Here’s an idea!

 Al Ritter

It won’t be very popular with builders or landscape contractors but it would save the taxpayer billions of dollars maybe even trillions in deportation costs.

Passed into law under President Ronald Reagan the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) of 1986 was signed and put into law.

Every President after sought to reinforce this Act with stricter wording. During Obama’s tenure the wording came down harder than ever. By Executive Actions, he increased I-9 audits, increased employer fines, and pushed for the E-Verification system which focused more on employer accountability.

While I-9 audits rose to a record high under Obama (8000) only minimal numbers of fines were assessed under Obama and even less every President since.

The question that begs an answer….”Why isn’t this law reintroduced and fines given?” The law is already there and the fines can be extensively high, so why not enforce them?

If the employers are fined for illegal hiring practices and illegals can no longer find work, they will self deport.

Deport every last one of them in our country illegally, and fine the companies!

I see that the house parlimentarian (democrat) as removed the amendment about removing Medicaid for illegal aliens. She forced it away from a reconciliation vote to a 60-40 threshold. So she got her way, it would have passed otherwise!

Alligator Alcatraz will be open in the next couple of days. The National Guard will have Judge Advocate General judges on site for hearings in a mere few days time rather than 3 years down the road. This looks like the system is getting streamlined for quick deportations. But I like the way you think too Al!
