Why are We Allowing This to Continue?
Al RitterSixth Amendment:
Allows for a speedy trial
Eighth Amendment:
Excludes cruel and unusual punishment
18 months down the road and the people detained in the
Jan 6th protest are still being held, charges haven’t been filed.
They are still being shuffled from prison to prison, held in solitary
confinement and denied basic “discovery” by the Feds to their attorneys.
How is this being allowed? It violates the Bill of
Rights!
Are these detainees jailed under the Patriot Act? The
same patriot act that was used to send terrorists to GITMO? If this is true the
Patriot Act needs to be done away with. If the Feds can label American Citizens
as terrorists and jail them indefinitely and deny them their Constitutional
Rights then something has to change!
If they have proof for a charge then file it and move
towards a trial, but 18 months is NOT a speedy trial, and the mistreatment goes
without saying.
Americans need to make this a priority to tell the
powers to be that this will not stand!

I'm surprised the SCOTUS hasn't gotten involved in this yet
The Dems don’t care about the law they just do what they want to do
They need to put an end to this scam and stop wasting taxpayers money immediately~
Whatever happened to "right to a speedy trial"?
