From the onset of Covid -19 doctors were threatened
with removal of their licenses for prescribing Ivermectin for off label use in
the treatment of Covid.
Ivermectin is one of the safest drugs ever
manufactured and has been used in multiple causes of parasitic infections and
yet the FDA covertly used Twitter to continually discourage the use of the so
called “horse dewormer.”
This suit brought by 3 doctors has been in the system
since last year.
The ruling finally came down on Sept 1, 2023 whereas
the federal court has ruled that the FDA had overstepped its boundaries and in
their opinion “FDA isn’t a doctor,” and shouldn’t offer medical advice contrary
to the relationship between a doctor and their patient.
Finally a decent ruling which opens the possibility
for those doctors to sue for damages caused by the FDA’s advice.

Finally, a judge that has made a sensible ruling!
I hope that every doctor that lost their license over this stupidity sues the FDA AND the body that controls their licenses! We all knew it was wrong from day one, it's just sad it has taken the courts this long to hand down a decision
I'm praying for the day of Fauci's indictment!
