Obama Violates the Logan Act in England Today

The Logan Act basically says that nobody may usurp the power of the Presidency and have unauthorized negotiations that undermines the positions of government.

That didn’t stop Barack Obama from showing up unannounced a 10 Downing Street on Monday demanding to see the Prime Minister Rishi Sunak. A meeting was granted and lasted about an hour.

Although nobody is really talking about the context of the meeting one has to question what the meeting was all about. Is Barack Obama actually doing negotiations with the UK on Biden’s behalf and if so does he have the credentials to do so?

It also begs the question….Who IS the real President in America? Is this merely Obama’s third term and Biden is merely his puppet?

I think the American people need answers on not only this but many other issues facing our nation.

Didn’t Barack Obama do enough damage to our country in 8 years or did he need another 4 to finally accomplish his total destruction of the United States of America?

Biden and the UN Offer Interest Free Loans for Illegals to Fly Here

We already knew that non-governmental organizations were funding the southern invasion, but now other players are emerging. It seems that through a UN program called IOM Migration Program and our own State Department are funneling taxpayer dollars to offer illegals interest free loans to fly here.

The strange part is that they aren’t loans at all because there is no punishment for non-repayment. While people in this country struggle to make ends meet in this period of harsh inflation the government is flying illegals all over the country for free.

The recent arrest of 228 people in Florida by Sheriff Grady Judd for human and sex trafficking has uncovered even stranger scenarios of how our government flies prostitutes to major cities for free to meet their “Johns.”

So the UN and our own State Department are actually in the human trafficking trade, and yet our Congress won’t do a thing to cut off their money supply.

Continuing resolution after continuing resolution are passed without consequences and we the people are footing the bill!

The Spying Narcissist

Anyone who has come in contact with a Narcissist knows the terms, gaslighting, devaluing, grandiosity, and projection. Projection is what I want to address today. Normally the narcissist will project their own short comings on you. As one person said once, “An accusation from a narcissist is actually a confession.”

How many of you have heard accusations such as….”Why are you always spying on me?” “You are the one with the mental health problems, not me.” “People have told me about you!” All confessions of their sagging self-esteem.

The projection of “Why are you always spying on me?” is a direct admission of what they are doing to you! They have been doing it all along without your knowledge at first. They search you on the internet they gather as much information about you as possible. They go on social media, they find out who your friends are there. They setup false accounts and send you friend requests. They find out your hobbies and interests so they can “shape shift.” In much the same way a chameleon can adapt to its surroundings a narcissist can remold themselves to your interests and likes in the love bombing stage.

In short they spy on you constantly and they will do so until the discard stage (whether it’s you doing the discarding or them.) Just be aware they are the one’s doing the surveillance, not you!

In my case the narc dragged me back into court claiming I was in contempt of court for violating a peace order for doing surveillance on him. But after presenting many photographs that he took of me INSIDE my home the Judge finally started to realize that the narc was the one doing the spying on me, admonished him, and dismissed the case.

In my state along with 12 others have what they are known as Two Party Consent States which means they need the consent of both parties to record, video, or photograph another person when there is an expectation of privacy, ( especially inside the curtilage of their own home.) You might want to look into those laws in your home state.

You should also look into the definition of stalking laws in your state also as they vary from state to state. And above all…document, document, document, it’s your best defense against the narcissist, because they always trip up eventually with their lies.

Rumination as it Pertains to Boomers and Property

A close friend of mine and I were talking about home ownership problems today. And we are both facing older home deterioration issues. We both addressed the problems of our ancestral homes earlier in our years. We both saw upgrades of “40 year warranties” as our purchasing points. Now 20 and 30 years into the future we are seeing accelerated failures at an alarming rate.

Not only that but we are starting to see that our once “upgraded” modifications are not either upgraded but now substandard and in some cases not even up to code anymore.

My once 40 year roof not even 25 years in is regarded as in a severe rate of failure according to my home owners insurance.

It seems that all of our neighbors regard our houses as “knockdowns.” It doesn’t matter that we have maintained our houses to a high standard. We are struggling to keep our heads above water to no avail.

The young millennials seems to want to purchase a house with no property in this day in age. They either want a postage stamp built on top of a shopping mall or they only want a condo where they have no have any real investment into the land.

The old “Boomers” such as my buddy and myself don’t really understand the new realm of buyers.

We understand the respect of land transference from our parents to us and we hold that dear to our hearts and we see that as something that we need to hold onto.

As my buddy asked today because of our ruminations ….. “What happened between today and when we were kids?”

I replied because we were stupid back then, we had no idea the ramifications of what our actions would have become back then.

And it’s totally true, back then we were new to the stage so to speak, we had no clue as to what our actions would be construed as either for good or for bad. We just picked a course and did it.

We just went blindly onto life as adolescents.

As we age we start to understand the ramifications of poor decisions. As a result we constantly second guess ourselves.

We wonder if our decisions are correct. We can’t sleep wondering if the past decisions are correct or if we should have made an alternate decision.

I don’t know if we have made the best decisions toward keeping our homesteads in a historic site status or if the new generation just wants to tear it all down.

But the questions begs… do you just want it to subdivide the land or do you want it for an historic homestead?

I’m willing to sell it for either but don’t try to steal the acres either.

Come to me with a fair market value on just the property or walk on by.

Land developers want to offer us half the land values alone, but not even mentioning the landfall profits they would make in subdivision of the property.

My point in all this is…as we age we constantly wonder if either we have made the right decision on anything or if our future decision is correct.

Worry and anxiety seems to come with age, but as my dear Mother used to say “And this too will pass.”

Drug Use and the SOTU Address vs Past Presidents

Even Stevie Wonder could see the difference in declining Joe’s demeanor at the State of the Union Address. Biden was not only combatant but downright divisive in his attack for every citizen that didn’t see his way. His demeanor was very different from the past speeches. Although he was semi-focused on MAGA supporters, a.k.a. Trump supporters.

Certain outlets saw his dilated pupils as an indication that somehow Uncle Joe was being propped up by drugs.

Say it ain’t so America. There is lots of proof that world leaders have been propped up in the past by drugs and stimulants. The most prominent example of course is Adolph Hitler.

But American presidents have also had the same accusations including FDR, JFK and that doesn’t include the immediate families. We have already seen the drug use by Bill Clinton (but I never inhaled) including Barack Obama.

So if you think that a possible drug infusion wasn’t possible before Biden’s State of the Union address  you are delusional. It is not only possible but probable.

Fauci Might get Prosecuted After All!

In testimony on Capitol Hill Yesterday Dr. Robert Redfield former director of the CDC formally dispelled almost every claim that Anthony Fauci had previously made in his multiple committee testimonies.

Redfield exposed Fauci’s funding scheme and his subsequent briberies to various doctors to change their assessment of the Corona virus’s origin.

Folks this is a bombshell testimony by Fauci’s top boss. There was a reason Redfield wasn’t on Fauci’s Covid-19 team. He knew the real story, but only recently was given a chance to testify before congress on Fauci’s perjured testimonies of the past.

Redfield served as the head of the CDC from 2018 to 2021.

From his testimony yesterday it would appear that he was never a fan of Anthony Fauci or his back door tactics to fund gain of function research in conjunction with the Chinese Army’s lab in Wuhan China.

Terrorist Attack is Imminent

At a National Sherriff’s Conference held just 4 weeks ago in Washington D.C., the FBI told those present that a terrorist attack will be coming. Terrorists have been flooding our country since 2020 and more are on the way.

The Chinese seem to be the biggest threat for cyber attack, but many more have crossed our southern and northern borders from 160 different countries that wish us harm.

The FBI said, “It’s not if they will attack, it’s when.”

It’s a sad day when even the politicized FBI has to admit that there are people here wishing us harm, when it’s the Whitehouse that has allowed it.

Joe Biden, Wray, and Mayorkas are the ones violating their oath of office by not protecting its citizens.

The Narcissist and Flying Monkeys

I always referred to this as building allies but there is an actual term for this that Psychiatrists use called flying monkeys. Yes it is a reference to the Wizard of Oz.

I can only talk about certain circumstances that relate directly to me, so I’ll try to impart that to you. The Narcissist tries to recruit people to their side against you. It always involves falsehoods and outright lies against their victim.

In my marriage it involved a bunch of women that my spouse used to invite over to my house, always when I wasn’t home. One night when I arrived home after one of their meetings, they attacked me in force about their “man hatred.” I have to admit I was blindsided but as a result never allowed them back in the house again. It seemed that she had told them some lie about me. Monkeys abound they were flying all about!

Fast forward to the new Malignant Narcissist. One day I observed the Narcissist was walking up our mutual property line with his two adolescent children in tow. Once at the top of the property he continued to walk down the heavily congested street out front which is pretty narrow with a child in each hand. I kept thinking to myself he’s going to get killed on that street with those kids.

He was on a mission to the neighbor on the other side of me dragging his two sacrificial lambs with him. I could see this all play out from my recliner in the man cave.

Once he had arrived he struck up a conversation with the other neighbor in his back yard with his two children in hand (I had never seen him holding their hands like that before.) I can only assume that he was using his two kids as pawns in the game of his diabolical narcissism. They stood in the other neighbor’s backyard staring and pointing to my property all the while holding the children’s hands.

Once he returned to his property he released the kid’s hands and they were on their own.

He has texted me multiple times in the past “all the neighbors warned me about you.” Which was wishful thinking on his part as only he met very few since he moved in 3 years ago. The rest of the neighbors amount to over 10 now and don’t really like him or his attitude towards his neighbors. The rest of the neighbors have lived harmoniously together in this area for decades and don’t spread lies about each other.

Flying Monkeys……the recruitment of people against you, be prepared for it…. the question is not if but when!

Tips for Dealing with Narcissists

Narcissism is more prevalent than most people think, the conservative estimate now is that one out of every 6 people has Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Those numbers seem to be climbing each year.

I constantly see articles and videos that claim “How to beat a Narcissist,” or “How to live with a Narcissist,” even “How to understand a Narcissist.”

I am here to tell you that with over 40 years’ experience with a Grandiose Narcissistic spouse and now a Malignant Narcissist neighbor, those ideas fall on deaf ears with me.

It normally takes a while for you to see the habitual lying, the constant gaslighting, the continual personal insults to see this for what it is it is nothing more than mental abuse.

It took me years to put a name to it, but we are talking 40 years ago, the beginning of the internet and a time where the words Narcissistic Personality Disorder was still new in the field of Psychology.

I was first told about the disorder by a friend after a lengthy discussion about my marriage. He listened patiently and after a few hours he said to me, “I want you to research this term NPD, once you have done it get back to me.”

Well this opened a whole new world to me, I was seeing one tactic after another that a typical Narcissist uses. She had degraded, lied, and gaslighted me almost our entire marriage. Back in that time chatrooms were becoming a popular way of communicating with people of like interests on the internet. I was shocked after joining one such group on Narcissism. I wasn’t as shock by the subject matter than I was about how many people were in the group….thousands!

I’ve written most of my life so I decided to keep a journal and the subsequent progression of my marriage. I went for counseling both marriage and individual for 7 years before the Psychiatrist said there wasn’t anything else to see me for, but he wanted to see my spouse separately. That was the end of that because in her eyes I was the one with problems not her. I was now planning my escape.

Sadly I waited way to long but I made a pact with myself that once our son graduated from college the marriage would be over. I missed that goal by 3 weeks but it was finally done.

Because narcissists love the interaction, the back and forth, so to speak. The interaction can mild or even screaming, but the narcissist gets their “supply” from that interaction. If you refuse the supply the rejection stage is just around the corner for you.

The only real way to get away from the Narcissist is to cut off any and all communication. If you are dealing with a spouse and have underage children that you share custody with only communicate in one form, whether it be email or texts. Keep all communication to as few words as possible and DOCUMENT EVERYTHING.

Don’t wait for years down the road to try to recall certain incidents because over time those recollections will become clouded, it’s just human nature. This documentation is really necessary because if you are dealing with the legal system in any way, you will find out that Judges are easily fooled by a Narcissist’s tactics in the beginning. Just remember how long it took you to discover it. Month, date, time of day, and year in your journal will show a judge your diligence and record keeping skills.

Please understand there is no such a thing as getting even with a Narcissist because they don't have the social restraints we have as normal people. There is nothing they won't do or boundary they won't cross to hurt you. We would never act the way they do because we have empathy and wouldn't want someone to do that to us. Never let a Narcissist know that their intimidation is working, even if it is causing you great mental anguish and anxiety. These are the very things they feed on and fear is one of those things.

In court keep as unemotional as possible and expect the lies and accusations to come as they always do. Hire a lawyer that is experienced in this type of behavior, but when interviewing them use catch phrases such “supply” and “gaslighting” to see if they truly grasp the concept otherwise the whole situation may be lost on them also. In your journal NEVER mention the word Narcissism in any form as the court will see you as a self-professed Psychiatrist, and that is the last thing you need.

One legal device they will used is “peace order” in some states it’s a “restraining order” or even a “Domestic abuse order.” These are what is called Ex parte orders and require no proof to be enacted it is merely the petitioner’s complaint against you. They are about $100 to execute and could cost you a lot of money for legal representation on your part. The court doesn’t wait around to enact these ex parte orders. From inception to court date is 6 days in my state.

It would be wise to have a lawyer ready on your side to defend you in the possibility of such charges. Once heard in court the judge will normally extend the temporary order to a period of 6 months of no contact. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that will be the end of the peace order either. The Malignant Narcissist will probably send you threatening letters through his attorney claiming yet more lies about how you violated the peace order and will file a contempt of court petition, to which you will have to respond with an attorney once again.

Now if you defend yourself well and your attorney represented you perfectly and the contempt of court petition was denied, it still doesn’t mean the end of it. The petitioner has 30 days to apply for an appeal. If the appeal is granted the case will now go from district court to circuit court and be heard all over again as if the original peace order never happened.

Sadly this how our court systems work. I my case the peace order has now expired and we are once again on hold awaiting his application for appeal. As you can see this can be a revolving door for a lying Narcissist and a legal nightmare for the victim.

In conclusion there is only one way to deal with a Narcissist and that is to severe all contact PERIOD! Eventually they will see that you no longer give them the supply they need and they will move on to a new victim that they already have waiting in the wings. There is no way to “win” here only to survive. Try to keep your emotions in check and understand they are the ones who lack empathy, morals, and respect for anything. It is up to you to keep your sanity through this tough journey, just know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and it’s not always an oncoming train. Treat yourself well!

The Arrogance can be Astounding

A recent article on Buzzfeed castigating the “Older Generation” certainly has many holes in the theory.

The arrogance begins immediately as they ask, “What doesn’t the older generation understand about wealth and income?” That question is obviously an aggressive attack on “Boomers.”

They question the idea of buying a home rather than renting because, “The average house in my area is 10 times my annual income.” What isn’t addressed is what most boomers did in their day. They searched outlying areas and homes they could actually afford rather than purchase a home in an area they couldn’t. Obviously the writer feels entitled to buy a home in the neighborhood of their preference.

They blame society for their decision to go into debt in the form of student loans. When I grew up I took the word “loan” seriously. If I couldn’t afford the payments I didn’t buy the item where it be a car a house or student loan, which I never did.

I purchased my first home at age 20 the mortgage scared the hell out of me. The house cost $35,000 and during settlement the final pay off amount of the loan was revealed as $125,000. This was the true amount of the loan not the selling price. That represented 21 times my annual income at the time of purchase. My budget figured that I would have $5.00 left over at the end of the month.

I took a loan as seriously as I took my marriage vows.

I think I understood income and wealth far more than the writer of this article. They don’t share the same seriousness that I share about loan debt. If the student loans had actually stayed with the banks rather than the government under Obama there would be no student forgiveness programs. Students would be expected to actually pay back loans. This is a great life lesson to learn, that you actually do what you promised.

What is next on loan forgiveness? Maybe home loans, maybe auto loans?
“All according to their needs.”…..isn’t that the socialist mantra?

I find it humorous how the writer of this article doesn’t put their name on such an aggressive biased piece of trash.

Final Stages of Narcissism

As I stated in a previous article narcissism never heals itself. In a normal person hopefully we all improve ourselves throughout life to make ourselves the best we can be. The narcissist however degrades their moral compass so to speak as they age. Some can actually stay at one point for extended periods of time but eventually they worsen.

The run of the mill Grandiose Narcissist may stay that way for a long time but the need to get even with some past acquaintance that they have ruminated about for years, sometimes even decades can get the best of them.

All narcissists lack empathy, a moral compass and feel the need to degrade their victims that they see as weak or less deserving of acceptance.

What I want to address today is the end stages of Narcissism and that is the Sociopath and the Psychopath. I separate these two as end stage because these individuals are the most dangerous kind of narcissists. They find a sadistic pleasure in the abuse they deal out. Boundaries, social norms and societal acceptance mean nothing to them. They even scoff at laws and regulations as being beneath them. They often think that either that law wasn’t meant for them or that the law is just stupid anyway. As a result they do whatever they want, they have no boundaries they won’t cross.

A malignant narcissist often flies into rages that are disproportionate to the perceived slight or shall we say blow to their fragile ego. Even small critiques of their actions can drive them into a crazy frenzy.

Stalking is yet another action they see as a normal reaction to your moralistic stance, and in doing so they are participating in terrorism that is perfectly justified in their mind.

The normal individual sees laws as societies’ way of self-regulation, a way for people to learn respect for others and to show a degree of dignity for those around them.

The Malignant Narcissist has no acceptance for people like that in fact they loath them and see them as weak. The Sociopathic Narcissist derives pleasure in the pain they inflict in a sadistic way. Often you can see a slight smile on their face while handing out such emotional abuse.

They Psychopathic is the end stage narcissist and the leap isn’t much but the Psychopathic Narcissist wants to see you dead, they want you out of the picture entirely, and will stop at nothing to obtain their final goal.

How quickly they get to this point depends on what stage of Narcissism they started out with. As I stated before there is a scale of 21 degrees of narcissism. How quickly they ascend depends on how effective they have become in their abuse. One who gets constant supply and feedback on how devastating they can be always wants to go one step further the next time. As such they keep honing their skills of abuse to get the desired reaction from their victims.

As a result of this end stage narcissism one must be very careful as they are the most dangerous.

Disclaimer: As I said before, I am not a psychiatrist or am I a psychologist and this article is not about diagnosing anyone. Formal diagnosis is the job for professionals and can take a long while. All I can do is relate my personal experiences with narcissism and the degrees that I have seen.

 Clinical Psychologist Dr Ramani seems to disagree with the idea of Psychopaths and Malignant Narcissists are somehow related and if the narcissist can become Psychopaths. She believes there is a genetic pathway to Psychopathy that just isn't there in Narcissists. However there is a link of progression to Sociopathy. Watch the video here:

Like Beef? Not for Long in the Biden Regime!

Joe Biden’s Climate Change agenda is threatening your way of life in many ways, but this yet one more. Through executive fiat and massive regulations on the beef industry your preferences may come to an end.

Many food processing plants have already been sold to out of the country companies have been sold abroad. One classic example is Smithfield products, long associated to the ham products from Smithfield Virginia. It is now a Chinese owned company called WH Group. The company was bought in 2013 for $4.72 billion and now imports pork products from Poland, Mexico, Romania, Germany, Slovakia and the UK. As you can see what was once a family owned entity whose product was once a company that was the largest pork slaughter house in America has been farmed out abroad.

The Beef industry is now being raided by governmental regulations and executive fiat in the name of climate change. The largest cattle farms in the US are being strangled to death by our government, in the woke idea of “You will have nothing and you will enjoy it!”

The advancement of the Bill Gates idea of eating bugs and imitation veggie burgers instead of the actual meat products has taken on a new life in the theoretical advancement of “climate change.”

As the supply dwindles the prices rise leaving the consumer in the lurch and denied a product they want.

The Biden Regime has taken on the cause to deny Americans of yet one more thing!

This Should Scare the Hell out of Every American!

The Uniparty in the Senate gave every American the middle finger when they voted to send more money to Ukraine and Israel but denied money to stop the southern invasion. Sadly it’s not just the southern border now but an invasion has started on the northern border with Canada also under the Trudeau regime who shares the same open border ideas as Biden.

Under the Biden regime the total of 8.6 million illegal immigrants have invaded our country, and it’s not just Mexicans. The invasion is coming from around the world and so far we have apprehended 2200 terrorists that were on our watch list from entering our country. I don’t know how many more escaped capture, but you can bet it was only the smartest ones.

Our country and resources are being torn apart at the seams and those in Congress are doing nothing to stop it. At least the House is pushing back, but when I see Senators that I thought were Conservatives such as Grassley and Kennedy vote for the bill I start to question the legitimacy of our Congress.

This is my state of Maryland and the impact this invasion has had on our economy. We now rank 11^th in the nation on the invasion. Since Biden opened the border, our influx of illegal aliens to our state has ballooned to 350,000! That’s a total increase of 5.66%. They have over run our hospital systems with unpaid child births to the tune of 121,000 babies! They have over run our school system by 117,000 students. All these figures place a direct drain on resources with no chance of repayment.

How is this illegal surge even sustainable? Why are illegal aliens receiving more money per month than our own Social Security recipients who have paid into the system for decades? How is it that they are being given free flights to any city that they wish to go and free lodging in $500 a night hotels while our Veterans languish on the streets?

This has to end in some way or shape or our country will cease to exist.

It’s been a long time coming but the backlash is happening and it’s BIG! Beginning in January the main stream media is purging. They are hemorrhaging employees at an alarming rate. It seems funny to me because America has tired of their political bias and continual falsehoods.

Tens of thousands of jobs are already gone!

I think that the Covid-19 era is when America started doubting them full time. With increasing injury claims due to the vaccine the public wasn’t buying into the government narrative that was being pushed through the MSM proxies. American’s aren’t stupid even though the MSM seems to think so.

The “print media” has been the first to fail, magazines have lost their base due to credibility and trust issues. America in general isn’t buying into the woke agenda in magazines that promote obesity as a healthy life style such as Sports Illustrated recently exemplified. Now Sport Illustrated is basically dead!

The online leftist agenda is failing also, millennials and Gen z’rs are being released from their opinion and commentary status masquerading as “news.” Now they are whining about it complaining that they never made that much of a living in the first place.

The basis of Capitalism is supply and demand, if there is no more demand for leftist propaganda the supply must dwindle.

It all boils back down to credibility, if the narrative you are pushing isn’t credible advertisers and subscribers will dry up.

Companies now are learning the hard lessons also. Why in the world would a company display their political agenda when there is a possibility that they could lose half their base? Same way with actors and athletes, why is their political stance any more important than your own?

It just doesn’t make any sense why these companies would shoot themselves in the foot to merely push an agenda.

The Great Emancipator or a Wholesale Violator?

It is said that history is written by the winner, and in this case it is certainly true. If I told you that a President had actually jailed newspaper editors that printed articles that weren’t flattering to his administration. What if I told you that same President had jailed a Supreme Court Justice that didn’t agree with him? What would happen if a President suspended Habeas Corpus in America?

I think you may already know where I’m going with this by the title of the article but we actually must visit the violations of the American Constitution. In an attempt to keep Maryland from succeeding from the Union, President Lincoln did all the afore mentioned violations including jailing elected officials and interfering with elections within the State.

Because Maryland is so close to Washington DC Lincoln couldn’t risk losing a state so close to the capitol, so his tactics were suspect to say the least. Maryland was actually split down the middle as far as Union supporters and Southern sympathizers.

Did Lincoln actually run for President as an abolitionist? One can look at campaign quotes to judge for themselves. Today without a doubt his views would not be considered racist, but even back then they may have been, as were a lot of his contemporaries.

Was the Civil War fought over slavery? Absolutely NOT! The war was fought over taxes as evidenced here, contrary to the history rewriters of the 20^th century. Imagine a 40% tax in this day in age!

Was Lincoln the Great Emancipator that he was professed to be? Well not exactly. The Emancipation Proclamation was a Presidential Proclamation that was later voted on and ratified by Congress and became law. If you read the summary of the text you will find that he only declared freedom of the slaves in the Southern States involved in succession, and offered them a job in the Union Army as a consolation, I'm sure the huge death count of troops on both sides played a part in his decision. The way the proclamation was worded read that if any state came back to the union that freedom would be null and void. Once you read the actual Proclamation rather than just take someone’s word for it you will see the inconsistencies.

Of course Lincoln never lived to see his Proclamation ratified. But it certainly proves that history is written by the victor.

Was Lincoln a saint or a villain? Only you can decide after finally having the other side of him exposed. You must admit though you now get to see the dark side you never saw before.

The Revolving Door of Narcissism

Sadly almost everyone will come in contact with a Narcissist in life, whether it be in the form of a spouse, a parent, a boss, or even a neighbor. Wading through that relationship can feel like tiptoeing through a mine field in the dark.

For those who have never encountered a Narcissist let me explain, a Narcissist is a person who has a grandiose feeling of superiority and dominance over their victims. To accomplish that task they use several different attacks but it usually starts out surprisingly enough with adoration of their new victim. Usually showering them with compliments that seem not only out of place but extremely over the top. This is not to say that anyone who compliments you is a Narcissist but overly complimenting you should raise a red flag. Usually they are good at slowly taking you in at first but increasing their tactics over time, so you rarely see it coming.

Intuition is the single biggest attribute that the victim must listen to. If you feel something is not quite right or off you shouldn’t dismiss it. As humans we have this sixth sense that alerts us to the possible dangers we may encounter with certain people, not all of these people will be Narcissists but we are able to pick and choose who to interact with. There is no written code saying that you must accept everyone equally.

The next biggest item a Narcissist uses is gaslighting (coined from a 1944 movie called Gaslight.) This a form of Psychological abuse aimed at making the victim question their own sanity. When used over an extended period of time it has a devastating effect on the victim. I would highly recommend watching the movie to get a better idea as to its power.

Degrees of Narcissism is on a sliding 21 level scale as has varied nuances. One Psychologist states that a normal person works daily to improve themselves and to become a better person. The Narcissist only works to hone their skills to the next level. Narcissists never heal naturally, they only get worse through time. It takes a month and sometimes years for a mental health professional to make a formal diagnosis, so as you can imagine full diagnosis is pretty rare especially because they never seek treatment on their own. Understand that Narcissism is the gateway to both Sociopathy and Psychopathy.

The mental health community says that up to 6 % of the population is Narcissistic not including the recent increase of entitlement by Millennials and Gen Zers. Some say the overall increase may double in the next decade.

Navigating the waters with a Narcissist differs with what type of relationship you have with them. Certainly you would deal with a boss differently than you would with a spouse, parent, or child. The main thing a Narcissist needs is what they call “supply.” The more supply you feed them the more power they have over you. They seek dominance and power so anything you say or do contrary to that end goal will put you in their crosshairs. They don’t strictly see your adoration, and approval of them as their supply. ANY interaction is their supply even a screaming match. It’s like the proverbial fisherman sinking the hook. Once hooked they play with you like a toy is if poking your emotions with a stick.

Most everyone has certain boundaries that we say can never be crossed, but a Narcissist is an expert at making you stretch your boundaries to suit themselves. Understand though, a Narcissist has no boundaries and never has. They will push and push your buttons just for the response regardless if it’s good or bad. It’s the back and forth they enjoy not particularly the subject matter.

They are emotional vampires, they want you to react to them through emotion because their actions are a result of emotion rather than logic, and they want you to be just like them. NEVER share an emotional weakness with them, it WILL come back to haunt you!

They view themselves as the puppet masters because nobody is as smart, or as informed as they are and everyone else is beneath them and must conform to their view. Rules, laws and regulations were never made for them, there is nothing they won’t do to accomplish their goal. Remember they have NO boundaries.

Projection: Another tactic they use. You will often see them accusing you of the very things they are doing to you or claiming shortcomings in your character which are actually their own shortcomings. Accusations are normally confessions with a Narcissist.

Anyone who has endured the scars of a spousal relationship at the hands if a Narcissist will carry those scars for life. Sadly it places a certain amount of cynicism in their nature as they try to move on in life.

As a victim of a Narcissistic spousal relationship it took me over a year to finally regain my self- esteem. Not only did I have to rebuild my self-worth I had to modify how I reacted to the common triggers she used to use, because I didn’t want to bring that behavior into a new relationship. Recovery from an abusive relationship is tough but the scars always remain.

Personally I had put a lot of those scars to bed over the 20 years since the divorce, but sadly now that abusive behavior has been introduced into my life again. I can’t make a diagnosis of another abuser as being a Narcissist but I certainly see the same traits emerge that were present with my ex, except this one is more dangerous.

The only true way to be done with a Narcissist is remove their supply, and to do that you must cut off ANY and ALL communication. I suppose I was a little slow on the uptake of the signs with this one, but it’s all coming back now both in how to deal with him and cutting off his supply. I have severed all communication but things get tough when they use a lawyers as their own weapon of lies and deceit.

Once they see you as a liability they will seek out one or more backups for their supply just waiting in the wings for their signal to join in the dysfunction. 

I suppose I’m feeling a degree of PTSD from this latest encounter, but hopefully I can work through it.

Understand that although they project an air of perfection they in fact are tortured souls deep down, they are all insecure at heart.

I’ll leave you with one thing. I once heard a saying that pertains to this discussion; “Never wrestle with a pig in the mud because he will just enjoy it and you will just get dirty.”

Too Senile to be Charged, but just fine to be your President!

Special Counsel Robert Hur has released a report that is quite damning about Washington DC’s favorite vegetable Joe Biden. Even though Hur said in his report that Biden have willfully retained documents that he shouldn’t have, prosecution would be futile based on Biden’s current mental status.

Hur claims that a jury of Biden’s peers would be sympathetic to his condition and that a guilty verdict would be highly unlikely. He may be correct because a trial would likely be in Washington D.C. and we know from the past that no Democrat is ever convicted in D.C.

Many similarities are sited in the report between how Biden and Trump handled sensitive documents. There is one glaring difference however. Biden was then Vice President and had no power to declassify documents, only Trump as president had that power.

It seems strange that after Hur’s report, Biden in an effort to refute the idea that he was an elderly man with a bad memory only cemented Hur’s assumption as he gaffed his way through a 10 min press conference as he confused countries, leaders and even the press he was talking to.

It’s sad that Hur put himself in the seat of judge and jury to dismiss this whole obviously illegal action of private citizen Joe Biden ex-vice president.

But fear not citizens, he may be too senile to prosecute but he’s just fine to be the leader of the free world!

Think about that for a minute.

Paul Pelosi Jr Skirts 7th Indictment

Almost three years ago I wrote an article that Nancy Pelosi’s son, Paul Jr. now age 55 was arrested for fraud and I along with many of my astute readers wondered what the outcome of that arrest was. Of all strange things that happen in this search which I embarked upon just weeks ago, I came up with absolutely zero. Not one article dealt with Paul Jr., only articles about Paul Sr’s attack. I narrowed and narrowed my search but found nothing much except the original articles of his possible arrest.

I had several credible sources that claimed the arrest but the trail dropped off there, and as I found out later he slipped away from arrest that day

Now for people not familiar with his troubles, Paul Jr. was involved in many shady deals in much the way Hunter Biden and John Kerry’s son had been. Paul Jr was being investigated on seven fraudulent schemes. The SEC was hot on his trail and it seemed as if justice would finally be served, and the American public could rest assured that the DOJ would prosecute fairly.

Unfortunately the American people have been cheated once again Paul Jr. has escaped prosecution when almost all his co-conspiritors have either plea bargained or been found guilty ….all except little Paulie Jr.

And as Paul Harvey used to say: "And now you know the rest of the story."
