Bill Nye the Clown Guy is at it AGAIN!

I just love how the leftist media parades Bill Nye as the one of best authorities on anything science, when in fact he is anything but. Originally a comedian Nye then moved on to basically a children’s show “Bill Nye the Science Guy.” TV being what it is touted this person as being a great teacher of science to adolescent age children.

Sadly the facts are quite different. Nye has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, not in teaching, not in science, and certainly nothing in meteorological work or climate studies.

The article and video I will show you at the end will contradict itself multiple times. The main article warns that if the “Doomsday Glacier” melts it will cause an oceanic rise of 10 feet. Nye’s claim says 20 inches. So which is it? Or is either scenario possible?

The CNN anchor claims that without any conjecture whatsoever that man-made causes are to blame. For decades the left has pushed an agenda of carbon footprint, of carbon sequestration, of carbon credits to somehow lower carbon emissions worldwide. None of these things will lower emissions but they will most certainly tax the wealthy countries and pass that wealth on to less wealthy countries.

First the war cry from the liberals in the 70’s was global cooling that would wipe out the world population if not reined in within 5 years. When that scare tactic failed they switched to a tactic of “Global warming will kill humanity.” That claim is almost laughable because far more people die when cold is involved more than warming. Crops flourish in the heat and rain, not cold and dry.

Years ago the Paris Agreement and the Kyoto Agreement fell through because congress refused to ratify this ridiculous pact that punished the wealthy countries monetarily but placed no regulations on the true emitters of emissions, China and India.

The IPCC has been disgraced multiple times for fudging data as has Al Gore to fit their agenda of taxing carbon emissions.

Hopefully the world will eventually see through this rose colored glasses approach to emissions worldwide and see it for what it really is….a socialistic idea of spreading the wealth with little to no effect on “climate change.”

Longtime liberal mouthpiece Jon Stewart has had enough of the hypocrisy from the leftists. In his crosshairs this week on the revitalized Daily Show Stewart lambasted Nancy Pelosi for the insider trading that she has been doing with her husband for years.

Stewart claims that the power couple increased their investment worth by 65% last year alone.

Stewart was prompted by Pelosi’s speech to Congress about how members of congress should be allowed to buy stocks just like everyone else. What she didn’t address in her speech was the fact that Congress has inside information on laws about to be passed and contracts with certain companies about to be signed, information that the general public doesn’t possess.

The hypocrisy lies in the fact that in just 2021 Pelosi supported a bill that would make it illegal for Congressional members and their families from buying stock.

More Student Loans Excused, when is enough, enough?

At the cost of $6.1 Billion 317,000 more students are having their student loans excused. Against Supreme Court ruling the Biden Administration continues to excuse student debt. This time the target is art degrees from colleges and universities.

Biden has now said that the colleges and universities are practicing predatory degrees with no promise of actual jobs in the field they studied.

In actuality isn’t that what most colleges are doing now? It doesn’t matter what the degree is anymore, in most cases the cost of the degree outweighs the final return on investment.

But isn’t that research the responsibility of the student that accepted the terms of the loan? Shouldn’t they be the ones to decide if the degree is worth the money?

But this goes way beyond all that, it shows by example that responsibility is no longer required of the student. Long gone is the time when student loans were given by banks and actual repercussions came when the student didn’t repay a loan, usually in the hands of a cosigner, normally the parents. Obama was the one that took student loans out of the hands of banks and placed the program in the hands of Government with no required collateral. Now Obama the puppet master is executing his continual plan to make higher education free.

Today there is no incentive to repay a student loan, because there is NO collateral, so what do they have to lose? Will the government repossess the degree?

It teaches our kids all the bad lessons in life, but Democrats are getting very good at that game aren’t they? You’ll notice in the below article is doesn’t say which government program Biden is stealing the money from this time either!

A Judge’s Recusal and what does it mean?

Recusal is a term that has recently come to the fore front as more and more cases are being politically driven. Defense attorneys may ask for a judge to recuse themselves in a criminal or civil trial and that may either be accepted or turned down.

What it amounts to might be considered as the proverbial “fox watching the hen house.” The reason I’m saying this is that the Judge has the final say as to the recusal motion, they are the final deciding factor. They and they alone decide if the case will be heard by them whether or not there are extenuating circumstances or biased situations surrounding the case.

I think you already know which Judges I am referring to, and which cases.

Judges in the Trump trials that have refused to recuse themselves even though they have very clear biases and past history are clearly in ethical violations. Sadly in those states there are no state laws that stop such actions. Some states have passed laws that stop rogue Judges from ruling on their own ethical violations, but they are few a far between.

Judge Engoron is absolutely the worst violator, but Judge Merchan runs a close second. Neither accepted a motion of recusal and have both seemingly decided the cases based on their political bias. Long gone is an unbiased case in our court system.

30 years ago cases were supposedly decided by an unbiased Judge, but as the years go on there is no such thing as blind justice, everything in this decade is decided on political preference.

In my opinion there should be some sort of civilian oversight on Judge Recusal motions, and base it on the Judge’s overall ratings made by civilians.  In other words if that Judge has an unfavorable rating outcome by the public a recusal request should be handled much differently than a favorable rating.

A Judge turning down a recusal request should be viewed the same way that a Police Department reviews a justifiable shooting report.

Suicidal Empathy

Empathy is a human trait that is celebrated. It is natural for us as a species to have some degree of empathy for fellow man. I’m sure we have all known someone with a mortal disease that we feel a compassion for because we know what the end game is.

We base our concerns from past experiences and research, and we try to put ourselves in the shoes of the one suffering from it. Many people, for example, might question their religious beliefs at a time like this because of the unfairness of the situation. “Why them and not me,” or “If there is a God why did he take this person?” is a common thought process.

Where things become skewed is when the research is tainted.

This is the crossroads where we find ourselves right now. The recent college protests that take a Pro-Palestinian stance can be very bewildering. Many students that are interviewed either don’t have a clear answer about why they are protesting or haven’t a clear understanding of the history of the conflict.

I blame that on the liberal indoctrination of the Universities. On one hand the Administrations of these Universities act as if they are some innocent bystander that don’t know why the students are protesting, when in fact the seeds of liberalism that they have sown are finally ready to harvest.

History classes on a High School level are practically non-existent now, much less at a college level. If history is taught it has either been rewritten or the presentation has been tainted by the liberal teacher or professor.

Obviously these rather confused children have no real idea of how Israel was formed, and the adversities they have overcome to continue their existence. They have no idea how the “Palestinians” came to be, or the countries they have been exiled from. They have no idea that the rest of the Arab world despises them.

But yet they certainly have a misplaced empathy for them, ingrained by the very Universities that are now struggling with how to deal with the protests.

The chickens have finally come home to roost, and they will have to deal with it!

Some of the past President’s nominations for the Presidential Medal of Freedom have been laughable at best. Let’s step back in time to see the past recipients. George W Bush our past Uniparty President nominated Bill Cosby! Gerald Ford Nominated Henry Kissinger.

There have been many mistakes by past Presidents, but here are but a few. Jimmy Carter awarded Lyndon Johnson when in actuality he should have been indicted for not only JFK’s assassination but the continuation of the Vietnam War. Jimmy Carter nominated Zbigniew Brzezinski, father of the leftist daughter Mika married to Joe Scarborough.

Joe Biden’s latest Medal of Freedom winners are a collection of loser has beens to the yawning past and more of the “Never Was.”

Last Friday must have been a horror show for Biden’s handlers. Can you just imagine their sheer terror to find out that Biden called into the Howard Stern Show? I suppose that Biden called the show because he knew that Stern is a gushing Biden supporter.

Even with that in the back of his mind, Biden’s mind couldn’t stop himself from spewing more lies. The first lie was about how women sent him “salacious” pictures as a senator. He then told Howard that he turned those pictures over to the Secret Service. There was only one problem, no senator has Secret Service protection.

But in true infomercial style “But wait there’s more,” Joe couldn’t just tell one lie in a friendly interview, he went on to say. “I was arrested while standing on the porch of a Black Family during the Civil Rights movement. Joe has told so many lies about the Civil Rights movement, but all in different forms. All of the claims have been debunked, so he keeps modifying the lie in hopes to find something that can’t be disproved. This lie was no different.

Folks you just can’t make this stuff up, every week (and sometimes daily) Biden makes up yet another wild story to make him somehow more likeable. Sadly the public even his own supporters are finally admitting his cognitive decline.

Dirty Tricks are on the way In November Election

We learned 10 years ago from a ruling by the Supreme Court in the case of Susan B Anthony List vs. Driehaus that lying in a political campaign did not violate the Constitution and was therefore legal.

Sadly politicians have now taken this ruling to a completely different level as we saw the entire Covid-19 debacle and various other smear campaigns.

Add this ruling to Artificial Intelligence and now the citizens are ripe for MASSIVE lies to come down the pike.

Imagine receiving a robo call from a voice on the other end that sounds exactly like either Biden or Trump making false claims about who supports what or maybe urging you to vote remotely to a totally bogus site online so “your voice will be heard.” AI will be the worse dirty trick in this election cycle.

Many of us would see that as a red flag and ignore it, but some are so blinded by allegiance to one party they might follow through.

How about a video of one candidate or the other making more wild claims that the opposing candidate is out to steal your Social Security or Health Care benefits. You might think because this video said it, it must be true.

Words to the wise in this election cycle, dirty tricks are coming this fall and it will be up to you to dismiss them entirely or at the very least research them.

He also reiterated a false story about Donald Trump that has been refuted many times. But like most of his lies, the main stream media never seems to call him out on those lies. This came at the end of a two day campaign stop in Scranton PA which was lightly attended to say the very least.

I hope his supporters know that a vote for him in November will be for Kamala Harris the least liked VP in our time and most certainly the least intelligent because at his mental decline he won't last another 4 years. Are We Really a United States of America?

In the past decade I have wondered if we are actually a United States. The partisan politics have driven us much farther apart than we have even been as a nation. Unlike in Civil War times when we were divided by geographic areas such as North and South.

Now our divide is seen as Conservative and Liberal. Issues are driving us apart as a group, the law abiding vs. lawlessness, energy independent vs. green energy, climate change believers vs climate change deniers, open border promoters vs. legal immigration constitutionalists.

Everything that seems to be in contention seems to come from the left and right coastal states vs. the interior of America. There has even been talk about secession of some states from the union, and even some conservative areas of one state leaving for another state.

So the question is, are we united at all in America?

In the past the thing that united us as a country was a war, and to a degree that even exists today with the neocon movement. Nothing pulls a country together faster than a common enemy, but is this the path we really want to be travelling?

This divisiveness started with the Obama Administration and still continues today. When Obama declared White Americans as the sworn enemy of everyone of color it banded many ethnic groups together in a common fight against the so called white colonization of the western world.

The recent influx of illegal immigration has now diluted the American Culture to the point of acceptance of the very foreign influences those people sought to escape. They refuse to assimilate and make demands of America to change to their will and not the other way around.

It’s a sad state of affairs in this country right now and unless some radical changes are made in 2024 I see our country going the way of the Roman Empire.

Is America Suffering from a Mass Psychosis Brought on by Government?

In the last 4 years we have been lied to so often by our government it feels as if we are in some alternate universe. They have perpetrated so many lies, each one bigger than the rest all the while declaring plausible deniability. They used social media to do their dirty work to push the Russian Hoax started by Hillary Clinton and the DNC. They continually lied to us about Covid-19 and their experimental vaccine which not only didn’t do the job but caused millions of unneeded deaths. All the while claiming they were just learning as they went along. We now know that Anthony Fauci was to blame and yet no charges as of yet.

They have flooded our country with illegal aliens to purposely dilute the citizen’s vote to a point it may never recover, our American identity might be lost forever and replaced by the identities they had in their own countries of origin. We know now that the Democrats intension is to use these illegals so they may be counted in the next census thereby increasing electoral districts to favor Democrats in the Congress.

Crime is rampant in this country, mainly by the hand of Soros campaign funds to liberal DA’s who refuse to put criminals in jail, thereby committing crime upon crime. The crime of shoplifting has been virtually been eliminated in America. Looting and car-jacking crimes have risen and yet the administration continues to lie to us about how crime has gone down and the border is more secure now than it was in decades.

Voter fraud is at an all-time high, reflected by the guilty pleas and indictments being handed down daily. Even with people going to jail for these charges the administration claims that 2020 was the most secure election in our history! Each lie they tell us is followed by a bigger lie the next day.

If something doesn’t drastically change in the next election I see our country on a fast track to monumental decline. We have almost eliminated the middle class at this point leaving our country to the very wealthy and the welfare subsidized. The upper 1% of our wage earners has increased their wealth to $44 trillion in the past 3 years.

Suicide and the Fragility of Life

I was in my twenties when I first experienced a friend dying from suicide, and at the time I viewed it as a pure expression of selfishness. As I entered middle age my view on suicide changed. I don’t know why or how but my mind started to see suicide as a grey area. I started to see extenuating circumstances as somewhat logical reasoning for the decisions of the victim.

The next friend that committed suicide was when I was in my mid-thirties and had been given a cancer diagnosis two weeks prior to his demise. I was starting to see the logical thinking side of such a decision, even though I’m not sure I could ever carry such a thing out, I could see why they made such a decision.

The next friend that exited this world from his own hand was just recently, in fact in the last week, but this one baffled me. I had always liked this guy, in fact he was a customer of mine when I had my business and we stayed friends for almost 30 years. He had seemed upbeat although he hated Maryland and had contracted to build a house in Florida, so he and his wife could retire there. The house build was taking longer than anticipated and he was growing weary of the wait.

We would see each other often at Cars and Coffee, but I hadn’t seen him since last fall. I received a call from another friend in common this weekend when he said ..”Did you hear about…..?” My heart sank as I said nooooooo what about him? Then the devastating news came.

Obviously he must have had some demons in his soul that he wasn’t able to deal with, and he didn’t let anyone else see them.

 I thought he was so looking forward to Florida and the move. He had sold his big house and had rented a condo here just waiting for the new house to be completed. But now that is just a memory and I worry for his widow at this point. They both treated me well in all the years of our friendship, and now the survivors mourn for his loss.

Sometimes the world can be so cruel and inflict damage on us that not many others see.

But I see suicide differently now, more rapidly as I approach my seventies than I did when I was in my twenties. Sadly the survivors will forever go without answers.

Life is strange that way sometimes.

National Park System to cut down Cherry Trees in D.C. in the Name of Climate Change

It would appear that the Climate Change activists have taken control in Washington D.C. As they wait until after the Cherry Blossom Festival the fate of those trees has been sealed. Over 300 Trees, 158 of which are Cherry trees will be removed to build a seawall to Protect Washington from their supposed raising seawater claim.

The $113 million dollar project is just part of Biden’s green policy with no real basis on actual sea rise on the Potomac. At the present rate of rise of the oceans in the last 122 years of just 8 inches it would take 1800 years to become a cataclysmic event.

They claim this will fend off rising waters for the next 100 years in D.C., but there is no proof if that claim either.

Someone is getting rich off the climate change hysteria but it’s certainly not the taxpayer!

What Does the Center for Disease Control have to do with the Second Amendment?

Ever since the 2020, the Covid era, I have been worried about the massive control the government had over the public under the guise of a “health crisis.” I even alluded to such when I foresaw the coming wave. I said in previous articles, and here that if the government had such power in the health sector that shortly they would use “health safety” to effectively remove the Second Amendment.

Never in my wildest imagination did I even consider that the CDC would be the last hold out to limit the Whitehouse’s influence on defensive gun statistics. The FBI has statistics on gun defense but I’m certain with the politicization of the FBI those stats have now been removed also.

The whole crux of the situation revolved around the CDC’s stats claiming that over 2.5 million times guns were successfully used in defensive acts per year. An advocacy group “Gun Violence Archives” that promotes stricter gun laws started to contact the CDC in 2022 about how they thought the CDC’s number were wrong and their stance was that in only 1000 cases were guns used to in self-defense per year.

These individuals doggedly went after the CDC to change their stats and time after time they were denied. It was then that this group went around the CDC directly to the Whitehouse and offered their point of view which of course the Biden Administration took and ran with. The Whitehouse eventually pressured the CDC to replace the stats with a promise to do more studies.

This flies in the face of every study that was done on the matter including a study ordered by then President Obama which stated 3 million defenses per year.

Now that the Whitehouse has control of the CDC on gun control everything from now on will be considered “Gun Science.”…..Follow the science right?.......Where have we heard that lie before?

Dems: “The 2020 Election was the most Secure in History”

It seems every week we see more and more actual accounts of voter fraud in our news feed. This account comes from Philadelphia Pennsylvania where election judges were being bribed to sway election results at the actual voting machines, not through ballot stuffing.

Disgraced Former US Congressman Michael J Myers has pled guilty to stuffing the ballot boxes for Democratic candidates in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. The only reason he wasn’t charged in 2020 was that all his accomplices have already pled guilty to those same years and he avoided his part in the 2020 election.

Only through a federal investigation, subsequent indictment, and prosecution did this scheme come to light.

Ex-congressman Myers faced up to 60 years in jail and a $1 million dollar fine. Consequently the Judge in the case only gave him 2 ½ years in jail, even after his previous bribery conviction!

We constantly hear about how secure our voting system is from the far left. Both sides of the aisle know that is naïve at best.

The American people know the only way to secure voting is through paper ballots and no mail in voting except for the military, and even that needs to be improved upon.

Another problem area is nursing homes as those ballots are notoriously wrought with fraud.

Judge Rules; It’s Unconstitutional to Deny Guns based on Immigration Status

US District Court Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman has ruled that the Second Amendment applies to people illegally in our country as much as it does our citizens.

In a case before her Judge Coleman stated that because Heriberto-Carbajal-Flores had a job and no arrest record he was entitled to possess a hand gun for personal protection during the riots in the Chicago area in 2020.

Several points have not been addressed in this ruling, #1 being if Flores is in this country illegally how can Judge Coleman know he has no arrest record? #2 The basis of her ruling is on his short stay in this country but doesn’t address his record in his original country of origin. #3 Did Flores have to go through an FBI background check like all citizens do before purchasing the weapon? #4 Was the weapon legally purchased? #5 Why was Flores arrested in the first place? Too many unanswered questions,

Judge Coleman, an Obama appointee actually trains other Judges on how to be a Judge. She also trains Judges in DEI and family law.

Her interpretation on the second amendment is totally flawed because she blurs the line between citizen and non-citizen. Coleman is an officer of the court and as such it is her job to follow the Constitution not bend it her own beliefs. I personally think she should be removed from the bench and actually disbarred.

In my opinion this falls into the category of “You can’t make this stuff up!”

With the rising crime rates from MS-13 gang members from multiple Central American countries this ruling puts all citizens at risk!

Criminal Charges Against those who perpetrated the Covid Hoax is Gaining Traction

As I reported in the beginning of March about possibly indicting Anthony Fauci, the ground swell of Attorneys’ General have taken up the cause.

Two attorneys working pro-bono in Florida have amassed quite a few criminal violations on the people involved in the cover up of the Covid-19 situation. Not only are they coming after Anthony Fauci, but they are coming after quite a few of his accomplices.

They attorneys have compiled a list of violations and the people that perpetrated those violations. This list was then handed over to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and also to 22 Attorneys’ General in Texas along with a 27 page brief on the possible charges.

Similar briefs are soon to be filed in Louisiana and South Carolina.

The people to be charged in the brief are:

Dr Anthony Fauci

Cliff Lane

Francis Collins

Deborah Birx

Rochelle Walensky

Stephen Hahn

Robert Redfield

Peter Daszak

Rick Bright

Administrators of Texas Area hospitals 

Charges range from: 

Capital Murder

Murder

Manslaughter

Trafficking of persons

Racketeering through organized crime activity

Injury to children, elderly, and disabled persons

Abandoning or endangering a child, elderly or disabled persons

Unlawful restraint 

This effort is presently being funded by “Fight like a Flynn” PAC headed by retired National Security Advisor Gen Michael Flynn. 

Hopefully justice can finally be granted to the people that all lost loved ones in the horrible misinformation and false narrative hoax by our government

Biden Closes Southern Border by Executive Order!

Although President Biden has claimed in the past that he has no power to close the southern border by Executive Order, today someone changed his point of view on the subject.

Undisclosed high ranking sources within the Whitehouse have revealed that President #44 whispered into Biden’s wrinkled ear that his perception was incorrect and that he could in fact close the border by executive order.

On March 31, 2024 Biden signed EO 14122 virtually shutting down our southern border with Mexico.

The Collapse of the Key Bridge was an Accident, here’s why

Last Tuesday in the early morning hours the DALI, a South Korean built container ship registered in Singapore, registering some 980 feet in length, 158 feet in width and displacing 148,000 tons rammed into one of the supporting structures of the Francis Scott Key Bridge which virtually sealed the entrance to the second busiest port in America.

While tragic in nature because of the loss of human life, things could have been worse. Had the Transportation Police not closed off the bridge due to a mayday call from the pilots on the ship the loss of life would have been far worse. This is the first indication that this was not an intentional act. If it had been intentional no warning would have been given. Secondly there are far more deadly targets available to terrorists in the Baltimore area. I won’t go into them here because I wouldn’t want to put ideas in their head. I will say however that other bridges would be better targets for a terrorist act.

The Dali hasn’t been on the water long. The keel was laid in October 2014 and finished before that year’s end. Some conspiracy theorists are blaming the accident on outdated navigation equipment which isn’t true because no matter how old the ship there are requirements as to the equipment they all need to have so that point is moot. Some are saying that the fuel was contaminated which to me seems comical at the very least. These types of container ships use HFO (heavy fuel oil.) The viscosity of this oil is so thick, it is said that a man can actually walk on it! It is just two steps in refinement from the oil used in asphalt production. To burn this fuel extreme heaters are needed to melt it down to the viscosity to burn. So as you can see, to claim the fuel could be somehow contaminated is ridiculous.

The DALI is no stranger to accidents in the past either, and not from the same Captains either. She collided with a berth in Antwerp, Belgium in 2016 causing serious damage to her stern and transom.

Some people think that because the “fly by wire” systems in these ships that computer hacking is possible because those systems aren’t encrypted. I am no ship’s engineer but I highly doubt the transmission of commands is done through Wi-Fi but rather hardwiring within the ship thus making the command impervious to outside hacking.

Too many people seem to think that today’s technology is technical perfection. Nothing could be farther from the truth. IMO the more technology you use the more possibilities for failure.

They call these tragedies accidents for a reason. Not everything is cut in stone there can always be equipment failures and not everything is a terrorist attack.

Why a Narcissist assumes you’re Stupid

Because the narcissist’s grandiose sense of self- importance the narc will always think you are the less educated of the two. Of course when you compare any two people there will usually one that is more intelligent than the other. One point you need to consider with a narcissist is that is that ever since their younger years they have always thought of themselves as superior.

As a result of this they never have the inclination to expand their horizons and to continue their education of life so to speak. Development of the normal person is different however. The well- adjusted person always seeks to better themselves and learn throughout their life span. The narcissist sees no need to improve because they see themselves as way above average even if they aren’t.

As I addressed in an earlier article, the narcissist only gets worse through time. As you can imagine if that narcissist actually attended a school of higher education they would have learned a little bit in the first few years but near the end they probably thought that they were smarter than the teacher and held the idea that they could probably teach the teacher.

One thing that most narcissists lack is a sense of logical thinking which can put them at a severe disadvantage when dealing with a well-adjusted person or as we say, someone with street smarts. Creative thinking is not one of their strong suits. They see the world as theirs and you are just visiting, anything outside the realm of what they see as righteous and normal has no place in their life.

As a result of this thinking pattern everyone else is stupid in comparison in their eyes.

Professionals such as doctors, lawyers, politicians can easily fall into the darkness of narcissism, I’m sure you already know a few.
