Let’s face it. We all lie. But telling your wife she doesn’t look fat in a dress or expressing your overwhelming love of that ugly new Hawaiian shirt your husband bought doesn’t exactly rock the world’s economies and dismantle political structures.

When it does matter is when you’re the leader of a country – the world’s once most powerful country – and your words have meaning that others depend and react on. You’re elected, expected, and sometimes rejected for the truths you’re to impart to the citizens and other world leaders.

This posting will be short and to the point because its message is simple. We’re being lied to daily. And it DOES matter. It erodes the foundation of our trust in government- and people. It creates and fosters an environment of doubt, declining confidence and leads to lives built on facts not in evidence; Half-truths and deceptions that are for self-purpose promotion or meant to destroy. Deliberate misleading actions and words spewed forth to create, justify, or further chaos, confusion and to direct the masses toward a more controlled existence and government imposed dependency.

The following lies are short, clear and telling. For if we cannot see what’s being done to this country through our own eyes of truth, if we can’t perceive that destructive force which is deliberately, constantly, sometimes delicately executed against us, then we will surely follow the great civilizations of the past who have faded into thin pages of old textbooks and placed on the shelves of history to be ignored or forgotten.

This president and his administration’s own words articulate profoundly the truths they attempted to falsely promote, and failed to deliver for whatever nefarious reasons.

On healthcare:

*Can you keep your own doctor? – NO
*Can you keep you old health plan? – NO
*Will your premiums go down? – NO
*Is this good for American businesses? – NO
*Will it create jobs? – NO
*Does the ACA reduce gov’t spending on healthcare? - NO
*Are we avoiding the dreaded “single payer” healthcare system? – NO
*Were healthcare hearings open and on CSPAN as promised? – NO
*Was a bi-partisan effort encouraged, even allowed on ACA development? – NO
*Is the ACA going to cost ONLY $750 billion and not trillions? – NO
*Are citizens equal, receiving the same considerations as donors and big business? – NO
*Is ACA a premium and NOT a tax? - NO

On the debt, deficit and taxes:

*Did the deficit get reduced by half in 4 years? – NO
*Will the ACA not add “one dime” to the deficit? – NO
*Are people making less than $250,000 avoiding tax increases? – NO
*Has this administration reduced the size of gov’t as promised? – NO
*Has this administration reduced poverty in the U.S.? – NO
*Did we really avoid a “tax” with ACA as promised by the president? – NO
*Did we answer the call of the “shovel ready jobs” as promised? - NO

What will be our price for Liberty and Freedom?

As we have observed the goings on in the United States Congress and the Senate the past few months in particular; I am personally awed by the arrogance, and pomposity publically displayed by those elected officials. They no longer try to hide the fact that they have total disregard for Our Constitution (Law) but proudly express in word and dead their total disdain for it.

They, with the exception of a handful , have put aside the real definition of , or are ignorant of the difference between Liberty and Freedom and appear to Prefer personal Power and Financial gain over the onus of their office.

Paraphrasing John Locke Liberty consists of being free from the whimsical, uncertain, and arbitrary will of others and constrained only by the Constitutional powers established effective 17 September 1787.

Freedom on the other hand is expressed as being subject to the laws of Nature or God. The ability to function as we desire so long as what we do does no harm to others, or vice versa. Our freedom is thus constrained only by laws common to everyone in society and Established Constitutional government, established, I say, by We the People.

One would believe with a firm resolve, understanding, and respect for these two terms our lawmakers in Government would have no problem distinguishing right from wrong, what is Lawful or unlawful. However, Power or unrighteous dominion, and Money have polluted what was once pure and undefiled. Sadly a majority, like Judas, have sold their souls for a handful of coins, and as Pharaoh for power.

As Judas betrayed Jesus, our lawmakers have betrayed our Country. Judas hung himself, was buried in potter's field and forgotten. Pharaoh like Obama and the law makers, to spite all the signs about him (them) continued to do evil unto the people. His fate was reconciled unto the Lord. So let it be with our present crop of leaders in the DC.

We the people must defeat this evil at the voting booths throughout our Nation. Let your voices be heard loud and clear, as Patrick Henry stated so eloquently " Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty, or give me death!"

Mr President, You owe the citizens, including the patriotic Bikers an apology. You speak about compassion and empathy in America and yet you disrespected every American by approving a Muslim March to protest how THEY feel treated like victims of 9/11!

The arrogance of your party is astounding! Have you no feelings for the victims of 9/11, their families or the first responders? By approving that permit and denying a request from the bikers for their own counter protest, you trampled on every grave of every innocent life lost that day!

You may think 9/11/01 is a “long time ago” as Jay Carney likes to say, but 9/11/12 certainly isn’t, and you sir haven’t answered one damn question about that day, and continue to threaten actual witnesses to that horrible event in Benghazi.

Although this day is not done, it is clear that OUR words WILL be heard in Washington DC as the rolling thunder will speak for us and we watch as the Muslim protest has dwindled to a few hundred (as reported by your lapdog The Huffington Post.)

Your goal as President should be a representative of the majority of the population, and not a radical mouthpiece to an aggressive group of terrorists.

You should be humbled today, as your Russian counterpart has made you look extremely foolish on the world stage, but instead your spin masters try to make you look better than you are. Your arrogance not only amazes me, but it scares me, your narcissistic attitude threatens the entire stability of world power structure.

Get us out of the Middle-east……let them solve their own problems…….Democracy is not a wanted political structure in countries who have only experienced dictatorship and warlords their entire lives. It is NOT our responsibility to be in the “country building” business.

And while we are discussing “Democracy” and apologies………OUR Country is a “Republic” Mr. President, to call it anything else shows your ignorance of our founding documents and founding fathers.

At first my thought was that America is in decline. Which is true however, we’re increasingly experiencing a decay that is eating away the very foundation of our country, the very basis of our democracy, the very core of our beliefs and structure. Welcome to Socialism.

Much has been said of late regarding the decimation of the black community due to the eroding of the family structure. This lack of parental oversight leading to no personal discipline, no motivation, no teaching of truth and respect to the future citizens and leaders of the black municipalities.

With an out of wedlock birthrate nearly 75%, a predominance of crime against other races and themselves, a high incarceration rate, poverty and unemployment at record levels, you can see the resulting effects of years of abandonment of values and social and family responsibilities.

Welcome to America, for this is the plight which is now becoming pervasive in the streets and homes of virtually every major city, township and borough throughout the land. It’s the standard by which people are starting to live their lives, raise their children and conduct their businesses.

If kids are disruptive, troublemakers, disobedient, you can generally find fault with the parents. If a company is failing, losing profits and is in disarray you blame… the CEO, COO or Board of Directors. If a classroom is unruly, nonproductive, and uncontrollable you look to… the teacher. All positions of responsibility and leadership.

The same accountability and obligation for results and growth are laid at the feet of the President of United States for the failures of economic and social issues of the day. His leadership is one that sets the tone, the standard of truth and performance he is the one who must demand the best of his appointees for the ultimate success of his term and the country at large.

That my friends, is the fly in the political ointment that we are seeing lead the decay of America. I’ve said for some time I believe it’s intentional, that this president has an agenda of destruction, a “goal of control,” a “desire for dominance” over the monetary and social elements of this country. And if you don’t see that from the last five years, then stop reading now, go find that Obama phone and order another pizza.

When you have no standard, no accounting, no expectation or demand for the best of people you get the Pelosi’s who brag of passing laws so they can know what’s in it. Your get the Reids of the world who speak without facts in order to destroy or refuse to run an organized, patriotic Senate for the people but instead runs a body of self-serving lawmakers bent on doing what’s in their best interest and for the benefit of their party.

This doesn’t take into account purposefully appointing destructive, dangerous people who are knowingly aligned with our enemies and whose background, beliefs and actions are united with concepts of our destruction. The people like admitted Communist Van Jones, The offspring of Communist parents and far leftist Axelrod, the Mao loving Anita Dunn, the radical beliefs of Bloom, Holdren, Sunstein, of Iranian born Valerie Jarrett, and the terrorist beliefs and actions of Jeffery Jones – not only a founder of the Weather Underground with Bill Ayers but who basically wrote Obama’s stimulus bill which congress again passed … without reading.

Before our current resident in chief took over, except for 9/11, was Muslim an hourly or even daily term in your life? Had you ever heard of the Muslim Brotherhood or Sharia law? Did you care? Do you care? You should. They are now in positions to dictate policies and help fulfill the democratic party and president’s agenda of continued decline and erosion of our very foundation of freedom. In short:

Arif Alikahn, Former Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary for Policy Development:  A Visiting Professor of DHS and Counterterrorism at the National Defense University, he served as Deputy Mayor for Public Safety for the City of Los Angeles where he reportedly derailed the LAPD’s efforts to monitor the city’s Muslim community — particularly its radical mosques and madrassas where certain 9/11 hijackers were said to have received support. He is affiliated with MPAC, which has called the terrorist group Hezbollah a “liberation movement.”

Salam al-Marayati, Founder and Executive Director of Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC): An Iraqi immigrant drew national attention when nominated to serve on the National Commission on Terrorism. Backlash over al-Marayati’s defense of Hezbollah and other Islamic groups prompted a withdrawal of the nomination. The Center for Security Policy reports that MPAC was formed in 1986 as the PAC for the Islamic Center for Southern California, one of the largest Wahhabi mosques in the country.

Mohamed Elibiary, Homeland Security Advisory Committee Member: Former president of the Freedom and Justice Foundation, billed to ”promote a Centrist Public Policy environment in Texas by coordinating the state level government and interfaith community relations for the organized Texas Muslim community.” He praised the “Great Islamic Visionary” Ayatollah Khomeini. Most recently he leaked highly sensitive intelligence documents to a media outlet in Texas.

Rashad Hussain, State Department Special Envoy to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation:  The Global Muslim Brotherhood Daily Report states, Hussain spoke at a conference sponsored by the Muslim Brotherhood affiliate, the Association of Muslim Social Scientists. An internal Brotherhood document dubbed the Social Scientists as one of “our organizations and the organizations of our friends.” Hussain also spoke at the Prince Alwaleed Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding of Georgetown University, which reportedly receives Saudi funding and is directed by Muslim Brotherhood advocate, John Esposito. In 2004, Hussain also participated in the Muslim Students Association’s annual conference, a group founded by the Muslim Brotherhood and known as one of its front-groups. The report also asserts that many of the Student Associations’ nearly 600 college chapters “have engaged in extremism and the group closely collaborates with the other Brotherhood fronts.”

Imam Mohamed Magid, Homeland Security Countering Violent Extremism Working Group Member : He is a Sudanese-born president for the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) with alleged ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. ISNA’s parent is the Muslim Student Association. ISNA completed a $21 million headquarters in Indianapolis using funds raised in part from Muslim Brotherhood.

Eboo Patel, Obama Administration Advisory Council on Faith-Based Neighborhood Partnerships: Patel spoke at a Muslim Students Association and ISNA convention, appearing on a panel alongside Tariq Ramadan, grandson of the Muslim Brotherhood’s founder, and Siraj Wahhaj, who was named as a possible co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and has defended the convicted WTC bombers. Wahhaj allegedly advocates the Islamic takeover of America.

Huma Abedin, Deputy Chief of Staff to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton: Now most famous for being wife of the disgraced former congressman (and now New York City Mayor candidate) Anthony Weiner, Huma appears to have family ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. Anti-Islamist author Walid Shoebat explained that Huma’s mother, Saleha Abedin, is involved with the Muslim Brotherhood and that Huma’s brother, Hassan, sits in on the board of the Oxford Centre For Islamic Studies (OCIS) where he is a fellow and partners with other board members including “Al-Qaeda associate, Omar Naseef and the notorious Muslim Brotherhood leader Sheikh Youssef Qaradawi; both listed as OCIS Trustees.”

Is it time to reconsider our appointments and put more effort into real American patriots, people who would die for this country – not die trying to destroy it? Forgive my naiveté but, where are the Browns, Joneses, Smiths, Harrisons and McGillicutty’s born in Ohio, Omaha or Oshkosh? Are we so lacking in American patriots to hold positions of influence that we must go outside not only our borders, but our beliefs for policy influencing leadership? 

We have a presidency and a government run on lies – LIES. Not misspoken words, not misconstrued phrases and quotes, not misunderstood concepts – LIES. We need people to call it for what they are.

A president elected by telling America that “Transparency will be the Touchstone” of his administration. Did you ever see those healthcare proceedings on CSPAN? Did your head spin as the cost for “BarryCare” passed his $700 Billion mark on its way to $3 TRILLION? Did you see the transparency of closed door meetings on healthcare where Republicans weren’t even admitted? Did you notice that the lies of “keeping your doctor” or “keeping your own health plan” have all but vanished from the public dialog? Did you celebrate the fact that healthcare costs for individuals are due to rise up to 200% even after the president said we’d see a $2,500 reduction? A lie, or inconvenience truth?

Did you make a note of the refusal of the (call him what you want, African-American, Black, Negro) AG who refused to prosecute the Black Panther leaders for election violations in PA? Did you notice the president’s instantaneous jump into the unwarranted racially charged Martin case, or his fast paced response to the “stupidly acting police” in Boston for confronting his black friend, Henry Louis Gates Jr. Are you feeling the trends toward destructive racism and economic division?

Why bring this up? Because the self-proclaimed (read his books) hatred of America, resentment toward whites and our free capitalistic society, his propensity toward redistribution of wealth and background in “social organizing” has put this CEO in the position of destroying what has taken 200+ years to build and develop. The founding fathers are indeed spinning like a high speed CD at the murky background, damaging beliefs and absolute failures of this now 8 year attempt at changing the best country on earth.

For those who asked 5 years ago, how much damage a young, energetic, forward thinking, clean and articulate, inexperienced, social organizing, Marxist leaning senator can do? Now you see the results of his efforts – his and his 60’s radical friends and Muslim associates, his years with the SDS, the New Party and other radical Socialist/Communist influences .

If you want a tall building to collapse, you don’t shoot at the top. You destroy the foundation. You eliminate the support. You take away the footings and underpinnings that give strength and stability. If you’re the president bent on the destruction of a hateful, unfair, overbearing, intrusive, world dominating power, you “overwhelm the system” by adding debt, reducing income and wealth, overburdening with regulations, rules and taxes, and such convoluted, hard to understand concepts of minuscule control that people give up and concede to your will rather than fight for something they can’t even understand or anymore recognize – FREEDOM.

Judge Bork said it correctly. “If the 2014 elections don’t go the right way, make sure your bags are packed and your passport is good.” 2012 was looked at as “the” election of our times. I submit 2014 can be a deciding factor in whether we start to eradicate the decay and shore up the foundation, or add to its continuing demise.

Two weeks ago I was in an online debate over immigration with some jackass who goes by the screen name EndlessRepetition on the Daily Caller website. The more I keep thinking about this difference of opinions, the angrier I get. According to him, I am a “bad republican who shows no loyalty to the party or the party leadership”. Note to all who reads this: I am NOT a republican.  

If there are any readers out there who knows who this person (EndlessRepetition) is, please feel free to forward this to him because this whole thing is about him. 

Since when are we supposed to be loyal subjects of our elected politicians and those who lead the parties they represent? If this were true, we would still be an English colony. I live in a district who is represented by a racist named Emanuel Cleaver. Why do I call him a racist? He leads the congressional black caucus. The CBC promotes racism, hate and division. They are the congressional version of the New Black Panthers with more power than the KKK has had in the last 80 years. My state is represented by Clare McCaskill and Roy Blunt; two HUGE big government, centralized power politicians who agree 80% of the time. It’s hard to tell who between them is the true democrat and who is just a DNC butt kisser.  

Loyalty to the republican party: why would I want to be loyal to a group who thinks acting like democrats will win them elections? Would you be loyal to a party that has to spend MILLIONS on focus groups and analyst to figure out what those they are suppose to representing actually think? Roughly 65% of the republicans in congress only vote the way their electorate wants them to when they know it will put them in the spotlight and make themselves look good. The rest of the time it’s all about themselves and what they can do to better their own lives, grow government and accumulate more power.  

EndlessRepetition….., this closet fascist is all for allowing government the freedom to do as they please and we, as loyal subjects are supposed to blindly have faith that they are doing what is best for America. This fascist believes we are not to question our leaders or doubt their sincerity. This fascist believes that all homosexuals will never know God, be in God’s good graces or ever reach the kingdom of heaven because they genetic reject and freaks of nature. I have no use for or respect for anyone who believes that my lesbian daughter is a genetic reject or a freak of nature.  

Why do I call EndlessRepetition a fascist? He believes in unchecked centralized power bit still holds in the belief of private business and is foolish enough to believe the two will never mix. If you read his postings, they are similar in nature to the very rantings of Adolph Hitler during is push to become Chancellor of Germany. He believes I should take his word as gospel and not dare question his wisdom. Maybe I should just call him Baby Adolph.  

Party loyalty is by far the #1 reason why this country is in the economic and social mess it’s in. Obama himself will tell you that replacing Boehner with Pelosi is what is best for the country. Supporting democrat politicians is what is best for the country. On the flip side everyone from Rience Priebus to Graham to McCain to Rove keep stating “give us your support and we will right the wrongs of this country”. I wouldn’t trust them to balance my checkbook. 

In GOD I trust. All others must earn it.

We’ve heard so much in the last 4 weeks about “Justice for Trayvon” when we should have been praying for truth and a fair trial. People who claim that there was no “Justice for Trayvon” either hadn’t watched the entire trial or they never wanted a fair trial to begin with.

George Zimmerman never disputed the fact that he in fact did kill Trayvon; he accepted his responsibility in Martin’s death. Racist pundits have concluded that Trayvon would never have been killed if Zimmerman had been carrying a gun. It is also true that Trayvon would never have been killed had he not started the physical part of the fight. Martin was continually portrayed as a “child” and in the last few days of the trial the prosecution even futilely tried to have child abuse charges added to the docket, even though Martin outweighed Zimmerman by 30 lb. and towered 5 inches over him.

This action along with the unprecedented action of the judge to add a lesser charge of manslaughter added to the possible guilty verdicts showed what a baseless case the prosecution actually had.

What has not been addressed is the responsibility the Martin family had in their own son’s death. The parents did not act responsibly in their son’s upbringing. They stood idly by while Trayvon acted more and more like a common criminal, through his drug use, his numerous criminal thefts and, his well- documented increasingly violent nature.

We watched as time after time the judge in the trial denied motions for the defense to show Trayvon’s true nature to the jury. Instead the media’s portrayal of the innocent teenager who only went out for a bag of Skittles stood. Not once did I hear in the trial how it was pouring rain that cold night at 3 AM. Or why his father was or wasn’t aware of his absence in the house at that hour. Not once did we hear about Trayvon’s thuggish posts to his Facebook and Twitter accounts. With only two days left it came to light that the two things martin was carrying that night were a bag of skittles and an Arizona watermelon iced tea, the two main ingredients only missing Robitussin cough syrup to make a powerful and potentially lethal drug commonly used by Rappers and the “culture.” The judge actually had to struggle with allowing the medical examiner to inform the jury that he had THC in his system the night of his death.

We got to see a massive amount of denying responsibility in this trial, enough to go around everywhere with the exception of ONE person….George Zimmerman, he had already accepted his part in Martin’s death.

Trayvon’s parents have denied their part in all this as before the trial have even begun; they had already sought to trademark all phrases having to do with Trayvon’s name in an effort to make money on their son’s death. In the last few days of the Zimmerman’s trial they made a settlement with the Home Owner’s Association in Zimmerman’s complex for over $1 million dollars, although that amount has been sealed by the courts.

Lastly the one who was most responsible for Trayvon’s death was Trayvon himself. Had he not snuck up behind Zimmerman and sucker punched him, the deadly spiral would not have begun. Martin supporters claimed that had Zimmerman not followed Martin this never would have happened. To this claim I say………following someone is NOT against the law……. The committing second degree battery however is! Zimmerman’s attorneys chose to use self-defense as his defense in the case not the stand your ground law, and that is exactly what it was……….and the jury of 6 women also said the same thing.

Because Eric Holder and Barack Obama aren’t satisfied with the outcome and vow to press on only makes a mockery of our legal system………..you either believe in it fully or you don’t.

The latest additions to all the Obama scandals since he first entered office may just be the break this administration was seeking. 

Overwhelming the system doesn’t just work for damaging the U.S. financial system. Benghazi, NSA, IRS, AP, GSA, Fast & Furious and the list goes on. There is not a single entity in the government which is not controlled by an Obama puppet that has the time and resources to pursue all these issues. Sure, Congress is “holding hearings” but when they don’t hold people accountable who are basically giving them the finger instead of telling the truth, what good is congress doing?  

Even the press won’t cover all these issues. Mostly because they are nothing more than an extension of the forever ongoing Obama campaign, but even the few that do not support him do not have the resources or connections to properly pursue them to their ends. The days of Woodward and Bernstein are over.  

Local news coverage on these issues has all but completely grinded to a halt. Not because these issues no longer exist, rather there are too many to cover in their short period of air time. Once the local news stop covering an issue, the roar dies down to a few chirping crickets and the people lose interest. Many will fall into the inevitable false realization that these issues have been resolved somehow and they must have just “missed it”.  

With all these different scandals and issues presented, it’s easy to for someone like me to feel overwhelmed.  There are just too many different issues floating around to really concentrate on a single one. Personally, I have opinions on all of them but with my own 40 hour a week job and trying to actually have a life on top of that, it doesn’t leave much time to write. Then trying to decide which issue to talk about becomes a big glob of thoughts that seem to bounce from one to another and another. So what is my end result, I get blocked and can’t write anything on a single subject. This is likely true with many other amateur conservative bloggers who do the same juggling act as well. As for the liberal bloggers, they are still too busy digging up lame examples of conservatives doing what the liberals are doing and then spinning the facts to make it all appear that this administration is justified in all of its actions because “the right does it too”. 

Simply put, I have writer’s block right now. As I stated earlier, there are just so many things going on, it’s impossible to pick something, attempt to write apiece on it and be able to stay on subject. 

A challenge to all who read this, send me a 1 or 2 paragraph or even just a couple of sentences email on any topic of your choice that you have strong conviction on. Send them to bryantkd@hotmail.com and help me get out of this funk. Please title your emails “U Asked 4 It” so I don’t mistake them for junk and delete them.

It has been evident for the past several years that there has been no one at home in the white house. The entire Obama administration has repeatedly claimed to not have knowledge of anything until it has been reported in the press. How can someone be the leader of the free world when he can’t even lead his own administration?

 

Leadership in the GOP has been absent for years as well. What does it say about the GOP when they spend millions of dollars on focus groups to tell them what they should already know? Are these people too dumb to understand what their own supporters have been yelling at them for years?

 

Military leadership has been absent for so long now who can really remember when they had real leadership. I think it was actually under the Reagan administration. Starting with George H. W. Bush, the military went from being a force built on principle and cohesion to one of political correctness and test subjects for social change. How does one lead their fighting forces when they are too busy kissing the backsides of the politicians while covering their own?

 

So much of America has been without real leadership for so long it is a miracle we have still managed to survive this long. Leadership is not doing what is popular or politically correct. It ‘s doing what is right in spite of popularity and political correctness. We have gone from a nation that put our faith in God, modeled our laws after God’s teachings and believing man (and woman) is better served by thinking for themselves to a nation that has demanded that God be removed from every aspect of our lives, our beliefs and our principles.

 

Our currency has on it E Pluribus Unum  or Out Of Many, One. From a time even before this nation was founded, people went through enormous struggles to come to America and be “An American”. Now we have Americans that don’t want to be Americans and instead of moving to other nations, they wish to change this one. America today is so divided by so many lines I have no clue as to how many divisions I actually fall under. Here is just a few of those fault lines that  America is ripping itself apart by: I am male, I am white, I am a Christian, I am 45 & 50 years of age, I make $XXXX a month, I am a conservative, I am employed in the private sector……… get the point?

 

Our currency also has printed on it “In God We Trust”. Today, about 30% of Americans place more trust and faith in the American Government than they do in God. We have gone from “Love Thy Neighbor” to “Spy On Thy Neighbor”. We have gone from “Seek and Ye Shall Find” to “Government Shall Provide”. We have gone from "Rights Endowed By Our Creator” to “Rights Granted By Our Politicians”, then we, as Americans, have the gall to ask God to “Bless America”? Would it not be more appropriate at this point to ask God to “Save America” before it comes to “God, Please Just Put Us All Out Of Our Misery”.

 

We have sunk from a nation of strong principled leadership to popularity leadership to no leadership in all forms of government and politics. What’s next?

      Recently I was made aware via Fox News that one of our best military officers a Lieutenant Colonel Matthew Dooley was excoriated by his commander for teaching a course on Islamic Radicalism.  A teacher at the Joint Forces Staff College of the National Defense University his course was categorized as offensive to Muslims.  

     Colonel Dooley represents only one of a number of our military personnel who are being called on the carpet for doing their sworn duty to prepare, and teach others, Line and none Line officers alike on how to recognize potential enemies of our Nation. Quite frankly I offended by this constant whining from the Muslim left.

      I am personally offended that our commanders in the military have been so spooked by Obama they would rather sell their souls to the devil than stand up for Americas traditions and Christian values.   I am offended that many if not all our Military leaders have seemingly turned their backs on their oaths of office, that they have no regard for God or country, nor the pride their uniform has traditionally represented in defense of America and the Revolution which created her. I am offended that these military leaders collectively cannot find the integrity to tell Obama to back off and let them do their Job.  I am offended that Obama in truth hates our military and does not deserve the title of Commander in Chief nor any Line officers respect.  I am offended by a blind allegiance by our officers to one who has proven unworthy of such notoriety.  

     I am offended that I fought communism in Vietnam and I have to face the same threats in America today that we fought so hard to eradicate in Vietnam.  I am offended that any Muslim born here, moved here, legally or illegally would join our military and complain about the realities surrounding their own culture. I am offended that they did not learn to be an American first and a Muslim second, for which reason they ostensibly came to America to escape tyranny and oppression.

     I am offended that regardless of country or class we have immigrants that hate America and its own unique history and Christian culture.   I am offended that they feel no sense of obligation to learn English and assimilate. I am offended by millions who come to America just to suck off the Federal, and state welfare system. I am offended that California welfare recipients are provided, or are entitled to applications in 18 different languages.   I am offended that all these people just don't go back to where they slithered in from and leave my great country alone. 

     I am offended by an immigration system that does not exist.  I am offended by a fellow Vietnam vet who suffered torture by the Communist Vietnamese, namely Senator John McCain from Arizona and has seemingly sold his soul for power, position and prestige over his oath of office as a Senator and former soldier.  I am offended by Dianne Feinstein for being my Representative here in California, and her blind support of another Muslim and communist in the White House, I am offended by the slime that keep electing her to office. 

      I am offended by the fact that there are not more than a hand full of Senators and Congressmen   who will not dismantle the IRS after being brutally snubbed by several of its organization heads. The IRS has way too much power and no oversight. They are totally out of control.   I am offended by all the scandals attached  to the Commander in Chief, and lastly as a former solder, I am offended that the Congress as a whole cannot find it in themselves to recognize Obama should be impeached, Richard Nixon was for less, much less.  But then---I am offended by political correctness.

Follow a story with me and judge for yourself if you think conservatives are being unfairly targeted by the liberal administration.

Conservative taxpayer e-files his tax returns on April 15, 2013 through his accountant and awaits his refund by automatic deposit. 45 days later he receives a letter from the IRS with a demand that he goes to a governmental site and verify his identity. The taxpayer does so and awaits his refund; even though, so questions asked were unnerving and he felt that those questions were above and beyond what the government should even know about him.

Two weeks pass and the taxpayer contacts the IRS advocacy group for help in getting his refund. They inform him that only dire need taxpayers can use this group. He was told that to qualify you must be facing eviction, foreclosure or utility shut off to use the system. He is referred to the general IRS office. After explaining his problem the woman tells him that he is only two weeks into a 6 week process. After clarification she informs him that his return time frame has now been extended 6 weeks because of this identity confirmation process.

She checks the records and informs him that a letter has been mailed to confirm what she just told him. Begrudgingly he agrees and awaits the letter. He receives the letter on June 7^th dated June 10^th but the message is MUCH different than what the woman at the IRS had told him.

The letter did in fact confirm that the process would take much longer than expected, but herein the twist lies. The taxpayer had designated a portion of his return to be used as a first quarterly payment to his 2013 income taxes. The letter stated that because his return hasn’t been processed yet his first quarterly payment was now past due!

This taxpayer is rightly concerned that if the IRS asked him such personal questions in the “verify identity process,” is it really ridiculous to assume that they already know he is a conservative and writes for a blog, and therefore has targeted him personally to get him to calm down his rhetoric?.....I think not!

A mere mention of the IRS and people in general cringe, hurl, or find a hole and hide in it until they feel brave enough to open their letter. The IRS, even for those who are very wealthy, view them as having venom deadlier than a snake and are willing to pay extra taxes on their 1040 just to hopefully steer clear of a possible audit. The "Rich" being harassed for following the rules that Congress has made in the Tax Code as "Loopholes" is so ludicrous IT cries out STOOPID. Those in the Congress who use the word to solicit the favor of the ill informed, or low information Pons, need to look closely in the Mirror and slap themselves back into reality.

The IRS in very fact act as an independent agency of government, and appear to function without any conscience, or fear of oversight by the Congress. They also appear to make up rules to suit their own purposes for any time or circumstance. They, whoever they are, can and do notice you without a signature. Any contract with them is between the person being noticed and the entity IRS. No real person in the IRS is made liable, as in the real world of contracts and mutual obligations for errors or omissions. IRS fines and penalties are, in addition, arbitrary. They have their own courts and judiciary, making the prospect of winning a case against them virtually impossible; leaving the average person without recourse. Lastly the IRS functions completely outside the Constitution, making their actions absolutely tyrannical.

The IRS has been used as a weapon over the heads of the American citizen for years by all classes of government servant. Matter of fact the term, government servant, has become a misnomer, replaced by a seaming plethora of godless tyrants instead. Years ago I submitted a legal argument in protest of an IRS filing in the county where I live for putting a lean on my property. The agency responsible for accepting my legal brief protesting the IRS lean, threatened me with arrest for insisting that it be filed. I was left without recourse and the IRS lean still stands today. I am not a lone citizen in these regards with a personal grievance with this agency, I dare say there are hundreds, even thousands of citizens like me who have suffered the same or similar experience.

Recently as the events of the last 3-4 years have come to light regarding the IRS, our Congress has been literally forced to actually look at, and investigate the inner workings of this tyrannical strong arm of government which includes the White House. We all are aware of Water Gate, and that at this very moment President Obama is up to his eyebrows responsible for dramatically increasing the role of the IRS as overseers for government health care tyrannically forced upon the American public to spite vehement protests; for using the IRS to harass conservative political action committees, Tea Party and Conservative groups opposed to his Communist Ideology.

Before you go off and badger me about "where is the proof for using such strong language against OBAMA" the too obvious appearance of constant favors and special treatment, lies upon lies, which seem to be common in this administration, in favor of the connected, the powerful, the unions and the well born must surely disgust all reasonable men of this great nation, along with the many misrepresentations and deceiving rhetoric concealing truth from the American Public deserve the disdain of all honest men and women serving now in the Congress of the United States of America. I know that the American Patriot feels this disdain.

Not only has the Congress's preliminary discoveries found that the IRS is rotten to its very roots, those called to hearings, those who are supposed to be overseers have refused to discuss with the Congress their roles and or obligations to answer Who, When, Where, What and Why.

It has become clear to the general public at large that people like Steven T Miller, Lois Lerner, Danny Werfel, Doug Schulman, Joseph H. Grant, and others at the highest level of the IRS act like political hacks for the OBAMA machine; acting as virtual tyrants, to high and mighty in their lofty towers of power to answer to the Congress of the United State of America. All of these people ought to go to prison!

Congress has a fiduciary responsibility now to reform the IRS, Ideally get rid of it, start over with a simplification of the tax code, flat tax, tithe etc. At least make it so that the people do not have to feel threatened, harassed, violated and raped by this covert enemy of Liberty.

Is it too simple for our Congress to make up a one page tax form which says on one line, this is how much you made, and a second line pay 10% to the United States Treasury for taxes this year. Talk about fare, you cannot get more fare than that.

Tax exempt foundation may require some minimum oversight to prevent fraud but beyond that such a plan would make it possible to make America, America again. Jobs, industry, manufacturing, ingenuity would be booming in no time.

As for the less fortunate, as Christ said, "the poor will always be with you" but then the churches, and private citizens would then be able to help those who need it without any need for government intervention. Personal responsibility and liberty would again be enshrined as edifying principles of behavior. As long is there such an entity as the IRS left to exist the liberty and real wishes of its citizens will always be under duress and threat from those in government office who covet power, and would make the people a slave to them.

Congress should know how angry Americans are and I hope they are listening. Enough, stop the lies stop the tyranny, STOP.

During the 2008 campaign Barrack Husain Obama was accused by some of plagiarism when he quoted from Deval Patrick's "Just Words" speech of 15 October 2006. Not lost in this event is the fact that Governor Patrick is a Democrat and Black. He was elected Governor of Massachusetts in 2007.

Barrack quoted Governor Patrick by saying "Don't tell me words don't matter, 'Obama told the Wisconsin audience,' "I have a dream" Just Words, We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal" just Words, We have nothing to fear but fear itself, just words."

I remember clearly the impression I had at the time I heard him make this quote that he had no real reverence for these particular quotations as did Governor Patrick; on the contrary, Obama was callously, in vial tones, making fun of them. Those who chided him for plagiarism, writing long articles on the subject, missed the mark all together.

For months now "Words, just words" has troubled by mind as echoed from Obama's lips, and were regurgitated by him again in 2012. Matter of fact, for those who have followed his speeches with any degree of regularity cannot escape the notion that they have heard the same words over and over and over again. One is left to conclude that he has nothing really original to say or express, since he lacks any obvious sense of integrity, or convictions other than his bloated ego.

It is too obvious to be ignored that on January 24 at his inauguration his "Oath of Office" sadly and forever were, and became "Words, just words." Obama's view of our constitution, the Bill of Rights, Americas heritage, history and World Power status are meaningless to him. If The majority of the Congress and The Senate cannot find it in themselves to observe the moral decay he has created, and be critical of his total disregard for his oath of office, they must in the eternities share responsibility for Americas fall from the grace of God.

As an American, as a Veteran, as a human being I grieve for my country that I have loved all my life, that I would live to see it devoured by vicious wolfs, trampled on by those whose hearts are hard, vial and past feeling. Where are our patriot leaders, those who will choose the right, and be valiant in truth and stand for liberty, those who eschew evil?

Our Nation and its people ought to be crying for mercy day and night from almighty God. I pray this is the case.

Our founding fathers knew there was no better way for men and women to protect themselves than to allow them the liberty to use whatever means available to them including firearms.  

It was not uncommon when the “the colonies” were still under British rule for women and children to be gang raped by British soldiers. Of course this was done after the soldiers confiscated the owner’s weapons. Many times this was done with the men of the house were away. 

It was not uncommon during the civil war for both Union and Confederate soldiers to gang rape women and children of the south. Rarely was there distinction between black and white women and children. Both were brutally raped and beaten regardless of skin color. 

There are multiple rapes and attempted rapes happening every day in America and other countries. What the media never tells you is there are more rape victims per capita in almost every country other country of the world than here in America. The media will tell you a rape attempt was foiled by mace, pepper spray, even a stun gun, but when was the last time the media told you more attempted rapes are foiled by a handgun than all other methods combined.   

Lastly, when was the last time you heard of an on duty police officer stopping a rape in progress? I never have. I have seen it happen on television but not once have I seen or read about it in the news. 

Here we are, our own government telling us we would be safer as a society if we place more restrictions and limits on firearm ownership. We have cities on the both coast paying as much as $200 for every gun they get turned in. How many believe by turning in these weapons, a crime was stopped before it started? Only a fool would believe that. Anyone with criminal intent will find a way to commit his/her crime. My father once told me “locks are only in place to keep an honest man honest”. He was right. 

Over 1200 murders a year, more than 3 murders per day, are committed in ways other than the use of a firearm here in America. 400+ are done with the use of a hammer alone, 500+ done with a knife or ball bat.  

Restricting firearms does not name us safer at all. The only thing firearm restrictions do is make a criminal more likely to complete his crime.  

The police are not going to stop a crime. They get called at best, when one is in progress. Most often it is after the criminal has already left the site. Police on average have just over a 5 minute response time. In smaller towns and rural areas, the response time could be upwards of 1 hour or more.  

After the vote in congress, our whiner-n-chief cried about not passing tougher gun legislation. He flat out lied to the public saying 90% of Americans were for tougher background checks. NO, 90% of Americans are for making it more difficult for criminals to get weapons. This bill did nothing to stop them. He cried out to Americans to punish their senators…. I say praise those who voted against it. He stated the “gun lobby”, meaning the NRA and its allies lied about the bill. They stated nothing that wasn’t true. Obama claimed these “gun lobbies” lied about a national data base. Truth is, in the bill it requires all states to hand over “upon request” of the federal government all information pertaining to gun licensing, background checks and registration to the federal government.  

Once again, the whiner-n-chief used the still mourning parents of Newtown as props so he could shamefully exploit them. He has ZERO shame in using people for his political purposes. Now he going to use them again as he tries to get by executive order what he didn’t get in congress.  

Would this bill have stopped a single assault…NO. Would it prevent a single rape, mugging, home invasion or murder…NO. Chicago and Washington D.C. are perfect examples of what the first impacts of this legislation would have looked like. What it would have done was to open the doors for more assaults on the constitution and the bill of rights.  

Unless we have less, not more gun control in this country, you will be no safer than you are at this very moment. The BIG LIE is government can protect you. No they can’t. YOU are your first line of defense. The police can investigate, the police can draw outlines around your body but they can’t protect you any better than you can protect yourself. As things are now, it won’t be MY body that has the chalk outline drawn around it if my home is invaded. Had this passed, it would put me at greater risk, and emboldened the intruder.

1-    You have a president and administration who deceives and lies to you.

2-    You have a president and administration who subverts the very foundation of our country - the Constitution.

3-    You have a president and administration that steals from you to support those who placed them in power or might even harm you.

4-    You have a president and administration that wantonly wastes.

5-    You have a president and judicial branch who promotes lawlessness, racism, disorder and potential tyranny.

6-    You have a national media that denies, ignores, or twists truth.

7-    You have self-serving corruption at every level of our financial structure, banking, unions, and big business.

8-    You have a growing populous lazy, dependent, uninspired, and bereft of morals.

9-    You have a declining, unstable environment for business, creativity, and growth.
