Harris to Replace Ailing Sotomayor’s Position?

As I watched this video in horror the other day, I passed it off as pure speculation. The scenario that was painted is that if Biden eventually sees the writing on the wall about his impending failure to be reelected, what happens to Kamala Harris. Her approval rating is lower than Biden’s, so a presidential run would certainly be out of the question.

John Fund a writer for the National Review posed a possible change that could take place but highly doubtful. #1 Sotomayor’s only health issue is diabetes and that certainly isn’t enough for her to step down, which of course she would have to do to enable Biden to appoint someone else.

Not much of this makes sense to me because IF this were to happen it only replaces a liberal with another liberal on the Supreme Court. To merely replace Sotomayor with word salad Kamala just to give her a job would certainly only be a lateral move.

#2 Harris would have to be approved which once again would be highly doubtful, unless she had a full press from the democratically led senate.

Why is anyone concerned about Harris saving face after a failed election? She has been in WAY over her head from the start. Biden’s pick for her was a 4 part agenda….”Black, Indian, a Woman, and an insurance policy in case the right mounted impeachment based on the 25^th amendment.

Can these stories get any stranger?
