Biden Now Wants to use Taxpayer Money on a Covid Vaccine that Finally Works!

Ok wait a minute, the National Childhood Vaccination Injury Act of 1986 signed into law basically started as a no fault protection for Big Pharma to create vaccines without fear of certain lawsuits that would arrive from their distribution.

Big Pharma cited that so much R&D was being put into these “safe and effective” vaccines that very little in profit came back to the inventors. As a result the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program was created in 1986 along with the VAERS reporting panel. The NVICP was a government funded program to pay back for adverse reactions and even death for said vaccines. These payouts would be overseen by the United States Court of Federal Claims and by special masters.

So much for the background of this insidious Vaccination Act.

So let’s just backtrack a little. Big Pharma basically balked at the lack of profit based on the vaccine for the DPT vaccine, because of the immense lawsuits created from and obviously dangerous vaccine. So as a result they demanded a so called no fault insurance from the government shielding them from liability to protect their profits.

Fast forward to today, that no fault claims center is basically non-existent the VAERS center is a joke as hospitals had threatened doctors and nurse for even reporting incidents even though it IS the law!

Nowhere in this Vaccination Injury Act does it say that government will actually fund the development of vaccines…..NOWHERE! We gave them immunity not funding!

But here’s Biden allocating funds to be paid to Big Pharma for this new variant. The funniest part of the Yahoo article is where he says….”that is necessary and works!” We all know the last one didn’t Joe!

I don’t know about you, but this really upsets me especially after the record breaking profits of Pfizer and Moderna to the tune of $51 billion dollars! Think about that for a minute, that equates to $65,000 a minute!

If $51 billion can fund the Ukraine war for 6 months I think that Pfizer and Moderna can fun their own damn R&D!

Truth, the Most Misused Word in America

I think Col Jessup would be correct in this picture.

We are being lied to on a daily basis and they tell us it’s all in the name of truth. They now claim the moral superiority on what they consider to be “disinformation.”

We used to call that discussion or debating but now one side of the conversation is being removed and the government wants to replace with their idea of the truth.

They lied to us about the combination of the Bay of Pigs and also the Cuban Missile Crisis.

They lied to us about the Warren Commission and refuse to release the real documents of the JFK assassination and who was involved. Those documents were due to be released in their entirety in 2017, but has be thwarted by the office of two Presidents.

They lied to us about the 9/11 Commission.

They lied about WMD’s in Iraq.

They lied to us about the withdraw from Afghanistan.

They lied to us about Covid-19 and the vaccines.

They have lied to us about US’s involvement in the Nordstream pipeline bombing.

I could go on all day like this but I think you get the picture. This isn’t just a hit piece on the Biden Administration even though he certainly deserves it, but all recent Presidents.

They all treat us as if they are smarter than we are as though somehow after the election process some greater intelligence is bestowed on them.

They are humans just like we are, they make mistakes like we do, but where the problem lies is they never admit their mistakes. I have never seen an apology come from the Whitehouse except maybe Barack Obama when he apologized for America being a horrible Country, but this is the subject of another article.

The government treats us all like 3 year olds that know nothing so they have to be the adults in the room. WE ARE TOO STUPID TO HANDLE THE TRUTH!

 

When Will the Stupidity End?

Anthony Fauci might be retired but his draconian forced mandates may continue this fall.

A top official TSA whistle blower has informed a news outlet that because of the new Coronavirus variant mask mandates will be enacted once again by the Biden Regime by mid-September forcing all TSA employees and airport workers to start wearing masks yet again.

This same TSA official said that by October the mask mandates will extend to everyone in the airport, pilots and passengers on planes.

Never mind that masks (even SN95’s) have never been proven beyond the shadow of a doubt in clinical studies to be effective in stopping the transmission of ANY virus.

The party of “follow the science“ never seems to actually follow anything other than their own self-interests and voodoo medicines.

You don’t think the timing of this has anything to do with the primary voting do you? Maybe just more election tampering from Biden?

You can be sure these mandates will escalate past airports.

Why Does the Government Continue to Push a Product that has killed 120,000 Kids?

According to a secret document written by the CDC some 120,000 children and young adults have died as a result of adverse effects of the Covid-19 vaccines.

In a time period of 2021 when the rollout of the vaccines when the unexpected death rate of children and young adults should have been dropping they increased. In fact all through 2021 they increased except for weeks 27-29, but after that they increased exponentially.

This age group for 0-44 showed a large increase of “excess deaths,” meaning that anything over and about the commonly known deaths of people of that age group.

If you look at the multi-year picture for this same group some 235,000 excess deaths were reported from 2021 to the end of 2022, but 120,000 so far have been attributed to the adverse effects of the vaccine.

Why is the government still pushing an obviously failed vaccine? Why are some colleges still requiring vaccinations of students with numbers such as these appearing from the CDC?

We all know that the government never wants to admit they were wrong or that some individual was culpable in the deaths of so many young adults, but data doesn’t lie at this point and to still claim that myocarditis is very rare in young adults is no longer true.

Someone needs to hold Dr. Anthony Fauci accountable for his extensive lies.

We as Americans need to force answers from not only the CDC and FDA but from Big Pharma and push politicians to remove the legal immunity they have wielded since the Reagan Era.

Biden Has Placed America on Deadly Ground!

I told you in April that the war in Ukraine was over and that America was making a logistical military mistake. Numbers don’t lie so let me tell you a few so you can decide for yourself.

These are the actual numbers in loss. Ukraine started out with 260,000 military troops. They had 300,000 reservists and 700,000 they could call up in a situation that we call a draft. 1.2 million in total. They are all dead now. Nobody is left except the old, the mentally and the physically disabled. They are purely relying on mercenaries and those mentioned earlier.

Let’s talk about ammo, and this is where Biden has placed us on deadly ground. America produces ammo to the tune of 85,000 a year. The Ukraine is firing US ammo at the rate of 5-7000 rounds per day. Let that sink in for a minute.

Russia is firing 65,000 rounds a day! To put this into perspective, during the Gulf War the US fired 65,000 rounds the entire conflict. Russia produces 3.2 million rounds per year and since the Ukrainian war started has ramped up production.

Now let’s review where we are right now in ammo. We reserve a certain amount for our own defense but those figures are now seen as flawed projections based on the typical “last conflict scenarios.”

This is a dire situation America. Biden has led us into a proxy war and depleted our ammunition resources to a deadly all-time low.

At this present danger 4-7 years to replace 155 MM Howitzer rounds, 18 years to replenish our stinger missiles, and 8 years to refill the stockpile of Javelin missiles.

This is the scariest part of the whole scenario that I have been saving until the end. Not one thing here has been kept secret, the whole world knows we are out of ammo, and the production of our supplies has not been increased yet.

All our adversaries are licking their chops in anticipation of the weakest point in our military history.

The pentagon has now claimed that American ammo supplies that was once thought to supply us with 3 to 4 months in a conflict would only allow us a 7 day battle period! This is unsustainable and places us in extreme danger.

No Data to Back up the Booster Shot Every Two Months Claim

Health Secretary Xavier Beccera claimed last year that a booster shot for Covid was necessary every two months. Watch dog group FGI (Functional Government Initiative) filed a FOIA request to HHS to find out how those guidelines had been developed. HHS never replied. As a result FGI sued for the information only to find out through litigation with HHS that there was no data to support their recommendation of the booster every two months.

In fact nothing in the 1200 page report even suggested that even one was recommended annually.

It’s seems funny that The Biden administration has continually claimed that the public needs to “follow the science” and yet no scientific evidence exists to support their recommendation.

On yet another note the Biden Regime has balked at the ruling by a Supreme Court judge to cease and desist any further connection with social media to censor first amendment rights of its citizens in any and all matters including Covid information and the Ukrainian War information. In fact the Biden Regime has now appealed the decision to stop such interactions.

It’s Time for a National Referendum

We hear it when a new candidate runs for office for either US Senator or Congress, they steadfastly promise their constituents that they support term limits. After in office for a while that promise disappears and life goes on.

The 12^th Amendment states the prerequisites to become president including a minimum age and the 22^nd Amendment states that a President can serve no more than 2 terms. This was added because of FDR’s abysmal reign from 1933 to 1945 till his death. You see Congress had no problem limiting Presidential terms, but their own hypocrisy has never been lost on me.

Congress as a whole will NEVER vote themselves out of power by way of a Constitutional Amendment. Nor will they put upper age restrictions or either themselves or the Presidency, because if they did one they would have to do the other.

Recent examples where age has become a concern are Joe Biden, Diane Feinstein, and Mitch McConnell, just to name a few. Feinstein is so out of it that she refuses to believe she was even hospitalized this year for several months, claiming she was right there voting all the time. Recently she had to be prompted by her aids on how to vote. This isn’t what we signed up for!

The only way to start a national referendum vote. This has never been allowed in the past, only states can do that. The process is to sign a petition for something to be put on the referendum vote at the next election. Then the states put that on the voting ballot and it get approved or rejected based on popular vote.

This would be the only process that could work outside a Constitutional Amendment.

Can you imagine the ability to vote on things such as the Ukrainian War, Term and or age limits to serve in office or any one of the myriad of social problems plaguing our country right now?

It would certainly hand the power back to WE THE PEOPLE wouldn’t it?
