Orders Are Not Laws!

Executive Orders only involve Governmental entities.
Biden can demand that everyone in the federal capacity be vaccinated including
subcontractors that work for the Federal Government, but he can’t demand that private
businesses with over 100 employees be vaccinated.
This was the latest Biden Administration’s over reach in
power. It can’t even be forced through in an OSHA regulation form. Any such law
has to be passed by Congress and that will never happen!
Biden initially spoke of this in a press conference
but no further action on it has taken place, maybe his Attorney General warned
him that he doesn’t have that authority, the reason still remains in the air.
The only thing that can be said at this point is, if a
company wants to mandate vaccinations on their own that is one thing. But for
the company to claim that they are doing because of Biden’s EO, that is sadly misconstruing
the law.
