobs and dramatically increase the cost of energy to the public. This is being done without Congressional approval.

11.  Hindering the ability of the U.S. Border Patrol Agency to not only stop illegal immigration, but to stop human and drug trafficking.

12.   Removing the work requirement from welfare reform legislation without Congressional approval.

13.   Using Executive privilege to block Congress from getting documents relating to the DOJ’s Operation Fast and Furious and the death of U.S. Border Patrol Brian Terry.

14.   Had members of his administration provide false information about the act of terrorism committed in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012 and refusing to allow the State Department and other federal agencies to cooperate in the Congressional investigation.

15.   Falsely labeled the mass murder of American soldiers at Ft. Hood, Texas as “workplace violence” instead of the act of Islamic terrorism it was.

16.   Falsely labeling the IRS targeting of conservative and Christian groups as a “phony” scandal and refusing to order an active pursuit of the investigation into who was ultimately responsible.

17.   Refusing to order an independent investigation of the actions of Eric Holder and the DOJ in targeting the phone records of members of the news media.

18.    Telling the American people on a television show that the NSA was not prying into the emails and phone calls of Americans when the facts prove otherwise.

19.    Telling the American people on a television show that the NSA was not prying into the emails and phone calls of Americans when the facts prove otherwise.

20.    Having the Department of Health and Human Services order religious institutions and businesses owned by religious families to provide their employees free contraception and other services that are contrary to their religious beliefs. This is being done under the auspices of the Affordable Health Care Act and violates the religious freedom clauses of the First Amendment.

21.    Having the military place restrictions on the religious freedom of Chaplains and other members of the military in order to favor gay rights advocates and atheists in violation of the First Amendment.

22.    Having the military place restrictions on the freedom of speech of members of the military and the civilian employees of the DOD in violation of their rights under the First Amendment.

23.    Using Executive orders and government agency actions to limit Second Amendment rights. This includes actions by the Veterans Administration to disarm American veterans without due process as required by the Fifth Amendment.

24.    Having the National Security Agency intercept and monitor the private communications of millions of Americans without a court order and in violation of the Fourth Amendment.

25.     Joining with foreign governments in lawsuits against sovereign U.S. states to prohibit them from enforcing immigration laws. This is in violation of the Tenth Amendment.

26.   Filing suits under the Voting Rights Act against sovereign U.S. states to prevent them from enforcing Voter ID laws despite rulings by the Supreme Court upholding these laws. This is another violation of the Tenth Amendment and the balance of powers.

27.   Having the IRS propose new regulations on conservative 501 (C ) (4) organizations to limit their freedom of speech and political activities during election cycles in violation of the First Amendment to the Constitution.

28.      Having the FCC prepare new rules on internet neutrality in violation of the ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court striking down such regulations.

29.     Having the FCC institute a plan to place agents in newsrooms of radio and television stations as well as print media to monitor whether they are providing the “proper” news content to the public, a direct violation of the First Amendment to the Constitution.

30.   Having the Secretary of State sign the U.N. Small Arms Treaty despite the opposition of a majority of the U.S. Senate and with full awareness that the implementation of the treaty would violate the Second Amendment rights of American citizens.

31.   In the name of “political correctness,” he imposed unnecessary and dangerous rules of engagement on our troops in combat causing them to lose offensive and defensive capabilities and putting them in danger. Many American service personnel have been killed or wounded as a result of this policy.

32.   Releasing the identity of American military personnel and units engaged in dangerous and secret operations such as the killing of Osama bin Laden by Navy Seal team 6.

33.   Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution gives Congress the exclusive power to declare war. Yet, without consulting Congress President Obama ordered the American military into action in Libya.

34.   Having the Attorney General tell Secretaries of State that they do not have to comply with the Federal law requiring states to timely send absentee ballots to military personnel.

35.   Imposing Rules of Engagement on the active military in war zones that have unnecessarily endangered the lives of American soldiers.

36.   Allowed the leaking of classified information about U.S. military operations to the media in order to enhance his political image. Such leaks place the lives of U.S. soldiers in danger.

37.   Despite being informed in 2009 of problems in the Veterans Administration involving treatment of veterans, took no action improve the situation, but instead ordered the VA to spend a major part of its budget on green energy projects at VA facilities instead on veteran care.

38   Endangered the lives of members of the American military and American civilians by negotiating with terrorists to trade five high level Taliban leaders in exchange for an American soldier who deserted his post and his fellow soldiers. In addition, he did the foregoing action in violation of Federal law since he did not provide the legally required thirty day notice to members of Congress of his intent to release prisoners from Guantanamo Bay.

39.   Continues to refuse to enforce immigration laws passed by Congress in violation of Article 2, Section 3 of the Constitution, and further has used illegal and unconstitutional Executive orders to grant amnesty or de-facto amnesty to illegal aliens currently in the United States.

40.   Has deliberately destroyed the morale and effectiveness of Border Patrol agents by interfering with their attempts to fulfill their oath of office and enforce laws legally passed by the U.S. Congress.

41.   By his deliberate actions encouraged parents of thousands of children in Central America to send their children, often unaccompanied by adults, across the U.S. border and then asking for billions of taxpayer dollars to care for these children.

42.   Ordered the Border Patrol and Department of Homeland Security to place thousands of these children on buses or planes and dumping them in communities around the country; often without any prior notifications to the local elected officials in these communities.

43.   Allowed the TSA to let these children, as well as possible teenage gang members and unidentified to fly in U.S. Airlines at taxpayer expense without proper identification required by Federal law.

44.   Has refused to respond to lawful requests by Governors of the southern Border States to close the Southern border to any further illegal immigration and has created a severe financial crisis for Border States and other states in order to advance his own political agenda.

45.   Has ordered the release of thousands of illegal aliens who have been convicted of serious crimes in the U.S. to be released and stay in the country after they have served their sentences. This violates the requirements of Federal law that such people be immediately deported.

46.   Ordered the immediate release of approximately 68,000 other criminals in Federal prisons that have been convicted of drug offenses. These actions endanger the lives and property of honest and law abiding American citizens that the President is legally and constitutionally required to protect.

47.   Has authorized the IRS, HHS, BATF, DHS, and EPA to propose new regulations not authorized by Congress that will adversely affect the rights of Americans protected by the First, Second, Fourth, and Fifth Amendments to the Constitution.

Read each and every one of these. In some fashion, each is designed to tear at the morality, freedom and liberties, religious or other basic principle this country was founded upon as set in writing and adopted into law by our Founding Fathers.

Even when these are done in the name of the Greater Good, is it? Usually not because it takes from one and gives to another. We have un unsustainable national debt. We have an immoral budget deficit. We went from 2 page to 2000 page laws that no one understands nor reads but continue to be passed by congress. We have judges that refuse to recognize the 10th amendment. We have career politicians that only care about their own power and hanging on to it.

America so far stands not because of government but in spite of it, but that too will soon disappear. Public education is not locally controlled but is union and federal government controlled. Students are being taught with more frequency that government is the answer and government is always right. The “Greater Good” is a concept our children are being brainwashed with.

There is precious little time remaining to reverse this trend. If “WE THE PEOPLE” don’t take our country back soon, we are destined to become to Canada what Mexico is to the United States.

I have repeated these words in every social media available to me since 2007 and have only witnessed America spiraling further and further into oblivion. We have on the 2016 election left to bring America back from what is sure to be a slow and painful death but we must not wait until then to raise our conservative voices. Our vote was our voice earlier this month, now we use our actual voices and continually remind those we just elected why we elected them and why we agreed to send them to Washington while always remember they are public servants – THEY WORK FOR “WE THE PEOPLE”.

The “Honest” Race Conversation

The “Honest” Race Conversation
Al Ritter

President Obama and Democratic minions constantly talk about having a conversation in America about “race.” Unfortunately, the last 6 years the position of the Attorney General has been occupied by Eric Holder, who sees fit to ignore the laws and policies forged into law by our legislature. Mr. Holder has taken this position to further the political agenda of his boss Barack Obama. Neither man wants an honest and most certainly a painful conversation about race relations in our country.

It seems hypocritical to me and a majority of Americans that Eric Holder believes that his interpretation of the Constitution is the only way laws should be handled in America. He regularly misconstrues laws and bends them to the whims and wishes of the massive “transformation of America” as his boss Barack Obama once claimed he would do. Holder says he believes in the law and how the system works and yet when the decision from the Ferguson Grand Jury didn’t go the way he expected, he acted like a petulant child and demeaned the Ferguson Police department, with a promise not to let this go, and to now push for an investigation of the whole department.

This additional investigation would be funny if it wasn’t so obvious that it’s being done as retribution of something that the Ferguson Grand Jury had done that Holder had seen as wrong. Unfortunately retribution is something the Obama Administration knows all too well. Punishment sits at the forefront of almost every action the Obama Administration uses.

This isn’t an honest talk about race relations because it uses a lie for basis for further action in Ferguson. Four Forensic Pathologists have done individual inspections of Michael Brown’s body and have all come to the same conclusion, and yet the rioters, politicians, and now an NFL team have seen fit to portray a “hands up don’t shoot” mindset. This is dishonest to say the least, ALL evidence supports Ofc, Darren Wilson’s account of how the shooting went down. A well-known statement about Grand Jury indictments says….”they could indict a ham sandwich,”…..this statement says it all, that a grand jury would rather err on the side of safety and try an innocent man rather than let him go without a trial.

When a Grand Jury doesn’t indict someone it seems pretty clear that there isn’t a cause for indictment and that person acted lawfully. The death of any child is sad, but when that child had a past history of violence, felonies, theft and aggression, is it so surprising that a 300lb man child was almost certainly going to meet an untimely death?

The race baiters who incited this riot and aided in the destruction of the town of Ferguson, the politicians and make-believe Attorney General ignore the law and in some instances actually threw gasoline on those fires should have been arrested. But alas that doesn’t fit the narrative of fanning the racial flames in this country. Thankfully we have some real standup men and woman who serve in a state’s capacity, to call out this racial divide in the Obama Administration.

How can anyone have an honest discussion about race when the federal government has already picked a side and is enforcing law the way they see fit rather than to justly apply the letter of the law?

Stupid people know no color, but it’s not honest to say that because this boy was black and the officer was white this was a racial incident. To portray an event even after proving Brown never held up his hands in an attempt to surrender is a lie, America knows it now, but Brown's parents and Obama/Holder are purely in denial! I think most of America admits that if this had been a black officer and a white boy that tried to take his gun and the white boy had been killed this story would have been buried on the back page of the local paper and would have never been mentioned again.

We the People understand this but the Obama/Holder department of “Just Us” have decided that they won’t let this go…..I say to them, “Let this dead horse lie” and move on to the next racially charged incident you are bound to find.

Dear Patriots;

Dear Patriots:
William G Burmer

Much has been said about the stupidity of the American people as of late. Let's be more candid. The only people who may fit that category area goodly number of politicians and most all of those, who for any number of reasons, feed off, live off, or rely upon the government tit for their pitiful existence in life.

Mind you I am completely aware that as the Lord God has declared, "The Poor will always be amongst us." This falls under the responsibility of churches, and non-Profit charities, 401c3's etc. Not government.

The average person that struggles day to day to feed and cloth themselves and their families are, were, and always have been aware of the disaster the "Affordable Care Act" or more widely known "Obamacare" fiasco really is. No person who works for a living ever wanted anything to do with the government running our personal ability to purchase health care in any fashion or form. The free market place was doing just fine. Perhaps some encouragement by government to repair certain parts of health care such as "pre-existing conditions" may have been appropriate, but again the government should otherwise stay totally out of the controversy.

You know who the really stupid people are? Let's begin with Nancy Pelosi who on the 9th March 2010 stood up and declared to the American People that "We (the Senate) "have to pass the bill before we can see what's in the bill." What? That statement in and of itself is beyond stupid. When I heard her say that I was stunned. Another thing, The Congress had nothing to do with it, but then "the memory of the American people are short so now she, Pelosi and the Senate believe they can include the Congress and blame the Republicans for this disaster. More appropriately stated, an Unconstitutional act against the Liberties of "We the People."

I blame the Congress only for not acting to stop the legislation in the first place. It appears the Congress now more and more are abdicating, or ignoring, their legislative powers and conceding to the Executive. This alone makes them just as culpable as the President under the Constitution. Hopefully after Jan 2015 this will change.

Another stupid group of people are the IRS, adding them to the mix in the ACA, along with Justice Roberts comments have exacerbated an already tyrannical act signed sealed and delivered to the American people by Comrade Obama, a died in the wool Communist if ever there were one. The IRS is given enforcement ability with regards to making sure the ACA is purchased by the people, if not you will be fined, and made subject to the same rules as regarding your 1040 taxes each year, IE; garnishing wages, added penalties, liens, levies, this sound familiar?

Lois Lerner, who ran the IRS "exempt organizations division has claimed to Congress that her computer crashed and she lost all her data regarding "targeting and delaying Conservative 401c3s applications." These tax exempt organizations ability to fund certain political organizations opposed to OBAMA and the ACA were her primary targets.

Lerner was aided further by IRS Commissioner John Koskinen lying to Congress about back up tapes being recycled every six months; and we were supposed to believe that lie as a matter of fact? Koskinen lying to the Congress said "those e-mails were "Lost forever" He really meant, till after the election.

Only recently we learned that the U.S. Treasury inspector general has found backup tapes containing almost 30,000 e-mails from Lerner. Here is some more stupidity: IRS attorneys have been forced to concede they failed to search the agencies servers, saying they had no reason to believe the tapes would be a potential source for recovering the missing emails, or that the servers even existed in the first place. I am not a computer savvy person but to believe that the IRS personnel actually would try to convince the American people of this tripe boggles the mind.

Given the amount of time since 2010 and the "discovery" of all this begs to ask if the information recovered has somehow now not been redacted so as not to impugn the White House. One has to be cynical enough not to question the authenticity of the information on the e-mails now available to us. Certainly this and a plethora of other information may justify impeachment of the most corrupt Presidency America has ever had to endure.

Now with regard to the learned Mr. Jonathan Gruber of which we have heard so much from and about. We have learned from Nancy Pelosi's own lips that he was the architect of the ACA, We have had it confirmed by Gruber himself, we have evidence that he was paid more than $5,200,000.00 for his work by the Washington Post Via the White House. Nancy Pelosi wants now to deny Gruber had anything to do with meeting with the President or that she herself knows who he is. This while there again is a "plethora" of information countering her own words to the contrary.

So who is stupid here, I submit it is a whole lot of government from the White House down to a University Professor that legitimately wear that label just fine thank you. It is now time for those Republicans recently elected to prepare to repeal Obama Care, close our boarders to the iIlegal aliens, impeach an impeachable President, and restore our Constitutional Republic. It would be well for those who will assume power in the new Congress and Senate come January 1, 2015 to read our first presidents Farewell Address and the Constitution. Take it to heart.

You may well think of this also, from President Washington as spoken 1796: "Towards the preservation of your government...it is requisite...that you resist with care the spirit of innovation upon its principles, however specious the pretexts. One method of assault may be to effect, in the forms of the Constitution, alterations which will impair the energy of the system, and thus to undermine what cannot be directly overthrown."

Less than this, you can be assured there will be a whole lot of pissed off (perhaps you will savvy that phrase better than to say "disgruntled") Americans, you think we are mad now? Don't test our grit any further. I, as one of "We, The People of the United States", affirm that I have read our U.S. Constitution and pledge to maintain and promote its standard of liberty for myself and for my posterity and do hereby attest to that by my signature.
