I haven’t said much in the past on Illegal Immigration, but some of you already know I have a personal stake in the outcome, so let’s dive right in.

Those on the left seem to use some sort of secret message system, and I’m sure you know what I mean. If you listen to speakers in the House and Senate, and even those in the media, they all use the same exact catch phrases. The latest one is “Who will pick our crops?” or…..”There is a shortage of affordable housing, if we deport them who will build the houses?” My favorite came from Nancy Pelosi who in the most crude, racist slur said “Who will clean our toilets?”

Now all these talking points can be addressed, but the bigger question is…”So what the hell changed? The Dems were against it before they were for illegal immigration!

They have such archaic taxation laws that actually promotes broken families, deters adults to raise large families, and programs that actually supply abortions on demand for free in some instances.

The Margaret Sanger (Planned Parenthood) eugenics idea has back fired on the Dems in a huge way, by eliminating over 8 million babies that could have been part of the replacement society if they had merely streamlined the adoption process in America.

Once people weren’t even on track to replace themselves the stage was set for Open Borders which was never approved by the people or by legislation. The Biden Administration did an end run around the law through executive fiat.

No other country in the world has opened their borders to un-vetted invaders from other countries that seek to do them harm until Joe Biden took office. His aim was to supplement a waning population with foreign invaders supposedly “seeking asylum.” Coming to America to make a better life is NOT asylum!

Now when President Trump seeks to cut off the money trail, rebuild the wall and stop funneling money to the NGO’s responsible for the money laundering operation, the Left goes crazy.

Maryland Gov Wes Moore blames his shortcomings on past administration

Gov Wes Moore is touted by the Democratic Party as new rising star, but is he? When past Republican Governor Larry Hogan took office he was left with a $5 Billion dollar deficit from Gov O’Malley, but quickly turned that into a 5 billion dollar surplus by the time he left office.

With merely two years into what will hopefully be his only term Moore introduced his budget for the coming year, he has not only blown through the $5 Billion budget surplus but has subjected the citizens of this state to unbridled spending of $67.3 Billion in the upcoming year.

Some of his pet projects include spending money on MDOT for new Metro trains that are already being under-utilized. Doubling down on a failing education system is another one example of throwing money at a problem hoping for it to go away rather than actually fixing the problems.

You would think that with his banking background he would have a firmer grasp on the idea of tax and spend is not the way to prosperity.

If this is the future of the Democratic Party I feel sorry for this country.

In his address he also fraudulently claimed this:

“We did not create this fiscal crisis, but we are determined to fix it,” Gov. Moore said.

Tariffs; Cheap Stunt or Negotiating Tool?

We have all heard about tariffs, but what is the purpose and what do they actually accomplish? They are initially designed to regulate a trade imbalance, but their effects can be more far reaching then that.

They can also be used as a diplomacy tool. To stop the illegal immigration on our southern border and to curb the influx of fentanyl into our country, Trump had threatened tariffs on Mexico, along with Canada, China, and Columbia.

In the first hours PM Trudeau had threatened retaliatory tariffs against the United States. Seeing the error of his ways, he discovered that to get oil from the most western part of his country to the most eastern part the oil has to travel through pipelines in America. That added to the fact that Canada has no refineries to convert their dirty crude into oil products became glaringly apparent.

Likewise President Sheinbaum of Mexico put on a brave front in the beginning but eventually saw the writing on the wall as did the country of Columbia.

President Trump is a master of negotiation and within 24 hours had not only agreements with Trudeau and Sheinbaum but even Panama came around and made agreements with newly appointed Secretary of State Marco Rubio to rectify violations of the Panama Canal Treaty of 1977.

In essence Trump is skillfully using tariffs as a negotiating tool that will offer our country increased protection on both our borders and also with our military.

Ok here’s a Novel Idea, let's drug test Congress!

Opinion

President Trump isn’t wasting any time writing executive orders with over 300 being issued so far.

I have a suggestion for a new one. President Trump should institute random drug testing for Congress. After all, all employees of the Executive Branch of the Federal Government have to do it why not both the House and Senate have to adhere to the same rules?

Allow the new Head of HHS to determine what drugs are allowed and what drugs are not.

Also, give the Sergeant of Arms the power to administer a blood alcohol test to ANY Representative they feel that could be intoxicated before ANY vote on bills.

If that member is found to be intoxicated by either alcohol or drug, their vote would NOT be counted on that day and a formal violation be logged in the annals of the Congressional censure and the House Ethics Committee.

So many strikes and a vote should be taken to remove that representative.

Such a bill is now being proposed by Rep Clay Higgens R-LA but so far hasn’t garnered any co-sponsors. All the more reason for an Executive Order!

RFK Jr exposes Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren for the shills they really are (epic mic drops)

In an effort to whitewash RFK Jr as an anti-vaxer Sanders and Warren unleashed a tirade against RFK Jr on Thursday’s committee meeting.

Although the Democratic Party has turned their collective backs on both RFK Jr AND Sanders, the tides were about to change.

Because of campaign finance laws RFK Jr. came with the receipts. Big Pharma had contributed the most to Bernie Sanders, well over a million dollars and Elizabeth Warren just under a million dollars, but almost every Democrat on the committee has had campaign donations from big pharma and RFK Jr. just shined a light on their collective hypocrisy!

Bernie Sanders almost popped a vein in his head when Kennedy exposed him on national TV.

It was an epic moment!

Senate Democrats are stalling nominations? REALLY?

I know it’s a big shocker but Alex Padilla and the recently disgraced Adam Schiff have so far successfully dragged their feet to bog down the proceedings of the US Senate Judiciary Committee on the US Attorney General’s position.

It would appear as though any member can postpone the appointment hearings at any time. Dragging out the proceedings for Pam Bondi’s nomination is a disgrace, and so far Grassley and Senate Majority Leader John Thune have allowed this behavior to continue.

Now there are 11 members of the Majority party and 9 in the Minority party plus one Chairman Chuck Grassley and the ranking member Dick Durbin.

Senate Minority leader Chuck Schumer has openly said that he will do everything in his power to either outright deny every one of Trump’s nominees or drag out their final appointments, regardless of their qualifications.

Their smear tactics have already cost one nomination, and almost a second one, all the time claiming the moral high ground. Character assassination seems to be the "soup of the day" of the Democratic Party.

Each Presidential nominee faces committee hearings from their respective areas such as AG position is heard by the Judicial Committee, Commerce Secretary’s appointment hearing is done by the Commerce Committee and so on.

The individual committee members from their respective parties report to their members and a final vote is done on the full floor of the Senate with the Vice President casting the deciding vote if equally divided.

These continual postponements must stop, Grassley must get control of this committee!

Birthright Citizenship, right or wrong?

Before we get into the whole discussion about if Donald Trump can rescind this long misinterpreted amendment, let’s read the actual wording of the fourteenth amendment.

The fourteenth amendment is broken up into 5 sections, but only section one deals with the subject at hand. Section 1 is only two sentences long.

Section 1.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

 

The intent of the fourteenth amendment was to give citizenship to Black slaves after the Civil war. Nowhere in the text does it grant citizenship to people illegally in this country. In fact it expresses the exact oppose. The highlighted portion of the text above specifically says “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” The term jurisdiction thereof means according to the laws of the country.

The liberals have misconstrued the first sentence for decades as somehow granting citizenship to ANYONE that can birth a child in this country. Some liberal law scholars claim that the "jurisdiction" doesn't apply to a people illegally in this country, but only the SCOTUS can make this decision.

When, and I say when purposely, because this WILL end up in Supreme Court eventually. The Supreme Court’s conservative Justices usually sees the Constitution on the basis of “the intentions of the framers.” They take the Constitution quite literally.

The Liberal Justices however see the Constitution as a “living document” and able to be interpreted differently as time changes.

It should be interesting to see how an Executive Order may quite literally change our country by becoming a legal precedent.

Biden cements his legacy in final hours of his Presidency

After declaring over and over again that he wouldn’t pardon his son Hunter, and yet he did. We have always known Joe Biden was a compulsive liar but this one topped the cake when he actually pardoned him.

Biden had always said that his administration pushed the idea that nobody was above the law. That turned out to be just another lie from his mouth because in the final hours he proved to America that there were people above the law.

Joe Biden basically pardoned his entire family, retired Gen Milley, Anthony Fauci, and the most egregious, Capt. Michael Byrd The murderer if Ashli Babbitt!

We can’t even comprehend all the pardons Biden gave in his last few weeks but he will certainly be known as the President who handed out the most pardons of all Presidents.

Commuting sentences of murderers on death row to embezzlers to major drug dealers, not much made sense as he doled out pardons as if he was handing out candy to underage girls!

His legacy will be that of blatant hypocrisy and a history of lies his entire political career.

I watched the Inauguration today, and I was humored by his Inauguration speech, Donald knew he had a captive audience and he used it well, and lambasted Biden and his administration the entire 30 min. From illegal immigration to the failed economy, and many points in between, he flat out eviscerated Biden and Harris the entire time.

America needed that, it was a reckoning that was long overdue.

Trump was scheduled to sign over 200 Executive Orders today basically to stop everything that Biden wrote executive orders on previously.

Biden will forever be known as the stain in the underwear of the American Presidency.

Hopefully our country is on the track to start the healing.

After a Monumental Loss Harris to sign book deal

After her monumental Presidential loss in 2024, Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff have been pretty quiet about their future plans as far as politics goes.

They are however considering purchasing a condo in Manhattan to be close to Emhoff’s daughter.

Emhoff purchased a home in Brentwood California a few years ago that has so far been spared in the fires. This would require them however to declare a primary residence in California if she intends to run for any office in California in the future.

I don’t suppose that means much in this day and age because Adam Schiff has violated that state requirement, (his primary residence is in Maryland,) and was seated anyway as California Senator.

Harris has however been offered a $20 Million book advance by multiple publishers. They would however expect the book to be a tell-all on the inside workings of the Biden Administration.

Other factions are declaring this deal as a money laundering scheme to help her pay off her massive campaign debt. Her first book “Smart on Crime” drew claims of plagiarism, but a plagiarism expert said rather than plagiarism it was merely sloppy writing.

I guess even though she suffered the worst political loss in recent history “someone” seeks to invest $20 million in her.

Just who that person is, we may never know.

Is it really Misinformation/Disinformation or is it Control?

We know when it started, all about the time of Covid-19. The government mandates were swift and brutal, and things got out of hand quickly. They wanted us to take an untested mRNA experimental vaccine and they would do so at any cost.

They didn’t care if mask mandates and social distancing had any value or not, they just wanted EVERYONE vaccinated, and they didn’t care how they did it.

This was a multi-pronged attack on anyone that wouldn’t tow the line for the government view.

Alternate treatments were censored, even those that had proved effective in the past. Ivermectin was falsely labeled as only horse paste and Hydroxychloroquine, was labelled as taboo.

The population of the world was set on its head as most countries actually believed the narrative of Dr Fauci and his group of lying minions.

Social media who was so much in line with the liberal bias was more than willing to push an agenda about Covid-19. Sadly not much of what they censored in the name of misinformation/disinformation was truthful. The purveyors of misinformation was actually the government!

We watched in amazement as our so called “leaders” violated the very same mandates they placed on the general public. They closed restaurants and businesses they deemed as “nonessential” and destroyed the livelihood of millions of middle class families.

After reopening the restaurants they demanded the owners to check for vaccination status Violating HIPPA the very law that was enacted by President Obama in his last term.

The violations of civil rights and Constitutional Law was astounding but never waned until the lies started to be exposed.

Can this happen again?

Of course it can, one only has to look around the grocery store to see a large percentage of people wearing masks to this day, even driving alone in a car! Sheep are everywhere and the government proved it with the experiment of Covid-19.

After the massive lies perpetrated by our government in the last 4 years we need to start questioning EVERYTHING they say at this point, because they are the actual ones spreading misinformation!

Plenty of blame to go around, but whose head is on the chopping block first?

The whole California fire has people on edge and rightly so, the community wants blood, and the first drops are soon to be spilled.

Let’s start out with Gov. Gavin Newsom and his part in this debacle. Newsom made the decision to remove a dam that was a reservoir to LA County in an effort to help an endangered species known as the smelt fish. Now environmentalists are claiming that nobody has seen that fish in over a decade, but regardless the reservoir is now gone.

Next in line is Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass whom we now know famously for defunding the LAFD initially to the tune of $14.6 million, not only did she defund them that amount but just weeks before the fire she sought to defund them another $49 million, which would require that 16 fire stations would have had to be closed! All this in the middle of what is known as the worst possible time for fires. The worst part is that she was redirecting funds to other social issues one of which is illegal immigration.

Next in Line is LA Fire Chief Kristin Crowley who has been with the fire department in various positions for the last 22 years but in this position since 2022. Her outspoken position on LGBTQ+ rights as the first gay Fire Chief of LA County has put her in the cross hairs of the social media. Her position on DEI instrumentation to the Fire Department has been quite clear. Previously she was Deputy Fire Chief and after her promotion to Fire Chief, she picked the next person on my list.

Deputy Chief Kristine Larson was Crowley’s replacement and equally vocal on gays rights as the first Black lesbian Deputy Fire Chief she is now famous for her video where she declared if she had to carry a man out of a burning building “ He got himself in the wrong place.” This comment has angered many people as showing indifference and anger towards people not like her. It is also reported that Larson’s salary is $399,000 a year! Makes you wonder how much Chief Crowley makes.

Now let’s look at other failures. LACFD (which is different than LAFD) donated all types of fire gear ranging from hoses to helmets, to coats and boots to Ukraine. These donations started in 2022. Now if budgets were cut in the LAFD why wouldn’t those supplies have gone to them before Ukraine?

Here’s yet another issue, 15% of LAFD’s vehicles are sitting in disrepair because they don’t have qualified mechanics to do even basic repairs to get them back on the road. 89 Fire trucks and ambulances sit in an area referred to as “the bone yard.”

In my opinion I think the first head on the chopping block will be that of Deputy Chief Larson strictly for her offensive comments on video.

With only 9 days left Biden’s vindictiveness is on full display!

It couldn’t be more obvious with only a few days left to cement Joe Biden’s legacy, he tells Gavin Newsom, “Spare no expense, the federal government will foot the bill 100% for fire management and debris removal for the next 180 days.”

The western part of North Carolina is another story entirely. On the eve of  yet another snow storm and temperatures expected to be as low as 14 degrees, people are losing their FEMA hotel vouchers and being forced into the cold, to live in tents and popup campers.

When the social media lambasted FEMA for their inexcusable behavior, they humanely extended the deadline a mere 24 hrs. FEMA has been on the ground in NC in visibility only.

The Biden Administration isn’t compassionate in the least when it comes to primarily red areas in any state.

But now he offers 100% to the cleanup of California including refunding the Fire Department that Mayor Bass had just tried to defund by $149 million days before the fire.

This is nothing more than vicious retaliation for the Democratic loss of the election.

What’s my take on the California Fires?

Well you may agree or you may not, but the liberal left is claiming victimhood based on poor policy decisions of their own making. Although a fire that destroys everything you own can be devastating, but so can a chemical spill caused by a train derailment, or a devastating flood caused by a hurricane.

But the fact remains that a total loss of your home due to fire is covered by your homeowner’s insurance, floods are rarely covered by insurance unless you have federal flood coverage, and who bought that in Appalachia? What insurance company will buy not only your home but land too after a chemical spill in East Palestine, OH?

So you see we aren’t comparing apples for apples.

In Trumps last term he warned Gov. Newsom about his poor forestry policies, to rid the wooded areas of underbrush, but instead he along with Mayor Bass decided to divert funds to support illegal aliens to the tune of $22 Million, and to remove a major reservoir dam in the name of ecology.

When you live in an arid desert subject to Santa Ana winds and low humidity one of your main priorities should be fire prevention, but this wasn’t the case here, he picked a social cause instead.

Gavin Newsom has nobody to blame other than Mayor Bass and himself. Everyone under the sun including President Trump warned him about this and he did nothing to circumvent it and now the citizens are suffering the effects of bad policy decisions.

To a certain degree I have empathy and compassion for the loss, but on the flip side of that coin, they voted for Newsom and Ball AND their liberal agenda.

So I say to all the residents of Los Angeles County…”You are free to make your own choices, but you aren’t free from the consequences of those actions.”

The H-1B Controversy

Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy speak of the H-1B visa as a noble program designed to bring the best and brightest to the tech industry, but is that a true explanation?

I was in agreement with their perception of this specific visa program until I delved a little further.

Dinesh D’Souza recently explained how the system actually works. I have to admit that I had been misled as to how the visa are actually handed out.

I also noticed how Trump has waffled on this subject too, which is the reason I decided to research it a little deeper.

In fact the H-1B visa isn’t handed out based on merit or qualification, it is handed out on a lottery system!

How can a lottery system find the best and brightest on the world stage?

Powerful Lightning Storm strikes Capitol Building

New Year’s Eve 2024 ushered in a powerful lightning storm that hit some notable icons

The Capitol Building was hit along with the Washington Monument in a spectacular light show.

Also One World Trade Center in New York was hit in the same storm.

It’s not unusual for the Capitol Building to get hit by lightning it’s happened many times before, thankfully it has lightning rods that channel the hit to the ground. What is unusual however is the timing, almost at midnight on New Year’s Eve and just 20 days before the Inauguration.

Social media lit up over the irony, claiming it was God sending a message to MAGA.
