Blocks Navy Mandate on Vaccinations

US District Court Judge Reed O’Connor appointed to office by George W Bush in 2007, granted a preliminary
injunction on Monday on a case filed by 35 Navy Seals who had refused Covid-19
vaccinations based on religious beliefs.
The Seals were of different denominations but all held
the same belief that the military was denying them the same constitutional
rights that they were expected to fight for to preserve.
In Judge O’Connor’s 26 page decision he voiced his
opinion in much the same way.
“The
Navy Service members in this case seek to vindicate the very freedoms they have
sacrificed so much to protect. The Covid-19 pandemic provides the government no
license to abrogate those freedoms.”
Another Major on terms of anonymity commented that the
Covid Vaccine mandate was;
“An
Unconstitutional edict that I think is very targeted, as a political purge,
taking out some of the best and brightest soldiers, sailors and airmen, Marines
and guardians of the Space Force.”
I suppose we will see how this plays out in the Court
of Appeals as I’m sure the Biden Regime will fight this tooth and nail.

Our Country was based on religious freedom and to be denied that is truly pathetic, but we are talking about Joe Biden
