Why has Biden refinanced his two homes 35 times?

At first glance you might think that Biden treats incurred debt in his personal life the same way he treats the national debt (just kick the can further down the road.) Enter Chat GPT an artificial intelligence algorithm that has come up with some serious reasons why the Bidens might be doing this.

In an article written in the Daily Mail it’s claimed that the Bidens have refinanced the Wilmington property 20 times reaping $4.2 million on the initial $350,000 price. Between the Wilmington property and the Rehoboth Beach property, they have received over $6 million with a mortgage of $500,000 still left on the Wilmington property.

Their first home in Wilmington which has since been sold and was the topic of discussion because of a shady deal by then President of MBNA.

When questioned, ChatGPT has some rather interesting ideas on why this is being done, but here’s the spoiler alert, every single reason is nefarious.

Going Down with the Ship

After watching the Presidential debate, I remembered the old adage, “Be careful what you wish for.” Remember that Biden was the one who called out Trump for the debate and followed it up with “Make my day.”

The DNC and the talking heads in the MSM have been covering up Biden’s cognitive problems for the last few years. On June 27^th they could no longer hide his sad decline. To Donald Trump’s credit he didn’t go into full attack mode, he merely allowed Biden enough rope to hang himself.

The Democratic nation stared in delusional disbelief as Biden mumbled and fumbled his way through a well choreographed and rehearsed set of talking points and questions he been handed in advance. There was no way to hide what they all knew to be fact but had been covering up for years. The weeks’ worth of preparation couldn’t save ol’ Joe.

The main stream media can no longer hide behind the Whitehouse spokesperson. His sad decline on the air has sent them all running like rats off a sinking ship. CNN and MSNBC are all in total panic about what the next move will be.

Dr. Jill, like Joe himself are steadfast in clinging to the delusional idea that Joe is fit for another 4 years. After the debate all Jill could do is claim that was very proud of Joe because he answered all the questions, and that Trump had lied constantly. Of course Joe answered all the questions he had been presented them before the debate, and fact checkers will most certainly be working overtime disproving all the repeated lies that Biden had claimed.

If the DNC actually wins out and replaces Joe with another progressive, imagine how all the voters that voted for Biden in the primary will feel. Can you say disenfranchised? I know I would feel insulted if my primary vote didn’t count and my candidate had been replaced by someone I didn’t want.

To all the blathering idiots like James Carville that said he was 90% sure Trump wouldn’t show for the debate because he was afraid, how did that work out for you guys? Obama is in full panic mode because he won’t be able to run the country from behind the curtain anymore.

My personal opinion is that Joe won’t be replaced I think that would be the death kneel of the Democratic Party, with no chance of recovery for decades.

No I think that Joe and Jill will go down with the ship just like Captain Smith did on the Titanic because they have placed their own personal wants and needs over those of the American public.

US/Russia Relations are off the Rails and only Worsening daily

Let me start this article by saying that I’m certainly no Putin fan nor am I a Biden or NATO fan, but this is what I see from my point of view. When Putin invaded Ukraine he did so, as he said to free his loyal Russian areas from the Nazi Azov Brigade, allegedly terrorizing loyal Russian supporters.

Well you may believe that or not as a reason for the invasion. Personally I don’t think Russia should have invaded Ukraine, but sadly that is not either here nor there at this point.

The Neo-cons or should I say the Uni-party in the US wants war plain and simple. Money is needed to fund the war machine, mostly the defense industry.

Now let’s look at the facts as we know them. NATO is defending Ukraine even though they are not a member nation, as is most of the EU and the USA. They have supplied Ukraine with high technology and weapons to the point of sacrificing our own readiness to defend our homeland.

Putin had drawn the line in the sand at neighboring countries to Russia joining NATO. Now when a nation joins NATO they receive missile batteries on their border with Russia. Put yourself in Russia’s shoes for minute. Remember the Cuba Missile Crisis, when USSR parked missiles 90 miles off our Florida coast?

Now think how far off Russia’s border every NATO country is. Add this to the Western Coalition’s proxy war against Russia. Ukraine is no longer a Democracy as Zelensky has suspended all elections and opposing parties until after the war. In the beginning he wanted to enter into peace agreements but the west told him if he did that, he would no longer receive arms shipments.

Zelensky is a mere pawn in the game of war. I’m not saying he is free of corruption, because he isn’t, but then again what country is?

The USA and the western powers are playing a deadly game of chicken with a country that has FAR more nuclear weapons than we do. I only pray we survive until January of next year, when cooler heads will prevail.

Maryland, the land of pleasant living

Well that used to be the slogan of Maryland until about 1947 when things took a dark turn in Baltimore City with the election of Thomas D’Alesandro Jr. as Mayor. The Italian population treated his election as almost a coronation, and whispers started as to his mob ties. His election gave the Democrats a strong foothold in not only the city but the state.

“Tommy” as he was affectionately known by his supporters served as Mayor from 1947- 1959. Some 8 years latter Thomas D’Alesandro III, (Tommy’s son) became Mayor in 1967- but held that seat for only 4 years. For those not from Baltimore or Maryland “Young Tommy” had a younger sister, Nancy Pelosi. Now you know how all this came into being.

The city’s population in 1959 was 2.6 Million as major manufacturing facilities had brought jobs to a growing city. Such companies as McCormick, Chevrolet, Bethlehem Steel, Bethlehem Ship Yard, and the Port of Baltimore graced our city.

The 60’s and 70’s started the death kneel of a once thriving city. One time Democratic Mayor Kurt Schmoke once claimed Baltimore as the “city that reads,” even though Baltimore held the title of one of the most illiterate cities in America. Because of the welfare system and the absence of fathers in the home, a more apt title might have been “Baltimore, the city that breeds.”

The 80’s and 90’s saw a staggering rise in urban blight and a rise in crime. It wasn’t uncommon to see 3 boarded up houses out of 4 in the city now. Drugs and violent crime had taken a sharp rise. The City Council was ALL Democratic at this point and showing no signs of changing. The mold had been set for future decades.

The last 30 years have shown to be a downhill spiral at the hands of the Democrats. The downfall of big business started in the 80’s and is now in full free fall. Bethlehem Steel is gone, as is The Shipyard, Chevrolet closed shop, and McCormick fled to the county.

What was once a flourishing city metropolis is now a dirt infested abandoned city of only 560,000 people! Even the poor don’t want to live there anymore, and try to escape to the surrounding counties. Unfortunately they bring with them the same Democratic welfare mindset.

Uncle Joe’s Gone Underground Again

The non compos mentis leader of the free world has escaped to his underground lair at Camp David. He will be preparing for his debate in 7 days on June 27^th. He will be tutored by his most trusted unindicted accomplices in the Whitehouse.

On June 26^th he will be snatched from his basement abode in much the same way Punxsutawney is every groundhog day, juiced with amphetamines and propped up on the podium. Actually not much differently than he was in his last two state of the union speeches.

I don’t think there will be a second debate, nor do I think there will be a need for one.

The Biden administration has made so many stipulations on this debate, no audience, cutting off the mic of the other person to allow no interaction between candidates, moderators are Dana Bash and Jake Tapper of CNN, and coin toss for podiums. Two other interesting things are no pre-prepared notes, and two breaks in which neither of the candidate’s staff can offer advice.

Those last two things may be Biden’s undoing as he is always carefully scripted and prompted, Trump on the other hand works off the cuff.

I like Trump’s suggestion that Biden be given a drug test before the debate (I mean aren’t all federal employees subject to random drug testing?) And Number 2 would be to check Biden for ear pieces. If interaction with staff isn’t allowed neither should ear pieces!

This should be an interesting debate to say the least!

The Legal and Moral Implications of Trump’s Guilty Verdict

I'll start out with stating the legal ramifications of the trial. To begin with he hasn’t been convicted yet. A Judge can either accept the jury’s guilty claim or he can vacate that claim, but that is done at sentencing not the end of the trial.

On the legal side of this trial, there are so many prosecutorial missteps along the way it is hard not to see so many ways to an appeal. Statute of Limitations boundaries were crossed, they turned a misdemeanor into a felony without any declaration of what the secondary charge was that would have turned it into a felony.

This doesn’t even address the Judge’s final instructions to the jury that violated every judicial precedence set forth in law.

Putting all this aside. Biden has used his son’s guilty verdict for 100% political gain. The reason he has done so is to claim that the judicial system is fair and just, in effect legitimizing Trump’s trial.

This can work for the lower intelligence electorate, but for the educated it paints a very different picture.

November is 4 ½ months away and the life span of a news cycle is so short that any points scored right now stay ingrained in the minds of the voters as either a win or a loss.

Hunter’s verdict contains very different scenarios than Trump’s verdict. It’s a total apples vs oranges type of trials.

Biden has been closed lip as of late if he will pardon or commute Hunter’s sentence. Initially he said he wouldn’t but now KJP is silent on the issue. Although Hunter is facing a maximum sentence of 25 years for the gun charges it is unlikely he will serve that as a first time offender.

My personal thought is that the sentencing will be minimal at best, maybe even probation, but this is certainly not the end of Hunter’s woes. September he faces charges that he didn’t pay taxes on $1.4 million dollars in income. If the prosecution has their ducks in a row and advances quickly on the attack and ties his father into the family influence peddling scheme, and where the money came from, it would fall neatly right before the election.

At that point it would play well with voters. Just as Joe Biden was lecturing a group about Gun Violence not 24 hrs. after his son was found guilty on gun charges, if his son is found guilty of not paying income taxes, how would that look for Joe after constantly repeating during his campaign about how all American’s need to pay their “fair share?”

November is approaching quickly, make your votes count!

Past Presidents and Illegal Deportation claims

For years there has been a claim going around about how President Herbert Hoover deported millions of illegal immigrants to give jobs to American workers.

Similar claims were made about Harry S. Truman and Dwight D. Eisenhower.

The facts rest with the actually census data from the times mentioned.

Hoover actually made inroads to the expose the horrors of abuse the illegals endured and gave them a voice. However each of these three Presidents struggled with the illegal immigration problem, in fact I’m sure ALL Presidents from Hoover forward had to deal with these problems.

Although these claims sought to bolster the idea that if past Presidents deported a huge amount of illegals then Donald Trump’s desire to deport 13 million can’t be that far-fetched of an idea.

Here are the real numbers of deportation or threats of deportation from each administration. These numbers are reported by census and presidential libraries.

Hoover…….. 121,000

Truman….....3,400,000

Eisenhower ..2,100,000

These figures are a far cry from 13 million in the original claims.

Whatever happens as a result of the 2024 election mass deportation would be a monumental undertaking especially because some countries refuse to take their citizens back.

Some proponents say it would be impossible to roundup all the illegals in our country, but it might be easier than they first thought, because they are promised food, lodging, cell phones, and other social services. All things of this nature are easily tracked.

One thing is certain, this unchecked flow of un-vetted illegals must stop!

Biden’s “Creation” of new jobs being filled by “illegals.”

The House Budget Committee just released a new report that over half of Biden’s claimed job creation has been filled by immigrants, mostly illegally in this country.

The figure stands at 62.7%! So the unemployment rate in America has increased from 3.9 to 4.0 in May and if that seems puzzling to you, you aren’t alone.

The obvious answer is that the citizens are the ones suffering as the jobs are being handed to the hordes of so called asylum seekers.

Should we be mad at these figures? Of course we should, and in November we should remember the politicians that pushed this agenda on us!

“Here It Comes, Miss America”

Bert Parks is rolling in his grave on the latest nominees to the Miss America pageant. DEI has found its way into an institution originally constructed around beautiful intelligent, healthy bodied women.

Gone are those days now, and old Bert would be mortified about what his institution has become.

First up is Miss Alabama Sarah Millikan who was selected as a morbidly obese (and that is stating it mildly) woman. Her weight is not been reported but her non proportional length arms make her appear proportionally as a tyrannosaurus rex.

And in the immortal words of Billy Mays…… “But wait there’s more.”

In Maryland it is reported that the oldest Transgender woman Bailey Anne Kennedy has now been named as Miss Maryland. Really?

Where have all the feminists gone in this country to stand up for not only “beauty” in pageants but also REAL Women?

More Lies, this Time about Rafah

Ever wonder why the Western Governments warned Israel not to go into Rafah? It struck me as curious as to why that would be the only city that Israel would be told “hands off.”

We may now have an answer to that, but you won’t hear about it in the MSM.

The Philadelphia Corridor is the border between Egypt and Gaza, and for years we have been told that border has been locked down to Palestinians wanting to enter Egypt. These new discoveries may just prove that to be a lie.

It appears as though the corrupt President el-Sisi of Egypt has been raking in millions by extorting wealthy Palestinians for entry into his country.

When the IDF invaded Rafah just last week a discovery was made that shocked everyone. Some 50 more tunnels were discovered running underneath the Egypt/Rafah border. These weren’t like the tunnels found elsewhere in Gaza, these tunnels were large enough to allow military vehicular travel.

President el-Sisi had warned Israel if they invaded Rafah the treaty between Israel and Egypt will be null and void. Egypt has close ties with Qatar which is known as a safe haven to high ranking Hamas officials, and so we can now connect the dots. Hamas and Qatar are also friendly with Iran.

The IDF has discovered that not only have military vehicles been smuggling weapons in from Iran in these underground tunnels but Hamas hostages may have also been smuggled out.

This locked down border between Egypt and Gaza has obviously been a farce to the western governments. In one way no asylum seekers from Gaza have been allowed into Egypt unless President el-Sisi gets a healthy cut. But traffic certainly goes in the other direction in the way of munitions.

This exposes so much corruption in Egypt and America that nobody could comprehend it immediately.

I have been telling you for months how Biden is funding both sides of this war, and this pretty much confirms it.

Biden’s State of Confusion Speech

Last night’s State of the Union speech was a delusional speech from a confused President. I only wished that fact checking could have been done in real time. Right off the bat he compared himself to FDR and Lincoln, and what he constantly referred to as “his predecessor” to Adolph Hitler.

We have seen his priorities change with every speech but last night his main priority was funding the Ukraine war. Never mind how our own borders are being overrun by foreign invaders, but Ukraine’s borders are far more important.

Through his entire speech Mike Johnson acted like a bobble head nodding in concurrence with Biden on more points than not, While Kamala Harris acted like a continual Jack in the box, clapping at everything Biden said, along with most house Democrats in matching white outfits.

Once again Biden bashed the so called Jan 6^th “insurrection,” even though nobody has been charged with insurrection. Once again he drove home the idea of, “if you don’t think like us you are a threat to democracy.”

Never mind the fact that Biden himself has become the very thing he claims that Trump wants to be…..A DICTATOR.

Biden also tried to tie the reversal of Roe v Wade to claims that specific states have banned In vitro fertilization, which is a total falsehood. Absent from his speech is the fact that while America suffers from a declining population abortion continues, so far murdering over 8 million babies so far. The most affected by this practice is the Black population.

As the Supreme Court Justices sat stoically Biden gave them veiled threats especially about Roe v Wade.

One bizarre claim by Biden was although the Covid Pandemic has passed, the vaccine is now being used to treat cancer!......That doesn’t even make sense!

Biden pushed the idea of buying American, and built by American Workers, but never explained how American workers and illegal aliens are one in the same.

Once again he was pushing EV’s even though American purchasers have grown cold on the idea and unsold units sit in dealership lots. He also bragged about how he was building 500k fast charging stations even though $3 billion has already been spent and has only produced 5 to 7 chargers so far.

Biden claimed that The State of our Union has never been stronger, and the middle class is flourishing, both gross exaggerations, according to recent polls.

He rails against big pharma one minute but was quick to hand them the keys to America’s purse strings  during the Covid Pandemic.

He claims that Trump wants to remove the ability to get health insurance for preexisting conditions, yet another lie.

Although Biden came out firing on all cylinders it appeared his drugs were wearing off about 30 minutes into his speech as slurred words and confusion were settling in once again.

He bragged about his student debt elimination plans and claimed that it was the Universities that were the bad guys, never once mentioning the bad degree choices being made by liberally indoctrinated students.

Biden claimed he has reduced the deficit by 2 trillion dollars, and that Trump had spent more than any President in history. Both falsehoods once again.

Biden wants to increase the corporate tax to 21%! He also claimed that Trump and the Republicans want to cut Social Security and give the money to the wealthy.

Shrinkflation is a term the Biden invented to describe how industry has tried to deal with out of control inflation that Biden himself has created. Biden wants to sign a bill to stop what he declared to be Shrinkflation.

Biden bragged about signing a bill to reduce credit card late charges from $35 to $8. Of course America is much deeper in credit card debt under his administration.

At one point in the speech Biden declared that he wrote a law and then signed it into practice….WHAT?

Once again Biden claims that the Democrats had a bill to curb illegal immigration but the Republican’s refused to sign it. The reason they wouldn’t sign it was because it was tied to Ukrainian war funding, but Biden doesn’t want to admit that.

He beat the drum once again claiming anyone that wasn’t on board with Climate Change legislation was somehow not that intelligent.

Biden claimed that violent crime is America is lower than it has been in the last 50 years.

At this point I was pretty much done with Biden’s lies, slurred speech and totalitarian attitude.

A Vote for Biden assures his Token Hire will replace him!

If you are a Democrat and vehemently deny that Kamala Harris was a DEI hire, you need to see Joe Biden’s recent comment on the subject. Ol’ Joe just can’t help himself recently as he makes constant blunders during campaign stops.

Rather than address the two biggest voter issues being inflation and illegal immigration, what did Joe talk about in his recent campaign stop in Philly?

He addressed his pride in having the most diverse administration in history. I don’t think anyone can deny that claim. He has put qualifications aside and instead lowered standards for federal hiring putting the unqualified people in positions they should never have been hired for. The Biden administration has celebrated and promoted the mentally ill which represents less than 1% of America at the cost of viable contenders that could have done the job better.

I don’t think this is much of a shock to the American public and I pray that the voters speak loud and clearly in November and retire this failure of a politician, who has historically been on the wrong side of every possible choice in the past!
