It’s time to address the real problem in America; Mental Illness

If you talk to any mental health professional, they will tell you that Mental Health Issues are on the rise. Contributing to that rise is the accelerated use of dangerous anti-psychotic drugs which in some cases may actually make the problems worse.

One only needs to look at the warning labels for side effects on some of these drugs to see how dangerous they can be. Now add that to the fact that they may be over prescribed and you can see the danger that may exist in society.

In 1968 a Federal Firearms Act passed that kept people who had a medical Marijuana license from being able to purchase firearms, regardless of what State Law said.

Maybe it is time to pass a Mental Health Law that keeps anyone that has been diagnosed with any sort of Mental Health condition including Gender Dysphoria (known in medical terms as “Gender Identity Disorder DSM 4”.)

Lately the classification is now termed “Gender Incongruence and Gender Dysphoria DSM5.”

Is there a correlation in mass shootings and Transgenderism?

It is reported that 40% of successful and would be school shooters identified as Transgender.

I think that is a pretty alarming statistic, and I’m sure if you followed the trend, you would also find a trail of a history of anti-psychotic drug use.

It’s time we stop ignoring the elephant in the room and explore the mental health implications and not just more gun control.

Maryland Gov. Wes Moore, where are you?

2 Years and 5 months since the destruction of the Francis Scott Key Bridge and STILL not much has been done. Granted the channel was opened for ship traffic but other than that multiple “studies” and proposals have been offered.

Even the demolition isn’t scheduled to be completed until April 2026!

Initial settlements have been made from the Dali’s owner Grace Ocean Private Limited and Synergy Marine Private Limited for $102 million which doesn’t even cover the cost for debris removal.

The cost to rebuild the bridge was estimated last year at $1.7 to $1.9 billion, which most certainly balloon by 2028.

The owners sited a maritime law the “Limitation of Liability Act of 1851” limits them to only a maximum of $43.7 million (just 2% of the damages)

Now to be fair the Federal DOJ and the Maryland AG are pursuing this still in the court system. But my big point in this is the feet dragging in Maryland for the demolition of the remnants of the bridge almost 2 ½ years since the destruction.

What exactly is Gov Moore waiting for? The Federal Government has secured the debris removal funds both by the President and Congress! The debris removal and the rebuilding has to happen no matter what, but putting the citizens out of their way for over 4 years is totally unacceptable.

Gerrymandering: Only good for the party in power?

From 2007-2015 then Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley helped to redraw the 2^nd district of Maryland in a gerrymandering move to make it more “Blue.” It was successful and was even upheld in the court system. This area initially was farm areas but was reconfigured to include parts of the city to make the entire district resemble a snake, quite appropriate if you ask me.

I presently live in district 2 and now my representative is none other than Johnny Olszewski, past County Executive of Baltimore County who turned out to be a miserable failure but has now been elevated to US Congressman through this redistricting.

He has never had the farmer’s interest at heart, instead dedicating his attention to additional section 8 housing along the Light Rail areas that run adjacent to the York Rd Corridor.

Maryland has had a super majority in the legislature for years tilted towards the left. Even when past Republican Governor Larry Hogan vetoed one of the bills, it was over ruled by the super majority.

Ok so that was Maryland for the past 19 or so years. Flash forward to right now in the State of Texas.

Gov. Abbott is seeking to redistrict certain areas of Texas, one of which might eliminate Rep Jasmine Crockett’s seat. Now the Republican Texas Legislature lost its super last November, but that doesn’t mean they can’t do redistricting, and the Democrats are livid!

State legislature Democrats are threatening to leave the state to prevent a quorum on the redistricting vote.Gov. Abbott has threatened to have then arrested and charged if they do so.

This showdown will happen soon, but as you recall they tried this political stunt 4 years ago when they didn’t get their way. It would appear as though this time Gov. Abbott isn’t playing around.

What’s good for the goose is good for the gander, be careful what you wish for Democrats!

Gov. Wes Moore of MD pushes green agenda despite waning electric supply

This is nothing new for Democrats, push for renewable energies while eliminating the old sources before the new ones come on line.

Prices are based on supply and demand so when demand increases but supply stays the same or even goes lower, prices get pushed through the roof. Such is the case in Maryland when Gov Moore seeks to shut down two coal fired plants without suitable replacement energy.

What happens in this instance is that Moore in an attempt to appear to be the “Clean Governor” it backfires miserably on the electric customers as electric costs have risen by 1000% since 2023.Now Marylanders are forced to buy electric from out of state from coal fired plants at a premium. It’s all about optics folks, and Moore wants to be seen as the rising star in the Democratic Party.

Moore is also pushing for the wind farm off the coast of Ocean City.

Thankfully the Trump Administration along with the Maryland Freedom Caucus is pushing back on Moore’s crazy “Green Agenda” and told him he will not be shutting down the two coal fired plants until suitable replacement are online.

PJM Interconnection (the electric supplier) is caught in the middle between and unsustainable demand vs supply battle with suppliers and the Governor’s office.

How a State could go from a $5 billion dollar surplus from the last Republican Governor to a $6 billion dollar deficit in almost two years is inconceivable, but that’s what Democrats do, they spend as if nobody has to pay off the credit card. In the words of liberal nationwide,

“Is this what you voted for?”

It won’t be very popular with builders or landscape contractors but it would save the taxpayer billions of dollars maybe even trillions in deportation costs.

Passed into law under President Ronald Reagan the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) of 1986 was signed and put into law.

Every President after sought to reinforce this Act with stricter wording. During Obama’s tenure the wording came down harder than ever. By Executive Actions, he increased I-9 audits, increased employer fines, and pushed for the E-Verification system which focused more on employer accountability.

While I-9 audits rose to a record high under Obama (8000) only minimal numbers of fines were assessed under Obama and even less every President since.

The question that begs an answer….”Why isn’t this law reintroduced and fines given?” The law is already there and the fines can be extensively high, so why not enforce them?

If the employers are fined for illegal hiring practices and illegals can no longer find work, they will self deport.

When will the 501C’s be Reigned in?

We have seen the massive violations of the NGO’s, classified as “Non-Governmental Organizations.”

All these so called NGO’s are under the umbrella of the IRS as non-profit organizations otherwise known as 501c’s.

If ANY of these so called non-profits are receiving governmental funding they should immediately lose their 501c status.

This should be a non-starter, especially those who receive 100% governmental funding through either shell companies or ANYthing tied to a political operation. It shouldn’t matter for which side of the isle they are representing.

Let’s just look at this for what it is, it’s called money laundering plain and simple.

The Government gives them money and the principles of that organization use it as administrative fees and the taxpayer suffers the consequences.

My question is….President Trump, when will you direct the IRS to not only investigate these 501c’s but actually revoke their statuses as non-profits? Let’s cut off the money supply!

Congress needs to change this immediately! If the IRS can approve them, then why can’t they revoke them easily, unless they refuse to file reports in 3 years?

Remittances and what it means to the American Economy

I’ve long been a proponent of taxing remittances. Foreign workers whether in the country legally or not have been depleting our resources for decades.

Most of these workers come from poor countries that offer little in the way of wages, so being an American worker even if paid sub-standard wages here, makes them more money than if they stayed in their home country.

Remittances are wages they earn here and then send back to family members in their home country. This is money that will NEVER return to the United States, never to be spent here to bolster OUR country’s economy.

In a recent article by left leaning Yahoo, they claim that the “Big Beautiful Bill” has already devastated third world countries by eliminating the fraudulently corrupt USAID, and taxing remittances will only make things worse.

I suppose it depends on whether you think our country should be propping up third world countries first, or we should be serving our citizens first. The answer to that was decided by 77 million Americans last November.

Just look at the remittances sent back to Mexico in 2021! $52 BILLION! That’s 4 years ago folks! What do you think that figure is now going back to Mexico?

Why are we even having this discussion?

It seems that Rep. Maxine Waters didn’t learn a thing from Rep, Lemonica Ivery’s arrest in Newark NJ for assaulting an ICE officer at an immigration center.

If anything it has emboldened the Democratic members of Congress to continually break the law. Waters claimed she was only doing her job as Congressional oversight. What they always fail to mention is a visit to an Immigration Detention Center has to be scheduled in advance and has to be applied for specific members and not just an out of control mob pounding at the gates.

It seems that Maxine tried barging her way into a Federal Building to check on the detention of another illegal alien in Los Angelos.

The left seems to want to frame this whole issue as..”Even if they are illegally and have committed no additional crimes they should be allowed to stay.” The situation goes much deeper than that, the basis of why they are here in the first place is based on felony of illegally entering our country.

The left also believes that these illegal aliens are somehow entitled to all of our (the actual citizens) rights under the law. They also believe that these illegals are entitled to monetary benefits that should only be rightfully given to its citizens.

This is a powder keg waiting to explode. The citizens who have paid their entire lives into the system are rightfully furious with the Democrats.

The Dems are claiming once again how it is a peaceful protest, but it’s funny how blurred the lines are between protest and riot in their eyes…….setting cars on fire is NOT protest!

They elected a man who promised to fix this broken system and restore America to Americans first, not some people who are falsely using the words “asylum seekers.”

When the Waffle House Customer Mentality Spills into Government

We all have seen the many battles waged at various Waffle Houses throughout our country posted to You Tube. Sadly this anger exhibited in those melees is spilling into the public arena.

We see it all the time displayed on the main stream media as “protests.” In most situations it’s violence disguised and labeled as something else.

We have become desensitized by violence, not only in our country but around the world. Violence has become normalized in today’s society.

The last place we expect to see this unbridled disrespect to fellow man is in the very people who legislate our laws. Yes I’m talking about our representatives in government.

Listening to the minority speaker in the House Hakeem Jeffries, you would think that Representatives in Congress work under different laws that regular citizens do. He thinks that no law enforcement officer has a right to touch a Congressional Representative.

Yes I’m referring to the ICE Detention Center melee that happened recently. Three Democratic Representatives of Congress and one Democratic Mayor tried to barge their way into an ICE Detention Center unannounced under the guise of Congressional Oversight.

The Mayor was released on a misdemeanor offence of Trespassing although in my opinion he shouldn’t have been, but that isn’t my decision. Rep. Lamonica McIver has been however charged with assaulting a federal ICE officer, and hopefully charges will be forth coming on the other two.

Where has civility gone in society? You never saw this kind of violence and anger in the 50’s, but it’s been slowly building since the 60’s and it needs to stop. Laws are on the books to make society accountable for their actions. But if nobody holds these people accountable the violence will continue.

Law fare and What it Means to the Average Citizen

Ok first I need to apologize about my absence. A lot of my readers have been concerned by my recent dark thirty.

I have to admit I have been the target of the same law fare that Donald Trump has been the target of but for different reasons.

But that isn’t the end of it. Sadly I fell and have broken my foot. Between the two I have been just hanging low and trying to recover.

In my State of the People’s Republic of Maryland there are two things called Ex-parte orders that result in 99.6 percent of the claims being approved by judges.

The first of these orders are called Domestic Abuse cases, and I can understand how most of them are approved. Mostly because they are family members in fear for their lives from past domestic abuse cases backed up by police reports and eyewitness reports.

The second side of the ex-parte orders have to deal with “Peace Orders” and they deal with people outside the family.

Judges seem to side with the petitioner for fear of not siding on the side of caution. Experience in this in court, I have observed not one in 16 cases on “peace orders” not one case was denied.

So if now you see this as lop sided justice then so do I. Because petitioners don’t have to show any proof of their claims when they make their initial report a court date is given within 7 days. This isn't about "truth" it's about "feelings" of the claimant.

Finding effective legal reasonable representation is nearly impossible in such a short time frame.

Now picture that ANYONE in your county can claim without proof that you are threatening them, and their family, trespassing, and any other claim they see fit.

The Peace Order can only encompass the last 30 days, so you have no recourse to show psychopathic past history.

Are you seeing how one sided this is yet? Now imagine this has been done 3 times so far.

Now picturing after two times and it goes to a third time. The first two have been civil matters but if it goes to a third time it goes to a criminal matter which would entail jail time to the plaintiff.

So the first times don’t require any proof, but the judge sides with the petitioner and the third time involves jail time. Now I am in the third phase.

I know this isn’t anywhere near what Trump has endured in the last 4 years, but I feel just as much violated as he has been.

In my opinion ex-parte orders in the state should only include Domestic Violence but peace orders should be eliminated from civil law or never advance to criminal law.

If the petitioner seeks relief from someone they should have to go through the whole civil court system which would require them to hire an attorney and spend their money to advance their lies with no proof, and that might make the end of their lies.

 

MAGA movement is growing restless

It’s been 3 months so far and we have seen almost no accountability from the Dept. of Justice in the way of indictments, either from the DOJ directly or through the FBI.

The people have been waiting patiently for a reckoning and overhaul in the DOJ and bringing law breakers to justice.

One of those people is Gen Michael Flynn a direct target of the Cross-Fire Hurricane scandal to unseat President Trump in his first term.

General Flynn has made a documentary called FLYNN- Deliver the Truth, whatever the cost. It lays out what is already known and is documented in fact. Also it lays out the co-conspirators and yet we still wait for indictments.

I have to believe that AG Pam Bondi has been formulating this case for years and already has the players in her cross hairs. She also now has the inside information at her fingertips.

MAGA is growing restless Madam Attorney General and will soon become impatient with the lack of action so far.

Zuckerberg caught in another shady deal, this time with the CCP

Meta has been using “Llama” an AI program to enhance the Air Force for a few years now, specifically in training aircraft mechanics to work more efficiently. Also this program is used for battlefield planning for the Air Force.

According to a new whistleblower Sarah Wynn-Williams who was Facebook’s Director of Global Public Policy from 2011-2017, Zuckerberg repeatedly lied to Congress about the use of the Llama program and who had access to it.

In 2014 Zuckerberg had tried unsuccessfully to enter Facebook into the Chinese market. The CCP thought it to be a waste of time and therefore denied it. But Zuckerberg wasn’t finished trying according to Ms. Williams. With the buildup of META’s AI on the horizon Zuckerberg had a trading chip.

If he offered the CCP the same Llama program he could have the wedge he needed to enter Facebook into China. Now according to Ms. Williams China is Zuckerberg’s largest market next to the USA, but at what cost?

If Zuckerberg is handing the same technologies to the CCP as he to the Air Force doesn’t that threaten our national security?

I asked GROK (“X”’s AI program) about Military Contracts to META and this was the reply:

So there is no denial about META’s involvement in our military with Llama, but where things go astray is who has access to that program.

Jasmine Crockett just can’t seem to find a filter for her disgusting mouth

Even after AG Bondi’s warning to Jasmine Crockett about her incendiary rhetoric this week about Elon Musk and her past comments about President Trump, she then crossed the line on her trashy talk.

She referred to Gov Abbott of Texas, a paraplegic as Governor “Hot Wheels.”

Even her Democratic brethren in Congress are seeing that as crossing the line.

Congress is seeing this as an upcoming censure vote, just two Democrats in one month if it happens.

Her mouth over-runs her brain and this might be her first slap in the face since her induction into Congress a mere two years ago, certainly NOT a good start!

Cori Bush ex-squad member’s husband Indicted!

Cori Bush the ex-Congresswoman from St. Louis Missouri and part of the “Squad” was primaried in the last election was under investigation for misuse of government funds for private security supplied by her husband to the tune of $750,000 despite the fact that he has no experience in private security at all.

Her husband Cortney Merritts has been indicted under the Covid Relief program called Paycheck Protection Program. It’s reported that he fraudulently used $20,000 of taxpayer money.

Charges came down last Thursday by the DOJ.

This group called The Edward Bennett Williams American Inn of Court has as the President James Boasberg who most notably entered the spot light as the Judge that tried to force the flight of criminals to El Salvador back to America.

Long gone are the days of impartiality of Judges and Lawyers.

This group along with many others is trying to circumvent EVERY policy decision of Donald Trump. Sadly this group of radicals doesn’t understand that America in general is behind Donald Trump AND his policies.

The Transition from Empathy to not giving a Sh*t

I never thought I’d get to this point in my life, because I’ve always had Empathy and Compassion but my patience is wearing thin.

I’ve always been a man of principle, but I’m starting to see that principle is an “old fashion term,” and kids today say “just lay down and die boomer!”

I always thought that I was born 20 years too late because my morals more often reflect those of my parents rather than those of my age.

The disrespect shown to those with Empathy today I see appalling. As I’ve said in earlier posts those that expect a participation trophy for merely being a part of society are those who are either the present Narcissists or those that are emerging to become one. Sadly it’s predicted to consume up to 30% of Americans in the next 10 years.

My life has been consumed by one of these individuals for the last 5 years as a lot of you already know. I tried to be empathetic to him and offer him help even though I knew his brutal past to others, but I should have known better.

Sadly my general state of mind has changed to that of a cynical colder state .

This is not to say that I treat everyone the same way, but I have a wary sense of acceptance of new acquaintances based on my past experiences.

Tomorrow will be the culmination of 5 years of this person’s abuse to me, and I’ll either emerge victorious or the dark side will prevail.

I’ve made my case and a Judge will have to decide the outcome.

Pray for our side!

Update: Sadly the Dark Side prevailed, my faith in the Judicial was in bad shape before, but now I have NO trust in it.

Autopen Gate

When first reveled last week that almost all of Joe Biden’s documents, executive orders and most importantly pardons were signed by autopen. The only document that would appear to have been signed by Biden himself was the document where he was to step down and not run in the 2024 election.

The pardons that he executed in his last days that involved to many people in direct fire of the next administration were all done by autopen, including Fauci, Milley, the Biden Crime family, and thousands of drug selling felons.

Now the pardons were signed at the bottom as being signed in Washington DC, but the prolem with that was that he was vacationing in St Croix at the time and playing golf.

So now the main question is….who approved this autopen signing and is it even legally binding? If not legally binding there might be a reason “legal defense attorney” is the most highly googled phrase in Washington!

AOC’s continual missteps

First she was giving an online guide to “all her constituents” on the Fourth Amendment even though she holds no law degree and she handed out fliers printed in Spanish on how to avoid ICE for possible deportation.

Then she actually wrote to AG Bondi to see if she was being investigated for that very video she posted. Tom Homan the Border Czar referred AOC to the Justice Department for possibly giving advice to illegal aliens on how to avoid ICE.

Now something new comes to light about Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez.

It seems that she had an Ecuadorian illegal working for her as a Deputy Communications Director after working on her campaign in 2021.

Diego De la Vega came to America on a visitor’s visa at age 7 but never went home, staying in this country for 23 years. He has known what being here illegally means and said he was in constant fear of being caught.

As a result of President Trump’s election he has now decided with his wife to self deport.

He says he feels as if he is somehow in exile to a country he grew up in, but feels this is now the right thing to do.

The question now is…..was AOC actually harboring De La Vega? If so will now AG Bondi be looking at her in a whole new light?

Democrats Double Down in their own Denial

The first act of disrespect at last night’s Presidential Congressional Address was when all the Democrats refused to even acknowledge any of President Trump’s Cabinet Members. Refused to shake their hands, refused to even look at them.

The Dems came prepared for war, Rep Al Green and Rep Nancy Pelosi both came armed with canes preparing to do battle. I jest on this point but you get my message.

As Rep Al Green (D-TX) shook his cane wildly at Trump declaring “You have no mandate” Speaker Mike Johnson warned him once about Congressional decorum. But Congressman Green was having none of it and continued. As a result Speaker Johnson had him removed from the Address.

It was clear from the beginning that Democrats came prepared to be as disruptive as possible to the President’s address. Armed with black ping pong paddles emblazoned with slogans as, “Save Medicare, You Lie, and Musk Steals.” Signs and placards are strictly prohibited in any Congressional speeches, but that didn’t stop them.

Rep Green’s claim that Trump had no mandate is totally delusional as were the entire democratic representatives in attendance. The American people are the ones with the mandate, we were the ones who decided we didn’t like the direction the Biden Administration was taking us.

I don’t think that acting like petulant children is the proper way to win back the electorate. Rather than to look at what failed on so many levels in the last election in the Democratic Party, they have doubled down on finger pointing and screams of Fascism.

The majority of America is now behind Trump, and yes that even means some Democrats have seen it too but are keeping silent on their new support.

The Democratic Party is now suffering in polling exhibiting just a 36% approval rating.

If this continues they will become as extinct as Gov Newsom’s smelt fish.

Jamie Raskin might have been caught with his hand in the cookie jar

It would appear as though Raskin, one of the J6 committee members might have been caught in the USAID scandal. What is now known as the biggest money laundering operation and may well be the reason so many members of Congress have amassed such wealth in such a short time on modest salaries.

It appears that DOGE headed by Elon Musk has uncovered an NGO called “Global Communities” directly tied to Jamie Raskin. The NGO received $160 million through USAID.

Raskin recently threatened a class action law suit against Elon Musk basing his suit on the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 which Raskin claims that Musk violated by accessing what he says is sensitive financial information.

Whether Raskin’s suit gains any traction is up to the courts, but what does seem curious is that the sensitive financial information Raskin seeks to hide may in fact be his own!
