Fauci and Nine Others Forced into Deposition

This article is an update from an article I wrote in September
about the attorney generals of Louisiana and Missouri that had previously filed
FOIA requests to the NIH, The Whitehouse, and CDC about their involvement in collusion with the
Big Tech companies to censor opinion.
The requests went unanswered so the Attorneys general
filed a law suit to force an answer. The Judge gave those 10 named 21 days to
produce the records requested. That was in September. Now the entire group are
in the discovery phase of the suit, and are in deposition as we speak.
The basis of the entire suit is this…..
According to the plaintiff the government agencies
used a third party (big tech) that is hiding under the title 230 umbrella to
censor freedom of speech. The government is not allowed to deny free speech so they had Big Tech to do it. These two attorneys general are now demanding any and
all correspondence between government agencies and the major tech giants
specifically Google, Meta (formally Facebook,) and Twitter.
IMHO I think this should be a RICO act prosecution
aimed at the government itself for denying our most sacred right, that of
freedom of speech.
Hopefully this will also strip Big Tech of their title
230 status by way of legislation.
This must never happen again and the violators MUST be
punished, and sent to jail.
