BERG vs Obama update as of 12/20/08

Oh stupid me! I actually took the Associated Press at their word. I know, I know.....left leaning media and all that stuff. The good news is that Chief Justice Kennedy has NOT denied the Berg case, in fact it is scheduled for conference to be heard on Jan. 9th! When there are controversial political issues swirling around the internet usually rumors, true or false swirl too. There have been so many controversial issues over the past decades that its hard to know what or who to believe anymore. This issue is no exception. Phil J. Berg has brought the issue before the highest court in our nation. Who else has jurisdiction over the highest office in the nation and the responsibility to uphold the U. S. Constitution? 12/18/08 - URGENT NOTICE – False rumors are circulating – Justice Kennedy denied our Application for an Injunction to Stay Electoral Vote Count by Congress on January 8, 2009. However, our Writ of Certiorari is still pending and is now scheduled for Conference before U.S. Supreme Court on January 9, 2009.
